Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between the level of income with the level of public consumption in District Bontonompo Gowa District. This research uses time series data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical tool used is Pearson correlation formula with the help of SPSS For Windows Release 16. The results concluded that the income level has a significant relationship to the level of public income in District Bontonompo Gowa Regency. It is expected that the Gowa Regency government can pursue programs that can encourage the creation of more and more diverse employment so that the communities of each bias can earn a decent income and meet their consumption needs

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubungan tingkat pendapatan dengan tingkat konsumsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini mengunakan data time series yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah rumus korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan SPSS For Windows Release 16. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Diharapkan pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa dapat mengupayakan program-program yang dapat mendorong terciptanya lapangan kerja yang lebih banyak dan beragam agar masyarakat tiap kacamatan bias mempemperoleh pendapatan yang layak dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsinya.

Abstract

This study aims to map global research developments on experiential learning (EL) in higher education by employing a bibliometric approach. Experiential learning has gained increasing attention as a transformative pedagogy that connects theoretical understanding with real-world application. Research data were collected from the Scopus database for the years 2023–2025 and analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny to examine publication trends, citation patterns, author productivity, and thematic clusters. The findings reveal a sharp and consistent increase in EL-related publications worldwide, with the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom emerging as the most productive countries, while Southeast Asia—particularly Indonesia—shows relatively limited contributions. The analysis also identifies several emerging thematic clusters, including the integration of EL with immersive technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the metaverse, as well as applications in service learning, entrepreneurship education, and authentic assessment. The novelty of this study lies in its focused examination of the 2023–2025 publication period, capturing the latest global trends shaped by digital transformation and sustainability agendas. Practically, the results highlight the need for stronger institutional and policy support to systematically embed EL within higher education curricula. Overall, this study contributes to strengthening evidence-based, student-centered learning and informs future research opportunities in experiential education.

Abstract

Pembiayaan kesehatan sejatinya digunakan untuk sebesar-besarnya memenuhi kebutuhanmasyarakat, anggaran kesehatan dapat dikatakan sebagai intrumen pemerintah dalam halpemenuhan hak-hak kesehatan bagi warga Negara. Secara normative anggaran kesehatan telahdigaris tegaskan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan, dalam pasal 170tentang pembiayaan dikatakan anggaran kesehatan minimal 10% dari APBD, dan 2/3 dari danatersebut diperuntukan untuk belanja publik, kususnya untuk rakyat miskin perempian, dan anakterlantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penulisan hukum normative, yaitu bagaimanamelihat implementasi anggaran kesehatan melalui norma/kebijakan anggaran di sulawesi tengah,diantaranya yaitu PERGUB/73/2015 tentang penjabaran perubahan APBD Propinsi sulawesitengahdalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan 2 pendekatan yaitu pendekatan perundangundangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ketidaknyambungan antaratujuan pembiayaan yang telah dibuat melalui undang-undang kesehatan dan implementasianggran. Tujuan seharusnya untuk kesejataraan masyarakat. Anggran sebagian besar digunakanuntuk belanja aparatur bukannya belanja public. Sebagai contoh penulis kemukakan be;anjaperjalanan dinas di dinas kesehatan dengan jumlah yang tidak wajar yaiu sebesar 13 milyar lebih.Dalam implementasinya beberapa kegiatan yang satu kegiatan mendapatkan biaya perjalanandinas sebesar 1 milyar. Dilain pihak belanja modal untuk pertambahan asset bagi dinas kesehatanmendapatkan porsi yang sedikit hanya 13 peren dari total anggaran atau sekitar 6 milyar lebih.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence / AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan, termasuk dalam proses perencanaan sekolah. Namun, di daerah seperti Kabupaten Pangkep, pemanfaatan teknologi AI oleh kepala sekolah dan guru masih tergolong rendah, terutama karena keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital kepala sekolah dan guru dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan AI untuk perencanaan sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep dengan melibatkan 11 peserta yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, staf, dan guru. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, serta evaluasi hasil, dengan fokus utama pada keterampilan penyusunan prompt yang efektif (prompt engineering) dan penggunaan aplikasi AI seperti ChatGPT dan Canva AI untuk mendukung penyusunan Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS), Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS), serta laporan kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar AI dan menerapkannya dalam konteks perencanaan sekolah, sedangkan 90% peserta menilai pelatihan ini sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan profesional mereka. Dampak kegiatan terlihat pada peningkatan literasi digital, efisiensi waktu kerja, serta terbentuknya komunitas internal guru literasi digital sebagai wujud keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul pelatihan, template digital perencanaan sekolah berbasis AI, dan video tutorial yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh sekolah mitra. Program PKM ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi teknologi tenaga pendidik dan mendukung capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan hasil kerja dosen oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan judul “Pemanfaatan AI untuk Humas Sekolah dalam Membuat Konten Digital di Kabupaten Pangkep.” Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga Humas sekolah dalam memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) guna mendukung kegiatan komunikasi publik dan promosi sekolah di era digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 30 September 2025, bertempat di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang staf sekolah yang terdiri atas guru dan tenaga Humas. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pemberian materi, praktik langsung, serta sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Peserta dibekali keterampilan penggunaan ChatGPT untuk pembuatan teks promosi dan Canva untuk desain grafis serta pengelolaan media sosial sekolah. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Sekitar 80% peserta mampu menghasilkan konten digital berupa poster dan caption media sosial yang menarik, informatif, dan selaras dengan identitas sekolah. Kegiatan ini juga melahirkan rencana pembentukan komunitas tenaga Humas digital sebagai wadah kolaborasi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan antar sekolah di Kabupaten Pangkep. Luaran kegiatan meliputi modul pelatihan digital, template konten sekolah, laporan kegiatan, dokumentasi pelatihan, dan rencana keberlanjutan program. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan sekolah dapat membangun citra positif, memperkuat komunikasi publik, dan menjadi pionir dalam penerapan teknologi AI di bidang kehumasan pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Artificial Intelligence, Humas Sekolah, Konten Digital, ChatGPT, Canva

Abstract

Food Additives (FDA) are certain ingredients added to food to make it look attractive and have a longer shelf life. FDA can be dangerous if used in food in doses greater than the specified standard or consumption limit. Hazardous FDA are usually found in school snacks, so education is needed to increase students' knowledge to protect them from dangerous FDA. The purpose of this community service is to increase students' understanding and knowledge regarding dangerous FDA in school snacks. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 7 Palu with a total of 59 participants. The implementation of the activity was in the form of providing education about dangerous FDA in school snacks to students using lecture methods and leaflet distribution. Knowledge measurements were carried out before and after the education. The results of the pre-post test showed that there was an effect of providing education on students' knowledge with a significance value of α = 0.00 with an increase in knowledge of 25.4%. The increase in students' knowledge is expected to have implications for students' attitudes in choosing safe foods for consumption.

Abstract

Marriage is a legal and social institution that forms the foundation of a civilized society. In Indonesia, marriage is not only seen as a relationship between two individuals based on love and responsibility but also as a legal event that creates juridical consequences. The inconsistency between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law often creates legal challenges, particularly for mualaf (converts to Islam) couples who perform religious marriages without state registration (isbat nikah). This issue becomes complex because, under Islamic law, a marriage is considered valid if it fulfills the pillars and requirements of nikah, while under Indonesian positive law, registration is an essential condition for the marriage to have legal force. As a result, significant implications arise regarding legal status, civil rights, and the protection of women and children resulting from such marriages. This article employs a normative juridical approach by analyzing statutory regulations, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), court decisions, and field interviews with officials from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Sigi Biromaru District. The findings reveal that unregistered marriages among mualaf couples cause legal vulnerability for women and children, as their status is not recognized administratively. Furthermore, the implementation of isbat nikah has not been fully effective due to a lack of public understanding of legal procedures. This study recommends the harmonization of Islamic and positive law through the integration of substantive justice values to achieve the ultimate purposes of law justice, certainty, and benefit.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of principals’ conflict management, interpersonal communication, and work climate on teacher performance in public elementary schools in the Tabongo sub-district. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, the research involved a population of all elementary school teachers in the Tabongo sub-district, with the sample selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the direct effects of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that (1) principals’ conflict management has a direct positive and significant influence on teacher performance; (2) interpersonal communication has a direct positive and significant influence on teacher performance; (3) work climate has a direct positive and significant influence on teacher performance; (4) principals’ conflict management has a direct positive and significant influence on work climate; and (5) interpersonal communication has a direct positive and significant influence on work climate. These findings indicate that strengthening principals’ capacity in conflict management, enhancing interpersonal communication, and fostering a positive work climate are critical for optimizing teacher performance. The study contributes empirical evidence to the literature on educational management and underscores the importance of school leadership and organizational conditions in improving teacher performance in elementary education settings.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation, challenges, and strategies of educational administration at the primary school level in Makassar City. Basic education plays a crucial role in human resource development, and its effectiveness relies on quality school management. The study employs a qualitative approach, including interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis at three representative primary schools: a core public school, a peripheral public school, and a private school. The research covers eight areas of educational administration: curriculum, student affairs, educators and educational staff, facilities, finance, school-community relations, special services, and IT implementation. The findings reveal significant variation in educational administration practices across schools. Transformational leadership emerged as a key factor in successful administration, with such schools demonstrating innovation in curriculum and technology. Challenges include budget constraints affecting facility maintenance, excessive administrative workloads on teachers, and gaps in PTK’s ability to adapt to modern technology. Parental involvement in school activities remains largely ceremonial, failing to effectively support school programs. Effective strategies identified include fostering internal learning communities, forming partnerships with local businesses for facility procurement, and using simple digital platforms for communication and data management. The study concludes that improving basic education quality in Makassar requires strengthening school leadership, providing ongoing PTK training, ensuring proportional budget allocation, and implementing policies to enhance collaboration between schools, parents, and the community.
