Abstract

The purpose of this study was to menegetahui how much liquidity and profitability levels at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue Pinrang area of 2010 to 2012. The results of this study in katakana liquid liquidity ratio in 2010 because the current ratio was 2.74% in value in 2011 and 2012 because the liquid is not classified as Current ratio is 1.35% and 1.72%. Based on the profit level of profitability ratio fluctuated in 2010 until 2012. So the profitability ratio increased in 2012 from 2010 and 2011. Ratio Profotabilitasnya then was successful at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Revenue Pinrang area of 2010 to 2012.

Abstract

In this study the methods used in data collection and field is literature , the type of data using qualitative and quantitative data with methods of descriptive analysis and regression analysis . The results of this study are the leaders in the education and training bodies tend to apply a style Makassar Democratic leadership , which leadership behaviors where the position of superior and subordinate is almost the same in the company but remains on the boundary . Employees are given the freedom , and leadership styles like this always think objectively . With the largest percentage is 59.69 % , in comparison with other leadership styles are Authoritarian 19.77 % and 20.53 % Leissez Fairez . The level of job satisfaction of employees in education and training bodies Makassar qualitatively at the level of " being " . These results are based on the total score of the respondents value is in the interval 41 -45 points (assessment being) is that most 44 respondents or 36.37 % and the overall respondents . Hypothesis testing proves that there is influence of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees in education and training bodies (Badiklat) Makassar. That is, with the results of the analysis of the Pearson product moment correlation of r = 0.445 was obtained which shows the relationship of leadership style influence on employee job satisfaction is positive which is located at the bottom interval 0.40 -0559. While the coefficient determinant or the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction (r) = 0.198 Thus it can be stated that in leadership style influence on employee job satisfaction by 0.445 .

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dokumentasi kelompok tani yang sudah berproduksi menghasilkan kompos guna melengkapi dokumen kelembagaan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Koperasi Sukamaju Desa Kota Baru Kecamatan Geragai Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Usaha kompos Koperasi Suka Maju Desa Kota Baru Kecamatan Geragai sudah berproduksi, namun sampai sekarang produksi belum sesuai dengan harapan terutama pemasaran dan lemahnya kelembagaan. Padahal faktor penunjang produksi pengolahan kompos sudah memadai dengan tingkat keterampilan anggota yang sudah baik. Optimalisasi usaha kelompok ini dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan dan potensi yang dimiliki masing-masing. Sehingga usaha yang sudah ada memberi nilai tambah (value added) bagi ekonomi anggota kelompok dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Berdasarakan kondisi yang ada, maka koperasi Suka Maju lebih tepat pada kegiatan penguatan kelembagaan. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi beberapa yaitu 1) pelatihan penguatan kelembagaan, 2) FGD pembuatan dokumen kelompok, 3) magang, dan 4) melengkapai sarana prasarana kelompok. Pelatihan penguatan kelembagaan diikuti 30 peserta yang berasal dari 7 kelompok tani, yang dilakukan pada TTP selama 1 hari. Kegiatan ini membahas pentingnya sistem admintrasi yang tertip dalam mengelola suatu usaha dalam kelompok dan pentingnya aturan-aturan yang disepakati dalam kelompok. FGD dilakukan selama 2 hari dengan sasaran utama anggota koperasi Suka Maju dan Bumdes desa Kota Baru. Kegiatan ini difokuskan untuk melengkapi dokumen unit usaha kompos berupa perjanjian koperasi dengan Bumdes dalam pemasaran kompos, peraturan unit usaha kompos, AD ART dan SOP. Kegiatan mangang dari koperasi Suka Maju dan Bumdes Kota Baru ke kelompok tani Mekar Jaya Desa Dataran Kempas adalah untuk mengali informasi mengenai pengelolaan administrasi usaha, terutama pola kemitraan pemasaran dengan PT WKS, selain administrasi lainnya. Optimalisasi kegiatan penguatan kelembagaan pada koperasi Suka Maju dilakukan dengan menyediakan perlatan administrasi seperti laptop, printer, ATK, peralatan pengukur suhu, kelembaban dalam pembuatan kompos. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi setelah pelatihan dengan menjawab quisoner yang diberikan pada peserta, didapatkan hasil bahwa peserta memberi jawaban bahwa pelatihan ini “sesuai” dan “sangat sesuai” dengan kebutuhan kelompok usaha yang dilakukan baik materi, contoh, praktek maupun diskusi yang dilakukan. Monitoring dan evaluasi juga dilakukan pada akhir kegiatan dengan cara diskusi. Hasil diskusi didapatkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemasaran produksi kompos. Sehingga kedepan bisa menjadi salah satu pusat percontohan dan pelatihan di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Kata kunci: Penguatan kelembagaan, koperasi sukamaju, swakelola kompos

Abstract

Based on the health profile of Sumatra Barat Province, the prevalence of hypertension sufferers in Sumatra Barat was almost close to the national figure. This indicates that hypertension in Sumatra Barat needs serious attention. Continuous treatment can be done by applying the DASH diet (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) by consuming potassium-rich foods like banana. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the effect of giving Cavendish banana to decrease blood pressure in pre-hypertensive elderly in the working area of ​​Puskesmas Nilam Sari. The study population was 38 pre-elderly people (45-59 years) using a purposive sampling technique as many as 20 pre-elderly people who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that the average systolic value before giving Cavendish banana was 148.75 mmHg and the diastolic was 85.55 mmHg. The mean systolic value after giving Cavendish banana was 132.25 mmHg with the diastolic value was 72.25 mmHg. The p-value (0.0001<0.05) means that there was a significant effect on diastolic blood pressure in pre-elderly between before and after giving Cavendish banana. It can be concluded that the Cavendish banana can be used as an alternative diet for reducing blood pressure in pre-aged hypertension non-pharmacologically.

Abstract

Abstract :The formulation of the problem in this study is to describe the indicators of accountability for financial management of the PKS party DPD Makassar (legal certainty, program planning/policy, program implementation and accountability). The data used in this study came from the results of interviews by PKS DPD officials and the results of field observations using Miles and Hubberman analysis techniques.the results of research in the management of financial assistance of the Makassar City PKS DPD in this research are measured from the aspect of legal certainty that the Makassar City PKS DPD has followed the elements that have been determined by the government. This is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 83 of 2012 Article 1 Paragraph (2), that the financial assistance provided is in accordance with the number of valid votes obtained by the Makassar City PKS DPD. The arrangement in the budget for political education is also in accordance with the applicable provisions, namely by prioritizing its use for political education by 60%. In the aspect of planning/policy, the choice made by party administrators is categorized as quite good because in the process the Makassar City PKS DPD prepares policies that still consider the adequacy of existing funds. However, in its implementation, there are often discrepancies / discrepancies between political parties and the understanding of the general public. while the aspect of accountability Referring to the data from interviews, DPD PKS has experienced problems in the proof of expenditure on the funds used, namely the honorarium note. In the interview, the informant reasoned that this happened because the activity invited internal speakers/board members, so the management felt reluctant/uneasy. Things like this should be the concern of Kesbang/BPK in conducting inspections, so that there is no misuse of the funds provided. Keywords : Accountability, party financial assistance

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memprediksi dan mengukur nilai skor financial distress dengan menggunakan model Springate dan Altman Z-Score. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan PT. Bumi Sarana Utama di Makassar periode 2017-2021. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software Microsoft Excel dan software statistic SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan model Springate terdapat pada perusahaan yang berpotensi bankrut dengan tingkat akurasi 1,361 atau sebesar 13,61%, model Altman Z-Score memprediksi satu perusahaan mengalami kebankrutan dengan akurasi 46,03%. Hasil uji menunjukan terdapat perbedaan signifikan diantara kedua model prediksi kebangkrutan. model Altman Z-score dan model Springate (S-score) kedua model tersebut dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan. Kata Kunci: financial distress; springate; altman z-score.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the use of the number of somatic cell  and of bacteria in milk and California Mastitis Test for the detection of mastitis in PE goat. 425 samples of milk from PE goats are kept  in  individual  cages and milked twice daily study used  in this study.   Before milking, goat udder was cleaned and greased with antiseptic (alcohol 70%) to kill bacteria that living on the teats and goat udders. SCC was observed  in the  stable, while milking. the number  of somatic cells and of bacteria of milk  samples of 150 ml took  into the cool-flask, and  laboratory analysis was done. The results  showed that there releathionship between somatic cell count, the number of bacteria and california mastitis milk tets  in  the detection of mastitis  in PE goats. The average SCC of PE goats was 288.1 x 103 cells  / ml with a range between 28.0 x 103 cells to  1991.7 x 103 cells / ml. The average number of bacteria in the milk of this study wss 537.9 x 103 cells / ml with a range between 66.5 x 103 and 2201 x 103 cells / ml milk. The average number of bacteria in the milk of this study was 537.9 x 103 cells / ml with a range between 66.5 x 103 and 2201 x 103 cells / ml milk. And the average score of CMT research was 2.34.  In conclusion, the use of somatic cell counts, bacterial counts and California mastitis test in goat milk can be used for the detection of mastitis in P E goats.

Abstract

Forty-two    lactating  Priangan  ewes  receiving  two  levels  of  ration  were  used  to  study  the  relationship  between  rate  of  mammary  gland  involution  and  milk  yield.  The  experimental  ewes  were divided  into  two  groups.  One  group  received  basal  ration  (I  =  12%  CP,  65%  TDN)  and  the  other received improved ration (II  = 15% CP, 75% TDN) during lactation.  Twelve  ewes were sacrificed on the  parturition  to  determine  mammary  gland  growth  at  the  beginning  of  lactation.  The  other  twenty-seven  were  maintained  for    3  months  of  lactating  to  determine  milk  yield  and  mammary  gland  indices (dry-fat free tissue and collagen) at the end of lactation. The results of the experiment indicated that ewes with higher milk production had  greater mammary gland involution. Ewes with higher mammary gland  indices  either at the   beginning or at the end of lactation  had higher milk production.  Improve  ration  decreased mammary gland involution.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effects of  probiotic in ration by body weight Kacang goat. This study  used 16 male goat with 1- 1.5 months of age at 10 – 20 kg of body weight. The design in this study was randomized block completely design with 4 treatments of probiotic  and  4  body weight as block. Each group received the experimental ration: without probiotic (K0),  0.25% of probiotic (K1), 0.50% of probiotic (K2) and 0.75% of probiotic (K3). Parameter measured were  dry matter intake, body weight and ration efficiency. Result of this study showed that there was no significant effect on drymatter intake, body weight and  ration efficiency The conclusion of this study was that the probiotik did not increase body weight and ration efficiency of kacang goat.

Abstract

Fifty Four birth goat were used to study the growth and body dimensions  by response of giving PMSG at prior to mating. The experimental does were injected with pregnant mare serum gonadothrophin (PMSG), 0 IU/kg BW and 15 IU/kg BW. Intravaginal sponge (60 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate) was applied for 14 days to synchronize estrus cycle. Twenty four  hours prior to sponge removal, PMSG was injected to stimulate PMSG, than, 5 does  were mixed with 1 buck for natural mating. The results showed that administration of PMSG at prior to mating of the  does can  increase of the birth weight (p<0.01), weaning weight, body weight. Giving PMSG also increased body length at birth, body length at weaning and raising of body length (p<0.01). Giving PMSG increased shoulder height at birth, high shoulders weaned and raising of high shoulder weaning kid. Giving PMSG of the parent can increase the chest circumference at birth, chest circumference at weaning, and chest circumference of the offsprings (p<0.05). The experiment results indicated that PMSG at prior to mating increased birth weight and body dimensions, weight gain until weaning off significantly higher than goats without giving PMSG.
