Abstract

Public interest in investment, particularly in stocks and cryptocurrencies, remains relatively low compared to Indonesia's large population. However, these two instruments have attractive profit potential. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, risk perception, and motivation on investment interest in stocks and crypto in Banda Aceh, with understanding as a moderating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving Banda Aceh residents as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a moderation regression technique with the assistance of Smart-PLS 4. The results indicate that religiosity does not positively affect investment interest in stocks and crypto, with a t-statistic value of (0.880) < 1.96 and a p-value of (0.379) > 0.05. In contrast, risk perception has been proven to have a positive effect, with a t-statistic value of (2.711) > 1.96 and a p-value of (0.007) < 0.05. Additionally, motivation also positively influences investment interest, with a t-statistic value of (5.484) > 1.96 and a p-value of (0.000) < 0.05. Furthermore, the understanding variable does not moderate the relationship between religiosity and investment interest. However, understanding is proven to moderate the relationship between risk perception and motivation with investment interest, where individuals with better understanding tend to have higher investment interest. These findings imply that increasing investment interest in society requires broader education on investment, especially regarding risk management and long-term benefits. Additionally, the development of the Islamic capital market and clearer regulations for crypto assets can serve as supporting factors for increasing investment participation in Banda Aceh. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of dimensional variations on the bearing capacity and settlement of filter buildings in the Benteng Kobema Bengkulu Regional Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM), which has a capacity of 380 L/second and plays a crucial role in providing clean water to the community. Given the potential risk of the Mentawai Pagai Megathrust subduction earthquake, it is necessary to evaluate the bearing capacity and settlement of building foundations. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), the effect of variations on bearing capacity and settlement can be determined using two types of pile cross-sections, namely square and circular, accompanied by differences in pile cross-section dimensions, namely 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, and depths of 7 m, 9 m, 11 m, and 13 m. The comparison is based on the bearing capacity of the foundation and the settlement of the pile foundation for the filter building of the SPAM Kobema Bengkulu project, using several methods: Poulos and Davis, Reese and Wright, Luciano Decourt, and the Finite Element Method. The smallest settlement is obtained by comparing the total settlement with the allowable settlement, which is 10% of the diameter. The test results show that the bearing capacity, deflection magnitude, and smallest settlement are below the permissible settlement limit, which is less than 10% of the foundation dimensions. The comparison between the static and numerical methods, or the Bearing Capacity Ratio (BCR), is closer to 1, indicating a more efficient and safer approach. In this analysis, a BCR value approaching one was obtained for a square-section foundation with a size of 500 mm, using the Reese and Wright method at a depth of 9 m. This yielded a bearing capacity of 312.04 tons for a single pile and 207.69 tons for a group of piles.

Abstract

Penyaluran bibit kelapa sawit oleh Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pelalawan dilaksanakan melalui tiga pola: gratis, subsidi, dan komersial. Namun dalam proses pelaksanaannya terdapat sejumlah permasalahan, seperti realisasi penyaluran yang belum mencapai target, penyaluran yang efektif hanya melalui pola subsidi, serta rendahnya daya beli masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pelaksanaan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat program penyaluran bibit kelapa sawit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Teori kinerja organisasi dari Sinambela diterapkan dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja yang meliputi produktivitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyaluran bibit kelapa sawit belum optimal berdasarkan indikator-indikator tersebut. Terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat antara lain pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, kondisi bibit yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi, dan verifikasi lahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstractReligious moderation is a religious perspective, attitude and behavior that always takes in a middle position, acts fairly, and is not a religious extreme. In this case, The government, namely the Ministry of Religious Affairs, considers to strengthens religious moderation as a strategic effort in building the integrity of the nation. As a pluralistic country, religious moderation is very needed as an effort to build national harmony and sustainability. The term of religious moderation is often identified with wasathiyah in Islam, but in fact the principles of religious moderation are stated in every religious teaching of all religions. They all require peace, justice, and maintain human values. This is the important of understanding that the very basic religious teachings are in line with the religious moderation.Key words: religious moderation, pluralistic society, Indonesia. AbstrakModerasi Beragama adalah sebuah cara pandang, sikap dan perilaku beragama yang selalu mengambil posisi di tengah-tengah, selalu bertindak adil, dan tidak ekstrem dalam beragama. Pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Agama menganggap penguatan moderasi beragama sebagai upaya strategis dalam menjaga keutuhan bangsa. Sebagai negara yang majemuk, cara pandang moderasi beragama sangat dibuthkan sebagai usaha untuk menjaga kerukunan dan kelestarian bangsa. Terminologi moderasi beragama sering diidentikkan dengan wasathiyah dalam Islam, namun seseungguhnya prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama terdapat dalam setiap ajaran agama-agama, sebab sejatinya ajaran agama selalu menghendaki perdamain, keadilan, dan menjaga nilai-nilai kemanusiaan. Hal ini penting untuk dipahami sebagai pengetahuan bahwa esensi setiap ajaran agama sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama.

Abstract

The article projected the cultural identity resistance to preserve the young generations within the Malay community among Southeast Asia nations. The article uncovered the challenge of cultural shifts young people to bear with global life. The Modernism way of life might not suit to the original way of life; it only took to hedonism, personal logic, and contemporary then merely to maturity. At the same time, it might also endanger the existence of Malay Identity for the long term. This article conveyed the friction of cultural shift among Malay young people who influenced to expose the change in their personal identity and role model. The friction carried a serious threat to the whole Malay as an origin identity. The article composed the research focuses on the Malay race tradition who embraces Islam as a way of life. The Malay community embraces Islamic Identity as a cultural feature “adat bersendikan syarak” the collocational Islamic tradition within the cultural identity. The identity-preserved religion and culture inseparable and integrated one to another as ethnographically proposed research articles applied implemented participant and key informant interviewing from issues phenomenon.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine how to measure parenting style for students who experienced security conflicts or great natural disasters such as tsunamis. The research focused on the parenting style of millennial children, particularly in building their character. The study sample consisted of 210 students at a state Islamic university in Aceh. This study found 38 valid items from the 40 instrument items developed, while two instrument items were invalid because of the rxy value <0 30. Furthermore, the reliability test is conducted by calculating the value of α Cronbach, which found a value of 0 871 for 38 valid items about the instrument. The ANOVA analysis measured the differences of each PTKIN in Aceh (STAIN, IAIN, and UIN). Obtained F value of 3.116 with sig = 0.046. Because the sig value <0.05, Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that there were differences in the average parenting style and student character in UIN, IAIN, and STAIN in Aceh.

Abstract

The Selebar District in Bengkulu City has a high level of earthquake vulnerability due to its location near the Indo-Australian and Eurasian plate subduction zone. This study began with a microtremor survey and earthquake modelling to analyse the seismic response of the soil. Modelling was conducted using the non-linear dynamic Pressure Dependent Hyperbolic (PDH) approach. This method models soil behaviour by considering changes in stiffness and damping due to variations in pressure and strain during an earthquake, thereby providing a more realistic representation of field conditions. The response analysis was conducted in one dimension and produced soil acceleration parameters, with Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) values ranging from 0.47g to 0.75g. These results indicate a high earthquake potential in the study area. The acceleration spectrum of the input waves increased gradually until it reached its peak at a period of 0.2 seconds, covering the classification range of buildings from low to high. These findings provide essential input for earthquake-resistant infrastructure planning and the formulation of risk mitigation strategies in earthquake-prone areas, such as the Selebar District in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Ekosistem padang lamun memiliki peranan yang tidak kalah penting dengan mangrove di wilayah pesisir Kelurahan Pundata Baji, Kabupaten Pangkep. Namun, masyarakat belum mengetahui sepenuhya tentang fungsi fisik, ekologis, serta sosial ekonomi ekosistem lamun. Demikian juga dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal restorasi habitat lamun yang telah mengalami kerusakan (degradasi).  Dengan demikian, salah satu hal penting dilakukan adalah memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan,  serta pembuatan demplot (percontohan) mengenai teknologi restorasi lamun berbasis masyarakat melalui penanaman (transplantasi) lamun. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pelatihan monitoring ekosistem lamun hasil transplantasi tersebut. Ujicoba transplantasi lamun dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 metode, yaitu 1) Frame bambu /(modifikasi) TERFS (Transplanting Eelgrass Remotely with Frame Systems, 2) jangkar dengan tegakan tunggal (single shoot) serta 3) kurungan. Ketiga metode tersebut merupakan metode simple dan low-cost sehingga mudah dipelajari dan diaplikasikan oleh kelompok target.  Setelah 35 hari, hasil transplantasi menunjukkan 100% tingkat keberlangsungan hidup. Namun, perbedaan panjang daun lamun pada transplantasi yang di kurung (36,11±2,8 cm) adalah lebih rendah dibandingkan ke dua metode lainnya (metode frame bambu 44±5.01cm dan jangkar 47±2,08 cm). Dengan adanya penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pembuatan demplot, pengetahuan masyarakat target tentang fungsi lamun serta upaya perbaikannya menjadi bertambah. Selain itu, masyarakat menjadi tahu dan terampil dalam hal 1) transplantasi lamun dan 2) monitoring lamun hasil transplantasi. Sebagai tambahan dari kegiatan tersebut adalah tersedianya area penangkapan alternatif di areal penanaman lamun bagi kelompok nelayan di Persisir Pundata Baji.

Abstract

This socialization activity aims to provide insight into opportunities to develop knowledge of trends and insights that are equal for small industries, as well as educate participants to obtain information to be able to join relevant associations/communities in every expert activity on social media. The implementation method follows a gradual process consisting of stages of information exchange, question and answer, discussion, and demonstration. The enthusiasm of the participants who followed with a percentage of 94%, and the results that have been achieved in the activities carried out are; 1) Participants are familiar with the knowledge and opportunities of home industry, 2) Participants are able to master the use of the Canva application to create product catalogs and implement it on various online sales media platforms, 3) Participants are able to take advantage of relevant associations/communities in every expert activity in the media social media to obtain relevant information, and 4) Participants are also able to master the knowledge gained as additional skills and create effective product promotion opportunities for home industries.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital expenditure on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Using panel data from 30 provinces during the 2007-2015 period. To sharpen the analysis, we divided the provinces into three groups, namely the western region, the central region, and the eastern region. The analysis model used is panel regression with a fixed effect approach. Using 95% confidence, our research provides empirical evidence that capital expenditure can significantly reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia's western and central regions, whereas for the eastern region, this expenditure does not significantly reduce unemployment
