This research is oriented to the learning outcomes of students who have not yet reached the KKM in the subject of electrical circuits for class X TITL at SMKN 1 Padang. Many factors affect the low student learning outcomes such as the learning process using conventional methods and the media used by the teacher in learning is a module and only uses the blackboard. Based on these factors, research is conducted in the form of experiments to improve student learning outcomes by using media-based flash animation learning media. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with Pretest-Posttest One Group Design. The subjects of this study were students of class X SMKN 1 Padang semester January-June 2016, which amounted to 31 students. Collecting data in this study using a test (Pretest-Posttest), namely objective questions. The test questions used were tested first to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and discriminating power of the questions. Based on the results of the study obtained 25 items. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes of class X TITL SMKN 1 Padang in the subject of Electrical Engineering. The increase occurred at a high level (0.71) where 18 students were at a high level and 13 other students were at an increasing level. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of flash animation media on electrical circuit subjects for class X TITL SMKN 5 Padang can improve student learning outcomes at a high level (0.71).

Sistem absensi yang efektif dan efisien menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi absensi berbasis website yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan absensi di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Gayo Lues. Metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan pengguna dan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur otomatis notifikasi untuk pengingat dan pelaporan absensi yang tertata rapi. Diharapkan implementasi sistem ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam manajemen absensi di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Gayo Lues.Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, sistem dirancang untuk memungkinkan pegawai melakukan absensi secara online melalui website yang dapat diakses dengan mudah dan aman.

Oil palm is a carbon absorbing plant that stores it in biomass. To monitor biomass, especially in large areas of oil palm plantations, remote sensing data can be used combined with machine learning algorithms. The aims of this study were to estimate oil palm biomass carbon according to age class using non-destructive methods, as well as analyze the relationship between the reflectance of Sentinel 2 image oil palm and oil palm biomass carbon, and estimate the distribution of oil palm biomass carbon using a learning algorithm random forest (RF) engine. Measurement of biomass at the study site was carried out non-destructively using stratified purposive sampling. The closeness of the relationship between Sentinel 2 image and measured oil palm biomass is assessed from the coefficient of determination of the regression equation. Estimation of the distribution of biomass carbon in all research locations was carried out using the RF method with the Dzetsaka classification tool. The results showed that the highest biomass carbon stock was obtained in oil palm aged 20 years with an average of 59.6 tons C/ha, while the lowest biomass carbon stock was obtained in oil palm aged 17 years with an average of 32.9 tons C/ha. The reflectance value of Sentinel-2 image on the blue, green, red, and near infrared channels has a positive correlation to biomass carbon from oil palm with an R² greater than 0.8. The classification of biomass carbon with the RF approach applied to Sentinel-2 image gives an adequate accuracy value of 76.40% in the combination of the proportion of training and testing data 60% : 40%.

The fraudulent acts that are currently taking place are important to be studied, discussed, and investigated because these violations are now easier to carry out. This study aims to analyze related to the legal rules governing binary options trading platform online considering the rules and regulations enforced in Indonesia, and regarding legal protection and the role of the government related to binary options trading carried out on an online platform in Indonesia. This research uses regulatory research with a legal methodology. The method of collecting information is through meetings and written studies with subjective investigation procedures. Kampung Buge Ara terletak di Kecamatan Ketol, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, yang mayoritas utama penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagian besar petani kopi. Hasil obervasi diketahui masyarakatnya sudah memiliki pengetahuan kesehatan yang memadai, namun mereka belum memberikan perhatian yang cukup terhadap masalah asupan gizi terutama balita. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdian memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan stunting serta edukasi dalam membuat produk bersumber daya lokal salah satunya adalah dengan membuat teh daun kelor. Daun kelor yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dipisahkan dari tangkai daunnya kemudian dibersihkan dan dilakukan penghalusan menggunakan blender, lalu dikeringkan, selanjutnya dimasukkan kedalam bungkusan teh celup. Langkah terakhir teh celup siap dibagikan kepada warga. Masyarakat setempat merasa senang setelah mendengarkan penjelasan dari tim pengabdian dan menerima teh celup yang telah dibagikan, selain itu juga Masyarakat mendapat tambahan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan daun kelor menjadi teh. Tim pengabdian mendorong agar para warga termotivasi untuk mencari informasi lebih lanjut tentang pengolahan daun kelor dengan memanfaatkan telepon genggam dan internet.

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), a prevalent global health concern involving heart and blood vessel disorders, prompts this research's focus on accurate prediction. This study explores the predictive capabilities of the Gradient Boosting Classifier (GBC) in cardiovascular disease across two datasets. Through meticulous data collection, preprocessing, and GBC classification, the study achieves a noteworthy accuracy of 97.63%, underscoring the GBC's effectiveness in accurate CVD detection. The robust performance of the GBC, evidenced by high accuracy, highlights its adaptability to diverse datasets and signifies its potential as a valuable tool for early identification of cardiovascular diseases. These findings provide valuable insights into the application of machine learning methodologies, particularly the GBC, in advancing the accuracy of CVD prediction, with implications for proactive healthcare interventions and improved patient outcomes.

Semakin berkembangnya zaman, teknologi informasi juga semakin berkembang. Teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat sehingga mendorong kita ke era yang baru yaitu era digital. Pada era digital ini, kita dapat menemukan banyaknya perkembangan terutama pada aplikasi-aplikasi yang ada di smartphone, terutama pada aplikasi pengedit video yang dulunya hanya bisa dioperasikan melalui komputer, tetapi dengan perkembangannya zaman itu bukan hal yang perlu dipermasalahkan, karena sekarang sudah dapat dioperasikan hanya melalui smartphone. Adapun berbagai aplikasi untuk pengedit video seperti Capcut dan Vn video editor yang banyak digunakan dikalangan masyarakat sekarang. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap pengunaan video editor Capcut dan VN. Penilitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) untuk membuat bahan penelitian ini dan digunakan metode eksperimen untuk melakukan pengumpulan data responden. Namun dari penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa Capcut video editor lebih mudah digunakan dibandingkan VN video editor. Disarankan untuk VN video editor agar tampilan user interface nya diubah untuk mempermudah orang dalam penggunaan aplikasi dan juga lebih menyediakan tambahan fitur-fitur gratis seperti template video, font style, pilihan musik lebih banyak agar dapat digunakan semua orang untuk membuat kreasi lebih banyak.

Cryptocurrency is a virtual currency that has no physical or concrete form and exists in cyberspace. One of several types of crypto money is Crypto Asset. The use of Crypto Assets as a means of payment in online buying and selling transactions has recently become increasingly widespread, even though the government has banned this practice. At the beginning of 2019, the Indonesian government has issued regulations regarding the legalization of Crypto Assets (crypto assets) in Commodity Futures Trading. The dual function of Crypto Asset as a commodity and online transaction exchange tool raises pros and cons among scholars and economists. This study aims to obtain answers regarding cryptocurrencies as a commodity in Indonesia and what are the opportunities for Crypto Assets as subjects in Islamic commodities on the Commodity Exchange. The theory applied is the theory of legal and vanity business transactions in Islam. This research is a literature study and is qualitative in nature. The data analysis technique used is analytical descriptive with a normative juridical Islamic law approach. From this research, the results show that cryptocurrencies can be traded on Islamic commodity exchanges on condition that the state protects this trade under a legal umbrella and issues cryptocurrencies where the price is determined by gold or the country's currency. Crypto Assets cannot be used as commodities in Sharia Derivative Contracts in Indonesia, because Crypto Assets still contain speculation, maysir and are prone to be used for illegal activities. Crypto assets are legally h}aram lighairihi or illegal due to external factors, so they should be avoided. Keywords: Legal Certainty, Crypto Assets, Investment in Islamic Law and Positive Law

This study aims to analyze the adoption and impact of digital business models on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with owners and managers of SMEs that have adopted digital business models. The main objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of digital business models, as well as analyze the impact resulting from this adoption. The research was conducted by collecting data through structured in-depth interviews with owners and managers of SMEs representing various industrial sectors. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach by identifying the main themes that emerged from the interviews. The results of the study show that there are factors that influence the adoption of digital business models in SMEs, such as technology awareness, availability of resources, digital skills, and the regulatory environment. The adoption of digital business models has had a significant impact on SMEs, including increasing market access, increasing operational efficiency, expanding customer reach, and increasing competitiveness.

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia sehingga memiliki banyak daerah pesisir. Tanah yang berada pada pesisir / pinggir laut cenderung merupakan jenis tanah lunak. Tanah lunak merupakan jenis yang memiliki kuat geser yang rendah, koefisien permeabilitas yang kecil, kompresibilitas yang rendah dan daya dukung tanah yang rendah. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan tantangan pada konstruksi bangunan diatasnya karena itulah perlu di lakukan perbaikan tanah (soil improvement). Penurunan pada konstruksi teknik sipil akibat proses konsolidasi tanah pendukung merupakan salah satu aspek utama dalam bidang geoteknik terutama pada lapisan tanah kohesif lunak. Proses konsolidasi adalah suatu proses disipasi air pori terhadap fungsi wak tu. Agar perbaikan tanah pada kawasan Pelabuhan di Kuala Tanjung memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi, perlu diadakannya evaluasi terhadap kinerja perbaikan tanah yang ditinjau oleh instrument geoteknik serta parameter desain yang digunakan menggunakan timbunan, beban timbunan direncanakan dengan ketinggian tertentu agar penurunan konsolidasi dapat tercapai. Stamatopoulos (1985) dalam Yunias (2010) mengatakan tinggi timbunan umumnya berkisar antara 3 – 8 meter dengan penurunan yang akan terjadi umumnya 0,3– 2 meter.Hasil perhitungan dari tanpa menggunakan PVD diperoleh wak tu yang diperbolehkan untuk mencapai derajat konsolidasi 95% adalah 531 hari dengan besar penurunan 2.315 meter. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan PVD yang di pasang dengan pola segitiga dan jarak antar 1.6 meter, wak tu yang dibutuhkan adalah 88 hari hari dengan besar penurunan 2.200 meter. Dari analisa telah di lakukan dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan PVD dapat mempercepat wak tu konsolidasi.
