This study aims to investigate an adaptive curriculum serving as a medium to build public trust at Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Tompokersan Lumajang, East Java. It is qualitative using phenomenological methods. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. They were analyzed through several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of an adaptive curriculum was done by optimizing the role of school committees, developing excellent school, offering variations in extracurricular activities to motivate students, and providing counseling guidance programs. This research suggests the importance of innovation in delivering education to meet the social dynamics and global change.

This research aims to find out about improve of the children's natural intelligence with nature-based learning. This research was conducted at the Institute of Learning Group Mutiara Jati Kraksaan Probolinggo using qualitative research methods with case study type. The sample in the study was principal, teacher A and teacher B. The result of this research, then first learning design. Learning devices are arranged to fit the purpose of learning. Then the formation of the child's natural intelligence. Nature-based learning is carried out in accordance with the plan that has been prepared with nature arranged interesting activities outside the classroom. The last, factors that affect a child's natural intelligence. Among other factors from the school environment, family environment and community environment

This study aims to analyze age and understand online learning in early childhood with the help of Whatsapp video calls to improve motor intelligence. This research uses a case study type approach to get an idea of Whatsapp video call-assisted learning in improving motor intelligence in early childhood, observing and documenting learning activities at the institution. Interviews were conducted with principals, teachers, and guardians of students. This research was conducted at RA Mambaul Irfan, Asembakor, Kraksaan, Probolinggo. The results showed that the strategy for the teacher to improve motor intelligence at an early age through Whatsapp video calls was carried out through; Planning, Program Implementation, and Evaluation. This study appreciates that teacher innovation with various media can be carried out even in pandemic conditions, such as WhatsApp video call media

This paper describes the role of leadership in decision-making and team-building at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, in which the data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, presenting the data and concluding it. The study results indicate that the leader's role in making decisions at the institution is as an entrepreneur, as a deterrent to distractions, as a resource divider, as a negotiator. At the same time, the role of leadership in building teamwork is showing his side, building an atmosphere or climate of mutual trust, respecting the ideas proposed by subordinates, prioritizing the comfort of his subordinates, taking into account the job satisfaction factors of subordinates, acknowledging the status of members of the organization appropriately and professionally, trying to sticking to commitments, views that teamwork is the best effort.

The purpose of the study referred to here is to describe how children's creativity management through the medium of illustrated stories in family planning. az-Zainiyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. In order to obtain data from the results of research, conducted research is a qualitative type with case studies as the approach. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model. The results of field research obtained findings that the learning process in the management of children's creativity through the medium of illustrated stories in family planning. az-Zainiyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo through planning, implementing and evaluating learning. The implication is that educators must carry out careful learning planning so that children's creativity increases optimally.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Naturalist Illustrated Image Media towards the Concentration of Early Childhood Learning in Taman Posyandu (TP) Anak Shalih Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. The research method uses a qualitative type and a case study approach. The subjects of the study were students at Taman Posyandu (TP) Anak Shalih Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo totaling 20 children. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data retrieval techniques with snawball sampling, the data sources used are primary and secondary. Data analysis using Huberman miles analysis. The results showed that planning, implementing and evaluating the implementation of naturalist illustrated image media can increase the level of early childhood concentration in Taman Posyandu (TP). Shalih's son. The implication of this study is the need for continuity of guidance, monitoring, and evaluation by teachers of learning media used to determine the progress of children's learning concentration.

This study aims to analyze and study the management of Tajweed learning through audio-visual media. This type of research is a method of qualitative case study type. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis using display data, data reduction, and conclusions. The results showed the management of tajwid learning through audio-visual media at TPQ Al-Muhajirin through the selection of tajwid learning materials, audio-visual-based tajwid implementation design, group daily tests, independent daily tests, and evaluations. The implication is that students are more eager to participate in tajwid learning and need training for teachers who have not mastered the technology. The implication of using audio-visual media makes it easier for students and teachers in the implementation of tajwid science learning.

Learning the science of recitation which has many kinds is not an easy matter for students, especially if the teacher only uses the lecture and memorization method which makes students more bored so that it is difficult to understand and memorize the material. This study aims to examine the Mnemonic Learning method used in recitation lessons. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative case study type. The research location is in MI Darussalam Sumberejo Paiton Probolinggo, especially in the Tahsinul Qur'an program. The data collection technique used is observation or observation and interviews. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From this research, it is known that it is easier for students to remember material for a long time without feeling pressured and bored because of the songs, acronyms, and mind maps used in the Mnemonic Learning method. The implication is that teacher creativity is needed in developing methods (singing, acronyms, concept maps, games, etc.) that are in accordance with the learning material so that students can more easily capture and remember the material because they feel happy and not burdened.

E-bekal is electronic pocket money used in the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school environment. The emergence of e-bekal is the answer to several problems. Many students from out of town and even abroad have difficulty receiving pocket money from their parents, uncontrolled student pocket money, and many cases of losing money. The emergence of e-bekal as an answer to the problem certainly has a practical value because in solving the problem, there must be some obstacles that will be faced so that researchers feel the need to conduct research related to the effectiveness of using e-supply as electronic pocket money in Islamic boarding schools. This study wants to examine how effective the presence of e-bekal among students as direct users of e-bekal is. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative with the type of case study. The results of this study conclude that the use of e-Bekal is still less effective because there are still many students who have not felt the benefits that can be supposed in using e-bekal, even though they tend to be less inclined to use e-bekal as a medium of payment because there are still many obstacles in its use, so that need a lot of system improvements and also upgrade the e-stock software it self.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam menganalisis manajemen pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah untuk mencetak generasi berakhlakul karimah. Generasi berakhlakul karimah menjadi salah satu target terbesar dalam dunia pendidikan, namun adanya lonjakan kemajuan teknologi yang luar biasa bertolak belakang dengan moralitas kehidupan yang semakin menyusut. Kritis moralitas saat ini penting untuk segera dicari alternatif solusinya. Manajemen Pendidikan karakter dengan penerapan program Gerakan furudul ainiyah (GEFA) menjadi salah satu cara yang efektif untuk diimplementasikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan disebuah lembaga pendidikan madrasah yang berada diwilayah probolinggo MI Miftahul Islam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber dilakukan untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan manajemen pendidikan berkarakter yang dilakukan dengan cara; pertama Perencanaan Program, kedua Pengembangan Kurikulum, ketiga Program Gerakan furudul ainiyah (GEFA) dan yang terakhir Evaluasi
