Abstract

Understanding the yellow book in pesantren tends to be very difficult and tedious. This is due to the complexity of mastering nahwu and sharraf and the methods used in pesantren are still classical methods. This prompted this research to analyze the Nubdhatul Bayan method as Basic Learning in understanding the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research in Islamic boarding schools, especially in Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid through data collection based on in-depth studies on observations, interviews and documentation, while the analysis technique used is data analysis techniques with the air flow model proposed by Miles & Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Nubdatul Bayan method as basic learning in understanding the yellow book in the tamhid ma'had aly Nurul Jadid class is very effective in facilitating prospective students in mastering the yellow book. The implications of this study make it possible to facilitate and accelerate a prospective mahasantri ma'had aly Nurul Jadid in understanding the yellow book.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the stimulation of reading culture with the 'reading clinic' program conducted in elementary schools. This research was conducted in elementary schools at MI Nurus Salam Kotaanyar Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and an overview or conclusion. The results showed that; first, the MI Nurus Salam institution uses a program called a 'reading clinic' to stimulate a reading culture for students; second, the presentation is done by knowing the program, implementing the reading clinic program, and evaluating the program. The implications obtained in the stimulation of reading culture in madrasas through the reading clinic game program are that students can develop reading comprehension and are more enthusiastic and enthusiastic about carrying out activities at the clinic with the creativity carried out by the teacher.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of humanistic theory in improving student achievement at MI Nurul Yakin Sumberanyar Paiton. This research uses qualitative research method of case study type. This research was conducted since April 30, 2022. The data sources are observations and interviews. To obtain valid and reliable data, the researcher conducted interviews with several informants using purposive sampling technique, which consisted of five people, namely Ning Durrotus Shaimah as the principal, Hani as the deputy head, Titin as the deputy head of the curriculum, Cici Malika as one of the teachers, and Afkara Raysifa one of the students at the institution. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results obtained are (1) the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, (2) the provision of rewards, (3) the existence of professional teachers and (4) student-centered learning strategies. With the application of humanist learning theory, it is possible for student achievement to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the branding image management strategy in MI Tarbiyatul Islam probolinggo district and the effectiveness of branding image management strategies in the era of society 5.0. This is qualitative research with the type of case study conducted at MI Tarbiyatul Islam in the city of Probolinggo. Sources of informants in this study were principals, curriculum, public relations, teachers, staff, and students. Then to select and determine the informants in this study, the researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results in this study indicate that first, MI Tarbiyatul Islam applies a branding image management strategy to increase the competitiveness of madrasas in the era of society 5.0. Second, the branding image management strategy is done by; Branding management strategy planning in the period of society 5.0, Branding Image Management Strategy, Result Branding Image, and Continuous Improvement. The implications obtained by carrying out a branding image management strategy can increase public trust in choosing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatul Islam institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the brand image applied through inclusive education to improve the competitiveness of madrasas. Brand image assistance is carried out to improve the quality of institutions and institutions from a negative image. This research was conducted through a case study-type approach. This research was conducted at the MI Nurul Yaqin Kertosono Gading Probolinggo institution. Results Based on the study shows that; First, the institution has implemented a brand image through the implementation of inclusive education in increasing the competitiveness of madrasas. Second, the performance of an inclusive branding image is carried out in several stages, including; Branding Analysis, Establishing Partnerships, Implementation of Inclusive Education, and Evaluation. The implications obtained from institutions with brand image through the implementation of inclusive education are; The institution has a new idea in the quality and quality assurance of the institution, the revolutionary madrasa is dignified and embraces all circles so that it is of high quality and ready to compete.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and understand the increasing concentration of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) children through guessing games in Madrasahs. ADHD children have difficulty focusing, so learning while playing can be an alternative treatment. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data analysis technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis uses Milles and Huberman's data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that with the stages of forming groups as a mirror of the guidance process, then conveying game instructions as a form of persuasion, starting a guessing game as a form of accompanying, and having rewards as a form of response and more attention from the teacher then the final score of the game was obtained. It is being done, which continues to increase. It can then be understood that guessing games can improve concentration in ADHD children at Madrasah Ibdtidaiyah Misbahul Fata, Probolinggo. This study provides implications about the importance of learning design based on the needs of students that teachers must carry out by utilizing a multidisciplinary approach so that learning targets can be achieved.

Abstract

Pesatnya revolusi industri teknologi dan moralisasi di Era Society 5.0 mengalami problematika yang kompleks. Sebagaimana perubahan segala bentuk budaya dan cara pandang individu berdampak pada dekadensi moral mahasiswa. Hal tersebut mendorong Universitas Nurul Jadid untuk ikut andil dalam Program MBKM Santri guna mempertahankan dan menjaga mahasiswanya untuk tetap dalam moralitas keagamaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja program MBKM untuk mahasiswa berstatus santri sebagai pondasi penguatan nilai keagamaannya pada era 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di Universitas Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara berdasarkan kajian mendalam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi data. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program MBKM sebagai upaya penguatan nilai keagamaan mahasiswa MBKM Santri pada era 5.0 melalui tiga program pokok yakni; 1) program pertukaran santri, 2) program santri mengabdi, serta 3) program santri mengajar. Program MBKM santri ini menciptakan mahasiswa-santri melatih dan menyalurkan soft skill dan hard skill sesuai minat dan bakatnya. Setiap mahasiswa-santri UNUJA dibekali dengan nilai Trilogi dan Pancakesadaran santri yang memudahkan mereka untuk terjun kepada kondisi sosial masyarakat yang berbeda. Memasuki era 5.0, maka program MBKM ini menjadi solutif bagi dunia pendidikan menanamkan soft skill dan hard skill siswa yang mampu menghadapi tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Education, especially Islamic education, with a pluralist-multicultural paradigm, urgently needs to be immediately designed in the learning process. The world of semi-Islamic boarding schools or dormitories is undoubtedly no stranger to its positive and negative sides. It is often heard that the hostel is an arena for fading a sense of nationalism in the souls of the younger generation. The application of multicultural culture can be used as a method for solving problems in the souls of the younger generation. This study aimed to identify and describe the concept of character management by applying multicultural culture to male boarding schools at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Probolinggo. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the concept of multicultural culture application in this institution is carried out using; a peace workshop, students' mukim design, multicultural learning and assessment. Multicultural culture can provide students with an understanding of the existing differences, but even though we are different, we can still unite to achieve a goal. The implications obtained through character management by applying multicultural culture to students can foster a sense of nationalism which is shown by caring, helping, being polite to friends and teachers and respecting each other regardless of caste or social status, through character management by applying multicultural culture in this institution become a place to instil a spirit of nationalism to unite the existing diversity. This research is a form of novelty that is unique from previous research because this study analyzes character management which involves multicultural culture.

Abstract

The research aims to help the basic problems of students in determining their choice of majors in Extracurriculars by using Multiple Intelligence-based selection. The research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Jalaluddin Ar-rumi area using a qualitative approach with field research. Data obtained from interviews and observations. Data analysis was preceded by interviews with the Head of Santri Resources & Management, chairman of the Association for Organization Rumi (AFORMI), and the students. The results of the study show that the selection of students based on Multiple Intelligence (MI) is very helpful in determining the extracurricular class of the dormitory, it is even very helpful in procuring activities so that the administrators are able to carry out procurement according to the needs of the talents & interests of the students. The stages of the selection implementation consist of conducting questionnaire tests, giving briefings, and delivering material on Multiple Intelligence. The use of Multiple Choice questions was maintained because the administrators considered that the use of these questions was still effective for students. The Multiple Intelligence-based student selection model is very important to develop because Multiple Intelligence emphasizes the individual intelligence of students, which is considered suitable for the current approach to students.

Abstract

This study aims to provide understanding and train students in stimulating students' writing interest in higher education. This research was conducted at Nurul Jadid Paiton University Probolinggo with a qualitative approach with the type of research in the field (field researcb). Data obtained from the observation process, interviews with speakers and students. In the process of data analysis, researchers carry out data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion of data findings. The results of the study showed the success of the journal clinic program in Nurul Jadid University students. The process of this activity is through training Providing continuous coaching, Understanding the structure of articles, Conducting regular practice and Providing motivation in the spirit of work. This clinic program successfully overcomes students' difficulties in stimulating writing interest. This training is able to provide a stimulus to stimulate students to love writing by holding a journal clinic program. This training has been able to improve the knowledge, skills, and motivation of students to write scientific articles.
