Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the pedagogical competence of MAN 1 Sleman teachers through training in developing Theasys-based learning media. The program involved 45 teachers and was implemented through active participation, activity-oriented, program-based, and independent learning approaches. The evaluation instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 20 items distributed across five indicators: understanding of learning media, understanding of software, understanding of Theasys features, ability to create Theasys-based learning media, and ability to integrate the media into classroom learning. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis by comparing participants’ understanding before and after the training. The results showed that the average level of participants’ understanding increased from 2.4% before the training to 90.4% after the training. The highest improvement was found in the ability to create Theasys-based learning media, which increased from 2% to 98%. In addition, 92% of participants stated that the training was highly beneficial for developing learning media, and the attendance rate of ≥85% indicated active participation throughout the program. These findings suggest that Theasys-based training can support teachers in developing interactive visual learning media according to subject-specific needs.

Abstract

ABSTRACT With the rapid growth of information technology, the business world is now in a highly competitive digital era, where marketing strategies play a crucial role for companies to survive and grow, particularly in increasing sales. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by NS PHONE in Mojokerto City to improve smartphone sales. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observation, using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. The findings show that NS PHONE effectively applies the 4P marketing mix strategy. The products offered are adjusted to customer needs and current market trends, competitive pricing is maintained, the store is located in a strategic area, and promotions are actively carried out through social media platforms such as TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Furthermore, friendly service and a personal approach contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Based on sales data from February to May 2025, the number of units sold increased, indicating that the marketing strategy successfully supported sales growth at NS PHONE Mojokerto. ABSTRAK Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, dunia bisnis kini berada di era digital yang sangat kompetitif, di mana strategi pemasaran menjadi kunci penting bagi perusahaan untuk bertahan dan berkembang, khususnya dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan NS PHONE Kota Mojokerto dalam meningkatkan penjualan handphone. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NS PHONE secara efektif menggunakan strategi bauran pemasaran 4P. Produk yang ditawarkan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tren pasar terkini, harga yang dipatok relatif bersaing, Lokasi took berada di area strategis, serta promosi dilakukan secara aktif melalui media social seperti TikTok, WhatsApp, dan Facebook. Selain itu pelayanan ramah serta pendekatan personal terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sekaligus membangun loyalitas jangka panjang. Berdasarkan data penjualan Februari hingga Mei 2025, terjadi peningkatan jumlah unit terjual, yang menunjukkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran dalam mendukung peningkatan penjualan handphone di NS PHONE Kota Mojokerto.

Abstract

Nutritional status is crucial for enhancing athletic performance in Pencak Silat, which demands strength and optimal body proportions. The objective of this research was to examine the influence of gender on body mass index (BMI) among young Pencak Silat athletes and to assess the impact of anthropometric variables on BMI. A total of 38 athletes were assessed for height, weight, body composition, and somatotype. The statistical analysis comprised Pearson correlation, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that there were no significant disparities in BMI between both genders (p = 0.113). Most of athletes categories as mesomorphic (57.9%), followed by ectomorphic (36.8%) and endomorphic (5.3%). Regression analysis indicates that body weight (β = 0.347; p < 0.001) exerts a substantial positive influence on BMI. In contrast, height demonstrates a significant negative influence (β = -0.247; p < 0.001). Additionally, age and gender are not significant factors towards BMI. These findings underscore the inadequacies of BMI as the exclusive measure of athletes’ nutritional status and highlight the necessity of incorporating anthropometric evaluation and somatotype profile. A multidimensional evalutions may help coaches and sport nutrisionist to design effective training and nutrition strategies for long term-athletes development (LAD).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Arsinergi Graha Cipta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program software IBM SPSS Statistic versi 26 dan seluruh responden berstatus sebagai karyawan di PT Arsinergi Graha Cipta. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y= -41.349 + 0.274 + 0.294 + 0.295 + 0.349, yang berarti arah pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3, X4 terhadap Y bernilai positif dan nilai sig. < 0.05 yang berarti bahwa Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Arsinergi Graha Cipta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style on employee performance at PT Natura Nuswantara Nirmala. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation in the form of rewards and development programs has been proven to significantly improve performance. Furthermore, a supportive organizational culture also positively influences employee performance, where good values and work environment encourage employees to work more effectively and efficiently. Transformational leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, providing clear direction and motivating performance improvement. Overall, work motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style collectively have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Natura Nuswantara Nirmala.
