This study aims to evaluate the effect of advertising and cashback on purchasing decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study uses a quantitative method involving 100 respondents who are active Shopee users. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed online. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, data instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test to measure the extent to which advertising and cashback influence purchasing decisions. The results showed that both advertising (X1) and cashback (X2) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce in Surabaya city. Multiple linear analysis shows that the variables of advertising (X1) and cashback (X2) partially and significantly affect purchasing decisions in e-commerce shopee in the city of Surabaya. Both advertising variables (X1) and cashback (X2) simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee in the city of Surabaya. The cashback variable which has a more dominant effect on purchasing decisions compared to advertising (X1) can be seen in the highest beta coefficient. These findings indicate that effective marketing strategies, such as attractive advertisements and cashback offers, can increase interest and purchasing decisions. Therefore, Shopee is advised to continue optimizing advertisements and cashback programs to maintain and increase customer loyalty.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and price on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data for this research is a sample of 96 respondents whose sampling used Roa Purba. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. Data that meets the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test is processed to produce the regression equation: Y = 4.573 + 0.219 X1+ 0.597X2 + 0.638X3 + e. The results of the analysis carried out can be seen through the results of the t test. It can be seen that the variables product quality, brand image and price partially have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya with each having a calculated t value (2.077), t calculated (5,967). and t count (4.511) which is greater than t table (1.66088). The results of the F test in this research show that the calculated F value (46.662) is greater than the F table (3.09), which means that the variables of product quality, brand image and price simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to purchase a Honda Brio car in Surabaya.

Effective leadership and employee discipline are essential to maintaining a productive and professional workplace environment. Leaders are expected to open up two-way communication so that employees can fully understand the Company's goals in achieving performance. Companies need to have a clear and consistent approach to employee discipline to ensure that employees understand company policies and comply with performance expectations. In addition, employee discipline helps identify and correct behavior or actions that are detrimental to the organization.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of perceived quality, perceived value on customer satisfaction with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire techniques that are distributed using online google forms. Data analysis in this study multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, data normality test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test. The results showed that the variable perceived quality (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with the results of the hypothesis test showing t count> t table (10.626 > 1.985). The variable perceived value (X2) has no significant effect on customer satifcation (Y), because the hypothesis test results show t count < t table (0.365 < 1.985). The variables perceived quality (X1) and perceived value (X2) together affect customer satisfaction (Y) with a calculated F value of 171,224 and a significance value of 0.00 which is smaller than the maximum significance limit of 0.05. The implication of this research is to increase perceived value at photograms studio tunjungan plaza Surabaya.

. With the development of the era that is increasingly advanced, companies need to make effective marketing plans to excel in business competition. In marketing planning there are several factors that are considered such as Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty that affect Repurchase Intention. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of brand trust and brand loyalty partially and simultaneously on repurchase interest in Avian paint product customers in Gresik. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample population was 100 consumers of Avian paint products in Gresik. The method used in sampling was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that brand trust has a partial effect on repurchase interest; and brand loyalty has a partial effect on repurchase interest; while Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty have a simultaneous effect on Repurchase Interest in Avian Paint Product Customers in Gresik

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on return visit interest at hotel X in Surabaya both simultaneously and partially, and to determine the most dominant variable in influencing return visit interest. This study belongs to the type of causal research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 96 respondents, the results of which will be tested for validity and multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination coefficients, F test, t test, and dominant test. The study results show that service quality affects the interest in revisiting hotel X in Surabaya both simultaneously and partially. The service quality variable is the most dominant variable in influencing return visit interest at hotel X in Surabaya. Furthermore, the ability of the service quality variable to influence the revisit interest variable is 50.5%, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

This research aims to implement the Beale-Powell Restarts algorithm in predicting the development of oil and non-oil exports in Indonesia. With the increasing importance of international trade for the economic growth of a country, accurate understanding of export trends becomes crucial for decision-making at the policy level. The data used in this study originates from the value of oil and non-oil exports (in Million US$) in Indonesia obtained from the customs documents of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (PEB and PIB). The implementation method of the Beale-Powell Restarts algorithm is focused on analyzing and forecasting export development trends. This algorithm is known for its ability to address convergence issues commonly encountered in nonlinear optimization. By applying this algorithm, the research aims to improve the accuracy and precision of predictions, providing valuable insights for economic planning and trade strategy development in Indonesia. The study also includes a comparison of the performance of several different models in prediction, with various models such as 8-5-1, 8-10-1, 8-15-1, 8-20-1, and 8-25-1 being evaluated. The research findings indicate that the best model is 8-5-1, which has the lowest testing Mean Squared Error (MSE) value of 0.00735820154, affirming that the use of the Beale-Powell Restarts algorithm yields better results in predicting the development of oil and non-oil exports in Indonesia compared to other models. It is hoped that the implementation of the Beale-Powell Restarts algorithm will make a significant contribution in assisting stakeholders in formulating more effective and sustainable trade policies to advance the Indonesian economy.

Information systems have an important role in various fields including in the field of health services in various community health centers (Puskesmas) in various regions in Indonesia. Information systems can contribute to accelerating and simplifying the flow of services to patients. The results of the KKL reported that the role of the information system in the Puskesmas Kedungdoro Surabaya can be a bridge of connectivity between patients, health workers and the service system implemented so that it can support health service activities running according to the target achievement. An important task that must be carried out by the Puskesmas Kedungdoro is to continuously educate patients to foster understanding in the service system at the Puskesmas Kedungdoro Surabaya.

This research aims to examine what factors influence the level of customer loyalty of GeraiHALO Telkomsel Wonosobo, Central Java. The population in this study are customers who have subscribed or are currently subscribing to Telkomsel Kartu HALO, simPATI and AS product services, having subscribed for at least six months. Determining the sample in this research used the probability sampling method. This analysis uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which is used to determine the level of importance and perception (expectations) of the Marketing Mix towards customer satisfaction implemented by the company. The results of the IPA analysis show that the dominant factors influencing customer loyalty are product quality, price, distribution variables. and promotion variables in this research are quite good in explaining customer perceptions. The author's advice to companies is that companies create products that are superior in quality, and always maintain product quality, namely by always innovating products that are tailored to customer desires for the product. Apart from that, companies must always pay attention to customer complaints by minimizing customer complaints.
