Abstract

Plan strategic in competitive marketing started by analyze of competitor. Company differ value and customer satisfaction by value that be given price product,promotion, and distribution (marketing mix) on his competitor. With high competition in trading, so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance of selling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is an indicator used to measure economic performance in a period. GRDP is the amount of added value generated by all business units in a particular area. It can also be said to be the sum of the value of the final goods and services produced by all economic units. Therefore, this study aims to cluster the GRDP Growth Rate according to business fields in the city of Surabaya, so that it is known which sectors have high or low growth. The clustering algorithm used is K-Means. By using this method, the data will b,e grouped into several clusters, where the implementation of the K-Means Clustering process uses the Rapid Miner tools. The data used is the GRDP Growth Rate in Surabaya City by Business Field, 2010-2019 (Percent). The data is divided into 3 clusters: high, medium, and low. The results obtained are nine categories/sectors with high clusters, 5 categories / sectors with medium clusters, and three categories,s / sectors with low clusters. This can be input and information for the Surabaya City government to further maximize efforts to increase the GRDP Growth Rate in the area.

Abstract

Schools play an important role in fostering students' character with various programs in and outside the classroom to fortify students from the negative effects of globalization. This study aims to analyze the implementation of strengthening character education through the Pesantren Ramadan program to develop the religious character of students. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Principals, teachers, and students became informants in this study. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then the data were analyzed using the triangulation method. This study shows that this school implements the strengthening of school culture-based character education, one of which is the Pesantren Ramadan. This program aims to develop religious character as the main character and other characters such as independence, care for others, and integrity. There are several activities in the Pesantren Ramadan: Azan Competition, Religious Lecture Contest, Calligraphy Competition, Short Letter Memorizing Competition, Tartil Competition, Islamic Poster Contest, Zuhur Prayer, Al-Qur'an Tadarus, Collection of Zakat Fitrah, and Commemoration of Nuzul Al-Qur' an. Thus, the Islamic Boarding School of Ramadan effectively increases students' religious character.

Abstract

The competitive advantage that can improve marketing performance can be grown by building learning relationship. This means that the company should be able to increase the activity of learning by facilitating the exchange of information, developing common learning area, and update their behavior in accordance with the terms of the stakeholders. These learning come from a variety of sources that are not even from stakeholders only, but also can obtain information derived from studies of scientists and academics. According to this case, the company can always obtain comprehensive understanding in determining any strategy that will be used. Relationship learning through the creation of common understanding are refer to the joint activities continually between the customer and the supplier that intended to create an understanding of information that could potentially affect the behavior. Everything is invaluable business supporting elements in smoothing activities. This includes various specific resources that can provide the supply of valuable information to the decision making process and strategic policy by the company.

Abstract

The reason for this review was to examine the impact of work understanding and work inspiration on work inspiration at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. Likewise, the impact of work inspiration as an intermediate variable between understanding work and inspiration from working at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. The population in this center, as well as during the study, is mostly PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch with over 37 employees, including 1 chief supervisor, 5 boat directors and 31 employees. The logical procedure used is a path study using SPSS programming. The results showed that the work experience variable had a positive and critical impact on the work inspiration of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch. Variable work experience has a positive and tremendous impact on the exhibitor's trade show.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to explore a new model concept finding that can bridge the research gap of halal literacy relationships, brand management skills that are centralized to religio-centric product strategies and the commitment to diversity as a function of moderation. Design/methodology/approach – Quantitative methods were used to collect data from a total of 186 respondents with PLS-SEM, instruments used with questionnaires and interviews taken randomly from a population of 320 spread across the island of Java. Findings – This concept is a novelty in efforts to improve business performance based on the religious nature of centrists in determining product strategies. Furthermore, the growth of product brand innovation is increasingly dynamic, demanding the participation of religion in leading competitive brands and the dissemination of halal literacy Research limitations/implications – In the meantime, in-depth research has not yet been carried out on other dimensions of the function of the previous variable religio-centric product strategy, such as halal marketing innovation capabilities and information technology configuration of halal product literacy. Practical implications – the application of a religion-centred marketing strategy is the company's ability to provide innovation in product strategy decisions that are committed to religious values and can be leveraged in current market understanding and future market forecasts. For stakeholders, this is a new faith-based business opportunity that can open up new segments in heterogeneous market demands. Originality/value – To contribute ideas for knowledge about religious-product strategies and the ability of MSME businesses to spread the importance of halal brand products to customers and through attention on innovation strategies of customer religiosity product needs that are oriented to the needs of halal products customers.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pemahaman berkaitan dengan studi pada bidang perilaku inovatif dalam rangka melakukan tindakan kompetitif dalam pasar yang semakin ketat persaingannya. Desain penelitian menggunakan sumber data Scopus, metode yang digunakan analisa Bibliometric dan menggunakan software Vos Viewer untuk menggambarkan semua penelitian yang pernah dilakukan sepanjang tahun 1988 – 2020 diperoleh 71 dokumen berbetuk artikel yang relevan dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian adalah produktifitas penelitian, peta tema penelitian yang terdiri dari tujuh kluster dan konsep dan konteks perilaku inovatif dalam level individu, tim dan organisasi serta dinamika persaingan dalam level individu, bisnis dan perusahaan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di bidang perilaku inovatif dan dinamika persaingan dan umumnya pada bidang manajemen strategis. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Inovatif, Competitive Dynamic, Bibliometric, Peta Tema Penelitian.AbstractThis study aims to explore understanding related to studies in the field of innovative behavior in order to take competitive action in an increasingly competitive market. The research design used the Scopus data source, the method used was Bibliometric analysis and used the Vos Viewer software to describe all research that had been carried out during the years 1988 - 2020, obtained 71 documents in the form of relevant articles in this study. The research findings are research productivity, the research theme map consisting of seven clusters and the concept and context of innovative behavior at the individual, team and organizational levels as well as the dynamics of competition at the individual, business and company levels. The implication of this research is expected to be able to contribute to the development of science, especially in the field of innovative behavior and competitive dynamic and generally in the field of strategic management. Keywords: Innovative Behavior, Competitive Dynamic, Bibliometric, Research Theme Map.

Abstract

Faktor manusia dalam penyampaian sebuah jasa kepada konsumen sangatlah penting, karena dapat menimbulkan dampak baik atau buruknya kualitas layanan yang secara langsung dapat dilihat dan dirasakan oleh konsumen. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai perilaku unik dari karyawan dapat menimbulkan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik lagi sehingga menimbulkan kepuasan konsumen yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Mode (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menjawab rumusan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen, serta kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of financial leverage, earnings per share (EPS) and asset growth on beta stocks. Samples of this study are seven companies LQ45 index listed in Indonesian stock Exchange period 20 20 -20 2 1. The model used is multiple linear regression. The results show that asset growth has a significant effect on beta stocks, but financial leverage and earnings per share have no positive effect on beta stocks. While earnings per share have no significant effect on beta stocks and have a negative effect on beta stocks. The results in the study also show that financial leverage, earnings per share and asset growth have a significant effect on beta stocks simultaneously. The results have implications for prospective investors who want to invest in the stock market, especially in buying shares, should first consider asset growth factors because these factors prove to have a significant impact on stock beta.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the performance of conventional foreign exchange banks and conventional non-foreign exchange banks in Indonesia during 20 20 -20 2 1 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This study using ROA, NPL, CAR, LDR, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and the Commissioner of the Independent variable Samples were selected in this study with purposive sampling method amounted to 105 foreign banks and 15 non-bank foreign exchange during 20 20 -20 2 1. Analysis that using Independent t-tests on the data were normally distributed and the Mann Whitney-U test on the data is not normally distributed. In the test results stated that there are no differences in the financial performance of foreign exchange banks and non-foreign exchange banks if in view of the ratio of ROA, NPL , CAR, and LDR. And there are differences in the level of performance when viewed in terms of ownership and leadership.
