Naturalist intelligence is a crucial aspect of early childhood development as it encourages children to recognize and directly interact with the natural environment. However, children's interaction with nature has declined due to the dominance of academic curricula and the increasing use of technology in learning, which limits environmental exploration and potentially hinders their cognitive and social development. Amid these challenges, it is essential to understand how learning strategies can be optimized to stimulate children's naturalist intelligence in a contextual manner that reflects the dynamics of field implementation, the challenges encountered, and the solutions adopted. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. The research subjects were 12 students at Bahtera Multiple Intelligence Preschool, Malaysia. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation of learning activities involving children aged 3–4 years. The results indicate that nature exploration, messy play, and nature walks are effective approaches in stimulating naturalist intelligence. These strategies are supported by the use of indoor exploration spaces and nature-based materials as solutions to external constraints such as weather conditions and high exposure to digital technology among children. These findings contribute to the development of adaptive learning strategies tailored to the characteristics of naturalist intelligence in early childhood.

This study aims to examine the role of teachers in strengthening national identity among multiethnic students in West Java and the effectiveness of culture-based Brain Gym in supporting the process. Qualitative research methods were used with data collection through written tests, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and participant observations of teachers and students in five elementary schools in Bandung. The findings indicate that students' low interest in local culture due to the dominance of foreign culture can be overcome by integrating traditional cultural elements (music, dance, and visualization) into a series of Brain Gym movements. Teachers who systematically facilitate these activities can create an interactive and meaningful learning atmosphere, thus triggering emotional responses and increasing awareness of local culture among students. In addition to enriching the learning experience and balancing physical-mental activities, this approach has proven effective in strengthening a sense of pride in cultural heritage and supporting the formation of an inclusive national identity. Thus, implementing a culture-based Brain Gym, combined with the active role of teachers as facilitators and motivators, is recommended as an innovative learning strategy to strengthen cultural literacy and national identity in elementary schools.

Teachers frequently encounter heavy workloads, which can reduce job satisfaction. While various research have looked at this link, the function of job motivation as a deciding factor has not been thoroughly investigated. This systematic literature review seeks to investigate how motivation of work affects the relationship between workload with job satisfaction in teachers. Using the PRISMA framework, a thorough search was undertaken across major academic databases such as Crossref, Semantic Scholar, and Google Scholar, focused on publications published between 2015 and 2025. Inclusion criteria were peer-reviewed publications on motivation, workload, and job satisfaction in the context of school teacher. A total of 12 relevant studies were examined thematically. The data show that a high workload typically affects job satisfaction, although this impact can be mitigated or modulated by internal and extrinsic motivating variables. Teachers with higher levels of intrinsic motivation were more tolerant to workload-related stress and reported higher levels of satisfaction. This review emphasizes the necessity of improving motivating tactics in educational institutions in order to increase teacher well-being. More study is needed to investigate contextual variables including school culture and teacher tenure.
