Abstract

The lack of public understanding in distinguishing between fresh and spoiled meat, coupled with the unrestricted use of formalin, provides opportunities for unscrupulous traders to gain greater profits. Therefore, the development of image processing for beef freshness and formalin identification is necessary. This image processing utilizes the YOLO method, while formalin identification is done using an HCHO sensor. The system was tested every 2 hours, starting from 9:00 AM, revealing that at 9:00 AM, fresh meat was identified with a 87.89% accuracy, at 11:00 AM, fresh meat was identified with a 74.43% accuracy, and at 1:00 PM, spoiled meat was identified with a 38.85% accuracy. The results indicate that the longer the meat is left untreated, the more its freshness diminishes, eventually being identified as spoiled meat. For formalin identification in beef, results from 4 samples show that the longer the meat is exposed to formalin solution, the higher the volatility of the sensor, indicating the presence of formalin in the meat.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Menurut International diabetic Indonesia berada di peringkat ketujuh diantara 10 negara dengan jumlah penderita sebanyak 10,7 juta. Senam diabetes merupakan pengobatan dan pencegahan diabetes militus. Diet berpengaruh dalam perbaikan serta mencegah kadar gula darah yang naik dan turun secara drastis, serta mencegah kelemahan. Tujuan: Menganalisa pengaruh senam diabetes dan diet karbohidrat terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pasien diabetes militus. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre pos test two group with control. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien diabetes militus yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan prolanis berjumlah 62 pasien, dengan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi sampel yang lolos berjumlah 45 responden dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 15 responden. Kelompok 1 diberikan intervensi senam diabetes, kelompok 2 dilakukan intervensi penyuluhan diet karbohidrat, dan kelompok 3 yaitu kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik menggunakan paired T-Test Hasil: penelitian ini didapatkan hasil p-value 0,000 pada kelompok senam maupun kelompok diet karbohidrat, pada kelompok kontrol ialah 0,009. Maknanya senam diabetes dan diet karbohidrat berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pasien diabetes melitus. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh intervensi senam diabetes dan edukasi diet karbohidrat terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes militus.

Abstract

Tanaman jagung yang di tanam bersamaan dengan Crotalaria juncea dan Brachiaria mulato II merupakan cara pengendalian hayati untuk pengendalian ulat grayak Spodoptera frugiperda pada tanaman jagung. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh pengendalian ulat grayak S. frugiperda J.E Smith (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) pada tanaman jagung (Zea mays) menggunakan Crotalaria juncea dan Brachiaria mulato II sebagai tanaman penolak-penarik terhadap, kepadatan populasi larva S. frugiperda pada tanaman jagung, intensitas serangan tanaman jagung pada fase vegetative dan keanekaragama arthropoda pada tanaman jagung. Penelitian menggunakan metode Eksperimental yang membandingkan antara tanaman jagung perlakuan penolak-penarik dan tanaman jagung tanpa perlakuan penolak-penarik (Kontrol). Pengamatan dilakukan setiap minggu selama fase vegetative, yang dimulai pada tiga minggu setelah tanam. Pengamatan kepadatan populasi larva dan intensitas serangan dilakukan secara langsung pada tanaman jagung sampel dan pengamatan keanekaragaman arthropoda menggunakan tiga perangkap yaitu nampan kuning, pitfall dan jaring ayun. Data kepadatan populasi larva dan intensitas serangan dianalisis menggunakan Uji T, sedangkan keanekaragaman arthropoda dianalisis berdasarkan analisis indeks keanekaragam Shannon wienner (H’). Berdasakan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada lahan penelitian tanaman jagung kedua perlakuan dapat disimpulkam bahwa penggunaan tanaman C. juncea dan B. mulato II dapat mengurangi kepadatan populasi larva S. frugiperda dan intensitas serangan tanaman jagung pada fase vegetative. Nilai keanekaragaman arthropoda pada tanaman jagung menggunakan perlakuan Crotalaria juncea dan Brachiaria mulato II (H’ 2,453) dan tanaman jagung tanpa perlakuan Crotalaria juncea dan Brachiaria mulato II (H’ 2,435) yang tergolong dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

This article wants to discuss the basic concepts of work ethics in Islamic Perspective and its Implementation in Islamic Bank Marketing. This is important to do because ethics is one of the components that must exist in various activities including in the field of marketing in order to produce various benefits for various parties, and not harm other parties. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this research comes from library data, such as books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents and other relevant data. The results of this research show that work ethics is something that is very important in work. Ethics guide, encourage and direct work attitudes and behaviour to values that are in line with religious teachings, legal and societal norms. Islamic bank marketing work ethics in principle aims to ensure the embedding of seeds of professionalism, sincerity, harmony and creating justice in public relations, thereby increasing dignity, and upholding human rights such as when carrying out promotions must use soft words, be polite and full of responsibility, be professional, transparent and the position of consumers or customers is placed as equal as partners. Being wise to competitors and the work culture created is different from conventional institutions.

Abstract

Background: The user of male contraceptives in Indonesia very low (6.34%), included Special Region of Yogyakarta is only (9.34%). The multifactorial causes, there are knowledge, awareness and interested of contraceptives. Its very important to increase the use of male contraceptives by professional contribution by health promostion. Objective: Determined the influence of education-based education audiovisuals on men's knowledge, awarness, and interested of contraception in Nglanggeran Patuk Yogyakarta. Method: This research used Quasi-Experiment with pre and post-test design without control (control self). Study was conducted between June and July 2023 using Quistionare. The intervention was given 2 session health promotion based on Informational by audiovisual media, then motivation and behaviour skill (IMB) model on contraceptive use among male.The sample size is 40 respondents collected by total sampling technique, data analysis was done using SPSS softwere version 22 with Wilcoson's test with significant level of P<0,005 was used. Results: Knowledge before education was sufficient for 23 (57.5%) and 36 (90.0%) after good knowledge education with a p-value of 0.00. awarness before positive awarness education 39 (97.5%) and after positive awarness education 40 (100%), with a p-value of 0.00. Interest before education moderated at 22 (55.0%), and after high-interest education, at 35 (87.5%), with a p-value of 0.00. Condoms dominate the selection of contraceptives before and after education. Conclusion: It was found that health promotion based on audiovisual media was effective in increase men's knowledge, creating awarness and interest in contraception use

Abstract

With current advances in technology, an automatic nurse call display system was designed that patients can easily ask for help from a nurse via a calling device that is connected wirelessly to the display unit in the nurse's room. This research aims to design and implement an automatic nurse call display system which is expected to increase the efficiency and responsiveness of nursing services in hospitals. When the patient presses the button in the Blynk application, the display will receive a signal which will display the patient's room number, patient name, and what complaint the patient needs. The method used in making this automatic nurse call display is controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller and uses ESP32 as a tool to transmit data between the patient call device and the display unit in the nurse's room. The results of this study indicate that the system works well by reducing nursing staff response time and increasing patient satisfaction. In other words, the conclusion is that this system works by sending signals from the patient calling device to the display unit in the nurse's station to display requests for help in real-time.

Abstract

This article discussed The Qur'an hermeneutics; Study of Muhammad Syahrur's thoughts on the of men and women equality. The study aimed to find out more about the concept of men and women equality in Muhammad Syahrur's hermeneutics. This article used a literature approach (Library Research) by describing and analyzing research objects, namely reading and analyzing various sources related to the topic, for later being analyzed and finally drawing conclusions and being formulated in a written report. The results showed that Muhammad Syahrur is one of the Islamic thinkers who used a hermeneutic approach in interpreting the Qur'an, especially on fundamental themes such as equality between men and women. In this scope, Syahrur saw a methodological error and there is no revolutionary interpretation of Islamic laws relating to women to be the culprit of gender inequality. Therefore, Syahrur made a legal breakthrough through hermeneutics studies and succeeded in proving that there is no gender bias in Islam.. Keywords: Muhammad Syahrur, Gender, Hermeneutics

Abstract

Calotropis gigantea produces secondary metabolites. Some toxicity tests on several pest species had been conducted, yet the most susceptible pest species towards C. gigantea extract is still unknown. This study aims to determine the susceptible insect species and study the behavior of susceptible insects to C. gigantea extract. The test methods used in this research were leaf dipping and spraying upon four insect pest species of different orders (Bactrocera carambolae [Diptera: Tephritidae], Nilapavata lugens [Hemiptera: Delphacidae], Sitophilus zeamais [Coleoptera: Curculionidae], and Plutella xylostella [Lepidoptera: Plutellidae]). The concentration used to determine susceptible insects was 25 g.L-1 and control. Deterrence test of susceptible insects using a choice test and no-choice for 1.5 hours observed every five minutes. Five replication were used for each concentration. Behavioral test of susceptible insects using dietary toxicity test. Five bok choy leaf disc was immersed into solutions for 1 minute and air-dried on a petri dish. Observations were carried out for 12 hours with an observation period of every 1.5 hours. A leaf dipping test for 12 hours with an observation period of every 1.5 hours using the feed method. The concentrations used were 12.5 µgL-1and control. The concentration used was the toxicity test of C. gigantea leaf extract 25, 12.50, 6.25. 3.12, 1.56, 0.78, 0.39, 0.19, 0.09, 0.04 µgL-1. P. xylostella was considered a more susceptible test insect towards C. gigantea leaf extract than B. carambolae, N. lugens, and S. zeamais. C. gigantea leaf extract showed a toxic and feeding deterrent to P. xylostella larvae. The LC50 value of C. gigantea extract against P. xylostella by dipping was 16.9 µg.l-1 and 18.5 µg.l-1 by spray. The components of C. gigantea leaf extract consist of alkaloid, tannin, phenol, flavonoid, saponin, and terpenoid. The result of the research showed that C. gigantea leaf extract has a toxic and deterrent substance against P. xylostella and potential to control P. xylostella.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has occurred, followed by a global crisis and the issue of recession in various parts of the world, including Indonesia, has had a vulnerable impact on family resilience. This can be seen from the phenomenon of a significant increase in the prevalence of divorce from 291,677 in 2020, which increased by 53% to 447,743 in 2021, which places Indonesia as the country with the highest prevalence of divorce in Asia-Africa. This is directly proportional to the high prevalence of single parents, which places Indonesia in the second-highest position in the world with fatherless countries and DI. Yogyakarta ranks third highest in Indonesia. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, the phenomenon of divorce is dominated by contested divorce from wives, namely 73.7%, with the reason being ongoing disputes at 62.4%. Various factors, including gender inequality in the domestic sphere, cause the disputes. The research method used was qualitative, with an explanatory research approach to 34 informants who were prospective premarital couples in the KUA Depok Yogyakarta work area. Data was collected through FGDs and deep interviews to explore prospective partners' perceptions of gender partnership in the family—purposive sampling technique according to inclusion criteria. Data analysis uses phenomenological studies, including data familiarization through identifying thematic frameworks, data indexation, coding and charting, and data interpretation carried out independently by the researcher. The research results show that the lowest knowledge of respondents regarding family functions is the socio-cultural function, namely ten respondents (29.41%), followed by the coaching function, namely 14 respondents (41.17%), and the reproductive function, namely 16 respondents (47.06%).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of religious moderation, examine religious moderation in Islamic education, and examine models of religious moderation practice in Indonesia. This research uses a phenomenological approach. The type of research includes library research. The data used is secondary data sourced from documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through online searches. Next, the data was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. This research shows that religious moderation is a tolerant religious attitude. The main principle of moderation is finding a middle point characterized by tolerance. Religious moderation in Islamic education is the concept of moderate Islamic education, which places more emphasis on substantive teaching aspects. Islamic material puts forward teachings that bring benefits and soothe humanity. Teaching a moderate understanding of Islam in educational institutions is mandatory for all educational institutions. The practice model of religious moderation in Islamic education has been practiced in several institutions in Indonesia, both educational and non-educational institutions, through training. Some elements implemented are an inclusive curriculum, inter-religious dialogue, respect for diversity, and prevention of radicalism. Religious moderation is a religious attitude that respects differences. Religious moderation in Islamic education emphasizes substantive teachings.
