Abstract

Distorted information and shows tend to damage the nation's identity, radical shows, pornography. and fake news that are easily available to the public have a negative impact on socio culture in society. for this reason, the authorized institution seeks to provide education and learning through the socialization of media literacy programs. in its role and function, the Central Kalimantan Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission accommodates aspirations and represents the public's interest in broadcasting. supervise and provide education, with media literacy programs. This research aims to gain understanding and information from the informant's point of view, namely from students, and aims to find out what the duties and functions of the Regional KPI are and how the role of the Central Kalimantan Regional KPI in Broadcasting Media Literacy education to students. by conducting field observations on general knowledge at the Central Kalimantan Regional KPI Institute. Data collection by interview and questionnaire through goggle form. This research received data from two commissioners of PIS field and 10 student informants as well as socialization participants, the research results stated that the role of KPI Central Kalimantan Region is not only supervising but also making efforts to raise awareness to students about critical broadcasting.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan potensi lokal daerah menjadi salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pemanfaatan potensi lokal daerah dapat dimulai melalui organisasi desa yang berpean aktif dalam pengembangan perekonomian daerah. Salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi lokal di Kabupaten Bangka yaitu terletak di Kecamatan Kelapa, khususnya Desa Tuik. Desa Tuik dikenal sebagai desa yang memiliki potensi lokal berupa produk gula aren dengan cita rasa yang unggul di bandingkan gula aren sejenisnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan, pelatihan dan motivasi warga desa tuik, khususnya pemuda pemudi karang taruna agar dapat meningkatkan peran kelembagaan dan mengembangkan potensi produk lokal agar menjadi produk unggulan yang mampu bersaing. Metode yang digunakan pada program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) kali ini yaitu metode ceramah, dan diskusi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PkM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman atau pengetahuan terkait kelembagaan dan produk inovasi sebesar 14,38%. Sehingga dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman atau pengetahuan dapat memotivasi peserta untuk mulai meningkatkan peran kelembagaan dan inovasi produk unggulan desa, khususnya produk gula aren.

Abstract

This study narrates the journey of integrating religious moderation into English learning materials through the lens of narrative inquiry. By focusing on the experiences of two English teachers, the research explores the challenges and successes encountered during the incorporation of religiously moderate perspectives into their curriculum. Through detailed interviews, the teachers' narratives reveal their motivations, strategies, and the pedagogical implications of blending religious moderation with language instruction. The findings underscore the importance of cultural sensitivity and the potential for such integration to enhance students' holistic understanding of language and intercultural competence. This narrative inquiry not only contributes to the field of English for Specific Purposes learning material but also offers valuable insights for educators seeking to harmonize religious values with academic objectives.

Abstract

Abstract Ozone (O₃) generated during LINAC operation can accumulate indoors and pose respiratory risks, yet many facilities lack continuous monitoring. We designed and validated a low-cost, electrochemical sensor platform—ZE25A-O₃ integrated with an Arduino Mega, on-board logging, and a Nextion HMI—for real-time surveillance in a LINAC suite. The sensor was calibrated at 24 °C and 40% RH against 0.5–1.5 ppm standards, yielding slope = 1.045, intercept = −0.04067 ppm, R² = 0.99984, and RMSE = 9.39 ppb, supporting reliable low-ppb quantification. Time series were aggregated into 30-min bins with centered 1-h rolling means to extract diurnal structure while suppressing short-term fluctuations. Field measurements showed a 20–30 ppb background with intermittent spikes exceeding 100 ppb (peaks ~150 ppb). A reproducible daily pattern emerged: late-morning minima (~20–21 ppb) followed by evening enhancement (~26–28 ppb), consistent with ventilation and operational schedule. Average conditions were below the Indonesian workplace limit of 100 ppb, but episodic exceedances motivate real-time alerts and ventilation management. This work demonstrates a practical approach for continuous exposure assessment and data-informed environmental control in radiotherapy facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the worship model of Agama Djawa Soenda (ADS) from the perspective of Islamic education. This research focuses on how spiritual and moral values in ADS can contribute to character-building in Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of ADS adherents and document studies. The data were analyzed descriptively to explore the similarities and differences between ADS worship practices and Islamic education. The results show that, substantively, ADS has many similarities with Islam, especially in the aspects of divinity, environmental preservation, respect for parents, and nationalism. However, there are differences in the technical aspects of worship, where ADS is more influenced by local Javanese culture, while Islam follows standardized worship procedures based on sharia. The study concludes that the noble values of ADS, such as nature conservation and social ethics, have the potential to be integrated into Islamic education without having to sacrifice the basic principles of Sharia. This research offers a new contribution to understanding the interaction between local religion and Islamic education, as well as the importance of an inclusive approach in education that respects religious and cultural diversity in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic resource management on the development of Islamic legal methodology in PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 100 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used include Pearson correlation tests and simple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the effectiveness of resource management and innovation of Islamic legal methodology (r = 0.684; p < 0.01). These findings offer insights into how effective resource management can enhance pedagogical innovation in the teaching of Islamic legal principles in the context of non-formal education. The implementation of appropriate resource management strategies, such as strengthening educator competencies, utilizing technology, and adaptive program planning, has been proven to be able to create more dynamic and contextual learning. This research makes a real contribution to pedagogical innovation and curriculum development in Islamic education, as well as encourages the reform of the Islamic jurisprudence approach to be more relevant to the challenges of the modern era, khususnya di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan non-formal seperti PKBM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of implementation of Islamic religious education materials with the habituation method to improve the religious character of students at TPQ Al-Hikmah Bandung. This research was carried out using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The purpose of CAR is to improve and improve the quality of learning and to help empower teachers in solving learning problems in schools. The subjects of this study were students at TPQ Al-Hikmah Bandung. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests, non-tests, observations, interviews, documentation. The results showed that in cycle 1 students who completed reached 48%, and in cycle 2 students completeness reached 83%. It can be concluded that through Classroom Action Research there is an increase in the implementation of Islamic religious education materials

Abstract

This research attempts to analyze the effects of the economic integration of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which was implemented since 2015. The impact analyzed is focused on investments made in Indonesia, both investments made by foreign investors and domestic investors. Another thing that was also highlighted in this study was the flow of exports and imports. This was also investigated because one of the policies contained in the agreement of the ASEAN economic community was the elimination of international trade barriers. In addition to the two things above, researchers also analyzed the influence of the ASEAN economic community on the use oflabor in Indonesia. The data analyzed in this study are secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. The method used in this study is a different sample pair test. This method is used because the research conducted is comparing the conditions of investment, export-import and use of labor in Indonesia before and after the economic integration of the ASEAN Economic Community. At the end of this study, researchers will provide recommendations to the government regarding what should be done by the government to optimize investment activities, exports and use of local labor in Indonesia.

Abstract

The terms of termination of employment due to gross misconduct by workers have been canceled. The ruler can no longer perform unilateral termination of employment. The determination of gross misconduct awaits the verdict of a court that has the force of law remains. The purpose of the study was to review the decision of the working relationship of gross misconduct after the decision of the Constitutional Court and to examine the working relationship between workers and the ideal ruler in the future. This study uses a philosophical approach, which is to examine the working relationships of workers and ideal rulers in the future. The results of this study showed that termination of employment among others because workers make severe mistakes that have the effect of not getting severance money and without any prior warning. The provision has been overturned by the Constitutional Court. Workers who commit gross misconduct must be proven first through criminal proceedings and there is a court ruling that has a fixed legal force. The pattern of worker and employer relationships is expected to create a mutually beneficial working relationship between the two parties in the future. The employment relationship of workers and employers is supposed to be a partnership relationship so that there is no discrimination, intimidation, and exploitation. Industrial relations ideally refers to Pancasila. With the source of Pancasila as a philosophical basis, and the 1945 Constitution all the rules of law governing Industrial Relations as its implementation. With this relationship, it is expected that the nuances of worker and employer relationships in the future can be harmonious, there is a positive syntactic relationship.

Abstract

Desa Sejahtera termasuk salah satu sentra pengembangan kakao di Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah. Secara astronomis Desa Sejahtera terletak pada  posisi 119°38’45’’ - 120°21’24’’ Bujur Timur dan 0°52’16’’ - 2°03’21’’ Lintang Selatan, berjarak 66 km dari kota Palu dan dapat ditempuh dengan semua jenis kendaraaan bermotor.  Pekerjaan utama masyarakat di Desa Sejahtera umumnya adalah petani dengan komoditi yang diusahakan adalah kakao. Produktivitas kakao yang dicapai petani saat ini masih tergolong rendah jika dibandingkan dengan rata-rata produksi kakao nasional, hal tersebut disebabkan antara lain berkurangnya kualitas lahan akibat praktik budidaya yang kurang berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diikuti sebanyak 20 orang dari kelompok tani Tunas Harapan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam pembuatan dan aplikasi pupuk organik berbahan limbah kulit buah kakao. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan demonstrasi teknologi.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa petani dapat memanfaatkan limbah kulit buah kakao menjadi pupuk organik, dan dapat mengaplikasikan ke lahan usaha taninya. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan 20 orang peserta dalam pembuatan dan pengaplikasian pupuk organik berbahan limbah kulit buah kakao meningkat masing-masing sebesar 75% dan 50%. Pupuk organik berbahan limbah kulit kakao yang sudah dihasilkan oleh petani mitra untuk setiap kali memproduksi pupuk organik tersebut berkisar antar 300-500 kg yang dihasilkan selama waktu 3 minggu pengomposan bahan organik. Dengan pengembangan dan produksi pupuk organik maka ketergantungan petani terhadap pupuk anorganik dapat dikurangi.
