Abstract

Motivation is an impetus that arises from within an individual to carry out the tasks assigned. Motivation is very important in achieving employee performance. This study aims to determine the relationship of work motivation to employee performance at the Office of the Badan Keluarga Berencana Daerah (BKBD) of Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency. The data collection method in this study was to use a questionnaire and the analysis method was simple regression. The sample of this study amounted to 22 people.Based on the results of research and discussion, it is found that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Badan Keluarga Berencana Daerah (BKBD) of Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency. From the results of the Product Moment Correlation r test, it shows that there is a real and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance of 0.832 or 69.22%. The coefficient interval of 0.800 - 1.000 means that the level of relationship between work motivation and employee performance is very strong. The results of hypothesis testing with the t-test formulation show t- count> t-table, where: 2,962 > 1,720.In this study the authors provide advice to the Office of the Badan Keluarga Berencana Daerah (BKBD) of Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency in order to improve performance and productivity, it is necessary to have constructive and continuous motivation. Motivation does not always have to be material and financial, but motivation can be in the form of attention, encouragement of appreciation and praise which is no less important.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the first step for mothers to develop their own abilities to help the family economy, with the entrepreneurial spirit of the residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. The Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City has a very broad positive impact, including being able to channel the talents that exist in each of them, being able to find out what kind of products the market wants, and being able to find out a good market share for the products that are produced both in terms of appearance. from the place and the way of marketing. With this entrepreneurship socialization, it can solve the problems faced by women residents of Jalan Pulai Payung RT.12 RW. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City, to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in each of them, and to be able to practice what skills are possessed by mothers. In this case, the ability possessed by the majority of mothers is in making tat cakes. Entrepreneurship socialization carried out in this service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is awareness, the second stage is capacity building and the last stage is the empowerment stage. 04. Surabaya sub-district, Sungai Serut sub-district, Bengkulu City and can be received with quite high enthusiasm. After the entrepreneurship socialization was carried out, the mothers immediately put it into practice together. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to assist business actors in promoting SME products in Kungkai Baru Village. This method of community service activities begins with the preparation and field survey stages. This survey phase begins with direct discussions with the Head of Kungkai Baru village, Seluma sub-district, this aims to identify the needs, opportunities, and challenges faced by SME business actors. Then, the socialization and training stages are carried out by the team. At this stage there are five things that the service team does, namely (1) explaining how to make attractive products, (2) finding strategic locations for business actors (3) creating promotional content that is easy for customers to remember (4). And how to distribute the product so that it can reach the customer. (5). Online marketing. The results of this community service activity are as follows: The knowledge of the participants in this case the residents in the Paninggilan Utara Ciledug Village regarding marketing strategies before the PKM activities were mostly in the category of not understanding. After the PKM activity was carried out and the presentation of the material was delivered, it was found that the participants' knowledge of marketing strategies after being delivered was increasing. Abstract

This community service program was carried out on Jalan Dempo VI, Sawah Lebar Village, RT 21 Bengkulu, which is one of the villages located in the Ratu Agung sub-district. The process of making this journal is aimed at how the production management functions in the manufacture and sale of cakes in the PIA "MR" business. There are various processes involved in making cakes. The process in making PIA "MR" cake has input-process-output stages, the first stage is Input, this process requires raw materials such as wheat, oil, eggs, sugar, peanuts, and butter. The second stage is the process, in this case the business owner must have complete equipment to make and print the dough in order to get maximum results in a form that is in great demand by consumers. The third stage is Output where in this process is the final stage of making PIA "MR" cakes or the results of each stage process that is passed by producing products with good quality so as to attract consumer views to buy the cake. According to Hanif, et al., (2019) in business there are important things that must be considered, namely a. application of bookkeeping in accordance with applicable rules that will help trading businesses to budget, calculate unit costs, set the right selling price, and can be the basis for making business decisions, b. unit cost analysis so that the set selling price is able to compete in the market, c. Break even point analysis to improve production efficiency and increase production capacity and market expansion, d. use of information technology to support operational activities and marketing activities

Abstract

Packaging is very closely related to the product. Attractive packaging will add to the attractiveness of the product so as to arouse consumer interest to buy it. at this time SMKN 1 Agribusiness Dangau Datuk has produced ground coffee with quite attractive packaging, but the information available on the packaging is incomplete there are several things that have not been listed in the packaging including information about food additives, composition, instructions for use, storage methods and nutritional value. This is known after community service activities are held, hopefully the input given in the future can be improved so as to increase consumer confidence to buy the product

Abstract

Building food security for Bali cattle farming is very important for the sustainability of their livestock, but many breeders do not understand this, therefore I chose the South Seluma area of Rimbu Tavern Village to be my place of service because there are cattle farms that experience this problem, and breeders besides their lack of understanding regarding food development they also have difficulty when the dry season arrives to feed their cows and finally sell, and I finally did PKM there to provide knowledge and creative innovation for cattle food when the dry season arrives by means of counseling to cattle breeders.

Abstract

An electrical grid is an interconnected network for electricity delivery from producers to consumers. Electrical grids vary in size and can cover whole countries or continents. It consists of power stations, electrical substations, electric power transmission, and electric power distribution An electrical grids are very vulnerable to attacks or sabotage, so it is necessary to secure power grids. With more and more computers being used to manage electricity grids, cyberattacks have also started to become a security risk. This problem can be overcome by carrying out socialization to appeal to the dangers of the PLN electricity network, as the title above calls for the danger of placing a flag under the PLN electricity network, it is very dangerous for the occurrence of these problems, an understanding of security and safety is also important for the community. The goal of this service is to provide education or call for notification not to put flags under the PLN electricity network for the safety of the community. At the end of the meeting, a joint evaluation was carried out so that the community could understand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price, taste and location on purchasing decisions at the Warmindo Support Business in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 21,967 + 0.141X1 + 0.312X2 + 0.129X3 + 3,943. Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables Price (X1), Taste (X2) Location (X3), the value is 0 (zero), Purchase Decision (Y) in the Warmindo Support business in Bengkulu City. The price test results (XI) show tcount 2,350 > ttable 1,984 and significance 0.021 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the taste test (X2) show tcount 5.086 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that taste has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. The results of the location test (X3) show tcount 2.143> ttable 1.984 and significance 0.035 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 13,821 > 2.47, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between price (XI), taste (X2), location (X3) on purchasing decisions at the Support Warmindo business in Bengkulu City. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the comparison of the recruitment system for UKM (Student Activity Units) MAPALA (Nature Lover Students) STUDY MAPALA UNIVED AND MADYAPALA UMB. Based on the characteristics of the research, a research sample was obtained, namely 2 organizations, using the Census or Saturated sampling method. For this type of research, it is quantitative research, namely research in the form of interviews, observations and documentation in order to get the results of this research. The results of the research comparing the Recruitment System for UKM (Student Activity Units) MAPALA (Nature Lover Students) Study MAPALA UNIVED and MADYAPALA UMB are that in MAPALA UNIVED the stages in recruitment are different in conservation camps, whereas in MADYAPALA there is no such thing as a conservation camp, whereas the name of the activity in the two organizations is also different, for MAPALA UNIVED it is called DIKSAR while for MADYAPALA UMB Diklat Lalang, for people who can register in the two organizations there are differences, for MADYAPALA UMB for Engineering Faculty students there are special requirements whereas at MAPALA UNIVED There are no special requirements for each faculty at Dehasen Bengkulu University, for participant limits there is a semester limit when you want to register at MADYAPALA UMB, that is semesters 1-5 while at MAPALA UNIVED semesters 1-3, and for recruitment requirements at MAPALA UNIVED There is such a thing as a parent/guardian's permission letter and a statement of readiness to take part in Diksar, whereas in MADYAPALA UMB these requirements do not exist at all.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence consumer decisions in purchasing at Woci kitchens in Kepahiang district. The sample in this study was 100 customers who shopped at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang. Data collection using questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show the equation Y = 5.139 + (-0.208) X1 + (-0.715) X2 + 0.926 X3 + 0.934 X4 meaning that if social, personal, psychological factors increase, consumer decisions in purchasing will also increase. Cultural factors are not significant to consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci, this can be seen with a significant value of 0.334 greater than 0.05. Social factors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in the Woci Kitchen, this is evidenced by a value of 0.024 smaller than 0.05. Personal factors have a significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang. This is evidenced by a significant value of 0.011 smaller than 0.05. Psychological factors have a significant influence on consumer decisions in purchasing at Dapur Woci in Kepahiang, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05. It can be concluded that only social factors and personal factors, psychological factors that are significant to consumer decisions in purchasing At Dapur Woci in Kepahiang this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.
