Abstract

Financial statement disclosure is essential for the user information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, public ownership, firm age and size of the company on the completeness of the disclosure of financial statements. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and acquired 35 companies over four years. Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. So getting the results of research showing that Profitability, Leverage, Public ownership, company size has a negative effect on the completeness of the disclosure of financial statements. But Age companies and Liquidity positive effect on the completeness of the disclosure of the report. Abstract

This study examine the influence of independent directors , company size , managerial ownership and institutional ownership to earnings management, This research was conducted at a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the research period 2010 to 2013. The data used in this study is data from manufacturing companies that met the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Research shows that the proportion of independent board significant negative effect and the size of the company significant positive effect on earnings management. While the positive effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership has no significant negative effect is not significant.Keywords: Independent Directors, Company Size, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Profit Management

Abstract

This reseach aimed to analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Quality Audit Integrity Financial Statements Against the Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical test results showed that the F-Test Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Quality Audit together influential Against Integrity Financial Statements.And the result of hypothesis testing partially indicate that Managerial Ownership, Audit Committee and Audit Quality have positive Influence not significant to Integrity of Financial Statement. Institutional ownership has no significant negative effect on Financial Statement Integrity. While Independent Commissioner has a significant negative effect on Financial Statement Integrity.Keywords: Integrity Financial Statements, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee and Audit Quality

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of GDP, Population, Total Hotel, Expenditures and Inflation of the Revenue District / City in Central Java province Years 2011-2013. The data used is the GDP, Population, Total Hotel, Expenditures and Inflation Local Revenue and the Regency / City Central Java. 105 samples obtained data. The research data were then tested by multiple linear regression. The results showed that: GDP positive and significant impact on the Local Revenue. Population and significant negative effect on local revenue. Hotel positive and significant impact on the Local Revenue. Spending positive and significant impact on the Local Revenue. Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of GDP, total population, total tourist, and total hotel to local revenue (PAD) at the District / town in Central Java Province. The source of data that used is secondary data that obtained from BPS Central Java Province from year 2011 to 2013. The sampling technique using sensus. Mechanical testing data is to use a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research show that each of variable has the same effect which is variable Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP), number of tourist and number of hotel effect sisignificantly positive to local revenue (PAD). Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of the Local Own Revenue (PAD), the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Specific Allocation Fund (DAK) on the Capital Expenditure districts / cities in Central Java. The sample used in this study were 35 districts / cities in Central Java taken from the Report of Actual Income and Expenditure Budget (budget) from the years 2011-2013. Methods of data collection used in this study is whole population census methods. Analysis tool used in this study is multiple linier regression with a t test, f test, and test the coefficient of determination. The result of this research shows that Local Own Revenue, and General Allocation Fund has positive influence toward the Allocation Of Capital Expenditure. Besides Specifiic Allocation Fund has negative influence toward the Allocation Of Capital Expenditure.Keywords: Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Specific Allocation Fund, Capital Expenditure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to influence Corporate Governance Mechanism, Company Size, Leverage And Audit Quality To Integrity Of Financial Statement at Manufacturing Company Listed on BEI Period Year 2014-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI); The Company uses Rupiah currency; The company has a positive profit and the manufacturing company has complete data according to the variables needed in the study. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Institutional ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Managerial ownership has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. The audit committee has no effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Independent commissioners have a positive influence on the integrity of financial statements. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Leverage does not affect the integrity of the financial statements. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, Leverage, profitability and company size to earnings quality. The population is the entire company included in the CGPI ranking for the period of 2013-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Companies that follow CGPI ranking in 2012-2016. (b) Companies listed on the Stock Exchange (c) The Company earns a positive profit. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Good corporate governance positive effect on earnings quality. Leverage has no effect on earnings quality. Profitability has no effect on earnings quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Audit Comitte, The Independent Commissioner, Other Public Shareholders, Profitability, and Size of Tax Avoidances at manufacture companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population on this research is all manufacture company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2015. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool was used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Partial results of this study show the Audit Comitte, The Independent Commissioner, Other Public Shareholders, Profitability of significant negative effect on tax avoidances while variable Size of significant positive affect the tax avoidances.Keywords: Audit Comitte, The Independent Commissioner, Other Public Shareholders, Profitability, and Size of Tax Avoidance

Abstract

This Study aimed to analyze the factors that affect the capital expenditure. The independen variables this study the are original revenues, general allocation funds, profit sharing funds, and the rest of budget financing. The population in this study is the budget realization report of all districts/cities in central jawa province obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Semarang city and the financial inspection body of Republic Indonesia representatives of Central Java year 2013-2015. Samples included in this research criteria as much 98 out of 105 file. By using purposive sampling. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the original revenues have a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, general allocation budget have a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, revenue sharing has a positive and significant impact on capital expenditure, and the remaining budget financing has a negative and insignificant effect on spending capital.Keywords :Local Revenues, General Allocation Budget, Revenue Sharing Funds, The Rest The Budget Financing, Capital Expenditure.
