Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of tax socialisation, fiskus service, tax penalties, awareness taxpayers, tax knowledge, and tax verification to obidience of individual taxpayers. The population in this study is the population in this study are all individual taxpayers who perform independent activities listed on KPP Batang. Methods of data analysis used in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis using the t test. Before using multiple regression analysis, to test the validity, reliability, normality, classical assumption test and multiple regression. The results showed that the socialization of tax and service tax authorities had no significant effect on tax compliance. Abstract

Financial statement disclosure is essential for the user information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, public ownership, firm age and size of the company on the completeness of the disclosure of financial statements. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and acquired 35 companies over four years. Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. So getting the results of research showing that Profitability, Leverage, Public ownership, company size has a negative effect on the completeness of the disclosure of financial statements. But Age companies and Liquidity positive effect on the completeness of the disclosure of the report. Abstract

This study aims to determining the effect of fixed tangible asset, Profitability, Growth and likuidity on capital structure at manufacture company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2015. A kind of data used in this research is of secondary data, this data obtained from financial statement in IDX Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The method used is purposive sampling with set four years is 2012-2015 The results of this study show that fixed tangible assets and Likuidity significant positive correlation to capital structure. Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze factors that influence provincial government disclosure fiscal years 2013-2015. Independent variables in this research are the level of dependence, realized of revenue, total asset, population, number of units under Provincial (SKPD), number of audit findings and level of financial irregularities. The results showed that realized of revenue and number of units under Provincial (SKPD) have positive and significant influence on the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements. While total asset have negative effect and significant influence on the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements. However, the level of dependence, population, number of audit findings and level of financial irregularities do not significantly influence the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements.Keywords: Influence Provincial Government Disclosure, BPK Audit Results, Government Accounting Standard, Good Public Government

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of: Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, debt level, profitability, and the size of the company, using agency theory. Because tax planning will trigger many problems that exist in the company, and therefore it can be minimized by the presence of capital intensity ratio, an independent commissioner, debt level, profitability, and firm size. This research is empirical research consisting of a population of some 108 of the company's banking using purposive sampling technique in penganbilan sample. This sampling is done by multiple regression using SPSS for windows version 20:00. The coefficient of determination obtained by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.185. This means the ability of Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, debt, return on assets, and the size of the Company in explaining Effective Tax Rate (ETR) of 18.5, while the rest of 81.5% (100% - 18.5%) is explained by other variables outside the research model ini.Karena level of significance <0.05 then the Dependent Variables significant effect along the Effective Tax rate.Keywords: Effective Tax Rate, Capital Intensity Ratio, Independent Commissioner, Debt, ROA, Size

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ROA, leverage, the composition of independent directors, audit committee and the size of the company against tax avoidance in companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013- 2015. The sample in this study as many as 166 observation data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Profitability significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Leverage a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. BOC Independent positive and significant impact on tax avoidance.The audit committee and no significant negative effect on tax avoidance.Company size and no significant negative effect on tax avoidance.Keywords: ROA, Leverage, The Composition of Independent Directors, Audit Committee, The Size of The Company and Tax Avoidance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Audit Comitte, The Independent Commissioner, Other Public Shareholders, Profitability, and Size of Tax Avoidances at manufacture companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population on this research is all manufacture company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2015. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool was used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Company Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, Size of Board of Commissioners and Institutional Ownership to Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility to Manufacturing Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the independent variables are company size, liquidity, profitability, leverage, boardsizeand institutional ownership. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. A total of 239 samples were met as criteria of this study. This research uses purposive sampling method. The technique of data testing is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the variables that have significant positive influence are liquidity, board size and institutional ownership, while firm size,profitability and leverage variable has a positive effect is insignificant affect the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility in Manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 -2015.Keywords: Firm Size, Liquidity, Proftitability, Leverage, Size of Board of Commissioner, and Institusional Ownership and Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosure

Abstract

The study examines the effect Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund on Capital Expenditures. The population in this research is districts or cities government in central java. The population in this study is a districts or cities government in region of central java as 35 districts or cities. The data uses secondary data which has been retrieved of budget realization report in central java 2013 to 2015. This study is a population with a method of data collection is done with the documentary method. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund has positive effect on Capital Expenditures. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, Leverage, profitability and company size to earnings quality. The population is the entire company included in the CGPI ranking for the period of 2013-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Companies that follow CGPI ranking in 2012-2016. (b) Companies listed on the Stock Exchange (c) The Company earns a positive profit. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Good corporate governance positive effect on earnings quality. Leverage has no effect on earnings quality. Profitability has no effect on earnings quality.
