Kegiatan bimtek ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memberikan keterampilan kepada guruguru IPA di Kabupaten Tanggamus dalam mengembangkan bank soal kemapuan literasi berstandar TIMS/PISA; (2) memberikan keterampilan kepada guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Tanggamus dalam mengembangkan bank soal kemapuan numerasi berstandar TIMS/PISA; (3) memberikan keterampilan kepada guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Tanggamus dalam mengembangkan bank soal kemapuan sains berstandar TIMS/PISA. Peserta kegiatan bimtek ini adalah guru IPA di Kabupaten Tanggamus. Peserta pelatihan, panitia, dan narasumber melakukan kegiatan dengan menerapkan protocol pencegahan covid-19 yaitu menjaga jarak aman 1,5-2 meter dan menggunakan masker/faceshield. Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan akan dilakukan pada: (1) Awal kegiatan, yaitu pretes, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan peserta bimtek tentang asesmen, PISA/TIMSS, literasi sains dan numerasi, serta analisis butir soal; (2) akhir kegiatan yaitu postes, berisikan pertanyaan yang sama dengan tes awal, untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan, sehingga dapat diterapkan oleh setiap peserta. Berdasarkan hasil pretes dan postes diketahui terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru dengan kategori sedang (Ngain = 0,42). Berdasarkan hasil feedback yang diberikan peserta diharapkan dilaksanakan kegiatan lanjutan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini. DOI: https://doi.org/10.23960/rp/v1i2.hal.53-61

This article was written as the stage of designing a blended learning assessment instrument model in elementary schools. This study aims to identify an assessment model that accommodates the realm of cognitive learning. The design phase of this research is based on the ADDIE model framework. The research population is all students of class V SDN 1,2, and 3 Karanganyar, the research sample is class V students at SDN 2 Karanganyar who have implemented blended learning. The data analysis technique used in this research is the descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the author's hypothesis, the stages of the development model that can be used based on the results of the analysis of assessment instruments for blended learning, there are three types of assessment, namely self-assessment, peer assessment, and teacher assessment. This triangle model is expected to accommodate the realm of learning in the implementation of blended learning assessment.

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah salah satu upaya guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri dan kualitas pembelajaran. PTK tidak terikat oleh materi tertentu atau waktu khusus sehingga dapat dilakukan guru setiap saat. Meskipun demikian, guru membutuhkan pendampingan untuk mempraktekkan penelitian ini. Materi pendampingan berupa pemaparan konsep-konsep PTK, praktek PTK yang mudah dan membuat artikel sederhana hasil PTK. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah munculnya guru yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran melalui PTK. Hasil sekaligus kesimpulan pendampingan adalah pengetahuan guru mengenai PTK sudah baik, bahkan satu guru berkategori sangat baik. Selain itu, pengalaman PTK masing-masing guru menjadi kaya dan terukur secara kualitatif. Saat sesi diskusi, pengetahuan guru secara kognitif muncul, namun guru masih kesulitan menuliskannya dalam proposal. Faktor pengetahuan pedagogik atau ilmu kependidikan dan kurangnya keterampilan mencari informasi ilmiah merupakan kendalanya. Tindak lanjut yang perlu dilakukan adalah pelatihan keterampilan mencari informasi ilmiah dan peningkatan pengetahuan pedagogik.

The purpose of this study was to analyze students' biology learning outcomes towards the achievement of basic competencies in biology materials at senior high school and to evaluate the implementation of online biology learning for teachers and students in order to achieve the expected competencies. The research design used an ex post facto design, with the population being all state senior high school students in the city of Bandar Lampung in a different distribution of sub-district locations represented based on the equivalent level of school accreditation. Samples were taken from a population consisting of: SMA N 2 Bandar Lampung, SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung, and SMA N 7 Bandar Lampung. The acquisition of quantitative data in the form of learning outcomes values on the subject matter of plantae, qualitative data in the form of analysis of the results of a questionnaire intended for teachers and students. Interviews were conducted to obtain secondary data in the form of descriptive data carried out by teleconference. The result showed that there was a significant difference in learning outcomes in online classes compared to face-to-face classes (p 0.05). The dominant online learning application used is using google classroom which is already based on the Learning Management System (LMS). As many as 74.1% of students stated that online learning limits interaction and communication with friends and teachers regarding subject matter. Therefore, the results of this study prove that the biology learning outcomes of students carried out online based on LMS have a significant effect, but the interaction, collaboration and communication between students during the learning process become an obstacle.

Kompetisi Sains Nasional (KSN) memberikan peluang bagi siswa untuk berkompetisi dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Kegiatan ini merupakan agenda tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Kegiatan Program pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemantapan dan pendalaman materi biologi SMA, yang meliputi: (1) Biologi Sel Molekuler, Mikrobiologi, dan Bioteknologi, (2) Anatomi dan Fisiologi Tumbuhan, (3) Anatomi dan Fisiologi Hewan, (4) Genetika dan Evolusi, (5) Etologi, (6) Ekologi, dan (7) Biosistematik pada program pembinaan olimpiade Biologi bagi siswa terseleksi tingkat kota/kabupaten. Metode yang digunakan adalah menerapkan strategi kontekstual, melalui metode praktik terbimbing dengan pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi siswa peserta olimpiade mengenai pemahaman dan kedalaman materi KSN bidang biologi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di laboratorium pembelajaran FKIP Unila dan Aula Perpustakaan SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan April 2020. Peserta kegiatan adalah siswa SMA yang telah terseleksi kegiatan KSN Biologi tingkat sekolah yang berjumlah 11 orang peserta. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan penerapan iptek bagi siswa yang terukur sebagai output melalui lolosnya peserta pada tingkat 4 dan 10 besar tahapan KSN Tingkat Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini membawa dampak peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa di SMAN 5 Bandar Lampung, yang sebelumnya belum pernah lolos kegiatan KSN Bidang Biologi pada tingkat Provinsi.

The study aims to describe an implementation study of outdoor learning based science process skills based on a bio-literacy perspective. The method used is quantitative analysis to see the influence of implementation of science process skills, while to reveal the effect of each indicator of each predictor used qualitative descriptive analysis. The samples in this study were two groups of biology teacher candidates taken by cluster random sampling techniques. The research instrument is a science process skills test with data analysis techniques using Anacova. The results concluded simultaneously there was an influence on the implementation of the science process-based outdoor learning skills from the perspective of bio-literacy at a level of significance 0.05. To measure the ability of bio-literation, it is not only needed instruments at the level of conceptual understanding but instruments that can assess learning with scientific methods and practices. Practically science process skills can be an effort in mapping the domain of biological literacy.

The purpose of this research was to develop a research-based reference book and applied it through the problem-based learning (PBL) using reference books in learning activities. The method for the reference book used the ADDIE development models. The reference book's effectiveness test results were conducted using a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 55 students and analyzed by t-test. The research results showed that the reference books of the development results were validated by media experts and material experts. The integration of the development of reference books in learning activities has an impact on increasing student understanding as demonstrated through the pre-test and post-test scores that differ significantly with t-value> t-table (4.149> 2.045) at p <0.05. Therefore, the development of the insect's immune system book with the PBL model increasthe student learning outcomes significantly. Also, this research has been able to improve students' ability and competence in solving problems in insects' immune system subject matter.

ADI learning model supports the syntax of the learning process through investigative activities of environmental pollution problems and their impact on the ecosystem. The model implements practicum to challenge students' creativity in presenting the results of practicum through students' arguments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the ADI learning model and evaluate the students' creative thinking skills. This was a quasi-experiment study with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The sample was taken with cluster random sampling technique, 42 students were divided into 2 classes in 7th junior high school at Global Madani School, Bandar Lampung. Results were analyzed using covariance analysis and the effect size was measured by the partial eta-squared value. Aspects of creative thinking skills that were measured: fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and metaphorical thinking. The result shows the application of the ADI learning model had a significant effect in improving students' creative thinking skills with a significance value of 0.013 (sig.<0.05). The effect of implementing the ADI learning model had high effectiveness in improving the students' creative thinking skills with a partial eta squared value of 0.147 which was categorized as large (sig ≥ 0.14). Therefore, the ADI learning model affects improving students 'creative thinking and had an impact on high effectiveness in improving students' creative thinking. Finally, the learning model is recommended for Biology teachers to increase students' creative thinking skills effectively.

Kajian Faktor Intrinsik dan Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa SMP di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penguatan intrinsik dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan literasi sains pada jenjang SMP di kota Bandar Lampung saat pemberlakuan pembelajaran daring selama Pandemi Covid-19. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 331 siswa SMP yang berasal dari kelas VIII tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Sampel dipilih melalui kombinasi teknik stratified dan cluster random sampling untuk memperoleh jumlah sampel yang representatif. Perolehan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen beruapa tes literasi sains dan kuesioner penguatan intrinsik. Representasi data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui nilai presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) faktor intrisik pada seluruh indikator masih di bawah 25%, (ii) indikator minat siswa dari dalam diri siswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sains selama belajar daring dalam kategori tinggi (18,7%) dan (iii) siswa menyadari ketergunaan untuk melakukan belajar sains dalam kategori tinggi (20,5%) dan (iv) kemampuan literasi sains siswa berdasarkan kompetensinya masih tergolong rendah, dengan keseluruhan aspek literasi sains menunjukan nilai kurang dari 16%. Kata kunci: faktor intrinsik, literasi sains, pembelajaran daring, sekolah menengah pertama. ABSTRACT Study of Intrinsic Factors and Science Literacy Ability of Junior High School Students in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to describe the intrinsic reinforcement factor and the success of implementing scientific literacy at the junior high school level in Bandar Lampung during the implementation of online learning in Covid-19 pandemic. The research sample was 331 of 8th grade junior high school students in academic year 2020/2021. Samples were selected through a combination of stratified techniques and cluster random sampling to obtain a representative sample. The data was obtained through scientific literacy test and an intrinsic reinforcement questionnaire. The data analyzed descriptively through the percentage value. The results reveals the fact that: (i) the intrinsic factor in all indicators lower than 25%; (ii) the indicator of students’ interest in the implementation of science learning during online learning was in the high category (18.7%); (iii) students awareness of the usefulness of learning science in the high category (20.5%); and (iv) students’ scientific literacy ability is relatively low (the overall scientific literacy aspect less than 16%). AbstrakPembelajaran IPA dan laboratorium tidak dapat dipisahkan keberadaannya secara fungsional. Guru sebagai komponen penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan menjadi protokol dalam kegiatan pembelajaran IPA berbasis laboratorium dan pengelolaannya. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan alat peraga laboratorium, serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru terhadap teknik pengelalolaan laboratorium dan keterampilan menggunakan alat laboratorium guru. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menerapkan strategi kontekstual, yaitu mengaitkan antara teori dengan praktik yang disampaikan dengan metoda praktik terbimbing yaitu sistem pengajaran yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi mengenai pengelolaan laboratorium. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung, dengan subjek kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 75 orang guru mata pelajaran IPA SMP/MTs se-Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan managerial laboratorium, dimana seluruh kemampuan peseta meningkat kecuali bagi para peserta yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan hingga akhir. Kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan alat peraga (kit) IPA sudah baik. Hasil penilaian 100% guru telah mencapai standar ketuntasan yaitu 70. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan dikatagorikan berhasil dalam meningatkan kemampuan guru IPA MTs se-Kota Bandar Lampung tata kelola laboratorium dan penggunaan perangkat/kit IPA serta mampu mengenal fungsi dan kegunaan alat dan bahan praktikum dalam menunjang pembelajaran IPA. Training of Laboratory Management And use of Natural Science Teaching AidsFor Junior High School Science Teachers in Bandar LampungAbstractScience and laboratory learning is not be separated as functionally tools. The teacher as an important component in determining the success of education becomes a protocol in laboratory-based science learning activities and its management. The purpose of this training activity was to improve the ability of teachers to operate laboratory teaching aids, and to manage laboratory techniques. The method used in this activity was to applying the contextual strategy to linked theory with practice delivered with the guided practice method. There was teaching system oriented towards solving problems encountered regarding laboratory management. The implementation of the training activities took place at SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung, which was held for 4 days (32 hours). The subjects in this training activity were 75 Junior High School Science Teachers in Bandar Lampung. The results of this training activity showed that there was an increase in laboratory managerial knowledge, where all trainees' abilities increased except for participants who did not attend the training activities until the end. The ability of teachers to use science teaching aids (kits) is good. The results of the 100% assessment of teachers have reached the completeness standard of 70. Therefores, the training activities are categorized as successful in reminding the ability of science teachers throughout Bandar Lampung in laboratory management and the use of science devices and being able to recognize the functions and usefulness of practical tools and materials in supporting science learning.Key words: science teaching aids, science learning, laboratory management.
