Abstract

Continuous monitoring of student understanding is crucial because the nature of complex redox reaction materials is one of the primary causes of suboptimal student achievement. This research aims to enhance student learning outcomes through an assessment for learning approach that integrates feedback on an ongoing basis. This investigation employed a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest methodology with 36 twelfth-grade learners from one of Surabaya's high schools. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 37.22 to 86.04. The average N-gain reached 0.77, indicating high growth in learning achievement, with 88.89% of students attaining the high category. The results of this study show that using assessment for learning, which includes defining learning objectives, creating useful classroom discussions and assignments as evidence of student comprehension, giving continuous feedback, and including students as owners of their own learning process, is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and has a measurable positive impact on concept mastery. These findings suggest that the assessment for learning approach is effective for improving students' understanding of complex topics such as redox reactions.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis work-family role dalam strategi pengelolaan peran ganda aparatur Kelurahan Harapan Tani Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Fenomena peran ganda menjadi isu penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia sektor publik karena berkaitan langsung dengan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 orang aparatur yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, serta analisis SWOT melalui matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi work-family role aparatur berada pada tingkat konflik sedang. Faktor internal menunjukkan kekuatan pada disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi, namun masih terdapat kelemahan pada fleksibilitas waktu dan beban kerja. Faktor eksternal menunjukkan adanya peluang berupa dukungan kebijakan dan teknologi, namun juga terdapat ancaman berupa tuntutan pelayanan masyarakat yang tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi yang tepat adalah strategi agresif (SO), yaitu memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk menangkap peluang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan peran ganda membutuhkan dukungan organisasi yang kuat serta kebijakan yang adaptif untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan keluarga Kata kunci: Work-Family Role, SWOT, Peran Ganda, Aparatur Kelurahan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the active learning model on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. The population and sample in this study were 9 students, to test the extent of its influence using the F test and then comparing the significance value (Sig.) With a probability of 0.05, then comparing the t-count value with the t-table. Data was taken through practice. The results showed that the application of the active learning model was believed to have an effect on improving soccer passing skills. Proven by the results of the hypothesis test which showed a significance value (Sig.) <0.001 smaller than the probability of 0.05, and the results of the t-test showed that the t-count value of 5.525 was greater than the t-table value (2.36), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the application of the active learning model has an effect on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Keywords: Active Learning, Passing Skills, Soccer Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran active learning terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. Data diambil melalui praktek. Hasilnya diketahui penerapan model pembelajaran active learning diyakini berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) < 0,001 lebih kecil dari probobilitas 0,05, serta hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,525 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,36), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran active learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Kata Kunci: Active Learning, Keterampilan Passing, Sepak Bola

Abstract

In today's digital era, students have extensive access to various learning resources via the internet, so the role of educators is no longer the sole source of knowledge, but rather as facilitators, guides, and directors in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the challenges and solutions faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lecturers in learning in the digital era. The development of information technology has changed the learning paradigm, requiring lecturers to adapt to the use of technology without neglecting Islamic values. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with PAI lecturers selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as data validity testing through triangulation and member checking. The results showed that the main challenges faced by PAI lecturers include limited digital competency, changes in student characteristics that tend to prefer interactive learning, and the challenge of maintaining values and ethics amidst the flow of digital information. Possible solutions include improving digital competency through training, implementing innovative learning models such as blended learning and flipped classrooms, and utilizing creative and contextual digital media. Furthermore, institutional support in providing infrastructure and supporting policies is also an important factor in successful learning.

Abstract

This study investigates the pivotal role of the Kyai in Sharia mediation and the integration of their religious authority with the Indonesian national legal system within family law disputes in Madura. Utilizing a qualitative socio-legal approach, the research explores the dynamics of legal pluralism and the harmonization between Sharia and state law. The findings reveal that while the Madurese community predominantly favors Sharia mediation led by Kyais due to high social trust, these religious figures do not operate in isolation from formal law. Instead, Kyais actively bridge the gap by considering state legal frameworks, particularly in protecting women’s rights during divorce and inheritance disputes. This study proposes the concept of "religious authority-based legal pluralism," where Kyais act as socio-legal mediators who negotiate and reinterpret the relationship between religious norms and formal statutes. The research concludes that moderate legal integration, facilitated by local authorities, is essential for creating equitable, socially acceptable, and legally valid solutions in multicultural societies.
