Abstract

Digital financial innovation provides easy access to the financial industry. Convenience can be felt in the process of transferring funds, non-cash payments, to funding services through applications or websites. This is called the P2P lending service which is under the supervision of the OJK. However, this supervision has not been implemented optimally, as evidenced by the large number of illegal P2P lending service providers in Indonesia, misuse of personal data by P2P lending providers, collection processes that are not in accordance with regulations, and complaint processes that do not receive feedback. This concern was expressed in a citizen lawsuit and was agreed to by the Supreme Court in the Cassation Decision Number 1206/K/PDT/2024. Therefore, it is necessary to study further in depth and comprehensively regarding the urgency of supervising the implementation of P2P lending in Indonesia and how to protect P2P lending consumers after the Supreme Court Decision Number 1206/K/PDT/2024. By using a normative legal research method through a legislative approach and a conceptual approach, it is hoped that it can provide answers to the formulation of the problem that is the focus of the research issue. The results of the analysis are OJK as mandated by Article 5 of the OJK Law states that the implementation of fintech is the authority of OJK in carrying out supervision. Supervision by OJK is needed in order to guarantee the rights and obligations of the parties and to be able to minimize the number of illegal P2P lending organizers in Indonesia. There is still overlapping legal protection for consumers as users of P2P lending service providers. So it is appropriate if OJK then issues the LPBBTI 2023-2028 roadmap as an effort to be able to enforce the legal protection process as in the Supreme Court Cassation Decision Number 1206 / K / PDT / 2024.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Nugget merupakan salah satu olahan yang digemari oleh masyarakat karena proses penyajiannya cepat dan mudah. Ampas tahu yang masih memiliki banyak zat gizi didalamnya masih bisa dijadikan sebagai bahan pangan dapat menjadi nugget yang bernilai tambah. Ampas tahu mengandung zat gizi terutama protein yang tinggi, Kandungan protein didalam ampas tahu mencapai 23,55% atau setara dengan 23,55 gr per 100 gr. Pemanfaatan ampas tahu juga perlu dioptimalkan, selain dimanfaatkan untuk pakan ternak.Tujuan : Mengetahui pemanfaatan ampas tahu untuk makanan berprotein tinggi yang tidak dimanfaatkan.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penelitian pendahuluan dilakukan untuk memperoleh formulasi terbaik dalam pembuatan nugget ikan gabus dengan penambahan ampas tahu. Pada penelitian ini digunakan empat macam variasi penambahan ampas tahu yaitu 0%, 20%, dan 30% dan 50%. Penelitian lanjutan berupa pembuatan produk dengan formulasi yang baru yaitu 0%,15%,20% dan 25%. Lalu uji organoleptik yang dilakukan di Laboratorium pangan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Riau, dan uji kadar protein yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Hasil Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Riau.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tingkat kesukaan rasa, aroma, dan tekstur pada nugget. Tetapi pada warna tidak ada pengaruh yang nyata. Hasil uji kadar protein nugget ikan gabus dengan penambahan ampas tahu yaitu 22,9% sedangkan kadar protein nugget ikan gabus tanpa penambahan ampas tahu (kontrol) yaitu 17,55%.Kesimpulan: Uji kadar protein pada nugget dengan penambahan ampas tahu ini mencapai lebih dari syarat mutu nugget ikan menurut Badan Standarisasi Nasional (2002) yaitu min. 12%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servicescape and service quality on customer satisfaction at the First Cup of Coffee, Purwakarta City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents who were consumers at the First Cup of Coffee Purwakarta. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The data were processed using IBM SPSS version 24. The results showed that the two independent variables had an effect on the dependent variable, servicescape had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the First Cup of Coffee Purwakarta. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the First Cup of Coffee Purwakarta. Simultaneously servicescape and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the First Cup of Coffee Purwakarta.

Abstract

Background: Incisional hernia is a condition in which internal organs, such as the intestines, protrude through a previous surgical incision or suture. This occurs due to the failure of the abdominal wall to close properly. The closure of the abdominal wall is influenced by patient-related factors and technical factors during surgery. Incisional hernia following appendectomy is a rare condition, with an incidence rate of less than 0.12%. With this case report, the author aims to contribute to the literature on strangulated incisional hernia post-appendectomy. Case presentation: A 42-year-old male presented to the emergency department with complaints of right lower abdominal pain for the past three days. The patient reported a lump that had been intermittently present for the past nine years but became persistent three days ago. The patient had a history of appendectomy nine years ago. Vital signs were relatively stable, and physical examination revealed a bluish mass measuring 10x8x4 cm in the abdomen. Radiological abdominal assessment revealed a high-level obstructive ileus. Subsequently, the patient underwent a laparotomy, and a right hemicolectomy was performed, removing a segment measuring 50 cm from the ileocecal junction to the ascending colon. Conclusion: Incisional hernia following appendectomy is a rare complication, but it can occur due to various risk factors, such as surgical site infection, improper choice of suture material, and inappropriate wound closure technique. The management of this condition can involve the use of tension-free synthetic mesh in either laparotomy or laparoscopy.

Abstract

Fiqh learning at madrasah is aimed to direct and prepare students to know, understand, appreciate and practice Islamic law in everyday life. The aim of this research was to describe student prayer discipline as an impact of the implementation of Fiqh learning at seventh grade students of MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. This research method was qualitative research, with qualitative descriptive design. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation methods. Techniques for testing data validity by extending observations, increasing accuracy in research, data triangulation and using sufficient references. Data was analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The results of the research showed that: the students were able to get used to have obligatory prayers according to what has been taught by the fiqh teacher; the increasing of students fiqih score; the students are responsible and obedient in carrying out obligatory prayers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan activity book berbasis STEAM sebagai media pembelajaran kelas 1 sekolah dasar pada tema “Diriku” serta mengevaluasi kelayakanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development Model ADDIE, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13 siswa kelas 1 di sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengolah data respon validator maupun pengguna dengan menggunakan rating scale dengan skala 5, kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli menunjukan media activity book berbasis STEAM layak digunakan. Selain itu hasil persepsi peserta didik terhadap media ini menunjukan nilai yang tinggi.Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa activity book berbasis STEAM yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pendukung dalam pembelajaran tema “Diriku” pada jenjang kelas 1 SD.

Abstract

ABSTRACT According to WHO (2021), around 295,000 women die, the most common causes being bleeding, high blood pressure, infection and unsafe abortion. The aim of this research is to find out the risk factors for the occurrence of severe preeclampsia in Mesuji Regency in 2023. This type of quantitative research with a case control approach design. The study population was all pregnant women at 22 weeks' gestation with a total of 2,710 mothers, with a total of 105 research respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis stated that there was a relationship between completeness of ANC visits p-value 0.000, history of hypertension p-value 0.023, nutritional status p-value 0.000, obesity p-value 0.027 and family support p-value 0.016 with the incidence of severe preeclampsia. There is no relationship between maternal age and a p-value of 0.599 with the incidence of severe preeclampsia. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the mother's nutritional status was the dominant factor associated with the incidence of severe preeclampsia with a p-value of 0.000 and an OR (odds ratio) of 8.588. Suggestions for the community health centre to increase mentoring and education on the importance of intake patterns and improving the nutrition of pregnant women, and it is hoped that the local government can bridge the collaboration between various sectors and interested stakeholders in efforts to improve nutrition and strategies for receiving health services for all people, especially those with low accessibility in Mesuji Regency Keywords: Risk Factors, Severe Preeclampsia  ABSTRAK Preeclampsia merupakan penyebab umum kematian ibu paa masa kehamilan dan persalinan. Menurut WHO (2021), sekitar 295.000 wanita meninggal, penyebab paling umum yaitu perdarahan, tekanan darah tinggi, infeksi dan aborsi tidak aman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian preeclampsia berat di Kabupaten Mesuji tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh ibu hamil usia kehamilan 22 minggu dengan jumlah 2.710 ibu, dengan total responden penelitian sejumlah 105 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan kelengkapan kunjungan ANC p-value 0,000, riwayat hipertensi p-value 0,023, status gizi p-value 0,000, obesitas p-value 0,027 dan dukungan keluarga p-value 0,016 dengan kejadian preeclampsia berat. Tidak ada hubungan umur ibu dengan nilai p-value 0,599 dengan kejadian preeclampsia berat. Variabel status gizi ibu menjadi faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian preeclampsia berat dengan p-value 0,000 dan OR (odd ratio) 8,588. Saran bagi puskesmas meningkatkan pendampingan dan edukasi pentingnya pola asupa dan perbaikan gizi ibu hamil, serta diharapkan pemerintah daerah dapat menjembatani terjalinnya kolaborasi antar berbagai sektor dan stakeholder yang berkepentingan dalam upaya perbaikan gizi dan strategi penerimaan layanan kesehatan kepada seluruh masyarakat terutama dengan aksesibilitas rendah di Kabupaten Mesuji. Kata Kunci: Faktor Risiko, Preeklampsia Berat

Abstract

The community often faces problems and problems related to the worship of Muslims, Muslims are also required to carry out obligations that are important factors in the Islamic religion, especially the obligation of prayer that leads to the Kakbah. So far, the measurement of the direction of the Qibla in most methods always uses the Sun, the Sun is one of the celestial bodies that can be used as a reference to measure the direction of the Qibla either in the shadow of the Sun or the azimuth of the Sun. In this case, the author wants to test using the azimuth of the full moon, because there are still many who do not know that the measurement of the direction of the Qibla can not only be with the Sun but can also use the Moon. To find out the extent of the accuracy of the results of measuring the direction of the Qibla with the azimuth of the Moon, the authors formulated several research questions. 1 what is the technique of measuring the direction of the qibla using the azimuth of the full moon? 2 what is the accuracy of qibla direction using the azimuth of the full moon? To answer the research question, the author uses a qualitative research method with an astronomical approach, the primary data used are in the form of trial results of measuring the direction of the Qibla during the full Moon, namely the night of the 14th, and 16th which is marked with a lunar illumination value above 95 percent, and night 15 which is marked with a Lunar illumination value of 100 percent. on the first day obtained a value difference of 00° 03' 50", on the second day obtained a difference in value of 0° 02' 20 and on the third day obtained a difference in value of 0° 02' 12 The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results of the study can be concluded that the technique of measuring the direction of the Qibla using the azimuth of the full Moon is the same as the technique of measuring the direction of the Qibla by using the azimuth of the Sun. Meanwhile, the accuracy is still very accurate, where the results of the trial measurement of the direction of the Qibla by using the azimuth of the full Moon only have an average difference of 00 ° 02ʼ 12 " arc from the results of measuring the direction of the Qibla using the Azimuth of the Sun.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang peran penting yang dimainkan oleh keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Pendidikan tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab sekolah, tetapi juga melibatkan kerja sama antara keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketiga faktor tersebut berinteraksi dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang optimal yang mendukung pengembangan karakter positif pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan dan juga mengumpulkan data dari wawancara dengan para profesional pendidikan dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga memiliki peran yang kuat dalam membentuk fondasi pendidikan dan nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan kepada anak sejak dini. Selain itu, sekolah juga memiliki tanggung jawab penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memberikan kesempatan kepada anak didik untuk mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal. Masyarakat juga berperan dalam memberikan dukungan sosial dan teladan yang baik bagi anak didik. Kesimpulannya, kolaborasi yang efektif antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Dalam konteks pendidikan holistik, kolaborasi ini menciptakan sinergi yang kuat dan memberikan fondasi yang kokoh bagi perkembangan peserta didik secara keseluruhan.
