Abstract

Motivation and discipline are closely related to employee performance. The motivation and discipline that is continuously instilled in a trainee can raise and lower their performance at work or discourage them. The productivity of any institution will increase as a result of motivated and disciplined workers. The observation was conducted at PT Epson Indonesia. The purpose of this observation is to understand the relationship between work motivation and work discipline and the variables that distinguish between the two that have the greatest influence on employee performance. The observation system used is quantitative observation. Materials are generated from interviews using questionnaires. The observation results show that motivation and work discipline have an impact on employee performance. By using this result, it shows that work discipline has more impact on employee performance of PT Epson Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate whether the Organizational Climate influences Employee Work Effectiveness mediated through Work Ethic at PT. XXX. The study employs a quantitative method, gathering data through questionnaire distribution among 108 employees. Smart-PLS 3.0 is used for data analysis. Results indicate that, partially, organizational climate significantly affects employee work effectiveness (t-value = 2.725 > t-table = 1.96, p-value = 0.005 < 0.05). Organizational climate also influences work ethic (t-value = 11.418 > t-table = 1.96, p-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Work ethic has a significant impact on employee work effectiveness (t-value = 3.683 > t-table = 1.96, p-value = 0.005 < 0.05). The mediation of work ethic on the relationship between organizational climate and employee work effectiveness is supported (t-value = 1.945 < t-table = 1.96, p-value = 0.001 > 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality, price, and facilities on customer satisfaction at Wuling Arista Bekasi. The automotive industry faces increasing competition, requiring each car dealer to attract customers through various strategies based on their offerings. Consumers generally desire faster and better car buying and selling services. Car dealers, including Wuling Arista Bekasi, must achieve customer satisfaction through various tactics to consistently provide high-quality services. The results of the study indicate that the three variables play an important role in shaping customer satisfaction. Most respondents are satisfied with the quality of service provided, consider the offered prices to be competitive, and appreciate the adequate facilities. However, there is an expectation for more promotions and facility improvements to further enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The country's economy relies heavily on exports. The country's export performance has a greater impact on economic growth. From 2012 to 2016, Indonesia's exports continued to decline. Import-export activities can also reduce unemployment. In conditions like this, Indonesia absolutely needs to make strategic efforts. One thing that can be done is to increase exports. Indonesia is one of the world's top five spice producers, producing cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pepper and vanilla - so it has a lot of room for expansion. The aim of this research is to find out whether spice exports in Indonesia can be optimal as economic growth increases and also to find out whether competition with other spice producing countries in the international market can affect spice exports in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research. Exports and imports are used to evaluate a country's progress towards economic development. Having a strong free trade policy allows countries to obtain cheaper raw materials and encourages economic expansion. Import and export indicators are also used to assess the progress of a country's economic development.

Abstract

Era Industri 5.0 menandai pergeseran paradigma industri menuju kolaborasi manusia-mesin yang canggih, dengan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) sebagai penggerak utama. Makalah ini mengkaji peran krusial AI dalam mendorong inovasi produk dan daya saing bisnis internasional di era ini. AI menawarkan berbagai manfaat bagi bisnis, termasuk otomatisasi tugas, analisis data yang mendalam, personalisasi produk dan layanan, serta penemuan pola dan tren baru. Penerapan AI yang efektif dalam bisnis internasional membutuhkan strategi yang matang dan komprehensif yang mempertimbangkan aspek budaya, regulasi, dan infrastruktur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang berhasil memanfaatkan AI untuk inovasi produk dan peningkatan daya saing akan mendapatkan keuntungan kompetitif yang signifikan di era Industri 5.0. Makalah ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dengan menawarkan kerangka kerja untuk memahami peran AI dalam mendorong inovasi dan daya saing bisnis internasional di era Industri 5.0.

Abstract

International capital markets are critical for the financing and expansion of technology startups. Startup companies can get the funds they need to expand, innovate, and compete in global markets through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and other financial sources. However, there is also a complex and complex relationship between capital markets and digital startups. Capital markets investors often have high standards for growth and profitability, which runs counter to startups' long-term emphasis on innovation and disruption. Global economic trends can also provide new opportunities and difficulties for technology companies, and capital market volatility can have a major impact on the value of startups. Abstract

Promotion is a marketing strategy that attempts to encourage demand. Promotion is the company's main means of introducing products in a marketing strategy process. There are many media that can be used today to promote products, for example online promotions based on social media, websites, and e-commerce applications. There are many factors that can encourage consumers to make decisions to buy products, including online promotional strategies for consumer decisions regarding purchasing cosmetics, especially in online shops. This research aims to determine the effect of online promotions on consumer decisions when purchasing cosmetics in online shops. This research uses qualitative methods and searches for data and collects data from previous research as reference material. The results of this research show that online promotions have a significant effect on consumer decisions to purchase cosmetics in online shops. Therefore, companies that sell cosmetics can improve their online promotion-based promotional strategies to get more profitable results.

Abstract

This journal analyzes the influence of the work environment, motivation and compensation on increasing the capabilities of existing human resources. Motivation has a very important role in improving performance and can reduce absenteeism. Low morale is a characteristic of the lack of motivation felt by most employees. A pleasant work environment is also very important for employees. The more pleasant the work environment, the more enthusiastic employees will be about their work. For many companies, compensation is a key factor and concern in retaining and attracting quality employees.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. Findings – The results of this research are that: 1) Employee education influences employee performance; 2) Work experience influences employee performance; 3) Employee education influences employee loyalty; 4) Work experience influences employee loyalty; and 5) Employee performance influences employee loyalty. Research limitations/implications – The limitations of the data used in this research make the results less than optimal. Practical implications – This research is useful for company management in seeing whether employee education levels influence employee performance and employee loyalty.

Abstract

Tidak munculnya berbagai jenis pekerjaan dan jasa atau yang disebut dengan profesi ini pada masa Nabi dan imam-imam mujtahid masa lalu, menjadikan zakat profesi tidak begitu dikenal (tidak familiar) dalam Sunnah dan kitab-kitab fiqh klasik. Pendapat-pendapat yang dihasilkan dan dilontarkan pun sangat beragam dan ramai, antara satu pendapat dengan pendapat yang lain terjadi perbedaan yang sangat mencolok dan tajam bahkan bertolak belakang. Oleh sebab itu didalam penelitian ini akan penulis paparkan dan penulis kaji mengenai perbedaan pendapat mengenai zakat profesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan buku, jurnal serta sumber-sumber yang terkait dengan judul penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Zakat Profesi Dan Jasa Menurut Hukum Islam. Selain itu, Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta membandingkan perbedaan Pemikiran antara ulama madzhab empat dan para ulama mutaakhirin seperti Syekh Abdurrahman berdasarkan dalil-dalil yang menjadi dasar dari argument kedua belah pihak. Dari upaya analisis yang dilakukan penulis, menghasilkan beberapa penjelasan, yakni: 1). Zakat profesi adalah zakat yang dikeluarkan oleh seseorang yang bersumber dari penghasilan yang didapatakan; 2). Para ulama pendukung zakat profesi mendasari zakat profesi dengan dalil-dalil hukum yang secara eksplisit berkaitan zakat profesi; 3). Mayoritas ulama madzhab empat mewajibkan zakat profesi pada saat menerima kecuali sudah mencapai nisab; 4). para ulama mutaakhirin seperti Syekh Abdurrahman menegaskan bahwa zakat penghasilan itu hukumnya wajib.
