Abstract

Research Organizational change management is a process for managing changes carried out by an organization. Organizational change management can help organizations to increase work productivity by increasing employee skills and knowledge, employee training and development can increase employee abilities to carry out their duties and work better. This can increase employee work productivity because employees can complete their tasks and work more quickly and efficiently, increase employee motivation and commitment, employee motivation and commitment programs can increase employees' sense of belonging and pride in the company. This can increase employee motivation and commitment to work harder and produce better performance, improve the work environment, a comfortable and safe work environment can increase employee work productivity because employees can work more focused and efficiently. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk has implemented organizational change management effectively to increase the work productivity of its employees. These efforts have produced positive results. PT employee work productivity. Mayora Indah Tbk will increase by 20% in 2023. This is proven by an increase in added value per employee by 20%. Organizational change management as an effort to increase work productivity at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk: Stay focused on change goals, ensure support from leadership, effective communication, support from employees, evaluate success. By implementing these suggestions, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk can increase the effectiveness of organizational change management and achieve its goal of increasing employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media is also used to obtain previous research data such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and other academic media. The results of this research are: 1) Workload influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Leadership influences employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk membedah dampak lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Deskriptif ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan menarik yang ditentukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi faktor-faktor yang berbeda atau bagaimana suatu variabel dihubungkan dengan faktor-faktor yang berbeda. Hasil eksplorasi ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak terlalu besar. Kepuasan kerja karyawan akan terganggu akibat berbagai faktor dan indikator di tempat kerja yang kurang mendukung. Sebaliknya pegawai yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya akan lebih termotivasi dalam bekerja.

Abstract

An organization that has a top-down type of command line wants its business to run smoothly, but sometimes there are obstacles due to differences in employee characteristics. Every organization has problems in improving the performance of its employees which are often affected by indiscipline at work. Work discipline is also problematic due to decreased employee confidence and work motivation. This research was conducted to create a research hypothesis regarding can work discipline and employee performance be influenced by motivation and self-efficacy. This research method uses a path analysis method whose data source is the results of questionnaire data collection involving several respondents from the West Java region of Indonesia. This research has found that the variables of self-efficacy and individual motivation do not partially influence discipline. However, these two variables have a significant influence on the discipline variable simultaneously at 39.4 percent. These two variables also influence employee performance. Then the combination of exogenous variables simultaneously has a significant influence on the performance variable of 67.9 percent. The contribution of this research is that every organization pays attention to employee character, self-efficacy, and motivation because it influences employee discipline and can improve employee performance in terms of productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on student performance mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in literature and the field use questionnaires distributed to students of SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Hypothesis testing uses full model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS. The results obtained by the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X) x Organizational Climate (Z) x Student Performance (Y) show that the p-values ​​are 0.00 < 0.05, so there is a significant positive influence between the intrinsic motivation variable on student performance which is mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. In conclusion, there is a significant positive influence between intrinsic motivation variables on student performance which is mediated by organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Suggestions, schools can develop student motivation programs, improve organizational climate, or other efforts aimed at improving student performance. Abstract

Currently, globalization has entered the digitalization era, where digitalization has become one of the most important factors in organizational life. In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the use of technology in HR strategy and planning. This article explains how to apply talent management to develop human resources in this digital era. The method used in writing this article is using the literature review method, which searches databases from various reference sources such as journals, books and necessary data related to talent management. Effective talent management includes not only managing traditional human resources, but also focusing efforts on developing digital skills, identifying talent that fits digital initiatives, and creating a culture of innovation. Flexibility, mobility and giving employees greater responsibility have become important elements in successful talent management in the digital era. The use of technology also plays a key role in talent management with tools and data analytics that support better decision making. Regular evaluation and employee engagement are important aspects in ensuring successful talent management. Effective talent management will help companies remain competitive and ready to face ongoing technological changes.

Abstract

Dalam era e-commerce yang semakin berkembang, interaksi antara ulasan pelanggan online dan kualitas produk memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen di marketplace. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pemahaman tentang hubungan ini dalam konteks pembelian online. Pendahuluan memberikan gambaran umum tentang e-commerce, pertumbuhan marketplace, dan peran ulasan pelanggan serta kualitas produk dalam keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis interaksi antara ulasan pelanggan online dan kualitas produk serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis literatur dan penelitian terkait yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan pelanggan yang positif dapat memperkuat persepsi konsumen tentang kualitas produk dan membentuk citra merek yang baik, sementara ulasan negatif dapat mengurangi kepercayaan konsumen dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk yang baik juga dianggap sebagai faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen, membangun reputasi merek yang kuat, dan mempengaruhi daya saing merek dalam pasar.

Abstract

Untuk berhasil di pasar yang terpuruk, sebuah organisasi harus beradaptasi terus menerus. Sukses dalam sebuah perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh filsafat kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Produktivitas dan motivasi meningkat dalam lingkungan dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat dan budaya yang hebat. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas, studi ini berfokus pada bagaimana kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mensintesis data dari beberapa sumber sastra, termasuk jurnal dan penelitian, untuk memberikan fakta dengan cara yang terorganisir, faktual, dan akurat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efek yang kuat dan menguntungkan yang budaya perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan adalah serangkaian langkah untuk menciptakan berbagai pilihan alternatif yang bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, sementara kepemimpinan adalah karakteristik dari hubungan interaksi antara seorang pemimpin dan pengikut dalam konteks tertentu. Peran seorang pemimpin dalam proses pengambilan keputusan memiliki posisi yang sangat penting dan strategis. Dalam berbagai fungsi manajemen, terdapat satu fungsi di mana para pengambil keputusan memiliki gaya tersendiri. Banyak pemimpin yang menggunakan beberapa gaya kepemimpinan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yang sering kali mencerminkan kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Informasi yang identik dapat dinilai dan keputusan dapat diambil dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang bervariasi. Sebuah artikel telah mengkaji unsur-unsur yang berdampak pada proses pengambilan keputusan, termasuk gaya kepemimpinan dan kepribadian, dalam sebuah studi literatur di bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dari ulasan literature artikel tersebut, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kepribadian, dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana Generasi Z memanfaatkan e-wallet dalam aktivitas transaksi sehari-hari, persepsi mereka terhadap aspek keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta dampaknya terhadap pola konsumsi dan gaya hidup di era digital. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Generasi Z mengapresiasi kemudahan, kecepatan, keamanan, dan berbagai promo/diskon yang ditawarkan oleh e-wallet. Kemudahan penggunaan dan minat terhadap inovasi teknologi juga menjadi faktor penting dalam penerimaan e-wallet di kalangan Generasi Z.
