Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Pengembangan Karir melalui Budaya Organisasi Pada Outlet McDonald’s Cabang Cibitung dan Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, untuk memperoleh data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan Outlet McDonald’s Cabang Cibitung dan Cikarang yang berjumlah 103 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 3.0 sebagai alat analisis pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 1,914 < nilai t tabel sebesar 1,9839 dan nilai p value 0,056 > 0.05. Variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir dengan hasil t hitung sebesar 6,601 > nilai t tabel sebesar 1,98397 dan nilai p value 0,000 < 0.05. Variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi dengan hasil t hitung sebesar 1,686 < nilai t tabel sebesar 1,98397 dan nilai p value 0,092 > 0.05. Lalu variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan dimediasi budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan karir dengan hasil t hitung sebesar 1,627 < nilai t tabel sebesar 1,98397 dan nilai p value 0,104 > 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir, produktivitas kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi dan produktivitas kerja karyawan dimediasi budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir. Kata kunci: Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan; Budaya Organisasi; Pengembangan Karir.

Abstract

Perkembangan perjalanan udara merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem transportasi yang membutuhkan teknologi canggih, manajemen yang andal, keamanan, serta jaminan keselamatan dan keamanan yang sebaik mungkin. Organisasi khusus Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang merencanakan dan mengelola transportasi udara internasional dikenal sebagai Organisasi Penerbangan Sipil Internasional. Karena seringkali merupakan akibat dari berbagai penyebab, termasuk kesalahan manusia, masalah mekanis, faktor lingkungan, faktor misi, dan manajemen, kecelakaan penerbangan tidak memiliki penyebab tunggal. 15 Tahun 1995, mengatur tentang kewajiban perusahaan penerbangan di bidang penerbangan. Pasal 42 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 40 Tahun 1995 tentang Angkutan Udara mengatur kewajiban tambahan bagi perusahaan angkutan udara. Menurut Pasal 24 Peraturan Penerbangan, maskapai bertanggung jawab atas kerugian atau kerusakan lain yang diderita penumpang selama penerbangan.

Abstract

Currently, globalization has entered the digitalization era, where digitalization has become one of the most important factors in organizational life. In recent years, there has been a steady increase in the use of technology in HR strategy and planning. This article explains how to apply talent management to develop human resources in this digital era. The method used in writing this article is using the literature review method, which searches databases from various reference sources such as journals, books and necessary data related to talent management. Effective talent management includes not only managing traditional human resources, but also focusing efforts on developing digital skills, identifying talent that fits digital initiatives, and creating a culture of innovation. Flexibility, mobility and giving employees greater responsibility have become important elements in successful talent management in the digital era. The use of technology also plays a key role in talent management with tools and data analytics that support better decision making. Regular evaluation and employee engagement are important aspects in ensuring successful talent management. Effective talent management will help companies remain competitive and ready to face ongoing technological changes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether Internship Experience and Soft Skills can affect Job Readiness in Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative. The sample used was as many as 45 respondents with the criteria of students of the management study program and who had participated in internships. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire that was compiled in several statements and measured using a likert scale and a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses statistical methods with SmartPLS 4.1.8 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Internship Experience has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. 2) Soft Skills have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work-life balance and workload can affect the job satisfaction of SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques (census), which is one form of non-probability sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire which is arranged in several statements and measured using a Likert scale. The research population was SDIT Al-'Arabi teachers with a sample of 51 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach through Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Likewise, workload also shows a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. This study concludes that work-life balance and workload have a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Workload and Compensation have an influence on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 43 respondents. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire arranged in several statements and measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis used in this test used the Structural Equitation Model (SEM). Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan, and (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Teachers at SMP N 10 Tambun Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Teacher Performance at XYZ School. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample or census of 42 teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in several questions and was measured using a Likert Scale. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Data was processed using SMART PLS 4.1 software. The results showed that (X1) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, (X2) Workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Research Organizational change management is a process for managing changes carried out by an organization. Organizational change management can help organizations to increase work productivity by increasing employee skills and knowledge, employee training and development can increase employee abilities to carry out their duties and work better. This can increase employee work productivity because employees can complete their tasks and work more quickly and efficiently, increase employee motivation and commitment, employee motivation and commitment programs can increase employees' sense of belonging and pride in the company. This can increase employee motivation and commitment to work harder and produce better performance, improve the work environment, a comfortable and safe work environment can increase employee work productivity because employees can work more focused and efficiently. PT. Mayora Indah Tbk has implemented organizational change management effectively to increase the work productivity of its employees. These efforts have produced positive results. PT employee work productivity. Mayora Indah Tbk will increase by 20% in 2023. This is proven by an increase in added value per employee by 20%. Organizational change management as an effort to increase work productivity at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk: Stay focused on change goals, ensure support from leadership, effective communication, support from employees, evaluate success. By implementing these suggestions, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk can increase the effectiveness of organizational change management and achieve its goal of increasing employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to build hypotheses regarding the relationship between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The writing method in this research is qualitative (library research), where the data comes from previous research. Online media is also used to obtain previous research data such as Google Scholar, Publish or Perish and other academic media. The results of this research are: 1) Workload influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Leadership influences employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk membedah dampak lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Deskriptif ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan menarik yang ditentukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi faktor-faktor yang berbeda atau bagaimana suatu variabel dihubungkan dengan faktor-faktor yang berbeda. Hasil eksplorasi ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif namun tidak terlalu besar. Kepuasan kerja karyawan akan terganggu akibat berbagai faktor dan indikator di tempat kerja yang kurang mendukung. Sebaliknya pegawai yang merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya akan lebih termotivasi dalam bekerja.
