Abstract

Pada penghayat kepercayaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa di Indonesia, diskriminasi seringkali menimpa. Meski berbagai program pemerintah telah dilakukan untuk melindungi penghayat kepercayaan, namun celah diskriminasi masih terjadi. Hingga sekarang masih ditemukan pola intoleransi terhadap kelompok agama minoritas melalui mobilisasi kelompok intoleran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan secara rinci Diskriminasi terhadap Penghayat Kepercayaan di Indonesia sebagai Cerminan Ketidaksinkronan Nilai Pancasila dan Hak Asasi Manusia serta Dampaknya terhadap Kesehatan Mental. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data sekunder seperti buku catatan, artikel jurnal, serta data dari internet seperti situs website resmi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu diskriminasi yang dilakukan seperti pembakaran sarana ibadah penghayat kepercayaan Kejawen Urip Sejati dan pengucilan terhadap penghayat kepercayaan Kaharingan di Kalimantan merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dibenarkan oleh Pancasila dan prinsip hak asasi manusia, hal tersbut juga dapat menganggu kesehatan mental para penghayat yang mnenjadi korban. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu adanya diskriminasi yang terjadi  mengingatkan kita kembali kepada Pancasila untuk diamalkan lebih kuat agar hal serupa tidak terjadi lagi sehingga hak asasi manusia bisa ditegakkan untuk kesehatan mental bangsa  Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of generative AI such as ChatGPT and Gemini AI among Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students at UIN STS Jambi offers task efficiency, but has the potential to trigger laziness in thinking through cognitive offloading and disrupt the internalization of thinking, contemplation, and tazkiyah. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of both AIs on laziness in thinking and completing thesis assignments. A quantitative quasi-experimental posttest-only control group approach was used with a population of 5th-semester PAI students (N≈100), a sample of 56 respondents (experimental n=25, control n=31) via purposive sampling. The Likert questionnaire instrument was validated by Pearson and Cronbach's reliability α>0.70; SPSS analysis: descriptive, t-test, multiple linear regression (F/t test, R²). Results: Gemini AI had a significant effect (p<0.01, β=0.919), ChatGPT did not (p>0.05); Simultaneous R²=0.877 (p<0.01), t-test p=0.01 (d=0.72). Conclusion: The differential impact of multimodal AI strongly triggers laziness; an ethical strategy is needed for PAI to integrate AI as a reflection aid.

Abstract

The phenomenon of teenage girls wearing hijabs who smoke in Surabaya shows tension between religious identity, society's moral demands, and social dynamics that shape teen behavior. The hijab, seen as a symbol of piety, often puts women's bodies under strict moral scrutiny, while at the same time teens face pressure to fit in with their friends and digital culture. This study aims to understand the motivations, identity meanings, and the possibility that smoking is seen as a form of resistance to patriarchal norms. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews and non-participatory observations of hijab-wearing adolescents aged 14–18 years, supplemented by a literature review on the social construction of women and radical feminist theory. The results show that motivation for smoking is the need for social acceptance, which is influenced by FOMO, peer pressure, and digital culture. This is reinforced by the ideological motive that this behavior reflects adolescents’ efforts to negotiate their sense of self. However, in certain contexts, smoking also serves as a form of symbolic resistance against patriarchal control over women’s bodies. This study concludedes that the identity of women who wear the hijab is not singular. It is shaped through complex interactions between social structures, popular culture, and personal experiences. These findings open up space for further research on the representation of women who wear the hijab in digital culture and its implications for the negotiation of gender identity in urban Muslim communities.

Abstract

Jalan Jaksa Agung Suprapto merupakan jalur utama di Kota Lamongan dengan volume lalu lintas yang tinggi, terutama saat musim liburan. Tingginya volume kendaraan di ruas ini berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara volume kendaraan dan tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tersebut, serta untuk mengidentifikasi titik-titik rawan kecelakaan (black spot). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara volume kendaraan dan tingkat kecelakaan dengan nilai koefisien (rs) sebesar 0,8. Semakin tinggi nilai rasio volume terhadap kapasitas jalan (V/C Rasio), maka kecenderungan terjadinya kecelakaan juga meningkat. Segmen jalan dengan V/C Rasio tertinggi yaitu 0,99 tercatat memiliki arus lalu lintas mendekati kapasitas maksimum. Namun demikian, frekuensi kecelakaan tertinggi justru ditemukan pada segmen dengan V/C Rasio sebesar 0,82 yaitu segmen 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem budgeting dan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Mamba'ul Ulum Jambi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, yang mengumpulkan data dari mahasiswa menggunakan kuesioner. Dua variabel utama yang diteliti adalah sistem budgeting yang mencakup alokasi anggaran, transparansi, partisipasi, dan akuntabilitas, serta kualitas layanan akademik yang meliputi fasilitas, pengajaran, dan layanan administrasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem budgeting yang transparan dan partisipatif dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada kepuasan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sistem budgeting memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, tetapi kualitas layanan akademik lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen yang baik dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan perencanaan anggaran untuk mencapai pengalaman mahasiswa yang optimal. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem penganggaran yang lebih partisipatif dan transparan serta fokus pada perbaikan kualitas layanan akademik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study examines how the implementation of scouting activities in forming student leadership character at YPTI Lubuk Cemara IT Private Junior High School. This study is a qualitative study with a natural observation research design. This study uses research data acquisition techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation and qualitative data analysis is used to analyze the data, which involves data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings in this study indicate that the planning of scouting activities to form leadership character must begin with formulating a clear and structured curriculum, so that the implementation process in schools can run very well and the results of the process can be seen, one of which is the character of student leadership. Further findings in this study indicate that the obstacles faced are inseparable from the motivation and support of various parties, such as support from teachers and especially the lack of support from parents and the next obstacle faced is the lack of facilities and infrastructure. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of scouting activities in forming the character of student leadership at SMP Swasta IT YPTI Lubuk Cemara has been quite effective in fostering student leadership skills. Students who are active in Scouting activities show improvements in leadership aspects such as decision-making skills, responsibility, teamwork, communication skills, self-control, motivational skills.

Abstract

Material komposit sering digunakan sebagai body pada mobil terutama pada bagian pelindung depan maupun belakang, hal ini dikarenakan keunggulan material komposit yaitu ringan yang mengakibatkan massa dari body mobil akan lebih ringan sehingga bahan bakar menjadi lebih efisien dan dapat mereduksi emisi udara. Komposit yang menggunakan polimer merupakan komposit yang sering digunakan. Komposit dengan jenis ini menggunakan polimer sebagai matriks dan serat alam sebagai penguat.Komposisi   serat karbon, serat polypropylene  Paduan Hardiner dan Resin Epoxy untuk bahan winglet bumper mobil: Komposisi 1: 1 serat KSP 3 serat   KSK  atau 1.158 gr KSP;  3.475 gr KSK ;18.532 gr REH nilai uji bending rata-rata  4694,57 MPa, Komposisi 2 : 2 serat KSP 2 serat KSK  atau 2.316 gr KSP;2.316 gr KSK; 18.532 gr REH nilai uji bending rata-rata  4901,45 MPa, Komposis 3: : 3 serat KSP 1 serat KSK atau 3.475 gr KSP 1.158 gr KSK; 18.532% REH  nilai uji bending rata-rata  5371,68 MPa  Pembuatan Winglet Bumper Mobil diambil dari komposisi spesimen uji bending tertinggi  yang diperoleh pada komposisi perbandingan campuran  3 serat KSP dan 1 serat  3.475 gr KSP, 1 serat 1.158 gr KSK; 18.532 gr REH dengan nilai uji bending  5371,68 MPa. Nilai analisis komparatif kekuatan uji bending dengan komposisi serat karbon, serat polypropylene. Paduan Hardiner dan Resin Epox dengan menggunakan analisa Komparatif sampel k berkorelasi, Analisis hipotesa ada perbedaan diantara lapisan serat terhadap uji bending Karena nilai F0 = 77,01 > F0,05(2,6) = 5.14 maka Ho maka ditolak. Jadi ada pengaruh perbedaan diantara lapisan serat polypropylene dan lapisan serat karbon terhadap kekuatan uji bending material untuk pembuatan Bumper Mobil.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this evaluation research is to explore in depth the performance of teachers in learning activities as material for evaluating the learning system at SDIT UMMI Bengkulu City. In the standard learning implementation process which consists of 3 stages or dimensions, namely: planning the learning process, implementing the learning process, and assessing the learning process. Methodology: This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive data type. This research was conducted at SDIT UMMI Bengkulu City. Data collection is carried out using interview techniques or questionnaires. In this research, the researcher collaborated with 2 teachers and the Head of SDIT UMMI Bengkulu City. Main Findings: Based on the results of interviews with Islamic Religious Education subject teachers at SDIT UMMI Bengkulu City, planning, implementation and assessment were good. Likewise, attention from foundations and school principals who give full attention to teachers so that they can continue to develop their potential and improve their teaching performance. Novelty/Originality of this study: Evaluation is a measuring tool and an effort to determine the level of success achieved. Evaluation activities are able to provide information about deficiencies or possible errors that need to be corrected in the future. Evaluation activities can encourage teachers to improve the quality of education in the future. This research is a novelty from previous research as a reference for improving the quality of student learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines how women in Indonesia construct smut manhwa as a safe space, and how this practice illustrates their agency in shaping sexual desire and gender relations within patriarchal structures. Using a phenomenological approach with four informants and three rounds of thematic coding, this study analyses data from online interviews. The findings reveal that women's agency operates ambivalently, simultaneously establishing hidden normative boundaries and negotiating alternatives to patriarchal norms. Women utilize digital resources to access restricted desires, continuously sorting and interpreting content reflectively. A comparison with China highlights how different forms of structural control (social stigma vs. state censorship) shape distinct forms of women's agency. This research contributes to the understanding of women not as passive consumers, but as reflective actors who continuously negotiate the meanings of desire, gender relations, and bodily autonomy within structural constraints.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality in the world of journalism is still a debate, especially related to the position and treatment of female journalists. This study aims to analyze the meaning of gender equality and women's position in facing the risks of the journalistic world, with a focus on female journalists at the Press Institute of the Gema Campus of the State University of Surabaya. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research with a feminist axiology approach, which involves in-depth interviews and observations of female journalists on campus. The results show that although female journalists on this campus have a good understanding of gender equality and are committed to promoting gender inclusion, challenges such as gender stereotypes and discrimination remain significant barriers. Most informants feel that gender equality is important to fight for, but they still face social stigma and the risk of gender-based violence. In addition, Judith Butler's theory of Gender Social Construction shows that public opinion towards women journalists is influenced by social constructions that associate certain traits with gender, thus exacerbating the gap in the world of journalism. This research makes a unique contribution by revealing the dynamics of risks faced by women journalists in the campus environment as a micro-reflection of the broader challenges in the world of journalism. These findings offer a new perspective on the interaction between gender, professional risk, and advocacy in the world of journalism, as well as encourage the formulation of policies that are more responsive to gender equality.
