Abstract

This study explores the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) with coaching models to enhance teacher competencies, particularly in e-module development. Using the PRISMA framework, the systematic literature review synthesizes global research from 2019 to 2024. The findings emphasize the transformative impact of LMS-supported coaching in professional development, highlighting themes such as digital competency enhancement, collaborative learning, and adaptability in remote education. Significant contributions emerge from regions like are noted in regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia, alongside persistent challenges including technological disparities, cultural resistance, and infrastructural limitations. The study identifies emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and adaptive LMS, as promising solutions for advancing teacher training. These insights underscore the need for inclusive, scalable strategies to address global educational challenges and improve teacher professional development frameworks strengthen frameworks for teacher professional development.

Abstract

The physics learning process is generally teacher-centered and provides less opportunity for students to think openly. This learning results in low mastery of concepts and environmental literacy of students. This study aims: (1) to examine the effect of causalytic learning model the integrated with local wisdom on the mastery of concepts on global warming material students class X, (2 to examine the effect of causalytic learning model the integrated with local wisdom on the environmental literacy on global warming material students class X,  (3) to examine the effect of causalytic learning model the integrated with local wisdom on the mastery of concepts and environmental literacy on global warming material students class X. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research type. The research design used is a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all class X students at SMAN 1 Lembar in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 229 students and divided into 7 classes. The sampling technique used random sampling so that class X-1 students were selected as the experimental class with a total of 28 students who were given treatment in the form of a causal learning model integrated with local wisdom and class X-3 students as the control class with a total of 27 students who were given treatment in the form of conventional learning. The data collection tool consisted of a concept mastery test in the form of descriptive questions and an environmental literacy questionnaire by considering the results of the validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminatory power tests, so that six descriptive questions and 20 questionnaire statement items were obtained. Before the hypothesis test was carried out, a hypothesis prerequisite test was first carried out, namely the normality test and the homogeneity test. Based on the data analysis, the average value of the final concept mastery test results in the experimental class (81.11) with the criteria "Good" and the control class (76.93) with the criteria "Good". The results of the environmental literacy data analysis showed that the average value of students in the experimental class (82.11) with the criteria "Good" and the control class (76.11) with the criteria "Good". The research hypothesis was analyzed using the MANOVA test, so that the results obtained were : namely , and namely then rejected and accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the integrated causal learning model of local wisdom on the mastery of environmental concepts and literacy in the global warming material of class X students.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are among the essential competencies students must possess to face global challenges in the 21st century. This study aims to analyze the profile of students’ scientific creativity in terms of gender differences and cognitive level. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, involving 36 junior high school students. The instruments used included a scientific creativity test based on the Hu & Adey model and documentation of students’ science grades to determine their cognitive levels. Data analysis consisted of both descriptive and inferential approaches. Descriptive analysis was used to examine the characteristics of the data, including maximum score, minimum score, and average student score. Based on the scientific creativity scores, students were categorized into three groups: creative, moderately creative, and less creative. Inferential analysis involved an independent sample t-test to examine gender differences in scientific creativity and a Pearson correlation test to investigate the relationship between scientific creativity and cognitive level. The results showed that students' scientific creativity fell into the moderately creative category, with female students achieving higher average scores than male students, particularly in the dimensions of fluency and originality. The t-test revealed a significant difference in scientific creativity between male and female students. Students with higher cognitive levels tended to have better scientific creativity scores, although the Pearson correlation test showed that the relationship between cognitive level and scientific creativity was not statistically significant. In conclusion, female students demonstrated higher levels of scientific creativity than their male counterparts, and cognitive level did not show a significant correlation with students’ scientific creativity.

Abstract

Students’ understanding of physics concepts is an important skill in 21st century education. But the real condition in school still many students were not understand physics concepts, so it need to use innovation learning models, one of them is problem-based learning models. The research aims are: to find alternative ways for high school students to understand physics concepts; and to find out wether there is an effect of problem-based learning models on students' understanding of physics concepts at senior high school. This research type is pre-experimental designs with the Intact-group comparison  model. The population  was students at XI science of SMA Negeri 2 Mataram  in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, it consisting of 8 classes. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Students at XI science 5 as the experimental class and students at XI science 8 as the control class. The Experimental class treated used a problem-based  learning model in learning, while the control class used a direct learning model. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of conceptual understanding in static fluid material for the experimental class was 74 and for the control class was 63. These data were analyzed using parametric statistical tests, namely the polled variance t-test. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the  are 2,4866 and the  are 1,9989, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the problem-based learning model on students’ understanding of physics concepts at high school.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review how trends, approaches, and outcomes of laboratory modules can enhance students' science process skills. The review was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing published research from 2015 to 2024, sourced from the Dimensions and Scopus databases. The articles reviewed were relevant, high-quality, and available in full text. To examine the relationships between keywords and research themes, the VOSviewer application was utilized. The results of the review indicate that many laboratory modules remain focused on technological aspects and feasibility testing, but few integrate design development, instrument evaluation, and field testing comprehensively. Modules designed using the ADDIE model, validated by experts, and tested through pretest–posttest methods with a control group, have proven effective in enhancing students' scientific process skills. This study provides a comprehensive overview and serves as an important foundation for developing better and more needs-appropriate practical modules.

Abstract

Higher education has an important role in developing students' scientific creativity to face the challenges of the 21st century. One approach that has received attention in improving scientific creativity is the scaffolding inquiry model integrated with local wisdom. However, research related to the trend and direction of the development of the scaffolding inquiry model integrated with local wisdom on student scientific creativity is still limited. This study aims to provide a bibliometric review of the research trends of the scaffolding inquiry model integrated with local wisdom on student scientific creativity during the period 2020-2025. Data was obtained through Google Scholar using analysis tools such as Publish or Perish and Dimensions.ai, resulting in 1,000 documents selected based on PRISMA guidelines. Analysis was conducted using bibliometric methods and content analysis, supported by VOSviewer software to visualize keyword trends and research patterns. Research trends showed variations in the number of annual publications, with a significant spike in 2021 and a decline in subsequent years. Bibliometric analysis shows the dominance of publications in the form of books and monographs, highlighting the need for further exploration in this topic. Although the publication trend shows a decline in recent years, the scaffolding inquiry model integrated with local wisdom remains important to enhance students' scientific creativity. The integration of local wisdom in learning can create a more contextualized and innovative learning experience, support the development of scientific creativity skills, and fit the needs of 21st century education. Further research in the future is expected to explore more deeply the potential of technology and local wisdom in enric hing this learning model.

Abstract

Science education plays a strategic role in developing students’ critical and analytical thinking skills, as well as fostering scientific attitudes. However, challenges in classroom management and the limited social and personality competencies of teachers often hinder the effectiveness of science learning. This study aims to analyze the research trends on the application of the NISWATHI Coaching Model in improving the social and personality competencies of science teachers from 2016 to 2025. A descriptive-analytical approach with bibliometric methods was employed, analyzing 1,000 documents indexed in Google Scholar and Dimensions.ai. Data were processed using VOSviewer to map relationships among keywords, authors, and institutions. The findings indicate a significant increase in publications related to the NISWATHI model, peaking in 2022 before slightly declining in subsequent years. Most publications appeared as book chapters and edited volumes, reflecting a conceptual and reflective approach to the model’s development. Bibliometric visualization revealed seven major research clusters, including teacher training, instructional innovation, leadership, and adaptation to educational crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords such as digital transformation, holistic development, and future teacher emphasize the relevance of technology integration and comprehensive teacher development. These findings strengthen the position of the NISWATHI Coaching Model as a transformative and adaptive approach to enhancing teachers’ personality and social competence. The model not only focuses on pedagogical improvement but also on shaping reflective, collaborative, and responsive teacher character aligned with the demands of 21st-century education.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengkaji, mengidentifikasi pengertian pendekatan berdiferensiasi untuk pembelajaran, kemudian mensosialisasikan kepada guru SMPN 1 Terara Kabupaten Lombok Timur mengenai pembelajaran berdiferensiasi untuk penguatan SDGS Dimensi Quality Education. Akhir pengabdian ini ditargetkan telah dikenalkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi kepada para guru SMPN 1 Terara, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai salah satu upaya pencapaian SDGs dimensi quality education. Metode: Pada awal pengabdian, dilakukan peninjauan komprehensif pengertian pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan identifikasi rekomendasi-rekomendasi implementasinya. Tahap akhir dari pengabdian ini, ada komitmen para guru SMPN 1 Terara untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan berdiferensiasi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance students' interest and motivation in learning science through the introduction of hands-on science practicum. The activity involved 21 seventh-grade students of SMPN 2 Jonggat, Central Lombok Regency. The materials introduced included fluids, Newton's laws, Pascal's law, static electricity, dynamic electricity, and waves. The program was carried out through a series of interactive sessions, including conceptual introduction, demonstration, and simple group-based experiments. The results showed that students demonstrated high enthusiasm, asked more questions, and reported greater interest in science after participating in the activity. Evaluation through a simple questionnaire indicated a positive increase in students' learning interest and motivation. This activity proved that simple and contextual science practicum can be an effective approach to enrich science learning, especially in schools with limited laboratory facilities.

Abstract

The seminar with the theme "The Utilization of Social Media for Business Promotion in the Digital Economy Era" was held as part of the Teaching Assistance Group Work Program of SMAN 5 Mataram in 2025. This seminar aims to provide students with an understanding of opportunities and strategies for the use of social media as a means of business promotion in facing the development of the digital economy. Participants in the activity are student representatives from classes X to XII. The implementation of the seminar was carried out through the delivery of material using presentation media and interactive discussion sessions. The results of the activity showed that participants gained insight into how to find business ideas in the digital era, basic strategies to promote products through social media, as well as challenges and solutions in the digital promotion process. This activity is expected to increase students' digital literacy, foster entrepreneurial interest, and motivate the younger generation to utilize technology productively towards a Golden Indonesia 2045.
