Abstract

Kelangkaan pupuk masih menjadi masalah utama di bidang pertanian di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, untuk mengatasi kelangkaan pupuk, penggunaan pupuk kimia diharapkan dapat digantikan dengan menggunakan pupuk organik seperti Bio Slurry. Produk inovasi ini dapat mengatasi masalah kelangkaan pupuk yang terjadi di kalangan petani di Indonesia. Pemanfaatan kotoran domba untuk menghasilkan inovasi 'Bioslurry Plus Trichoderma (BIOS+)' merupakan program CSR dari PT PLN. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP) Gunung Salak POMU Kamojang dalam bentuk kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di kelompok Bina Mandiri di Desa Pulosari, Kecamatan Kalapanunggal, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metodologi pelaksanaan dirancang untuk pendampingan dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Pendampingan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari: (1) Pemberian informasi terkait manfaat produk inovasi BIOS+, (2) Pemberian informasi tentang cara pembuatan dan penerapan BIOS+, (3) Praktek penerapan BIOS+ di lahan garapan mereka, dan (4) Pengamatan dampak penggunaan BIOS+ terhadap kondisi tanah, efisiensi, dan biaya produksi. Dampak BIOS+ terhadap kondisi tanah, efisiensi biaya, perubahan pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku kelompok Bina Mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil produksi Inovasi BIOS+ yang dilaksanakan oleh CSR PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTP Gunung Salak Kamojang POMU, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Bina Mandiri telah berhasil memaksimalkan aset yang dimiliki dalam program ini, 2) program pemberdayaan menghasilkan pengurangan penggunaan pupuk kimia di lahan garapan mereka sebesar 185 kg, 3) perbaikan kondisi tanah dan lingkungan setelah menggunakan BIOS+ dari total lahan yang dimiliki oleh 15 anggota adalah 4,14 hektar tanaman, 4) efisiensi pengurangan biayampupuk kimia per 3 bulan sebesar Rp 3.700.000, 5) Peningkatan pengetahuan teknis Kelompok Bina Mandiri dalam memproduksi BIOS+ setelah pelaksanaan program mencapai 100%. Hal ini telah melampaui target melebihi target program, dan 6) peningkatan perilaku untuk menerapkan produk inovasi BIOS+ di Kelompok Bina Mandiri sebesar 60%. Hal ini telah melampaui target program.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the case of Telkomsel internet package product competition which is still quite high, where many competitors, both retail players and big players from outside the region enter the Merangin zone area. This study uses quantitative method. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed to 85 respondents at reseller outlets who shopped for Telkomsel products at Telkomsel TAP Merangin. The analysis was carried out by processing data using SPSS 26.0 for windows, then proceeded with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of the study obtained that the price and quality of Telkomsel internet package products had an effect on resellers’ outlet loyalty, in which there was a simultaneous influence between price and product quality on customers’ loyalty. In the perspective of Islamic economy, price and product quality will have a significant effect on customers’ loyalty, with ethical pricing based on good product quality so that it shows honesty that can increase customers’ trust and they will not be deceived so that their confidence becomes more stable because their rights are protected.

Abstract

Nowadays kinin is the most effective antimalarial drug and its used as an alternative in malaria treatment. However, toxicity of quinine restrict its use as an antimalarial drug. Lipophilicity and long half-life (t½) of quinine that reach 10-20 hours are responsible for its toxicity. The aim of this research is to obtain more polar quinine derivatives by means of hydrogen peroxide reactions to reduce the toxicity. The reactions using hydrogen peroxyde is performed analogously to the procedures reported in the literature. Extract of pure anhydrous kinin is purified in coloumn chromatography followed by structure elucidation. Synthetic product is tested in vitro against Plasmodium falciparum. The characterization of reaction products is performed with proton (1H) and carbon 13 (13C) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It showed that the reaction using reagents led to epoxidation of vinyl substituents of chinuclidine ring with 61,08% yields. Antimalarial test against Plasmodium falciparum obtained 1.250-2.500 μg/mL of IC50 value. The IC50 values indicated that the synthesis products were not potential for malaria treatment.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the ethical orientation of agricultural extension workers in agricultural extension in Konawe Regency. The research was conducted in Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The location of this research was determined purposively or deliberately. The respondents of this study were the entire research population, namely all food crop agricultural extension workers who had status as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Konawe, with a total 113 people (census). The research variable is the ethical orientation of agricultural extension workers, which includes: idealism and relativism ethical orientation. The data analysis used to describe the ethical orientation of extension workers in agricultural extension is descriptive quantitative using class intervals. The results showed that the ethical orientation of extension workers in agricultural extension in Konawe Regency is in the medium category. Extension workers in Konawe already have a good ethical orientation in agricultural extension, but this needs to be improved so that extension workers have a high or very good ethical orientation in agricultural extension. Agricultural extension workers who have a high ethical orientation will always carry out extension activities professionally.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesediaan program penambahan jaminan kesehatan selain BPJS Kesehatan terhadap Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python. ASN merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pelayanan kesehatan, meliputi pelayanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan pengobatan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis dampak program penambahan jaminan kesehatan terhadap sistem kesehatan ASN dengan menganalisis opini ASN dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi program penambahan jaminan kesehatan dengan menggunakan machine learning. Hasil model terbaik menunjukkan nilai akurasi prediksi sebesar 81,45%. Pengaruh dari setiap variabel dianalisis dan dibahas di dalam penelitian ini.https://mestia.gov.ge/

Abstract

The initial problem in entrepreneurship is that it is usually difficult for entrepreneurs to understand the demands and needs of potential consumers. Market uncertainty and changes in demand make entrepreneurs unable to predict market demand and needs. The purpose of this study is to conduct a robust evaluation of the collection of information obtained from microblogging data to estimate market variables. By designing a predictive system for entrepreneurial market interest through the use of the Twitter microblogging platform using the nave Bayes method, this system can generate market prediction models automatically through the use of popular microblogging data. The nave Bayes method is used to classify data for certain market interests. This prediction result is expected to be an effective way to improve performance and competitive advantage in entrepreneurship. The dataset is taken from one of the microblogging platforms, namely the twitter application with five keywords from the clothing business branch including pants, jackets, mukena, tunic and kebaya. The dataset taken is divided into two, training data and test data. The training data is used to make prediction models, while the test data are used as evaluation data for the design of the model. After testing, the accuracy of the system generated by the model is 87%. The model made using the nave Bayes method is categorized as very good at making predictions. The results of prediction accuracy can be seen in the form of popular news as a reference in providing products according to the demands and needs of potential consumers

Abstract

An educational institution must engage in marketing as it becomes mandatory. An educational institution's marketing function should be implemented with the intention of improving the institution's reputation and attracting new students. Social media plays a significant part in marketing as a networking platform. This is due to the potential communication function of social media. Therefore, an educational institution must implement a marketing strategy to keep and pique the attention of parents and the community by implementing a digital-based marketing strategy through social media. The goal of this study is to investigate and evaluate social media-based digital marketing methods for educational institutions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Islamiyah. This study used a qualitative approach combined with a descriptive analysis technique. direct interviews with important parties, including teachers, school officials, and social media managers. The study's findings demonstrate that social media in the forms of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube are utilized to promote educational institutions at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Raudhatul Islamiyah. Whereas Whatsapp is used to answer questions from guardians and prospective student guardians which is used as a medium to communicate directly in order to register prospective students via online.

Abstract

Weather forecasting in Lhokseumawe is crucial due to its diverse climate and impact on community activities.It serves as an operational responsibility of the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) worldwide.The method of forecasting currently employed by the BMKG involves meteorological teams observing and analyzingstatistics based on principles of mechanics and physics. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) can be utilized to forecastlong-term weather conditions, with the backpropagation algorithm being an ANN algorithm employed for short-termweather prediction. This involves training the backpropagation architecture data, which includes an input layer with asize of 6 using Relu activation, one hidden layer with a size of 64 using Relu activation, and an output layer with a size of3 using softmax activation. We also apply the ADAM optimizer, loss sparse categorical crossentropy, and accuracymetrics. However, the backpropagation algorithm displays weaknesses, including slow convergence, overfitting, andsusceptibility to local minima, which can be addressed by utilizing the ADAM optimization algorithm. The researchutilizes Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with the backpropagation algorithm and ADAM optimization to predictweather conditions in Lhokseumawe City with high accuracy. The research methods comprise of data collection,preprocessing, division, model building, and evaluation. The study outcomes present the weather conditions as sunny,cloudy, or rainy with an algorithm accuracy of 72%.

Abstract

Penyakit tipes, yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella Typhi, merupakan salah satu infeksi serius yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah dengan sanitasi yang kurang memadai. Diagnosa penyakit tipes kerap menghadapi kesulitan karena gejalanya mirip dengan penyakit lain, sehingga keterlambatan dalam diagnosa dapat berakibat fatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web dengan metode Forward Chaining guna mempercepat dan meningkatkan akurasi diagnosa penyakit tipes. Sistem ini menggabungkan pengetahuan medis dan data gejala pasien untuk memberikan rekomendasi diagnosa berdasarkan tingkatan penyakit, yakni tahap awal, ringan, atau berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 data gejala dan 146 data kuesioner dari mahasiswa Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe serta wawancara dengan dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode Forward Chaining memiliki tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 87,88% berdasarkan pengujian Black Box dan 100% pada pengujian White Box serta Test With Known Case.Kata Kunci—  Sistem Pakar, Penyakit Tipes, Forward Chaining.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' creativity and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects by utilizing infocus media as a learning resource. The main objective of this study is to overcome traditional learning methods that are less effective in developing student creativity and involvement. By integrating infocus media, it is expected that students can better understand the material on reprehensible morals and be actively involved in the learning process. The methodology used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of several stages: planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods include observation, student learning outcome tests, and interviews with teachers and students. The researcher also used formative tests to assess students' abilities before and after the action. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes and creativity. In the first cycle, the average student learning outcomes increased from 59.00% in the post-test to 65.00%. The increase continued in the second cycle with an average value reaching 78.00%. In addition, student involvement in the learning process also increased, especially in understanding and applying concepts taught through infocus media. In conclusion, the use of infocus media has proven effective in improving creativity and student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects, especially in the topic of reprehensible morals
