Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Menganalisis peran guru dalam pencegahan cyberbullying di lingkungan sekolah SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 2) Menganalisis peran pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 3) Mengidentifikasi efektivitas upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 4) Menganalisis pengaruh peran guru dan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Peran Guru (Variabel X1), Pemanfaatan Teknologi (Variabel X2), dan Pencegahan Cyberbullying (Variabel Y). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket/survei, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran guru dalam pencegahan cyberbullying di SMP Negeri 8 Watampone sangat signifikan, karena guru tidak hanya memberikan edukasi tetapi juga membimbing dan melindungi siswa melalui kampanye anti cyberbullying, pendampingan psikologis, dan pendidikan etika digital. Sementara itu, 2) Pemanfaatan teknologi juga terbukti efektif dalam upaya tersebut melalui kampanye media sosial, pembelajaran daring, dan sistem pelaporan berbasis teknologi, yang meningkatkan kewaspadaan siswa dan memudahkan pelaporan kejadian bullying. 3) Keberhasilan upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di sekolah ini telah mencapai tingkat efektivitas sebesar 87%, didukung oleh strategi pencegahan, intervensi, dan upaya pemulihan, termasuk edukasi, pemantauan digital, dan pembinaan bagi korban dan pelaku. 4) Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dan pemanfaatan teknologi berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dari cyberbullying. Kolaborasi antara kedua faktor ini memungkinkan guru dan teknologi untuk bekerja sama dalam mendidik, meningkatkan kewaspadaan, dan menciptakan ruang yang mendukung bagi siswa untuk menghindari perilaku cyberbullying. Dengan pendekatan terpadu ini, SMP Negeri 8 Watampone telah menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas yang tinggi dalam pencegahan perundungan siber.This study aims to determine: 1) Analyze the teacher's role in preventing cyberbullying in the school environment of SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 2) Analyze the role of technology utilization in supporting cyberbullying prevention at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 3) Identify the effectiveness of cyberbullying prevention efforts at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone. 4) Analyze the influence of the teacher's role and technology utilization on cyberbullying prevention at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone.The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research variables consist of Teacher's Role (Variable X1), Technology Utilization (Variable X2), and Cyberbullying Prevention (Variable Y). Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires/surveys, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential analysis.The results of the study indicate that: 1) The teacher's role in preventing cyberbullying at SMP Negeri 8 Watampone is highly significant, as they not only educate but also guide and protect students through anti-cyberbullying campaigns, psychological assistance, and digital ethics education. Meanwhile, 2) Technology utilization has also proven to be effective in these efforts through social media campaigns, online learning, and technology-based reporting systems, which increase student awareness and facilitate reporting of bullying incidents. 3) The success of cyberbullying prevention efforts at this school has reached an effectiveness level of 87%, supported by prevention strategies, interventions, and recovery efforts, including education, digital monitoring, and guidance for both victims and perpetrators. 4) Further analysis shows that the teacher's role and technology utilization significantly contribute to creating a safe environment from cyberbullying. The collaboration between these two factors enables teachers and technology to work together in educating, raising awareness, and creating a supportive space for students to avoid engaging in cyberbullying behavior. With this integrated approach, SMP Negeri 8 Watampone has demonstrated a high level of effectiveness in cyberbullying prevention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat kreativitas guru IPS dalam penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis digital di SMPN 24 Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam guru IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung meliputi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang mendorong inovasi, keakraban peserta didik dengan teknologi, program pelatihan pemerintah, dan dukungan sekolah dalam bentuk moral, fasilitas, serta kolaborasi antar guru. Namun, kreativitas guru terhambat oleh keterbatasan sarana prasarana, minimnya pelatihan berkala dan keterampilan digital sebagian guru, serta kurangnya dukungan maksimal dari pihak sekolah dalam pengadaan fasilitas dan pengembangan SDM. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat potensi besar dari siswa yang melek teknologi, sinergi antara guru, sekolah, dan pemerintah sangat krusial untuk mengatasi tantangan dan mengoptimalkan pembelajaran digital.This study analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors of IPS teachers' creativity in implementing digital-based learning media at SMPN 24 Makassar. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with six IPS teachers. The findings indicate that supporting factors include the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which encourages innovation, students' familiarity with technology, government training programs, and school support in the form of morale, facilities, and teacher collaboration. However, teachers' creativity is hindered by limited infrastructure, insufficient regular training and digital skills among some teachers, and inadequate maximum support from the school regarding facility provision and human resource development. This study concludes that despite the significant potential of technologically literate students, synergy among teachers, schools, and the government is crucial to overcome challenges and optimize digital learning.

Abstract

The Effect Cyberloafing on Employee Performance at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. Thesis. Business Administration Science Study Program. Department of Administrative Sciences. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. (supervised by Haedar Akib and Sirajuddin Saleh). This study aims to find out how the description and whether there is an effect cyberloafing on the performance of employees at the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables.variable cyberloafing , the indicators used are e-mailing activity and browsing activity. As for the employee performance variables using indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the secretariat of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of South Sulawesi Province which consisted of three sub. section namely sub. general section, staffing and law, sub. finance and sub. part of the program totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Krejcie table, which is 36 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each cyberloafing and employee performance are in the quite and very good categories. Based on the determinant coefficient test, there is a very small effect between the two variables, which is 16.3%. Based on the simple linear regression coefficient, it shows a negative value, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is negative. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant negative effect between cyberloafing on employee performance.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan terkait bagaimana peran lingkungkan keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter, faktor-fakor dalam lingkungan keluarga yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan bagaimana hubungan antara keluarga dalam perkembangan peserta didik di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode studi literature, yakni dengan mengumpulkan data yang diambil dari sejumlah literatur baik dari buku, jurnal, ataupun karya ilmiah lain yang mendukung dan berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, yaitu menganalisis semua sumber yang diperoleh terkait artikel ini.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran lingkungkan keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter, faktor-fakor dalam lingkungan keluarga yang menpengaruhi pembentukan karakter dan bagaimana hubungan antara keluarga dalam perkembangan peserta didik di sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Peran lingkungan keluarga sanglah strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik sekolah. Keluarga adalah tempat pertama anak menerima pendidikan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan. Orang tua beperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai moral,etika, kebiasaan positif seperti nilai jujur, bertangung jawab,kerja keras dan komunikasi yang baik akan membentuk sikap dan perilaku anak disekolah dan dimasyarakat. Sebaliknya, Lingkungan keluarga yang tidak harmonis atau kurang perhatian dapat menghambat pembentukan karakter dan berdampak pada prestasi anak di sekolah (2) Faktor-faktor dalam keluarga yang mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter siswa seperti pola asu, perhatian emosional, pendidikan, kondisi ekonomi,dan budaya keluarga. (3) Hubungan antara keluarga dan sekolah sangat penting untuk kerberhasilan pendidikan karakter. Kerja sama yang baik antar orang tua dan sekolah dapat memperkuat proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan karakter anak secara optimal.

Abstract

The administrative management function refers to the set of activities and responsibilities required to ensure that school administration runs smoothly and efficiently. The main purpose of this study is to find out the application of management functions to administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research that focuses on the application of management functions based on indicators of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the optimization of the management function in administrative services at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar can be said to be "Quite Optimal", This is shown through management indicators, namely: 1) Administrative planning is carried out systematically through deliberations led by the principal, head of administration, and involving all staff, to discuss and prepare annual program planning by paying attention to the needs of staff,  education customers, and the need for service support facilities; 2) The organization of administration starts from the determination of administrative tasks, followed by the recruitment and selection of administrative personnel, as well as the division of tasks according to the field and competence of each staff; 3) Administrative briefings are carried out directly by the principal, either personally or through meetings. Briefing and motivating activities aim to ensure that all staff understand their duties and responsibilities, the school's goals, and the efforts taken in achieving these goals; and 4) Administrative supervision is carried out every day, where the principal goes directly to supervise the performance of staff, identify staff needs, and provide appropriate solutions to obstacles that staff may face in carrying out their duties and responsibilities

Abstract

Employee performance effectiveness is the ability of employees to do things correctly based on a goal plan that has been set. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance, supporting factors and inhibiting the effectiveness of employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Bawaslu Office. Therefore, this study has a significant impact on employee performance that affects employee performance effectiveness. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the objectives of this research, the method of collecting data is by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study show that all indicators used in this study can be categorized as effective. The indicator in question is that the quality of the work results of employees is effective because they receive coaching and are able to cooperate in completing the work. The quantity of work results is effective because employees are able to achieve targets and leaders are able to distribute tasks according to employee duties. Punctuality in completing tasks is effective because employees can complete tasks before the deadline. The presence of employees is still said to be less effective because there are employees who are still less disciplined and do not fulfill their obligations when working. The ability to cooperate with employees is effective because employees have the ability to communicate and complete work together. This study presents new information by associating detailed theories and research loci different from previous research on the effectiveness of employee performance so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to improve quality in the work environment.

Abstract

The quality of the school is greatly influenced by its administrative management. This study aims to determine the Work Time utilization of Administration Employees at SMK Negeri 2 Gowa. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, so that to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were 5 people. Data analysis techniques in this study are using data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that the time utilization of the work of administrative employees at SMK Negeri 2 Gowa was in the category of quite effective. This is evidenced by: 1) The quantity of work, the work of administrative employees has reached the set target, employees complete all work assigned according to standards and orders, the distribution of tasks and workload is carried out evenly based on their fields. 2) The quality of work, administrative employees already have knowledge and understanding related to their duties, the ability of employees and the accuracy of work results are good enough but for some employees still need to be improved. Efforts to improve the quality of employee work still need to be carried out regularly such as training and coaching. 3) Time utilization, administrative employees work based on the specified working time and complete their work on time, but some administrative employees have not maximized their work time and still often postpone work.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a central role in shaping the quality of education, and a deeper understanding of this relationship is key to improving the education system. By knowing the direct impact of teacher performance, this research can also increase teacher accountability, encourage the development of more effective teaching strategies, and contribute to efforts to increase equality in the achievement of learning outcomes. The research used a quantitative descriptive method involving 59 out of a total of 139 students, selected by random proportional technique. Collect data by observation, questionnaire, and documentation, then analyze with the SPSS 25 program. Validity testing, reliability testing, data normality testing, product moment correlation analysis, descriptive data analysis methods, and basic linear regression analysis are all used in the analysis. The results of the study showed that the performance of teachers was categorized as good as seen from the indicators of the ability to plan, implement, evaluate and follow up on learning. Similarly, the average level of student learning achievement is assessed based on aspects of knowledge and skills or expertise. A correlation value of 0.294 showed that there was a 29.4% relationship between student learning achievement and teacher performance. The coefficient of determination, which stands at 0.087, shows that there is an impact of 8.7% of teacher performance on student learning achievement. At SMK Negeri 1 Baubau, teacher achievement has a minimal beneficial impact on student progress, but it is not statistically significant. It is possible to conclude from the findings of the study that there are various factors/causes that affect student learning achievement but are not covered in this study

Abstract

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure is very important in supporting effective learning, especially in the field of Visual Communication Design (DKV). This major requires facilities such as high-spec computers, up-to-date design software, creative classrooms, and other supporting infrastructure. The availability and management of these facilities plays a role in improving the quality of students' education and their ability to compete in the technology-based world of work. SMKN 1 Bambalamutu Pasangkayu Regency as a vocational school is responsible for preparing competent graduates. However, various challenges such as budget limitations, lack of maintenance, and non-conformity of facilities can hinder the achievement of maximum learning goals in the DKV department. The novelty of this research is its focus on a comprehensive analysis of the management process, from planning, procurement, use, to maintenance, as well as how these aspects support the quality of vocational education. This study aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, descriptive data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the management of facilities and infrastructure in the Department of Visual Communication Design is relatively good. Four indicators in management include: (1) systematic planning involving various parties; (2) procurement in accordance with procedures taking into account budget and priority needs; (3) the use of facilities that are not optimal due to certain limitations; and (4) maintenance that is carried out regularly and reactively. In conclusion, the management of facilities and infrastructure in the Department of Visual Communication Design is good, but it needs to be improved in optimizing the use of facilities, improving procurement procedures, and fulfilling learning needs in a more planned manner.

Abstract

Dana BOS memiliki mewujudkan layanan pendidikan yang terjangkau dan bermutu bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. Peranan Dana BOS adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada semua siswa untuk memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang bermutu dengan mewajibkan sekolah memberikan keringanan/pengurangan biaya operasional sekolah kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk Menganalisis Efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah ( BOS ) yang ada di UPTD SDN 103 Inpres Hasanuddin Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah informan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 4 orang  yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara Dana BOS, Guru dan Guru Honorer. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan Observasi Awal,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas penggunaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah ( BOS ) aspek penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Dana BOS juga sangat menunjang operasional dan pemeliharaan fasilitas serta efektivitas dalam pembayaran honor para guru honorer sangat membantu dengan adanya Dana BOS.BOS Funds have realized affordable and quality education services for all levels of society. The role of BOS Funds is to provide opportunities for all students to obtain quality education services by requiring schools to provide relief/reductions in school operational costs to students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) in UPTD SDN 103 Inpres Hasanuddin, Maros Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The number of informants in this study was 4 people, namely the Principal, BOS Fund Treasurer, Teachers and Honorary Teachers. The data collection technique was by conducting Initial Observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) in terms of providing educational facilities and infrastructure. BOS funds also greatly support the operation and maintenance of facilities and the effectiveness in paying honorariums for honorary teachers is very helpful with the existence of BOS Funds.
