Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana media sosial mempengaruhi perkembangan psikologis siswa. Pendekatan studi kepustakaan, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topik yang sedang dibahas, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Remaja dipengaruhi oleh media sosial dalam berbagai cara, baik positif maupun negatif, menurut temuan penelitian. Positifnya, media sosial berpotensi meningkatkan pengetahuan, memperkenalkan teknologi, membangun keterampilan dan kemampuan, serta mempromosikan dukungan sosial. Namun, media sosial juga dapat memberikan dampak negatif seperti cyberbullying, kecemasan, depresi, dan sindrom “Fear of Missing Out” (FOMO). Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan oleh remaja dapat berdampak pada perkembangan emosional mereka, meningkatkan perasaan tidak mampu, dan menimbulkan kekhawatiran dan kecemasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peran kolaborasi antara tiga pilar pendidikan yakni sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam membentuk nilai dan karakter peserta didik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode narrative inquiry, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, orang tua, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antarpilar pendidikan mampu menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, kepedulian sosial, gotong royong, dan keteladanan secara lebih efektif dan kontekstual. Kolaborasi ini bukan hanya strategi teknis, tetapi menjadi ruang pertemuan nilai dan tanggung jawab bersama dalam pendidikan karakter. Namun, tantangan seperti perbedaan nilai antara rumah dan sekolah, minimnya partisipasi orang tua, serta lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung menjadi hambatan dalam proses ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan komunikasi antarpilar, penyelarasan nilai pendidikan, serta kebijakan kolaboratif yang mendukung sinergi pendidikan karakter secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Blended learning is a learning method that combines face-to-face and virtual learning which can help students learn more flexibly, variedly and produce better understanding, because students can learn without being limited by distance, space and time. Makassar State University is one of the campuses that implements blended learning-based learning, which is supported by the release of the SYAM-OK learning platform. With this, the research objective to be achieved is to determine the effectiveness of blended learning-based learning for students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the application of blended learning in the Office Administration Education Study Program, when viewed as a whole, is effective. This can be seen from the research results for each indicator, namely: 1) Blended learning-based learning planning, including the policy of 70% face-to-face and 30% virtual face-to-face learning based on blended learning, as well as all the thorough preparations carried out by lecturers and students before implementing based learning. blended learning 2) Implementation of Blended Learning Based Learning, including, the role of lecturers and students in blended learning based learning, use of appropriate media, strategies and learning methods by lecturers, as well as maximum use of the learning platforms that have been provided, and 3) Evaluation of Based Learning Blended learning, including the assessment system used by lecturers to measure students' level of understanding in blended learning-based learning, the form of evaluation given by lecturers to students, as well as student learning outcomes which tend to be good after implementing blended learning-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Education and Training Management Information System (SIMDIKLAT) in the implementation of education and training programs at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. Using a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman method, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of SIMDIKLAT has contributed positively to the effectiveness of the management of training activities, especially in terms of accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the information produced. However, this study also identified several significant challenges, including: (1) the limitation of competent human resources in the operation of SIMDIKLAT, and (2) the lack of comprehensive training for training participants and staff in the use of the system. SIMDIKLAT has increased the efficiency of training management, the optimization of its potential is still constrained by organizational and technical factors. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed, including recommendations for the development of policies and strategies for the implementation of management information systems in the context of government education and training institutions.

Abstract

Laboratories have an important role in education. The laboratory is a forum for students to develop themselves, as well as a place to practice a competency. Therefore, laboratory management must certainly be paid attention to. A laboratory with good conditions will facilitate the achievement of effective and efficient learning goals. This study aims to find out the management of the laboratory and to find out the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the management of the office governance automation laboratory at the Makassar National Vocational High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1) the planning carried out includes the planning of the laboratory use schedule, the planning of the procurement of equipment and equipment and the planning of the laboratory management officer which is carried out at the beginning of each semester. However, the planning for equipment procurement has not been fully realized due to budget limitations; 2) the organization of the office governance automation laboratory at the Makassar National Vocational High School has not taken place according to what has been made. This is evidenced by the lack of availability of laboratory management personnel; 3) Maintenance of the Office Governance Automation Laboratory at the Makassar National Vocational High School only carries out daily maintenance, for example sweeping and mopping the floor without regular maintenance. Thus, the maintenance of the office governance automation laboratory at the Makassar National Vocational High School has not been carried out optimally; and 4) supervision of the office governance automation laboratory at the Makassar National Vocational High School is only carried out preventively, namely preventing errors and damage to the use of the laboratory by applying discipline in the laboratory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X OTKP 1 di SMK Nasional Baureno pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X OTKP 1 di SMK Nasional Baureno tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 25 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan persentase rata-rata keaktifan belajar peserta didik sebesar 66,5% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 78,5% dan pada siklus III meningkat kembali menjadi 88,5%. Selain itu, Rata-rata hasil belajar siklus I yaitu 76,8 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 72% meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata hasil belajar menjadi 81,6 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 84% dan rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat kembali pada siklus III menjadi 86,0 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 92%. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah, model pembelaran Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi kelas X OTKP 1 di SMK Nasional Baureno.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Kompetensi Kejuruan di Kelas XI OTKP (Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran) di SMK Negeri 1 kayan Hilir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas XI OTKP menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di SMK Negeri 1 Kayan Hilir tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini, terdiri dari tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Pengelolaan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan setelah terkumpulnya data, selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif yaitu skor rata-rata dari tiap siklus kemudian dikelompokkan berdasarkan KKM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa yang tercemin dengan ketuntasan 53,3%. Siklus II mencapai ketuntasan 60%. Dan Siklus III mencapai ketuntasan76,7%, dengan demikian, pada tiap siklus terdapat peningkatan. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan OTKP di SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan pada siswa kelas XI OTKP 2 menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning di SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini, terdiri dari tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar pengamatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang tercemin dari aktivitas siswa mulai dari Siklus 1 dengan persentase keaktifan siswa 65,1%. Siklus II mencapai 85,9%, dan Siklus III mencapai 92,2%. Hasil motivasi belajar dapat juga dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuan. Pada siklus I, persentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 75%. Pada siklus II mencapai 87,5 %. Sedangkan pada siklus III mencapai 93,7 %. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

The conflict management style in the organization is a management strategy in dealing with conflicts that occur. The use of an appropriate conflict management style will have a good impact on the organization. This study aims to find out the influence of conflict management style on the satisfaction of student institution administrators at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study is a quantitative research that shows cause and effect. The sample in this study was 82 people with the Simple Random Sampling technique and 5 informants. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the conflict management style of student institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar is in the "Good" category with 5 indicators, namely competition, collaboration, compromise, avoidance, and accommodating. Meanwhile, management satisfaction is in the "Very Good" category with 5 indicators, namely member satisfaction working in the organization, liking other members, perception of friendliness between members, willingness to cooperate with the organization again in the future, and perception of the satisfaction of other members in the organization. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the Conflict Management style on the satisfaction of the Student Institution Management at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This research is the first research at Makassar State University that discusses conflict management styles, especially in student institutions.

Abstract

The effectiveness of employee interpersonal communication is the ability of employees to communicate in a way that can improve understanding and avoid misunderstandings. This study aims to determine employee interpersonal communication and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in employee interpersonal communication at the Gowa Regency Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Service. This research approach is a qualitative research approach and a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and verification techniques. The results of this study indicate that all indicators used in the study of employee interpersonal communication effectiveness at the Gowa Regency Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Cryptography Service are classified as effective. This is evidenced by the trust indicator being classified as effective because the relationship between employees in an office is based on mutual trust and shared perceptions among other employees. The honesty indicator is classified as effective because employees demonstrate honest attitudes and behaviors by providing true and accurate information to coworkers. The supportive attitude indicator is classified as effective because there is a caring attitude for all parties that can be felt by providing motivation. The open attitude indicator is classified as effective because the delivery of information is conveyed clearly and states the actual situation openly. This study presents new information by linking detailed theories and different research loci from previous studies regarding the effectiveness of employee interpersonal communication so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to improve the quality of employee interpersonal communication.
