Abstract

Competition in the automotive industry requires companies to manage human resources in order to drive business growth and compete to win market share. This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect, competence and career development on employee performance through work motivation employees through work motivation. Population in this study is Yamaha JG Motor Bogor employees consisting of 49 people. Sampling of 49 respondents was carried out by saturated sampling saturated. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale metric data with the method of successive interval. Data analysis using verification analysis, path analysis and sobel test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that competence has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, while career development has no effect on work motivation. Competence has a direct positive significant on employee performance, and work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has no effect on employee performance. Competence has an indirect effect directly on employee performance through work motivation, while career development has no indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. Abstract

Since independence, Zimbabwe has experienced a complex crisis, making it crucial for Citizenship Education (PKn) to address these challenges, yet PKn has not been implemented. This study aims to describe the political system, PKn policies, as well as the structure and curriculum content in Zimbabwe. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature review. Primary data is obtained from books, scientific journals, and literature related to PKn in Zimbabwe, while secondary data comes from relevant documents and previous research. Research findings indicate that the government has attempted to incorporate PKn into the education system since independence by forming the Commission of Inquiry into Education and Training, which recommended PKn to become a separate subject, but has not yet been implemented. Currently, PKn is included in other subjects such as IPS, religion, environmental science, physical education, HIV/AIDS education, history, National and Strategic Studies, and Peace, Leadership, and Conflict Transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi teknis, motivasi kerja dan disiplin diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Subjek dari penelitian berjumlah 48 orang karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi software IBM SPSS 25. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model yang layak dimana kompetensi teknis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to determine the effect of the technical competency, work motivation, and self-discipline variables on employee performance at CV Mega Motor Cicurug. The subjects of this research were 48 employees of CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the IBM SPSS 25 software application. The form of this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research produces a feasible model where technical competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

To anticipate fluctuations in share value, investors rely on empirical research. Ratios are often used in financial statement studies. The focus of the research is on traditional commercial banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange so that stock exchange trading trends can be identified. Debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, return on investment, and bank stock price are just some of the financial metrics we'll look at. The 45 participating banks are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and are part of this research. Thirteen or eleven banks were randomly selected for this investigation. Share prices can also be influenced by other indicators such as return on investment (ROI), current ratio, and debt-to-equity ratio. The value of a company is negatively influenced only by the Current Ratio. The Current Ratio is considered to have a detrimental influence because capital market investors do not consider the extent of this financial measure when formulating investment choices.

Abstract

Performance appraisal plays an important role in the business world, because with the performance appraisal it can detect weaknesses or deficiencies that still exist in the company, for further improvements in the future. This study aims to determine how the implementation of performance measurement of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia using the concept of the Balanced Scorecard. The research was conducted at PT. Japfa Makassar which is located in the industrial area of Makassar. The population of this study is all company information related to measuring performance with the Balanced Scorecard approach. In this study, to determine the financial performance of the population there is a financial report, in terms of customers the population is all customers of PT. Japfa Makassar, to determine the performance from the perspective of growth and learning the population is all employees of PT. Japfa Makassar, for measuring performance from the perspective of the internal business population, there are operating activities of PT. Japfa Makassar. The number of samples taken respectively is 50 respondents for employees and 50 respondents for customers. The results show that performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard method can determine the company's success not only from an internal perspective, in this case, a financial perspective, but also from all aspects, be it financial, process, growth, and customer aspects

Abstract

The purpose of this education is to increase Muslims' understanding of the urgency of zakat to be able to be involved in ZISWAF. Held once a week, 60 minutes per session at the Al Munawwarah Mosque from 1-30 May 2024 with 50 participants. The lecture presented consisted of 4 modules with a lecture format with interactive discussion. As a result of this education, most of the congregation understands the urgency of ZISWAF and has the desire to play an active role in ZISWAF.

Abstract

Extremism among students can have very serious consequences. It can not only damage the image and reputation of educational institutions, but can also cause broader social damage. Violent acts carried out by students can instill fear, damage intergroup relations in society, and reduce social tensions. This study aims to 1) identify early signs of extremist behavior among students through social media; 2) Identify specific factors that encourage or reduce the tendency of extremist behavior through social media. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Overall, the level of tendency of digital-based extremist behavior among students can be considered high, because the frequency of the majority of respondents (35.10%) is in the high category. These results indicate that students are still quite vulnerable to exposure to extremist content in the digital space: 2) The tendency of digital-based extremism among students is more at the ideological and attitudinal level (loyalty, justification of violence, and rejection of diversity) than at the level of concrete actions (access, community involvement, and commitment to extreme action). In other words, students are in a phase of ideological vulnerability that requires serious attention through digital literacy programs, strengthening national understanding, and learning tolerance to prevent the development of these ideological attitudes into concrete extreme behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by mathematical critical thinking abilities and low student dispositions, and students are less able to find other alternatives in solving the questions given by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to find out the critical thinking skills of students who get learning using MEAs better than in students who get conventional learning. And to find out the mathematical disposition of students who get learning using MEAs better than students who get conventional learning. This research was conducted at Panimbang 3 Public High School. The sample in this study was class VIII. This research method uses quasi experiments. The instrument used was a critical ability test, and a mathematical disposition scale. The results of this study show that the critical mathematical thinking skills of students who get learning using the Model Eliciting Activities MEAs model are better than students who get conventional learning. And the mathematical Disposition of students who get learning using Model Eliciting Activities MEAs is better than students who get learning conventional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui perencanaan kinerja, pelaksanaan kinerja, pengawasan kinerja, dan evaluasi kinerja pegawai subbag kepegawaian di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan tahapan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik dan aspek relevan dengan fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara khususnya subbag kepegawaian sudah menerapkan manajemen dalam melaksanakan kinerja yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dapat dilihat pada pembuatan program, dan rencana strategis yang dilakukan setiap awal tahun, setiap pegawai bekerja berdasarkan kebijakan Menteri Agama dan berdasarkan tugas dan fungsinya. Pelaksanaannya dilihat pada pegawai yang bekerja sesuai dengan tupoksinya masing-masing sebagaimana tertuang dalam Tusinya. Pimpinan maupun bawahan selalu memperhatikan komunikasi dan koordinasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan kerja sehingga berhasil maksimal. Untuk pengawasan dilakukan dalam bentuk waskat oleh Kabag. Tata Usaha, kemudian ada pengawasan secara fungsional oleh Inspektorat Jenderal dan ada juga pengawasan ekternal oleh BPK Kanwil Kemenag Sultra

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui penyaluran zakat produktif Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta Kabupaten Kolaka Timur. Dalam penelitan ini, pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Selain pendekatan secara deskriptif juga dilakukan secara normatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari beberapa literatur, berupa buku dan jurnal terkait pembahasan, serta wawancara dengan beberapa orang yang terlibat sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, pertama bagaimankah peran Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Kedua, bagaimanakah mekanisme penyaluran zakat produktif Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa, Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta memiliki peran yang cukup signifikan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Pengelolaan zakat dapat dioptimalkan dengan peran serta masyarakat secara langsung mengumpulkan infaq, mengeluarkan zakat maal dan juga zakat profesi, program penyaluran zakat produktif dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Mekanisme penyaluran zakat produktif Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta adalah 1) mengumpulkan data-data masyarakat yang kurang mampu. 2)  mengumpulkan infaq, zakat maal dan juga zakat profesi. 3) menyalurkan bantuan zakat produktif kepada penerima bantuan. Bentuk bantuan yang diterima para mustahik tidak hanya berupa uang tunai saja, melainkan ada juga yang menerima dalam bentuk peralatan seperti mesin jahit. Selain itu, tidak ada kewajiban bagi penerima bantuan untuk mengembalikan bantuan tersebut kepada Unit Pengumpul Zakat Kecamatan Tirawuta dikemudian hari. Tentu saja, ini adalah sebuah gerakan yang sangat positif, di mana umat Islam saling bahu-membahu dalam hal upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi umat.
