Apathy about teacher performance in schools is one reality. The fact of the tendency of doubt about the performance of the teacher could have been caused by the absence of the development of knowledge and skills related to the four teacher competencies. On the other hand, there is still a problem regarding the lack of systematic management of school performance programs that are not managed systematically and are not in accordance with the education calendar that has been formulated and established so that in daily implementation the school is always changing, disrupting the learning process that has been determined. To overcome these obstacles a place for teachers and principals is needed that aims to gather various new information and experiences in the industrial era 4.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Subject Teachers' Consultation and School Principal Working Groups simultaneously on Improving Teacher Performance in Kutai Kartanegara District. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. Data validity test uses validity test, normality test and classic assumption test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that there is no simultaneous effect between the Subject Teachers' Deliberation Program and the Principal Working Group Conference on Improving Teacher Performance in Kutai Kartanegara District. The absence of this influence is due to the the Subject Teachers' Deliberation Program and School Principal Working Groups in Kutai Kartanegara Regency which are considered not working properly according to the planned program. Whereas on the other hand it is considered a lack of support from stakeholders in the area, in this case the government which oversees the Subject Teachers' Deliberation Program and School Principal Working Groups. So based on data between the Subject Teachers' Deliberation Program and School Principal Working Groups, they have not synergized well.

The majority of the population of Banjarwaru Village are farmers. The price of fertilizer is getting higher from time to time while farmers need fertilizer for their plants. Problems arise when fertilizer shortages often occur. In addition, the type of fertilizer used is generally a type of chemical fertilizer that is not good for the human body because the substance can be carried into the food consumed. Organic fertilizer is one option to overcome this problem. This type of fertilizer is now starting to be widely available on the market, although the price is relatively expensive. The solution to this problem is that it can be done by making organic fertilizer independently. Another factor is that there is a lot of organic waste that can be processed into liquid organic fertilizer (POC). Therefore, to create a village that is independent in fertilizer, the PKM Team aims to create an organic fertilizer maker based on a PLTS electricity source and provide training in operating the tool. The method used is by making an organic liquid fertilizer maker, socializing it to residents of Banjarwaru Village, and training and demonstrating how to operate the tool.

This research aims to determine the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage, Human Development Index and Investment on Unemployment in Jambi Province. The research method used in this research is a secondary data analysis method with a quantitative approach. Research results: Partially, the provincial minimum wage (X2) has a significant and positive effect on unemployment in Jambi Province and investment (X4) has a significant and negative effect on unemployment in Jambi Province, while gross regional domestic product (X1) and human development index (X3) capital expenditure do not significant effect on unemployment in Jambi Province. However, together Gross Regional Domestic Product (X1), Provincial Minimum Wage (X2), Human Development Index (X3) and Investment (X4) have a significant effect on unemployment in Jambi Province with an R-square value of 74.50 percent during the period 2010-2022

This research aims to find out the selection of Smartphones on the Samsung, Oppo, Redmi and Realme brands in the best 6 GB RAM class. This study uses the AHP (Analythical Hierarchy Process) method. The sample uses five participants, namely 5 respondents. The model begins by identifying the main criteria, namely Price, Design, Battery Power and Engine Power using the main criteria ranking based on expert opinions to be interpreted in AHP. The second stage in the methodology is to identify sub-criteria by determining the Smartphone brands to be ranked, namely Samsung, Oppo, Redmi and Realme. Primary data was collected by interviewing and observing participants who use 6Gb RAM smartphones for more than a year. The results of the study showed that Realme smartphone got the first rank with a value of 0.283 while Redmi got the second priority with a value of 0.275 and Oppo got the third priority with a value of 0.265 and Samsung got the fourth priority with a value of 0.18, these are the results of this research analysis.

Rice is a staple food in Indonesia and globally, but its production is threatened by pests such as the brown planthopper. Conventional pest control methods, including pesticides and traditional techniques, often prove ineffective and have negative environmental impacts. Light traps have been explored as an alternative due to the brown planthopper's phototactic behavior, yet existing designs lack efficiency in capturing pests. This study presents an IoT-based solar-powered pest control system that integrates light as an attractant and an electric trap for effective pest elimination. The system features real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and light intensity using an LCD display, powered by a 35 Wp solar panel and managed through an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Experimental results show that brown planthoppers are most attracted to an LED light with an intensity of 780 lux, operating at 11.5 V and 0.97 A. The system consumes 112.52 Wh, with a full battery charge requiring approximately 6 hours and 7 minutes. These findings highlight the potential of a sustainable, energy-efficient solution for pest control in rice agriculture.
