Abstract

Financial distress merupakan suatu kondisi yang harus dihindari oleh suatu perusahaan. Investor lebih memilih perusahaan yang konsisten menghasilkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap financial distress melalui net profit margin. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Aneka Industri yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 51 perusahaan, diperoleh 12 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa persamaan pertama Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin. Persamaan kedua Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, Net Profit Margin secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Financial Distress. Hasil mediasi menunjukan bahwa Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Financial Distress melalui Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti kasus seorang anak berusia 4 tahun yang mengalami keterlambatan bicara. Dalam usia 4-6 tahun, anak seharusnya sudah dapat berbicara dengan kalimat sederhana, melaksanakan perintah lisan, menggunakan kata tanya, menyusun kalimat, dan mengenal tulisan sederhana. Namun, anak dalam penelitian ini belum mencapai perkembangan bahasa yang seharusnya. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara. Peneliti menemui narasumber secara langsung dan melihat objek penelitian untuk diobservasi. Peran keluarga, termasuk orang tua dan pengasuh, sangat penting dalam membantu perkembangan bahasa anak di lingkungan pendidikan dan rumah.Orang tua dapat memberikan stimulasi positif dalam kehidupan anak melalui sentuhan, perhatian, bimbingan, dan kebersamaan. Guru juga dapat bekerja sama dengan orang tua dalam mengembangkan bahasa anak melalui workshop dan pertemuan yang memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana orang tua dapat membantu anak dalam belajar bahasa.

Abstract

Community Service (KKN) is a form of student service to the community through the KKN Discipline Program of the Muhammadiyah University of Bangka Belitung in Tanjung Pura Village focusing on community empowerment and health education through the socialization of PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Patterns) and social activities. This abstract summarizes the implementation of the program, its impact on increasing awareness and practice of PHBS in the community, and the contribution of social activities in strengthening partnerships between students and the community of Tanjung Pura Village. The results show an increase in understanding and implementation of PHBS, as well as the establishment of positive and sustainable relationships between students and villagers. This program is an effective model in combining community empowerment with health education in rural areas.

Abstract

Plants need proper care, including adequate watering, in order to grow properly and provide optimal results. In an effort to increase the efficiency of watering plants, this study proposes the use of a fuzzy logic control system to control automatic watering devices for tomato and cactus plants. The method used in this study involved collecting relevant environmental data, such as soil moisture, temperature, and light intensity. This data is then processed using the fuzzy logic method to obtain the optimal soil moisture level for each type of plant. The proposed fuzzy logic control system uses several linguistic variables, including "dry, moist and wet", to describe soil moisture levels. Fuzzy logic rules that have been determined based on expert knowledge are applied in the control system to produce optimal watering decisions. The results showed that this fuzzy logic control system is capable of controlling automatic watering devices with high accuracy. Tomato and cactus plants grown in the experimental environment experienced an increase in plant growth and health after the application of this control system. Soil moisture is maintained within an optimal range, thereby increasing the efficiency of water use and avoiding the risk of excess or shortage of water. Abstract

Salah satu tolak ukur kemajuan suatu bangsa seringkali dilihat dari harapan hidup penduduknya. Pada lansia kondisi fisik mengalami penurunan salah satunya kardiovaskuler seperti hipertensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 April sampai 2 Mei 2017 dengan jumlah populasi 293 dan sampel 169 responden, diambil secara accidential sampling. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan design “cross sectional” dan menggnakan uji chy square. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil analisis hubungan antara hubungan antara usia dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017 (P value = 0,040). Hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017 (P value = 0,030). Hubungan antara riwayat hipertensi dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017 (P value = 0,012). Disimpulkan ada hubungan antara usia dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017. Ada hubungan antara riwayat hipertensi dengan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan Palembang Tahun 2017. Abstract

The Al-Qur'an Education Park in Romodong sub-district is experiencing problems in teaching and learning to read and write the Qur'an, this causes a problem that hinders the achievement of a goal that is to be achieved so that it requires community service activities in the Romodong sub-district community using the Real Work Lecture (KKN) scheme. carried out increased reading of the Koran. The aim of this activity is to train TPA teachers' abilities and understanding of implementing learning in accordance with students' learning interests. Helping to increase understanding of recitation material and practice for TPA students. As well as improving and developing the abilities of Romodong sub-district TPA teachers in delivering learning material for reading the Al-Qur'an that is not boring and easy to understand. The results of service activities provide additional insight, knowledge and skills to the teaching staff at the Romodong sub-district TPA. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of several types of livestock urine on the growth and production of king grass (Pennisetum purpureophoides). This research design uses a non-factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replicates. P0 : King grass (using soil media), P1: King grass (using soil media + goat urine liquid fertilizer), P2: King grass (using soil media + cow urine liquid fertilizer) and P3: King grass (using soil media + buffalo urine liquid fertilizer). The response of king grass to several types of livestock urine in soil media by applying to king grass plants in 5% livestock urine which is sprinkled around the grass for each treatment using 100 ml of each king grass stem. The application of POC was carried out the first fertilization after 2 weeks after planting and was carried out 3 times with an interval of 2 weeks until harvest. The parameters observed were height growth, stem diameter, number of tillers and fresh and dry forage production. Observations for grass height at 2, 4, 6 and 8 mst, while for the number of tillers and stem diameter were carried out before harvest (40 hst) and fresh forage production was carried out at harvest by weighing after cutting for each different plot then each fresh weight treatment plot was dried to get dry weight production. Data from the results of the study were analyzed statistically, if in the test there were significantly different results (p <0.05) then it would be continued with testing using DMRT. The results showed that the use of POC from the urine of several livestock showed significantly different (p<0.05) on the growth of plant height, stem diameter, number of tillers and fresh and dry forage production. The best use of liquid organic fertilizer from this study was obtained in treatment P1 (soil media + goat urine liquid fertilizer).

Abstract

This research investigates the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, at the Demak Regency Health Office. The study found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that higher compensation increases employees' job satisfaction. Similarly, career development positively affects job satisfaction, indicating that better career development opportunities enhance job satisfaction. Furthermore, compensation positively and significantly impacts employee performance, with employees who receive adequate compensation showing better performance. Career development also contributes positively to employee performance by providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement. Job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive impact on performance, demonstrating that satisfied employees are more motivated to deliver high-quality work. Additionally, job satisfaction was shown to mediate the effects of both compensation and career development on performance. This suggests that while compensation and career development directly impact performance, job satisfaction plays a crucial intermediary role in enhancing performance outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of improving job satisfaction through adequate compensation and career development opportunities to optimize employee performance in the health sector.

Abstract

The problems in learning mathematics, especially comparative material, have not combined with religious theory in the learning process. The merging of Knowledge , especially mathematics with the knowledge  of religion is very important, because in addition to getting mathematics, the student will directly learn about the knowledge  of religion. The comparative learning using the Nisab Zakat theory will encourage  to bring out reasoning abilities and students think creatively, and innovative in solving the problem. The aims of the research is to find out how the influence of applying of HLT toward the student's reasoning on the third semester of Education of elementary teacher department  in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The research method of this research is quasi-experimental design. Data collection techniques are tests with hypothesis testing using t-test statistical formula. The average value of pretest before HLT applied in learning is 64.7 with a minimum value of 49, and a maximum value of 75.8. While the value on the post-test after being applied to HLT obtained an average value of 86.4 with the minimum value of 67 and the maximum value of 100. Then with this it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of the application of HLT (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) comparison material using the Nisab zakat theory on results Student learning mathematics comparison material.

Abstract

This study examines in depth various TikTok monetization strategies from an Islamic legal perspective. It analyzes methods such as live streaming with virtual gifts, brand endorsements, affiliate marketing, and direct sales through TikTok Shop to determine whether these methods are ethically and legally permissible under Sharia. The study is qualitative with a library research approach based on primary Islamic sources (the Qur’an and Hadith) and contemporary scholarly interpretations. The analysis is guided by classical Islamic contract frameworks like ju’ālah (reward-based contract) and ijārah (service-for-hire contract), as well as the higher objectives of Islamic law (maqāsid al-sharī’ah). Findings suggest that TikTok’s monetization features have the potential to align with Islamic principles, but only with proper ethical safeguards. Income from live streaming is considered halal if the shared content is beneficial, ethical, and non-manipulative. Endorsement and sponsorship agreements can be accepted under ijārah as long as they involve halal products and honest disclosure practices. Similarly, affiliate marketing aligns with ju’ālah principles if conducted transparently and truthfully. Transactions on TikTok Shop generally meet Sharia criteria as long as they adhere to the pillars (rukun) and conditions of a valid sale (bay’), including clear pricing and the sale of lawful goods. The study emphasizes the importance of clear ethical guidelines, public education, and platform policies that uphold Islamic values while fostering digital economic innovation. It also provides theoretical and practical contributions for content creators, regulators, and academics to build a responsible and Sharia-compliant online marketplace.
