Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Accountability and Transparency of Village Fund Allocation Management in villages in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The number of villages in this study amounted to 13 villages. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique that describes the research from the results of interviews and direct observations on the object of research. The results of this research are Village Financial Management Accountability in the Village in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency at the administrative, reporting and accountability stages in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014. However, in the transparency stage of Village Financial Management in the Village in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency, it is not fully appropriate. with Permendagri No. 113 of 201, because the village has not fully provided access to information regarding cash in and cash out to the community regarding the allocation of village funds. And the access to media information has not been maximized to provide information on the APBDesa Realization and Accountability Report. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Transparency of Village Financial Management in Pujud District, Rokan Hilir Regency is not yet transparent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how students' attitudes seen from the behavioral, cognitive, and affective components in learning English through blended learning at SMA N 1 Koto Baru Dharmasraya. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques using a total sampling technique. The participants in this study were students of class XI IPA 3 and XI IPS 4 with the total number of 57 students. The instruments of this study were questionnaire and field notes. After collecting the data, the researcher was analyze the data based on the instrumentation given. There are four steps of analyzing the data; reading / memoing, describing, classifying and interpreting Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that students have negative attitudes in the behavioral component, and have a positive attitudes in the cognitive and affective components in learning English through blended learning.

Abstract

The high level of communication apprehension is one of the most frequent problems for the students as the English foreign language learners, somehow giving the appropriate interactive learning activities could be good solution for these problems. Therefore, this research was aimed at finding out the students’ responses on the using of group work as the learning activities to reduce their communication apprehension.  The research was conducted on the second year students of English Department at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat. The total number of respondents in this research was 21 students from 2022 B class selected purposively based on the subject matter; speech that use group work as the learning activities. This research was qualitative in nature since it used observation and an interview to collect the data. Students’ positive  responses on using  group work as the interactive learning activities to reduce their communication apprehension while speaking reached 90 % based on the interview, while data from the observation showed  most of the students had positive engagement, good motivation and eager to practice their speech in their own group bravely with high self-confidence. This, the conclusion can be stated that group work as interactive learning activities can help the students to reduce their communication apprehension

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Government Share Ownership, Foreign Share Ownership, and Media Disclosure on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (Empirical Study of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2019-2021). This research determines the sample using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample that meets the research criteria. The samples used were 25 companies with a total of 3 years of observation, so the number of samples studied was 75. The total population for this study was 43 companies in the 2019-2021 period. The results of research using the partial t test show that government share ownership and media disclosure have a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, while foreign share ownership has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan Saham Pemerintah, Kepemilikan Saham Asing, dan Pengungkapan Media terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2019-2021). Penelitian ini menentukan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 perusahaan dengan total 3 tahun pengamatan, sehingga jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 75. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 43 perusahaan pada periode 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian dengan uji parsial t, menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan saham pemerintah dan pengungkapan media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility sedangkan kepemilikan saham asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

Teknologi memainkan peran krusial dalam mengubah lanskap bisnis global, terutama pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Meskipun demikian, UMKM, khususnya di pedesaan, dihadapkan pada tekanan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam mengadopsi teknologi informasi. Sebaliknya, UMKM di desa perlu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk tetap bersaing dan berkembang. Dalam konteks ini, Teknologi Business intelligence (BI) muncul sebagai alat berharga untuk mengelola data dan pengambilan keputusan.Program pengabdian di Desa Rangdumulya Karawang diinisiasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Solusi yang diusulkan melibatkan pengenalan aplikasi BI yang dirancang khusus, bertujuan mendukung pengumpulan data bisnis, analisis, dan pelaporan. Sosialisasi program akan mencakup serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk pelatihan, lokakarya, dan pendampingan langsung. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada UMKM tentang konsep BI dan integrasinya dalam operasi sehari-hari.Melalui program ini, diharapkan efisiensi operasional UMKM meningkat, sementara juga memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Keberhasilan program ini di Desa Rangdumulya Karawang diharapkan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat setempat dan sekaligus memberikan kontribusi positif pada ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Background: Patients with chronic urticaria (CU) frequently inquire about dietary modifications. According to research, certain dietary adjustments may be beneficial to a subset of patients. Immunological food reactions are uncommon, but probable triggers of CU include those encountered in specific situations, such as people with a history of tick bites, raw or marinated fish intake, or celiac disease. Methods: By comparing itself to the standards set by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2020, this study was able to show that it met all of the requirements. So, the experts were able to make sure that the study was as up-to-date as it was possible to be. For this search approach, publications that came out between 2014 and 2024 were taken into account. Several different online reference sources, like Pubmed and SCIENCE DIRECT, were used to do this. It was decided not to take into account review pieces, works that had already been published, or works that were only half done. Result: In the PubMed database, the results of our search brought up 34 articles, whereas the results of our search on SCIENCE DIRECT brought up 16 articles. The results of the search conducted for the last year of 2014 yielded a total 12 articles for PubMed and 4 articles for SCIENCE DIRECT. In the end, we compiled a total of 5 papers, 4 of which came from PubMed and 1 of which came from SCIENCE DIRECT. We included five research that met the criteria. Conclusion: In summary, there is evidence for the efficacy of diets in chronic urticaria (CU) in individual individuals with clinical symptoms, but there is little evidence for the usefulness of systematic diets in CU due to a lack of systematic double-blind controlled trials. In our daily practice, we advocate asking patients whether they can identify any specific food allergies in their diet. If this is the case, we recommend following a tailored diet that excludes these identified food allergies. If not, we don't advocate any diets.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in the Banten Province. This study focuses on Apex MSMEs in Banten, which operate in the outdoor equipment rental and tour trip organization business. In facing an increasingly competitive market, this study aims to analyze the marketing performance and customer loyalty of Apex MSMEs through digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through surveys using a Likert scale to measure customer loyalty. The results showed an average loyalty score of 4.521, indicating a high level of customer loyalty. SWOT analysis was used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by Apex MSMEs. The resulting SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategies included service and branch expansion and the use of social media for marketing. The findings provide valuable insights for Apex MSMEs in enhancing their competitiveness and business sustainability through appropriate marketing strategies. Thus, Apex MSMEs can strengthen their market position and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

Anak balita merupakan golongan yang paling rawan terhadap masalah gizi. Status gizi anak balita salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial ekonomi, antara lain pendidikan ibu, pendapatan keluarga, frekuensi makan dan pola asuh ibu secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan dengan status gizi anak balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kassi Kassi kota Makassar. Jenis penelian yang digunakn dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian ini adalah anak balita dengan tekhnil pengambilan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 61 sampel. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan ibu memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan status gizi anak balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kassi Kassi (p=0,002). Variabel pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan status gizi anak balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas Kassi Kassi (p=0,020). Variabel pola asuh memliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan status gizi anak balita di wilyah kerja Puskesmas Kassi Kassi (p=0,001).

Abstract

Hospitals as health service institutions have a strategic role in providing quality services to the community. Fulfilling the accreditation standards set by the Ministry of Health is an inevitable effort to ensure that the services provided by hospitals meet high criteria. In facing the era of development of health science and technology, it is important for hospital employees to not only understand, but also be able to implement health promotion concepts in accordance with the latest accreditation standards.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the financial feasibility of cocoa farming in Ogodopi Village, Kasimbar District, over the period of November to December 2019. The village was selected purposively due to its prominence in cocoa production within the region. A sample of 33 cocoa farmers was chosen from a population of 124 using a simple random sampling technique. Financial feasibility was assessed using Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Sensitivity Analysis. Initial results indicated an NPV of IDR 576,322,972, a Net B/C of 1.33, an IRR of 10%, and a PP of 1.3 years, suggesting financial feasibility. Further sensitivity analysis, considering a potential 10% decrease in production, resulted in an NPV of IDR 858,617,192, a Net B/C of 0.50, an IRR of 39.35%, and a PP of 1.4 years. These findings confirm that cocoa farming in Ogodopi Village remains financially feasible under varying economic conditions.
