Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi dampak audit tenure, rotasi audit, dan ukuran perusahaan pada kualitas audit, dengan pandemi COVID-19 sebagai variabel penengah pada lembaga di sektor Consumer Goods. Populasi yang dipakai pada analisis ini mencakup semua lembaga Consumer Goods yang tercatat di BEI dalam2018-2022. Metode sampling yang dipakai ialah purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan memakai regresi berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), serta teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa baik audit tenure maupun rotasi audit berdampak pada kualitas audit, sementara ukuran perusahaan tidak berdampak. Lebih lanjut, pandemi COVID-19 hanya memoderasi hubungan antara rotasi audit dan kualitas audit, sementara tidak memoderasi keterkaitan antara audit tenure dan ukuran perusahaan dengan kualitas audit.

Abstract

The prevalence of contact dermatitis in the Working Area of Wapunto Public Health Center, increases yearly, that is, in 2018 was 22.3% per 1000 population, in 2019, was 29.4% in 2020, was 35.2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to contact dermatitis disease in fishermen in the Working Area of Wapunto Public Health Center, Muna Regency. The type of study was observational quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The total population in this study were 255 families, while the sample was 72 respondents using cluster random sampling. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between contact time with value X2count > X2table, namely 19,412 > 3,481, personal hygiene with value X2count > X2table namely 26,331 > 3,481, history of allergies with value X2count > X2table, namely 11,250 > 3,481, use of PPE with value X2count > X2table namely 31,065 > 3,481 with contact dermatitis disease in fishermen in the Working Area of Wapunto Public Health Center, Muna Regency. In conclusion, there is a relationship between contact time, personal hygiene, history of allergies, and PPE use. Therefore, fishermen should reduce the risk or prevent the incidence of contact dermatitis by further improving personal hygiene, such as washing hands and feet using soap, changing work clothes and using clean and not humid PPE.

Abstract

Dampak setelah pengesahan Undang-undang Cipta Kerja No.11 tahun 2020 (omnibus law) pada tanggal 5 oktober 2020 oleh DPR-RI telah memicu aksi penolakan dari pekerja/buruh, akademisi, mahasiswa, dan kelompok masyarakat sipil di sejumlah daerah. Pasalnya banyak regulasi yang ditujukan untuk melindungi hak-hak pekerja dalam undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan No.13 Tahun 2003 diganti atau bahkan dihapuskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan bentuk penelitian hukum kepustakaan, data diperoleh merupakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier, kemudian dianalisa dengan pendekatan secara analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengkaji perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja pasca diberlakukannya undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Hasil Penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa pasca berlakunya Undang-Undang Cipta kerja tersebut banyak merugikan dikalangan pekerja dan menguntungkan pengusaha karena Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja mempunyai aturan turunan yaitu Peraturan pemerintah yaitu PP 34, 35 ,36 dan 37 dimana sangat banyak merugikan pekerja. Akan tetapi tetap pekerja dapat melakukan perlindunganya dengan tidak menggunakan Undang - undang Cipta Kerja dan PP turunannya namun menggunakan perjanjian kerja bersama (PKB) memperhatikan syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi dalam pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama hendaknya menganut Kuhperdata 1338 Juncto 1320 KUHperdata sebagai dasar hukumnya. Dalam konsep perlindungan hukum pihak pekerja yang kedudukan lebih lemah dari pengusaha/perusahaan maka hendaklah pekerja membuta Perjanjian kerja bersama harus lebih baik dari pada undang-undang cipta kerja.baik. dalam hal perlidngunan pekerja dengan mudahnya melakukan pemutusan hubungan kerja, dan nilai kompensasi phknya pun berkurang jauh dengan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2003. Dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan, kiranya Perjanjian kerja bersama merupaka undang-undang tertingi untuk di jadikan pedoman kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To analyze how parents' roles are used in shaping children's character in Duren Village and Sruwen Village; 2) To find out how parents' roles differ in shaping children's character in Duren Village and Sruwen Village; 3) To find out how the role of parents is constructed for children in Duren Village and Sruwen Village and its relevance in facing today's millennial generation. The results of the research are: 1) The role of parents in Duren Village is an authoritative parenting style, namely parents who apply a democratic parenting style have clear rules and expectations, and the role of parents in Sruwen Village is an authoritarian parenting style where parents are the responsible party. . center, namely the center of everything. the words/words and wishes of parents are used as benchmarks that must be obeyed by children; 2) The role of parents in Duren Village in shaping children's character through behavior that is very effective in directing children, while the role of parents in Sruwen Village in caring for their children is more concerned with the wishes of parents, children are supervised quite closely, parents always maintain their distance from each other. their children rather than considering their children's wishes; 3) The construction of a democratic parental role in Duren Village will give birth to an assertive personality which is the ideal type so that there are not many weak people. Meanwhile, the construction of the role of authoritarian and permissive parents in Sruwen Village can make children feel unloved, alienated, even hated by their parents, will become individuals who are not independent, easily offended, have a negative view of other people, feel inferior and lack self-confidence. and feel free to act.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis perilaku siswa terhadap guru PAI dalam konteks pembentukan moral di MAN 2 Tengaran serta mengevaluasi pendekatan yang relevan dengan era industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MAN 2 Tengaran memprioritaskan nilai-nilai agama dalam pendidikannya, memperkuat peran sekolah sebagai penjaga moralitas siswa terhadap guru. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam komunikasi antara siswa dan guru PAI, seperti kebisingan kelas, daya khayal siswa yang tinggi, kedekatan yang berlebihan, dan kurangnya antusiasme siswa dalam belajar. Dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0, beberapa pendekatan disarankan, termasuk menjaga hubungan kemanusiaan antara guru dan siswa, mendorong pembelajaran mandiri, menekankan konten autentik dalam pendidikan agama Islam, dan mengatasi tantangan yang muncul dari pengaruh dunia virtual network dalam pendidikan agama Islam.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with high biodiversity that have many plants, one of them is japanesse pepaya plant (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius). Japanese pepaya leaves used by people as a traditional medicine, this is because pepaya leaves contain compounds that can act as antibacterials. Escherichia coli is a normal flora that found in the human large intestine (colon). Escherichia coli can cause primary infections, one of the infections is diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of Japanese pepaya leaf juice (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria and to determine the concentration of Japanese pepaya leaf extract that is effective in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria. This type of research is a laboratory experiment. The inhibition test used the Kirby Bauer agar diffusion method. The research variables were the concentration of Japanese pepaya leaf extract of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, and the growth inhibition zone of Escherichia coli bacteria. The results of this study showed that no inhibition zone formed around the wells when Japanese pepaya extract was administered at various concentrations. The conclusion of this study is that Japanese pepaya (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) leaf juice has no potential to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria.

Abstract

The practice of income smoothing still occurs in the Indonesian economy. There are sever-al cases of income smoothing that have occurred, including at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk, PT and Lippo Tbk where these companies have published different financial reports. The purpose of this research is to determine the direct effect of profitability on income smoothing, fi-nancial leverage on income smoothing, profitability on company value, financial leverage on company value, the indirect effect of profitability on company value through income smoothing, financial leverage on company value through income smoothing and Income smoothing has a direct effect on company value. This research uses a mixed method. The population used in this research is automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method is to use a purposive sampling technique so that the samples obtained are 50 samples. The re-search results show that there is no direct influence of profitability on income smoothing, there is no direct influence of financial leverage on profit smoothing, there is a direct influ-ence of profitability on firm value, there is no direct influence of financial leverage on firm value, there is no indirect influence income smoothing between profitability and company value, there is no indirect effect of income smoothing between financial leverage on com-pany value and there is no direct effect of income smoothing on company value.

Abstract

Investment decisions in personal financial management especially for students is crucial because investment is a process of learning to manage finances, starting now and in the future. Low knowledge about planning an often makes students experience fraud, because offers from investment returns are also very tempting. Based on the phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of financial technology, investment literacy, investment interest, and return investment tolerance on investment decisions. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents with the criteria of students at the University of Sidoarjo city in study program, economy & business class. The number of research respondents was 288 students and data management used SmartPLS 3.2.8 analysis techniques. The results of this study state that financial technology, investment literacy, investment interest has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, while return investment have a insignificant effect on investment decisions of University student University of Sidoarjo city in study program economy & business.

Abstract

Structural ambiguity remains a persistent challenge in English comprehension, particularly when relative clauses (RCs) and prepositional phrases (PPs) admit multiple interpretations. While much research has examined native speakers or beginning L2 learners, little is known about how advanced learners apply formal syntactic knowledge to disambiguate such structures. This study addresses that gap by investigating how Indonesian EFL undergraduates resolve ambiguity using structural relation patterns—dominance, precedence, and c-command. A qualitative design was employed with 30 English Education majors who had completed a syntax course. Data were collected through tree-diagram tasks and a structured questionnaire, enabling structural and reflective insights. Findings revealed three main strategies: sorting by node, ignoring non-potential nodes, and using punctuation, with late closure as the most dominant approach. Structural analysis showed that while dominance and precedence guided parsing partially, c-command consistently supported accurate disambiguation when reinforced by semantic plausibility. Frequent reactivation also indicated that learners revised their interpretations when implausibility arose, demonstrating interactive rather than strictly structural parsing. The study contributes to syntactic theory by extending the role of c-command to advanced L2 contexts, parsing research by showing interactive strategy use, and pedagogy by advocating explicit instruction on structural relations combined with cognitive strategy training. These insights inform advanced grammar curricula and highlight the need for integrated approaches to ambiguity resolution in academic English.

Abstract

Many people think that the Baduy people are very fanatical in carrying out their customary system and at the same time rejecting outside influences, including Islam. However, researchers found different evidence of this assumption. This study aims to provide a historical overview of the connectedness of the Baduy people to the Islamic religion, so that some Baduy residents in Kampung Landeuh have now converted their religion to Islam. By using historical research methods, researchers collect sources, criticize sources, interpret information, then write about the progress of Baduy Muslims. This research resulted in three important findings. First, the Baduy people have known Islam since the beginning of the spread of Islam in Banten, when Prabu Pucuk Umun and his retainers were still living in Banten, before handing over the power of Banten to Maulana Hasanuddin. Second, there was a gradual transfer of the beliefs of the Baduy people from Sunda Wiwitan to the Agama Selam Sunda Wiwitan during the time of Maulana Yusuf, until now some Baduy people have embraced Islam. Third, there has been an increase in the number of Muslim Baduy because more and more Baduy people have left their traditional environment to live in Kampung Landeuh.Banyak orang beranggapan bahwa masyarakat Baduy sangat fanatik dalam menjalankan sistem adat sekaligus menolak keras pengaruh luar, termasuk Islam. Namun, peneliti menemukan bukti yang berbeda dari anggapan tersebut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sejarah tentang keterhubungan masyarakat Baduy dengan agama Islam, sehingga beberapa warga Baduy di Kampung Landeuh saat ini telah mengkonversi agama mereka sebagai penganut Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, peneliti mengumpulkan sumber, mengkritisi sumber, menafsirkan informasi, kemudian menulis tentang kemajuan Muslim Baduy. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga temuan penting. Pertama, masyarakat Baduy telah mengenal Islam sejak awal penyebaran Islam di Banten, ketika Prabu Pucuk Umun dan para punggawanya masih bermukim di Banten, sebelum menyerahkan kekuasaan Banten kepada Maulana Hasanuddin. Kedua, terjadi perpindahan kepercayaan masyarakat Baduy secara bertahap dari Sunda Wiwitan menjadi Agama Selam Sunda Wiwitan pada masa Maulana Yusuf, hingga saat ini beberapa warga Baduy telah menganut Islam. Ketiga, terjadi peningkatan jumlah Baduy Muslim karena semakin banyak masyarakat Baduy yang meninggalkan lingkungan adatnya untuk tinggal di Kampung Landeuh.
