Abstract

Gembala Sidang kerap-kali melakukan visitasi kepada jemaat, menyediakan pelayanan ibadah komsel, Gereja juga menyediakan fasilitas antar jemput gar jemaat bisa datang beribadah. Tetapi antusias jemaat datang beribadah cenderung rendah, hanya beberapa jemaat saja yang memiliki antusias dalam beribadah. Peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana antusiasme jemaat dalam beribadah pada gereja perintisan Bethel Tabernakel Church of Christ Alfa Omega East Ungaran Leyangan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung di lapangan serta wawancara dengan jemaat yang terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat dalam beribadah, antara lain: sebagian besar jemaat masih memprioritaskan pekerjaan dibandingkan ibadah, serta adanya jemaat yang masih terikat pada dosa, seperti kecanduan bermain gim daring. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya semangat dalam beribadah dan melupakan pentingnya persekutuan.   Abstract The Senior Pastor frequently conducts visitations to church members, provides small group worship services (komsel), and the church also offers transportation facilities to help members attend services. However, the congregation’s enthusiasm for attending worship services tends to be low, with only a few members showing genuine enthusiasm. This study aims to examine the level of worship enthusiasm among the congregation of the pioneering church, Bethel Tabernacle Church of Christ Alfa Omega East Ungaran Leyangan. The researcher employed a descriptive qualitative research method. Data were collected through direct field observation and interviews with selected church members. The findings reveal several factors contributing to the lack of worship interest, including the tendency of most members to prioritize work over worship and some members remaining bound by sin, such as addiction to online gaming. These factors have led to a decline in worship motivation and a loss of appreciation for the importance of fellowship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pertumbuhan jemaat di Gereja Beth-El Tabernakel Kristus Alfa Omega (GBT KAO) Boja yang terjadi tanpa aktivitas penginjilan formal, baik oleh hamba Tuhan maupun jemaat. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan gereja, meskipun secara teori penginjilan merupakan unsur utama dalam pertumbuhan gereja secara kuantitatif dan pelaksanaan Amanat Agung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan gereja di GBT KAO Boja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan gereja dipengaruhi oleh penginjilan, kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan, serta keterlibatan aktif jemaat dalam pelayanan, dengan keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan kualitas dan kuantitas sebagai kunci pertumbuhan gereja yang sehat dan berkelanjutan.   Abstract This research is motivated by the phenomenon of congregation growth at the Beth-El Tabernacle Church of Christ Alpha Omega (GBT KAO) Boja, which occurred without any formal evangelistic activities by either the pastors or the congregation. This condition prompted the researcher to investigate other factors influencing church growth, even though, in theory, evangelism is considered a primary element in quantitative church growth and the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence church growth at GBT KAO Boja. A qualitative approach was employed using a descriptive study method through observation, in-depth interviews, and data analysis. The findings indicate that church growth is influenced by evangelism, empowering leadership, and active congregational involvement in ministry, with a balance between qualitative and quantitative growth being the key to a healthy and sustainable church.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the improvement of the ability of class VI students in Mater Puasa with the Discovery Learning learning model. The method used in this research is the Class Action Research (PTK) method. This method is done with four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The four levels are found in a cycle that is repeated with the same steps and remains focused on how to solve problems (answers) by finding on your own, researching on your own and searching for information using the discovery learning learning model. The results of this research show that the learning performance of students using this discovery learning method has improved. The improvement can be seen from the results of each cycle performed. The subjects in this research are VI class students of SD Negeri Kajhu who did not reach the KKM value consisting of 2 females and 5 males with a total of 7 students, data collection techniques through observation instruments, teacher activities, student activities and tests. The results of the research show that the teacher's activity in cycle I with an average value of 2.9 categories is good, in cycle II with an average value of 3.7 categories is very good. The activity of students in cycle I obtained the classical completion of only 40% with an average value of 60 categories is not good, while in cycle II the classical completion has reached 90% and the average value of 90 categories is very good. From the results, it is proved that the sixth grade students of SD Negeri Kajhu in the application of the discovery learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of students in the cognitive domain.

Abstract

Bencana banjir sering terjadi di Kota Jambi terutama di sepanjang saluran sungai, namun sampai saat ini belum ada data spasial yang menggambarkan area genangan terutama di DAS Kenali Besar. Deliniasi wilayah banjir akan sangat berhubungan dengan topografi wilayah sehingga data DEM memegang peranan penting. Seiring dengan makin berkembangnya Sistem Informasi Geografis yang digunakan untuk analisa spasial dengan memanfaatkan data DTM, maka deliniasi kawasan banjir terutama di DAS Kenali Besar bisa diperoleh salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode Topographic Wetness Indeks. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada DAS Kenali Besar di Kota Jambi pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2024, dengan tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis morfometri dan mendapatkan data kawasan dan tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Kenali Besar. Morfometri DAS Kenali Besar dianalisis secara spasial dan batas kawasan banjir dihasilkan dengan menggunakan metode Topographic Wetness Indeks, sedangkan untuk tingkat kerawanan banjir dianalisa berdasarkan data kejadian banjir yang dikumpulkan dari 38 lokasi di DAS Kenali Besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara morfometri DAS Kenali Besar diklasifikasikan sebagai DAS sangat kecil, berbentuk memanjang dengan kerapatan jaringan sungai masuk dalam kategori sedang, pola aliran Sungai Kenali Besar mengikuti pola dendritik yang menyerupai cabang-cabang pohon dengan nilai relief sungai yang rendah. Kawasan banjir di DAS Kenali Besar terbagi ke dalam 3 kelas resiko yaitu resiko ringan seluas 207,0194 Ha, resiko sedang seluas 92,4986 Ha, dan resiko berat seluas 47,5432 Ha.

Abstract

This study is driven by the urgent need to develop social-emotional development programs in Indonesian junior high schools, considering the significant changes that occur during adolescence and the challenges faced in multicultural contexts. Effective social-emotional development programs can help students manage emotions, strengthen social relationships, and enhance their mental well-being in the school environment. The primary objective of this research is to explore how multicultural school counselors prepare social-emotional development programs that meet the needs of junior high school students. This study employs a survey method with a quantitative approach, involving 126 school counselors from various provinces in Indonesia as research subjects. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, utilizing instruments covering needs assessment, reference material development, and system support. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to identify patterns and trends in social-emotional program development in schools. The results indicate that most counselors use needs assessments as a basis for developing their programs and leverage various resources, including peer documents, digital media, and collaboration with the school community. The study concludes that a needs-based approach is crucial in developing social-emotional programs.

Abstract

This study explores using social media as an innovative tool for teaching English in resource-limited secondary schools. In the face of technological disparities and limited educational resources, particularly in underfunded or remote areas, integrating platforms such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok presents an engaging and accessible approach to enhance English language instruction. Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and classroom observations involving English teachers and students in Samarinda, Indonesia. Findings show that social media increases student motivation, participation, and comprehension through authentic content and multimodal interaction. Teachers observed that learners responded positively to creative, structured activities delivered via social platforms. However, significant challenges were identified, including unequal access to the internet and devices, digital distractions, and insufficient teacher training in educational technology. Despite these barriers, both teachers and students acknowledged the potential of social media to enrich the language learning process when supported by effective instructional strategies. The study recommends teacher training on digital pedagogy, infrastructure improvement, and the development of clear guidelines for integrating social media into formal education. Ultimately, the research contributes valuable insights into how familiar digital tools can support English language learning in contexts where traditional resources are scarce

Abstract

This research explores the correlation between students' motivation and engagement in learning activities using ChatGPT, an AI-based interactive tool. It focuses on how ChatGPT influences students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, as well as their behavioral, emotional, and cognitive engagement. A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 385 students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire based on Self-Determination Theory and Fredricks’ engagement framework. The results indicated that students demonstrated moderately high levels of motivation (M = 29.65) and high levels of engagement (M = 32.52) when learning with ChatGPT. Spearman’s rho analysis revealed a moderate and statistically significant correlation (ρ = .559, p < .01) between motivation and engagement. These findings suggest that higher levels of motivation are associated with increased engagement in AI-supported learning activities. The study concludes that ChatGPT can effectively enhance both motivation and engagement, offering practical insights for educators and curriculum designers in developing more interactive, personalized, and student-centered learning experiences. Integrating ChatGPT into educational contexts supports the advancement of digital pedagogy and promotes more meaningful learning in 21st-century classrooms.

Abstract

Abstract. One approach to increasing chili production is through fertilisation. The use of organic fertilizers is a viable alternative. This study aims to evaluate the response of red chili plants (Capsicum annum L.) to the application of an organic fertilizer made from a mixture of palm oil fronds, empty fruit bunches, and cow manure. The research was conducted from April to July 2024 in Lubuk Sini Village, Taba Penanjung District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The method employed was an experimental one, using a Completely Randomised Design (CRD) Non-Factorial with one factor and four replications. The treatment factor was the dose of the organic fertilizer mixture of palm oil fronds, empty fruit bunches, and cow manure, comprising five levels: D0 = Without Organic Fertilizer (NPK 200 kg ha-1), D1 = 15 t h-1, D2 = 20 t h-1, D3 = 25 t h-1, and D4 = 30 t h-1. Data were analysed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that the D4 = 30 t h-1 dosage had a significant effect on the height and fruit weight of red chili plants. Abstract

Smallholder sago plantations generally use simple technology, resulting in the determination of harvest time based solely on the physical appearance of plants. This study aims to identify the agronomic characteristics of sago that influence starch yield. The research was conducted on smallholder sago plantations, and samples of sago plants were collected at four harvest phases based on local customs: Dewasa, Jantung, Rusa, and Bunga. Observations on agronomic เว็บสล็อต | R4shub characteristics included the number of suckers, plant height, pith diameter, number of leaves, number of leaf scars, number of leaflets, leaflet length, and leaflet width. ANOVA and multiple comparisons were utilized to identify differences between treatments in starch yield. Regression analysis was employed to establish the relationship between starch yield and agronomic characteristics, while path analysis determined the direct/indirect effects of agronomic characteristics on starch yield. The results indicated that the optimal harvest time is during the Jantung and Rusa phases. The agronomic components that significantly influence sago starch yield are pith diameter and leaf scars. According to the coefficient of determination value, the production model can be expressed as Y = -63.26 + 2.44x1 (R2=37%). To enhance starch yield, it is crucial to improve plant spacing. When the plant spacing is too close, with a population density exceeding 200 clumps/ha, overlapping leaves occur, negatively impacting sago starch formation. This negative effect intensifies with an increase in the number of leaves and the size of leaflets in terms of length and width. Abstract

This study explores the impact of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) with the theme “Sustainable Lifestyle” on enhancing elementary students’ social-emotional and language skills. Conducted at SD Negeri Ungaran 01 using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Prior to the project, students demonstrated low levels of emotional regulation and language proficiency. After the implementation of P5, improvements were evident. Students showed better emotional control, increased cooperation, and empathy. Language abilities also improved, as students became more confident in expressing ideas through speaking, reading, and writing. They engaged more actively in discussions and collaborative tasks. The contextual and project-based learning model in P5 was found to support students’ holistic development. The findings suggest that the P5 program, through its emphasis on meaningful, real-life themes and cooperative learning, can effectively strengthen both social-emotional and language competencies in alignment with the values of Pancasila
