Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam proses pembelajaran, guru harus memiliki kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif, serta memiliki keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk berperan sebagai penggerak perubahan di lingkungan pendidikan mereka. Salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran dasar-dasar TKJT dan alat ukur adalah bahwa siswa tidak tertarik atau tidak tertarik untuk belajar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, perlu dibuat E-Modul, atau modul elektronik, yang akan meningkatkan minat dan keinginan siswa untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan produk media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis FlipBook Maker dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana siswa di kelas X merespons media pembelajaran e-modul berbasis FlipBook Maker. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Studi ini dilakukan di SMK Arrohmaniyah Pamotan di Kota Rembang, dengan responden terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas X. Proses pengolahan data dimulai dengan validasi ahli media, materi, dan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul Dasar-dasar TKJT dan Alat Ukur sangat layak digunakan dan meningkatkan minat dan keinginan siswa untuk belajar.

Abstract

Media adalah bahan atau alat yang digunakan untuk mendukung dalam roses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat bermanfaat bagi guru karena dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, merangsang rasa ingin tahu, dan menyumbang pemahaman terhadap materi Pelajaran. Pembelajaran yang ideal adalah pembelajaran yang dapat menciptakan situasi dan suasana yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran serta membantu siswa mencapai dan mengoptimalkan tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya penggunaan teknologi dalam media pembelajaran yang digunakan di kelas. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah media pembelajaran berupa Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran pada mata Pelajaran fotografi dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development RD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Widya Praja Ungaran, dengan sasaran kelas X Desain Komunikasi Visual yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi ahli media, ahli materi dan lembar responded siswa untuk mengukur kelayakan dan keefektifan Aplikasi. Hasil validasi ahli media I dan II sebesar 81,3% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, hasil validasi ahli materi I dan II sebesar 86% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil dari responded siswa sebesar 84,5%. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi media pembelajaran pada materi fotografi dasar sangat valid dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study: Islamic religious education (PAI) in Indonesia plays a pivotal role in nurturing the character, morality, and spirituality of the younger generation. Among the key institutions delivering PAI are Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), which integrate religious and general education within a unique cultural and educational framework. This study aims to critically analyze the implementation of the Islamic education curriculum in pesantren and to assess its impact on educational quality and relevance in a rapidly changing societal context. Methodology: Adopting a qualitative library research approach, this study systematically examines scholarly literature, policy documents, and prior research to explore curriculum practices in pesantren. The focus is on understanding both traditional and modern models of curriculum integration and the challenges faced in adapting Islamic education to contemporary educational standards. Main Findings: The study reveals that traditional pesantren, emphasizing classical religious sciences, often encounter difficulties integrating competency-based curriculum reforms demanded by modern education systems. Conversely, progressive pesantren that adopt competency-based frameworks exhibit significant improvements in educational quality, particularly in practical skills aligned with societal and workforce needs. However, the transition remains uneven and faces structural challenges. Novelty/Originality of this Study: This research offers a novel perspective by highlighting the tension between maintaining religious authenticity and pursuing educational modernization in pesantren. It proposes a strategic model for curriculum transformation supported by government policy, teacher capacity building, and infrastructural enhancement. This study contributes to reimagining Islamic boarding schools as dynamic institutions capable of preserving religious values while equipping students for global challenges.

Abstract

Ethylene glycol (EG) and diethylene glycol (DEG) are hazardous compounds if ingested by the human body. Testing conducted by the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPM) identified contamination of EG and DEG in glycerin and propylene glycol, which are utilized as solubility enhancers in syrup-based pharmaceuticals. This study aims to analyze EG and DEG contamination in children’s syrup drug samples using a Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) instrument. This study presents an analytical method for detecting EG and DEG contamination. Based on BPOM regulations governing the control a determination of EG and DEG. Several syrup drug samples, which are listed in the BPOM drug withdrawal list under Number HM.01.1.2.11.22.240, were each weighed at 5 grams, transferred into a 50 mL volumetric flask, 30 mL of methanol was added, and the mixture was sonicated for 5 minutes. Subsequently, solvent was added up to the calibration mark. Five out of eight samples were found to contain EG and DEG at concentrations of less than 0.1%. Validation of the GCMS method for EG and DEG compounds yielded accuracy values with recovery rates between 98% and 101%. The acquisition test results produced a relative standard deviation (RSD) value of 0.87. The linearity test showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.955. The limit of detection (LOD) for EG was 0.26 ng/mg, and for DEG it was 0.51 ng/mg. The limit of quantification (LOQ) for EG was 0.86 ng/mg, and for DEG it was 1.69 ng/mg. This validation indicates that the analytical method exhibits high accuracy and sensitivity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop poster-based learning media for Information and Communication Technology subjects at SMP 1 BPR Ranau Tengah to improve student motivation and understanding. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D or RnD) method to develop poster-based learning media. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The focus of this study includes the process of identifying learning needs in the classroom, developing media that suits those needs, and analyzing the effectiveness of its use in improving student understanding. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and semi-structured interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the development of poster media at SMP Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah proved to be effective. The developed poster media successfully achieved the stated objectives of increasing knowledge, changing attitudes, increasing participation, and improving students' understanding in Information and Communication Technology lessons. As some students have better understood the poster media effectively and have achieved the goal of presenting Information and Communication Technology information visually, helping students understand abstract concepts such as computers and internet networks. Teachers' creative designs and the use of graphic design technology increase learning interest and flexibility of use, both inside and outside the classroom, and can be an example for innovative Information and Communication Technology learning.

Abstract

A conducive work climate is a key factor in creating a productive school environment and enhancing teacher performance. A positive work environment not only boosts teacher motivation and enthusiasm but also impacts the quality of learning. This study aims to describe the role of school principal leadership in creating a conducive work climate to improve teacher performance at SDN 2 Sendangmulyo. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of leadership practices and the work atmosphere among teachers. The findings indicate that the principal plays a strategic role through communicative, inclusive, and transformative leadership. The principal fosters open and two-way communication, creates a harmonious and supportive work environment, and promotes a collaborative culture among teachers. Supervision is carried out regularly with a coaching-oriented approach, accompanied by constructive feedback. The principal also acknowledges and appreciates teachers’ dedication through both formal and informal recognition. Furthermore, the principal provides adequate physical facilities, access to learning resources, and opportunities for professional development through training and seminars. The conclusion of this study highlights that the principal's leadership strategies play a significant role in shaping a work climate that supports sustainable improvement in teacher performance. Humanistic, communicative, and supportive leadership is key to building a school that emphasizes quality and professionalism.

Abstract

Optimal teacher performance is a crucial component in improving the quality of education, particularly at the elementary level. In this context, the principal holds a strategic role in supporting and encouraging teacher performance through effective supervision and appropriate appreciation. This study aims to describe the principal’s efforts in supervising and giving appreciation to teacher performance at SDN 2 Sendangmulyo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with the research subjects consisting of the principal and several teachers as informants. The results show that the principal actively conducts academic supervision through direct classroom monitoring, planned coaching, and systematic evaluation of the teaching and learning process. Supervision is not only intended for assessment but also to guide and improve teaching quality. In addition, the principal provides various forms of appreciation, both moral—such as public praise and recognition in formal forums—and material, such as certificates and incentives. These forms of appreciation have been proven to increase teacher motivation and enthusiasm. Consistent supervision and appreciation efforts have created a more harmonious and productive work environment, improved teacher professionalism, and positively impacted student learning outcomes. In conclusion, constructive supervision and motivational appreciation by the principal are effective strategies to enhance teacher performance in the elementary school setting.

Abstract

Minyak gaharu memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai aromaterapi namun ketersediaannya di alam yang terbatas sehingga diperlukan upaya yang efektif untuk mendapatkan rendemen yang optimal. Berbagai pretreatment ekstraksi diketahui dapat meningkatkan rendemen minyak gaharu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan rendemen dan profil senyawa minyak gaharu yang diperoleh dari pretreatment maserasi, microwave, ultrasonik, dan fermentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pretreatment ekstraksi, distilasi serbuk kayu gaharu, identifikasi senyawa minyak atsiri melalui Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS), serta uji hedonik. Hasil distilasi menunjukkan bahwa pretreatment fermentasi ragi tapai memiliki persentase rendemen minyak gaharu tertinggi sebesar 0,050% diikuti fermentasi Fusarium sp. (0,036%), ultrasonik (0,034%), microwave (0,030%), maserasi (0,024%) dan kontrol (0,018%). Ada sejumlah 6 senyawa yang konsisten dijumpai pada setiap sampel seperti α-agarofuran dan dihydrocolumellarin, dan asam heksadekanoat. Senyawa sesquiterpen terbanyak diperoleh dari pretreatment menggunakan ragi tempe. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pretreatment maserasi, microwave, ultrasonik dan fermentasi dapat meningkatkan rendemen dan mempengaruhi profil senyawa minyak gaharu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Informatics learning for seventh and eighth grade students at the UPT SMP Negeri 1 BPR Ranau Tengah. CRT is a pedagogical approach that considers students' cultural backgrounds as an important factor in the learning process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the application of CRT can increase student engagement, strengthen cultural identity, and encourage improved learning outcomes. Teachers integrate local culture into learning projects, utilize community-based technology, and implement differentiated approaches based on student backgrounds. This approach creates a more inclusive and participatory classroom environment; previously passive students become more confident because the material feels relevant to their lives. Teachers also become more responsive to students' diverse needs and potential, enabling them to design adaptive and contextual learning activities. Informatics learning serves not only as a means of transferring technological knowledge but also as a platform for building cultural awareness, collaborative skills, and critical thinking skills. These findings underscore the importance of integrating local values and cultural wisdom in 21st-century learning. Therefore, support from school principals, communities, and educational stakeholders is needed for the sustainable development of culture-based learning practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis Smart Apps Creator (SAC) pada mata pelajaran Sistem Operasi guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X PPLG SMKN 9 Semarang dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket yang divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan respon siswa. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan rata-rata persentase kelayakan sebesar 82,5% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 83,8% dengan kategori sangat layak. Respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran ini juga menunjukkan hasil positif dengan persentase kelayakan berada pada kategori sangat layak. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis SAC efektif, layak, dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran Sistem Operasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa.
