Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers among women worldwide and in Indonesia. B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) can play a role in causing cancer by inhibiting apoptosis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the chemical compound of the sengkubak plant (Pycnarrhena cauliflora Diels.), which can act as antiapoptotic inhibitor by binding to the B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) receptor. The research was conducted in silico with molecular docking methods and molecular dynamics simulations. Molecular docking used the AutoDock 4.2.6 software and visualization used Biovia Discovery Studio. Molecular dynamics simulation used Gromacs 5.1.2 software and result visualization used Grace. Longipinocarvone was the best test ligand with the smallest ΔGbind value of -6.99 kcal/mol compared to the positive control of Doxorubicin and other compounds which indicating Longipinocarvone’s affinity for binding to the Bcl-2 receptor was better than Doxorubicin. The types of interactions involved in the molecular docking of the chemical compounds of the sengkubak plant and Doxorubicin including hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions. The stability of the bond between the ligand protein complex resulting from molecular docking was analyzed based on the parameters RMSD, RMSF, Radius of Gyration (Rg) values through molecular dynamics simulations. The results of the analysis showed that Longipinocarvone and Doxorubicin had a stable bond with Bcl-2 as indicated by the RMSD and RMSF values meeting the requirements, namely <3 Å (0.3 nm). The Rg graph showed both complexes are stable during simulation and have resemblant ligand-protein movements.Keywords: Cervical cancer, B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2), Pycnarrhena cauliflora Diels., molecular docking, molecular dynamics.

To facilitate students' understanding of the types of water turbines, how they work, and the parameters that affect the performance of water turbines, it will be easier if the water turbine is made on a laboratory scale so that students can observe directly and students can change some parameters directly so that students understand the parameters that affect the performance of water turbines. In this research, a laboratory-scale screw turbine type water turbine will be made equipped with a data acquisition system where several sensors will be installed to read the parameters when the turbine is operating which then all parameters will be displayed on the LCD and recorded into memory automatically. This research was conducted using experimental methods by designing and manufacturing screw turbines using 3D Printing using digital prototyping techniques and designing a data acquisition system to facilitate parameter measurement. The results of the study obtained a screw turbine model with an outer diameter (Ro) of 0.07 m, an inner diameter (Ri) of 0.03 m, a pitch distance of 0.05 m, a thread length of 0.6 m, a maximum output power of 3.5 W at a discharge of 0.07 m3/s, maximum efficiency of 6 % at a discharge of 0.07 m3/s.

Islam represent religion which is multidimension, so that Islam can be seen and studied in so many sides which finally studied totally (Kaffah), hence it will yield a conclusion of islam which is paradocsal, so that if conducting an mistake of approach and by mistake of read pattern to Islam, hence which in yielding exactly a product of idea of productive counter of Islam, and even frequently strengthen impression of negative face of appearance to Islam. And conducted effort and also effort rather than yielding a progress of civilization and beautify Islam face appearance which is inklussive, however progressively strengthen to jell impressively that vision of Islam face which is ekslusive and impress preacher of medial terror of the world society. Islam is very wide religion, so that in comprehending and studying about Islam world hence tend to yield a conclusion which ispardocsa lbetween which is one with other. Its meaning do a wrong near byness to Islam, hence it will yield a conclusion which is also wrong . In context of is understanding of in perpective of Roel Meijer, global movement of moslem world cleft salafism have given separate colour and pattern to Islam people, and represent khasanah properties of Islam people in perpective of understanding of them to a knowledge of religious. At least there are three specifications of it in understanding of salafism in religion, one of the other is a problem of Doctrine of religion, and then political side, and from side of jihad in salafiperspektive.

The meaning and function khodam in boarding schools at essence is another name of the aide, although no terms khoddam is similar with supernatural powers that not everyone can see, feel and communicate, the meaning of khoddam is also as students that in addition look for a knowledge, they also help caregiver in implementing the tasks of boarding school uniquely and home domesticity, in order to achieve a goal, which is to get a blessing from acaregiver or teachers, although some khoddams that of the elements of an outsider who are never become Islamic students , khoddam is one alternative for students who want to study at the school but does not have enough money to live, so to be khoddam, then they can get an education with the assistance of the cost of education has been given bycaregiver . The view of the existence of khodam basically, they were petrified in successful educational process, with their presence, the students, religious and even the general public is easier to communicate with the caregiver, he lookedatkhoddam as students are in imaginably, otherwise, khoddam already considered as part of a large family of schools so that there is no difference between regular students with students who concurrently becomes khoddam.

For about 15 centuries ago, Islamic history has portrayed the face of the true condition of Islamic education, not only describes the reality of past events, but also serves as a guide for the next generation, in order to make a better footing. Basically, with the coming of Islam in this archipelago, because one of them through education, beside through trade and marriage. The role and gait of Islamic education in seizing and uniting the archipelago into a country that is currently called Indonesia of course very much. Thus, in this paper, the author reveals a bit about the history of Islamic education in the old order, the new order and even during the current order of reform. The state has enormous power in governing and running the wheels of government, including in the world of Islamic education, so, the condition of Islamic education from the time of kemasanya have position and even a very different portion of the government which then has implications for the implementation of Islamic education.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease in which blood sugar (glucose) levels are elevated because the body cannot release or utilize insulin adequately. Rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc. (ginger) has been reported to possess anti-diabetic properties. This study aimed to provide information on the chemical components of ginger that have potential in silico antidiabetic activity against the α-glucosidase receptor. Twenty chemical components of ginger (quercetin, catechin, humulene, β-sesquiphellandrene, camphene, farnesene, β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, curcumin, 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol, 6-shogaol, 8-shogaol, 10-shogaol, 6-paradol, 8-paradol, 10-paradol, methyl-6-gingerol, and methyl-8-gingerol) were used as ligands. An in silico study was conducted using the molecular docking technique with the AutoDock Vina software, which was then displayed using PyMOL and Biovia Discovery Studio. The grid box settings obtained in this study were as follows: center_x = -20.209, center_y = -6.763, center_z = 9.393, size_x = 12, size_y = 10, size_z = 12, and spacing (angstrom) = 1. The results indicated that the native ligand acarbose exhibited a binding energy of -6.9 kcal/mol. In contrast, four test ligands, quercetin (-7.3 kcal/mol), catechin (-7.1 kcal/mol), curcumin (-7.0 kcal/mol), and 6-gingerol (-7.0 kcal/mol) - demonstrated lower binding energies than acarbose, suggesting more stable conformations and more potent pharmacological effects. Lipinski analysis revealed that these four test ligands met all five Lipinski rule criteria. The study calculated the Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD) value for the Docking of acarbose with the α-glucosidase macromolecule, resulting in a value of 0.384 Å. Interaction analysis conducted using Biovia Discovery Studio software revealed various interaction types, including hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic, electrostatic, and unfavorable interactions. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into potential therapeutic compounds derived from ginger and offers a foundation for further research and development in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry.

The research aims to plan the management outreach process to the community regarding developing a tourist village in South Subang. Including finding patterns of acceptance and suitability of the idea of developing a tourist village in South Subang, as well as finding and identifying the factors that influence community acceptance of the idea of developing a tourism village in South Subang. The results of the research using quantitative data and reinforced with qualitative data indicate that the process of socializing management to the community is carried out persuasively and recognizes the characteristics of the village community who are the target of communication. While the community accepts the idea of developing a tourist village in South Subang, some support it, and some are unhappy. Therefore, the factors that affect the acceptance of village communities to the idea of developing a tourist village in South Subang can involve opinion leaders, namely community leaders or leaders who are respected and combined with adopting Innovation. This strengthens the theory (Festinger, 1957) of social psychology and Lazarsfeld regarding opinion leaders combined with the concept of Innovation (Rogers, 2003).

Liver cancer is a serious health concern characterized by abnormal cell growth, but currently, available treatment options are limited, suggesting the need for a new therapeutic method. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate the potential of chemical compounds obtained from the cangkring plant (Erythrina fusca) as anti-liver cancer agents targeting Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 (VEGFR-2). The investigation was conducted in silico through molecular docking and dynamic method. Molecular docking was performed using AutoDock Tools, followed by visualization with Biovia Discovery Studio. Additionally, molecular dynamics simulation was conducted using GROMACS software and visualized with Grace. A total of 36 chemical compounds from E. fusca were used as ligands for molecular docking. The results showed that Isobavachalcone (ISB) was the most effective test compound with a binding energy of -11.45 kcal/mol, compared to the positive control Sorafenib with a value of - 11.51 kcal/mol. In this context, hydrogen bonding, as well as hydrophobic, electrostatic, and unfavorable molecular interactions were identified. Moreover, molecular dynamics simulation provided RMSD, RMSF, Radius of Gyration (Rg), and hydrogen bond parameters. Analysis of these parameters further confirmed the superior stability of ISB in binding to VEGFR-2, suggesting the potential to suppress angiogenesis by blocking the receptor.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perdebatan yang terjadidalam komunitas akademik tentang psikologi anak-anak yang hidup dalamtekanan, mengungkap bentuk-bentuk psikologis yang dirasakan anak-anakmantan terpidana teroris di Indonesia, membuktikan peranan keluarga,masyarakat dan pengaruh media masa terhadap perkembangan psikologianak-anak dan cara pandang masyarakat dalam menyikapi keberadaan anakanak teroris.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif denganpendekatan perpustakaan dan kasus di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukankepada istri, anak, keluarga, guru, dan teman-teman anak-anak mantanterpidana teroris.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi anak dipengaruhi olehberbagai aspek perkembangan psikologi anak, namun faktor bawaan yangditularkan oleh orang tua, dan lingkungan di mana anak bersosialisasi lebihdominan.

Objek wisata yang ada di Kota Semarang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat Kota Semarang itu sendiri maupun turis lokal yang berkunjung. Kebutuhan para wisatawan akan informasi lokasi dan tempat wisata menjadi sangat penting dan berguna untuk mencari dimana letak posisi tempat wisata secara tepat, akurat, dan dibantu dengan informasi jalan menuju rute tersebut. Dari masalah tersebut peneliti membuat ide untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi virtual tour 3600 pariwisata Kota Semarang dan membantu proses pencarian tujuan wisata Kota Semarang. Virtual tour 3600 merupakan simulasi dari sebuah lokasi yang sesungguhnya yang berupa foto digital berbentuk foto panorama. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan MIT App Inventor berbasis Android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Reasearch and Development, metode ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah Virtual Tour 3600 Pariwisata Kota Semarang dan dilakukan pengujian untuk menilai apakah aplikasi ini sudah layak atau belum. Nilai yang didapatkan dari validasi ahli yaitu presentase rata rata sebesar 93,6 % yang artinya tingkat kelayakan â€œsangat baikâ€ untuk diuji coba. Pada uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan oleh responden saat menguji aplikasi mendapatkan nilai presentase rata-rata 92,5% dan tingkat kelayakan â€œsangat baikâ€
