Abstract

This study aims to determine stakeholder interests in community empowerment programs in Namo Village Forest, Kulawi District. This study uses a qualitative method, sampling is done by purposive sampling the number of respondents 8. The analysis used is the analysis of influence and importance. The results showed that the level of influence and interests of stakeholders in community empowerment in Namo Village Forest is very diverse, which can be classified as stakeholders who are in the position of Key Player, Subject, Crowd and Context Setter. The stakeholders are Namo Village Forest Management Institute (LPHD), Central Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service (DISHUT), HL Palu-Poso BPDAS, Kulawi Forest Management Unit (KPH), Kulawi Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) Sigi, IMUNITAS (NGO), The Jembata Foundation (NGO) and the Namo.No Adat Institution. Stakeholders who play a role in empowerment in the Namo Village Forest are stakeholders from government agencies, private agencies and community leaders. The pattern of stakeholder relationships that occur in the community empowerment program in Namo Village Forest, there are three (3) patterns of stakeholder relationship criteria, namely communication, coordination and cooperation.

Abstract

Abstract: The low socio-economic conditions of the community that are identical to many school-age students who drop out of school, so that the package C program, which is equivalent to SMA/MA, is one solution and the motivation for learning citizens is needed. The purpose of the study: to find out how high the learning motivation of the students in participating in the package C program in Pelita Riau PKBM and to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that most influence the learning motivation. Research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population of the C package learning population was 73 people and then Simple Random Sampling technique, so the samples is 42 respondents. The instrument used was a learning motivation questionnaire containing 33 statements. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The learning motivation of package C residents in Pelita Riau PKBM was obtained with a high mean of 3,84. The motivation to learn package C learning citizens in Pelita Riau PKBM is most dominantly influenced by extrinsic factors with a mean of 3,87 which is high and has a contribution of 53,87%, meaning that appreciation, learning environment, and interesting learning activities originating from outside affect motivation residents learning package C program. While intrinsic factors with mean 3,53 which are classified as being also influential with a contribution of 40,63%, meaning desire, expectations/ideals and learning needs originating from within the learning population affect motivation learn the C learning package citizens.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Learning Citizens, Package C Program

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify the description of teacher activity in performing steps of simulation method added by giving reward, children activity in learning as well as the result of children?s religious and moral values development in imitating prayer movement. This research is qualitative that using classroom action research type that taking place on Akhlaqul Karimah Kindergarten East Banjarmasin District group A. The research results show the improvement of religious and moral values in imitating prayer movement using simulation method and giving reward can improve teacher?s and children activity from cycle I improved to cycle II and the development results of children?s religious and moral values from Cycle I and Cycle II also improved.

Abstract

This research is aimed to discover the teacher activities, the children activities, and the results of fine motor aspect development in coordinating the eyes and the hands using combination of explicit instruction model and assignment method. This research was classroom action research qualitative approach and conducted on a group of children at Budi Mulia Kindergarten of Kandangan of South Hulu Sungai District within 2 cycles, the cycle I consisted of 2 meetings and Cycle II consisted of 2 meetings. Each meeting consisted of 4 stages planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research results showed that teacher and children activities increased, and the development of children fine motor aspect were successfully developing whether individually or classically.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship parenting pattern and socioeconomic status through parent?scommunication on children's language ability in Kindergarten of Anjir Muara District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population were 300 children and sample were 173 people using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data colection uses quesioners and observation. Hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis. The results (1) there is significant relationship between parenting pattern and parent communication (2) there is significant relationship between the socioeconomic status and parent communication (3) there is significant relationship between parents parenting pattern and children's language ability (4) there is significant relationship between family socioeconomic status and children's language ability (5) there is significant relationship between parent communication and children's language ability (6) there is significant indirect relationship parenting pattern, parent?s communication on children's language ability (7) there is significant indirect relationship between socioeconomic status through parental communication on children's language ability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of education, level of parenting, and occupation on children?s independence.  A total of 212 parents and children were used to carry out this research using the simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were examined and utilized to test hypotheses using the path analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS version 24.0 computer program. The results consists of the following points: There are direct influences: (1) Level of parental education about childcare (2) Parents 'work on childcare (3) Parent's level of education about children's independence (4) Parents' work on children's independence ( 5) Parenting style for child stagnation. While the no indirect influence comprises of the following (6) The level of parental education on children's independence through parenting (7) Parents' work on children's independence through parenting. However, there were no indirect influences.

Abstract

Education graduates are more unemployed than those who work or are not in accordance with what the world wants. This doesn't only occur to bachelor, but also to senior high school graduates, so the government responds to this by prioritizing an education system whose link-and-match outcome as workers. Bridging this, vocational school is one solution. Vocational High School (SMK) is an embodiment of the school system with a vocational form, with various departments that certainly respond to the diversity of the world of work available. Types of Vocational Schools in Indonesia are attached in Appendix I. In this study, researchers only focusing on Vocational School majoring in Pharmacy. As a vocational school, The Pharmacy Department required to produce eligible graduates according to the work field and industry standard. The standard should be applied to qualified of work field and industry demands, Education Management is needed, which includes Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Supervision in the education process in schools in such a way that the competencies, expertise, and skills of graduates are in accordance with the demands of the world of work and industry. schools rely on the rules of School-Based Management (SBM). As time goes by, As time goes by, parents of vocational students want their children's ability to continue into the next levels with good character, religious, and academics. The various demands try to be fulfilled by schools by implementing various activities using 8 national education standards as a reference, which are applied through the school-based education management concept. This study focuses on how each Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Supervision of Education Management at ISFI Pharmacy Vocational School and Husada Vocational High School Pharmacy Study Program, which processes through the application of 8 National Standards of Education in influencing graduate orientation

Abstract

This study aims to Describe the Principal Leadership, work motivation, morale and teacher performance in State Middle Schools in the East Banjarmasin sub-district of Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The total population of this study is 122 teachers of SMP Negeri East Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin City. , sampling uses the sample proportional random sampling technique, the data is collected using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is done using regression test analysis techniques. (1) There is no significant relationship between principals 'leadership and motivation (2) There is no significant relationship between principals' leadership and teacher's morale. (3) Principal leadership is directly related significantly to teacher performance. (4) There is a direct relationship between work motivation and teacher performance (5) There is a significant relationship between work morale and teacher performance The results of this study are expected to be useful in an effort to improve work motivation, morale and teacher performance in carrying out teaching tasks and indirectly improve leadership of the principal itself

Abstract

Galli (Lasia spinosa) is one of uniqe rhizome from Sambas regency that never use and contain of HCN (cyanide acid). This acid was toxin in body and dose dependent could be death. For decreasing HCN has been done with rice ash husk and certain time.  The goal of this research to obtain the effective of ash suspension and soaking time to decrease HCN of galli tuber. The research design used factorial of block design between rice husk ash concentration (10%, 20%, 30%) and time of (6, 12, 24 in hour). Data was analyzed by anova (α = 5%) and BNJ (α = 5%).The result showed that the higher of rice husk ash concentration and the long time of soaking, the lower of HCN content. The best treatment of galli powder obtain from rice husk ash concentration of 30% and  soaking time for 24 hours with characteristic HCN content of 3.07 ppm, moisture content of 7,24%, ash of 5,49%, fat of 1,16 protein of 7,12%, crude fiber of 13,81% and carbohydrate of 81,47%.Key word : rice husk ash. soaking.
