Abstract

This study aimed to analyze factors that influence the awareness in student entrepreneurship. The research took the form of a survey of 140 final-year students at the Indonesia Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang who were or had taken an internship program. The benefits of Mobile Learning were measured by students' perceptions in gaining knowledge, experience, and social motivation about entrepreneurship. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study generally show that in entrepreneurship education through an apprenticeship program, the perception about the benefits of M-Learning and that of entrepreneurship feasibility have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship both directly and through perception of entrepreneurial desires. The total influence of entrepreneurship education variables through the apprenticeship program shows that the path coefficient is greater than the perception variable on benefits so that M-Learning only functions as a support for entrepreneurship education in an internship program to increase students' entrepreneurial interest. The results of this study have implications for the development of electronic learning through M-Learning to support entrepreneurial learning. M-Learning, for example, has the potential to provide independent learning, opportunities for sharing knowledge, problem solving-based experiences, and entrepreneurial motivational facilities, solving the problem of busy time mentors in the industrial environment, and learning that is not limited to space and time.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Kecamatan Toroh Purwodadi bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran dan memberikan keterampilan kepada pemilik UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran. Manfaat langsung dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah  sebagai tambahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman kepada pemilik UMKM terkait dengan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran.  Manfaat turunan yang diharapkan adalah dengan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran dapat meningkatkan penghasilan pemilik UMKM dan pada akhirnya dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat di Kecamatan Toroh  Purwodadi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan pemberian materi dan praktik pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah  pemilik UMKM di Kecamatan Toroh berjumlah 20 orang. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik. Evaluasi kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan alat bagi pemerintah dalam mencapai tujuan untuk mendapatkan penerimaan baik yang bersifat langsung maupun tidak langsung dari masyarakat guna membiayai pengeluaran rutin serta pembangunan nasional dan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perangkat desa kepada masyarakat dalam pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti telah melakukan surfei dan penelitian di Desa Kauman baik dari perangkat desa maupun dari masyarakat wajib pajak. Hasil dari penelitian baik dari sisi perangkat desa sebagai pemungut pajak dan masyarakat desa sebagai pembayar pajak. Penelitian ini lebih menitik beratkan pada Peran Perangkat Desa dalam meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak bagi masyarakat Desa Kauman Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Herzberg yaitu dengan memberi hal-hal yang mendorong karyawan adalah pekerjaan yang menantang yang mencakup perasaan berprestasi, bertanggung jawab, kemajuan, dapat menikmati pekerjaan itu sendiri dan adanya pengakuan atas semua itu. Dengan memaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan didukung dari sumber wawancara dan studi lapangan, Sedangkan lokasi penelitian ini adalah pada masyarakat Desa Kauman Kecamatan Bojonegoro. Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis menemukan beberapa faktor utama faktor yang mempengaruhi realisasi PBB yaitu kurang pengetian masyarakat terhadap kewajiban pembayaran PBB, kurangnya penyuluhan dari aparat, dan tidak mempunyai kesadaran membayar PBB karena kemiskinan. Dan juga seharusnya terobosan-terobosan agar pendapatan terpenuhi baik dari perangkat maupun masyarakat Desa Kauman Kecamatan Bojonegoro. Kata Kunci : Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Realisasi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan

Abstract

The quality of public service of making e-ID card is a form of public service needed by society as personal identity. In the context of making e-ID card in Rungkut District Office of Surabaya City still found the complaints of the community. These complaints include the timing of incorrect e-ID card making. The formulation of the problem in this research is "How is the quality of e-ID card service for the people in Rungkut Sub-district of Surabaya City". The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of e-ID card service for the community in Rungkut Sub-district, Surabaya City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Technique of data collecting done by questioner to 60 respondents, observation, and document. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the quality of e-ID card making service in Rungkut District Office that get good value is service requirement, service procedure, fairness of cost, courtesy and friendliness, service announcement, complaint procedure, suggestion and input, employee response. Those who get less value are service time, cost match, service result, officer ability, responsibility officer, disciplinary officer.Keywords: E-ID Card Service, Quality of Service, Qualitative

Abstract

The attitude of independence for students in Islamic boarding schools is a value manifested in behavior (attitude) that is formed through entrepreneurial practice activities. One aspect that encourages the success of students in developing an attitude of independence is called entrepreneurship education. This research approach was qualitative with descriptive analysis method, one of them with a case study. The objective of the research are 1) to describee and analyze the curriculum design of boarding school. 2) to describe and analyze learning methods in Islamic Boarding School. 3) to describe and analyze the development of entrepreneurial independence attitudes for students. The result of the study are: 1) there is no entrepreneurship curiculum at Islamic boarding school, but the students directly go to the field to doing practice; 2) entrepreneurship learning methods are delivered directly by teachers to the students; 3) the development of students independence attitude includes discipline, honesty, responsibility, action-oriented.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the role of teacher’s professional attitude on mediating the effect of GPG principles implementation and school climate on economic teacher’s performance of SHS/Islamic SHS in Purbalingga Regency. The approach that used on this research is a quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this research are all of senior high school / islamic senior high school economic teachers in Purbalingga District, on amount 30 teachers with 30 sample. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance by using SmartPLS version 2.0.m3 software. The results of this research showed that: (1) the direct effect on the economic teacher’s performance is only influenced by school climate with contribution value of 57.2%; (2) the direct effect on the teacher's professional attitude is only influenced by GPG principles implementation with contribution value of 84.8%; (3) the teacher's professional attitude is not proven mediating the influence of GPG principles implementation and school climate on economic teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This study has the purpose of improving the science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students after the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type of cooperative learning model was applied in forming soil material. The method of this study was experimental research. The instrument of this study was tests and non-tests. The results showed that the cooperative learning model of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) could improve students' science process skills with the value obtained from the N-gain test of 0.72 (high) in the experimental class 1 and 0.76 (high) in the experimental class 2. The cognitive learning outcomes of students have increased by 0.54 (moderate) in the experimental classes 1 and 2 with the classical completeness of 86.1% and 88.89%. This study concluded that the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model has effectively improved students' science process skills.

Abstract

This study aims at finding a synergetic partnership model between vocational high schools (SMK) with stakeholders for the educational implementation of SMK in developing their graduate entrepreneurship. The study employed Research and Development as research method. The first-year results of the study are as follows: (1) a synergetic and sustainable partnership between SMK and stakeholders in developing the graduate entrepreneurship is very essential mainly in the aspects of curriculum development, implementation of learning strategies, utilization of human resources, evaluation, and distribution of graduates; (2) the existing partnership between SMK and stakeholders has not specifically developed graduate entrepreneurship, but more in the form of implementation of industrial working practices (prakerin) which includes learning activities, utilization of human resources, and evaluation of learning; (3) partnership between SMK and stakeholders is very necessary, starting from the planning and development of the curriculum.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pembelajaran sejatinya mempunyai tugas untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan karakter kepada siswa agar bermanfaat bagi kehidupannya. Upaya ini terkait erat dengan sajian mata pelajaran di sekolah, termasuk di dalamnya materi menulis kreatif yang tercakup dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Dalam studi pendahuluan ketika tim melakukan pengabdian di SMA Islam Batu, diketahui bahwa siswa di SMA Islam Batu sangat senang bercerita. Keterampilan berbicara siswa lebih baik daripada keterampilan menulisnya. Siswa merasa kesulitan ketika menuangkan ide cerita ke dalam sebuah karya kreatif, khususnya puisi atau cerpen. Kesulitan ini terletak pada kebingungan siswa untuk memulai menulis, semangat menulis siswa yang cenderung rendah, model pembelajaran yang dipergunakan guru belum memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengeksplorasi ide. Hal ini tentu sangat mengganggu dan perlu diselesaikan dengan segera, mengingat KD di kelas X-XII, baik itu mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk peminatan maupun umum menuntut siswa dapat menulis kreatif. Selain itu, industri kreatif saat ini memungkinkan siswa untuk dapat berkarya dan membuka peluang bagi siswa untuk mengaktualisasikan diri sekaligus dapat menjadi media promosi agar SMA Islam Batu lebih dapat diperhitungkan di masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan, akhirnya dihasilkan model pembelajaran KTM (Kreatif, Mandiri, dan Kreatif) Berbasis Lingkungan Sosial untuk Siswa SMA. Model pembelajaran ini dinilai dapat mengarahkan siswa untuk lebih kreatif dan mandiri, karena siswa dihadapkan pada persoalan riil dan siswa diminta untuk mencari solusi atas persoalan yang diangkatnya sebagai ide pembuatan karya kreatif.Education and learning actually have the duty to provide knowledge, skills, and character to students so that they benefit their lives. This effort is closely related to the presentation of subjects in schools, including creative writing material included in Indonesian language subjects. In a preliminary study when the team did service at the Batu Islam High School, it was found that students in Batu Islamic High School were very happy to tell stories. Students’ speaking skills are better than their writing skills. Students feel difficult when putting story ideas into a creative work, especially poetry or short stories. This difficulty lies in the confusion of students to start writing, the spirit of writing students who tend to be low, the learning model used by the teacher has not facilitated students to explore ideas. This is certainly very disturbing and needs to be resolved immediately, considering KD in class X-XII, whether it is Indonesian language for specialization or general subjects requires students to be creative writing. In addition, the creative industry now allows students to be able to work and open opportunities for students to actualize themselves as well as being a media for promotion so that Batu Islam High School can be more calculated in the community. By using the development research method, finally the KTM (Creative, Independent, and Creative) learning model based on the Social Environment for High School Students was produced. This learning model is considered to be able to direct students to be more creative and independent, because students are faced with real problems and students are asked to find solutions to the problems he raised as the idea of making creative works.

Abstract

Classroom-based  action research (CAR) for high school math teachers is very important to develop their professionalism.  To improve the competence of teachers, a development of CAR  training  model  based  on  mentoring  is  needed.  This  study  aims  to  produce  an appropriate  CAR  training  model  based  on  mentoring  to  improve  teachers? professionalism.  This study employed research and development (R & D) model, then the procedure pursued in this research started from  (1) literature study, (2) preliminary field study,  (3)  needs  analysis,  (4)  preparing  the  training  model  design,  (5)  performing validation model, (6) revising the model, (7) preparing hypothetical model of training, (8) performing limited testing and expanded trials, and (9) revising the final model through the  focus  group  discussion   (FGD-2),  experts,  and  practitioners   to  obtain  the  final model.The   result   shows   that:  (1)  the  product   which   is  validated   by  experts   and practitioners  obtains  a mean  score  of 62.15  (good  qualification),  (2) the final  training model is very feasible to be used by the indication of the its mean score at 3.59 (very high) for its usefulness, the mean score of 3.48 (very high) for its practicality, the mean score of3.58  (very  high)  for  its  feasibility.  The  implementation   of  training  program  is  alsocapable of producing  CAR research reports. The conclusions  of research is that the final model of CAR training based on mentoring and its training instruments are very feasible to be used to improve the professionalism  of senior high school math teachers in Brebes.
