Abstract

Penelitian Ini Berjudul Pentingnya Peran Bimbingan Konseling Dan Peran Guru Agama Dalam Penyelesaian Masalah  Peserta Didik Di Smp 7 Palembang. Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana peran Bimbingan Konseling Dan Peran Guru Agama Dalam Penyelesaian Masalah  Peserta Didik Di Smp 7 Palembang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Bimbingan Konseling Dan Peran Guru Agama Dalam Penyelesaian Masalah  Peserta Didik Di Smp 7 Palembang. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek alamiah, dimana penulis adalah sebagai instrumen kunci. Berdasarkan objek kajian, penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yang bersifat literer atau kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan beberapa sumber tertulis seperti buku “Catatan Kasus” Peserta Didik dengan objek kajian pada penelitian ini, jurnal, artikel, serta web untuk mendukung data terkait topik pembahasan. Setiap individu pasti menghadapi tantangan yang mungkin dapat diatasi atau sulit untuk diatasi. Umumnya, orang mencari alternatif penyelesaian dengan berbicara kepada keluarga, guru, teman, atau ahli agama. Namun, tidak semua orang mampu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Di lingkungan pendidikan seperti di SMP 7 Palembang, terdapat layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling yang bertugas menangani masalah siswa. Tantangan umum di sekolah ini mencakup perkelahian, pemalakan, bolos, dan kecenderungan siswa menjadi introvert.  Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak hanya berperan sebagai pendengar yang baik, tetapi juga membantu siswa introvert atau yang memiliki masalah lain agar berani berbicara tentang permasalahan yang mereka hadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif, berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis sumber buku catatan kasus untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai permasalahan di SMP 7 Palembang, dengan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai hasil akhir penelitian.

Abstract

Every organization, including government agencies, aims to provide optimal services and compete effectively. This research aims to investigate, identify, and analyze the implementation of the SIMTANAS policy in Bone Regency using a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, unstructured interviews, and a review of relevant literature and documents. Informants included the Head of the Bone Regency Land Office, SIMTANAS implementation staff, the project coordinator for land digitalization, and Bone Regency residents using SIMTANAS services, such as farmer groups and local communities involved in land use. Data analysis was conducted using the Interactive Model Analysis technique. The results indicate that the implementation of SIMTANAS in Bone Regency is influenced by six main factors: policy standards, resources, inter-organizational communication, implementer characteristics, social, economic, and political conditions, and the disposition of the implementers.

Abstract

The presence of a public service mall as a regional government step in creating a new service system and adapting to community demands has not been completely successful in providing quality services to the community. The fear of failure, lack of incentive to innovate, lack of employee development and learning in improving performance, as well as lack of employee understanding of service programs, are the main problems in providing services at the Public Service Mall. This problem is indicated to occur in the organizational aspect, so this research was conducted to determine the influence of organizational culture and public service innovation on the effectiveness of public services at the Maros Regency public service mall. So that researchers can easily find the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture and service innovation on the effectiveness of public services, quantitative research methods are used. The sample in this study amounted to 98 people. Data sourced from distributing questionnaires was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of public services at the Maros Regency Public Service Mall is predominantly influenced by Organizational Culture. The influence given is 14.9%. Public Service Innovation does not have an impact on increasing service effectiveness at the Maros Regency public service mall. Taken together, organizational culture and service innovation do not affect the effectiveness of public services. As the dominant variable in the research, organizational culture also influences the implementation of service innovation in Maros Regency public service malls by 41.6%. The Maros Regency Government, in maximizing the role of the Public Service Mall in improving the quality of public services, needs to maximize strategic innovation and governance innovation, because a strong organizational culture also needs to be supported by achievement and management strategies, to achieve the mission of increasing the effectiveness of public services in Maros Regency.

Abstract

Increasing water demand for various needs can be a complex problem so it is necessary to manage water resources. Analysis of hydrological data is very necessary to get information about water resources where the information can be used as a benchmark for planning a water resources builder. One of hydrological analysis is the analysis of rainfall data where this analysis uses frequency distribution analysis and rain return periods. There are four types of distribution used, namely normal distribution, normal log distribution, Gumbel distribution and type III log Pearson distribution. The goodness of fit test uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, Chi-Square and Anderson-Darling. Rainfall return calculation is calculated when it is known the type of distribution of the data studied. This research uses rainfall data of Long Iram Sub-Distric, West Kutai Distric in 2013 to 2017 obtained from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) of Samarinda City. The results from research showed that the Gumbel distribution was the right distribution or distribution that was the best with the results of the return period of rain for the return period of 2 years obtained by rainfall of 519 mm, 5-year return period of 796 mm, 10-year return period of 980 mm, return period 20 years of 1.154 mm, a 50 year return period of 1.348 mm and in a 100 year return period of 1.752 mm.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini Pada awal April tahun 2020 WHO mengeluarkan anjuran untuk menggunakan masker bagi semua masyarakat baik yang sehat maupun yang sakit. Adanya kewajiban menggunakan masker oleh semua masyarakat, tentu akan diikuti dengan sampah/limbah masker yang dihasilkan. Pemerintah melalui kementerian kesehatan sebenarnya sudah mengeluarkan pedoman mengenai pengelolaan limbah masker dari masyarakat. Namun pada aplikasinya masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui bagaimana cara pengelolaan limbah masker ini dalam skala rumah tangga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan arahan mengenai tahap-tahap pengelolaan limbah masker yang tepat dimasa wabah covid-19 pada skala rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif . Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskripsi kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui teknik perekaman, observasi, wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kelurahan Terjun Kecamatan Medan Marelan secara umum, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampel Acak Sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) sebanyak 25 responden. Adapun analisa data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan data analisa deskriptif kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan dan tabel. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini adalah, melakukan penyusunan latar belakang, permasalahan, dan tinjauan pustaka, selanjutnya tahapan pengumpulan data melalui teknik perekaman, observasi dan wawancara. Tahapan selanjutnya melakukan reduksi data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak masyarakat kelurahan terjun yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana cara pengelolaan sampah/limbah masker sekali pakai dalam skala rumah tangga dan hanya sedikit saja masyarakat yang mengetahui bagaimana cara pengelolaan sampah/limbah masker sekali pakai dalam skala rumah tangga. saran dari penelitian ini perlu adanya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah setempat agar pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan limbah masker sekali pakai tidak rendah. Sehingga dapat mengakibatkan bisa menularkan virus Covid-19 atau penyakit lain kepada warga yang sehat apabila pengelolaan limbah masker sekali pakai pada skala rumah tangga tidak tepat dan benar dalam pengelolaannya jika masker sekali pakai tersebut terinfeksi suatu penyakit dan Pemerintah seharusnya menyediakan tempat sampah/drop box khusus masker di ruang publik, karena tempat sampah khusus masker sangat jarang ditemukan diruang publik.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a significant malnutrition problem in Indonesia, and community health cadres play a vital role in addressing it through programs like Care for Child Development (CCD) training. This study aimed to delineate the knowledge and self-efficacy of cadres who participated in CCD training in Yogyakarta in 2018, comparing their status in 2022.  Methods: In October 2022, a quantitative cross-sectional approach was utilized to examine the knowledge and self-efficacy of 56 cadres who had undergone CCD training in 2018, organized by the same authors and documented in a prior publication, with participants selected through total sampling. Three instruments were utilized, including a participant demographic survey, the CKCDI, and the GSES. The paired t-test was employed to analyzed the data.  Results: The study's results reveal a significant difference (p=0.002) in the mean knowledge scores of cadres following their participation in the Care For Child Development (CCD) training program in 2018 and four years later. The mean score was 13.39 in 2018, decreased to 11.9 in 2022. Likewise, the self-efficacy component among cadres exhibited a reduction, with mean scores of 30.93 in 2018 and 29.4 in 2022. However, it is important to note that there is no statistically significant difference in self-efficacy (p=0.106). The decline in average knowledge scores over the four-year period may be attributed to potential knowledge decay.  Conclusion: This study underscores the significance of sustained training and support for community health workers, emphasizing the need for flexible approaches to maintain their knowledge and self-efficacy over time.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of climate change campaign by Blackpink towards the Blink Official Indonesia (BOI) community. Currently, the modern diplomacy practice is no longer focusing on the state actor but more importantly, involving non-state actor, especially public figures or celebrities as the ambassador to carry out specific mission of the states or international organizations at the global level. An example of such development is the appointment of South Korea-based music group Blackpink as the goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Climate Change Conference 26 (COP 26) in 2021. The selection of Blackpink as the COP26 ambassador was intended to improve awareness on the global campaign against climate change, especially within the BLINK – Blackpink fans community – worldwide through #ClimateActionInYourArea campaign in the Blackpink official Youtube account. This study used a survey method of 203 sample respondents from a population of followers from BOI accounts on Instagram using probability sampling technique. The analysis results show that Blackpink’s celebrity diplomacy campaign encourages Blink Indonesia to develop interest in climate change issues by making donations and emphasizing the importance of climate action in their neighborhood. Such findings confirm the expected effect of attraction tactic of soft power strategy in the current diplomatic practice, that is to co-opt the perception of targeted audience towards specific issue in international relations.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSmart-HPV merupakan aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai HPV dan vaksinasi HPV. Belum diketahui mengenai usabilitas dan kepuasan aplikasi Smart-HPV pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Tujuan Penelitian:Mengetahui gambaran usabilitas dan kepuasan terhadap Smart-HPV terkait pengetahuan tentang vaksinasi HPV pada remaja di sekolah menengah atas. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan dari Februari 2020–April 2021. Sampel penelitian ialah siswa SMA yang memiliki PIK-KRR di Kota Yogyakarta yang menggunakan Smart-HPV sebagai media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait vaksinasi HPV. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner technology acceptance model (TAM) yang terdiri atas perceived ease of use (PEOU) untuk kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi Smart-HPV dan perceived usefulness (PU) untuk kebermanfaatan penggunaan aplikasi. Data dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil: Sebagian besar rata-rata usabilitas dan kepuasan terhadap desain aplikasi dinilai mudah (75%) dan bermanfaat (88,9%). Rata-rata uji validitas muka terkait aplikasi Smart-HPV sebesar 95,9%. Diskusi: Aplikasi Smart-HPV diminati oleh siswa dan terbukti kemanfaatannya sebagai media edukasi untuk pengetahuan terhadap vaksinasi HPV. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi Smart HPV efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepuasan tentang vaksinasi HPV pada remaja di sekolah. Remaja diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Smart-HPV sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dalam memperoleh informasi terkait HPV dan vaksin HPV.Kata Kunci: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, smartphone, vaksinasi HPV         Usability and User Satisfaction of SMART-HPV Application as an Educational Medium for Knowledge about HHPV Vaccination ABSTRACTSmart-HPV is an application that serves as a health education medium to increase knowledge about HPV and HPV vaccination. The usability and satisfaction of the Smart-HPV application in high school students have not been identified. Objective: To identify the usability and satisfaction of Smart-HPV related to knowledge about HPV vaccination in adolescents at high schools. Methods: This research employed descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. It was conducted from February 2020–April 2021. The research samples were high school students who had PIK-KRR in Yogyakarta City and used Smart-HPV as an educational medium to increase knowledge about HPV vaccination. The samples were selected using consecutive sampling. Data were collected using the technology acceptance model (TAM) questionnaire, which consisted of perceived ease of use (PEOU) for the ease of use of Smart-HPV application, and perceived usefulness (PU) for the usefulness of using the application. Data were analyzed univariately. Results: Most of the average usability and satisfaction regarding the application design were easy (75%) and useful (88.9%). The average face validity test related to the Smart-HPV application was 95.9%. Discussion: Students were interested in the Smart-HPV application, and its usefulness as an educational medium for knowledge of HPV vaccination was proven. Conclusion: Smart HPV application effectively increases knowledge and satisfaction about HPV vaccination in adolescents at school. Adolescents are expected to be able to take advantage of the Smart-HPV application as a learning medium so that obtaining information related to HPV and the HPV vaccine will be easier.Keywords: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, smartphone, HPV vaccination

Sampah masih menjadi masalah yang sampai saat ini belum terselesaikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu partisipasi masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk mengelolah sampah agar lingkungan terjaga dan bersih. Adapun judul penelitian yaitu  “Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Sampah Di Saluran Irigasi Dusun Palece’’ memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di saluran irigasi dusun palece, berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah di saluran irigasi dusun palece. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi awal, kuesioner, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah cenderung tinggi dan partisipasi masyarakat sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan sampah. Hal ini dikarenakan warga masyarakat banyak yang menyetujui bahwa sampah adalah sesuatu yang harus dibuang oleh karena itu masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam mengelolah sampah lalu membuangnya ke tempat sampah.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effectiveness of using Kahoot as a learning media to improve students' learning outcomes in the Marketing Management course. The research was conducted on students of the Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Indragiri. The research method used was a Quasi Experimental Design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 100 students divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The results of the study showed a significant difference in students' learning outcomes between the group that used Kahoot as a learning media and the group that used conventional learning methods. The t-test results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes in the experimental group, with a mean posttest score of 84.07 compared to the control group, which only achieved a mean posttest score of 73.83. This indicates that the use of Kahoot as a learning media can improve students' learning outcomes in the Financial Management course. Based on the research results, it is concluded that Kahoot can be used as an effective learning media to improve students' learning outcomes in the Financial Management course. As a suggestion, the use of Kahoot as a learning media can be applied to other courses as an alternative to improve the quality of learning in higher education. Additionally, further research can be conducted involving a larger sample size and more complex research design to test the effectiveness of Kahoot in using learning media at a higher level.
