Abstract

This research focuses on exploring the extent to which the application/implementation of Permendag No. 31 of 2023 concerning Business Licensing, Advertising, Development, and Supervision of Business Actors in Trading Through Electronic Systems towards the Merger of Social Commerce TikTok Shop with E-commerce Tokopedia and how it impacts MSME actors which includes protection and an increase in their business turnover. This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Permendag No. 31 of 2023 is towards the merger of TikTok Shop with Tokopedia and to find out the impact on MSME players both in terms of Legal Protection and turnover income. In answering the problems in this study, we use a legal research method, namely Normative Juridical, where we focus on legal studies of Permendag No. 31 of 2023. The author examines the extent to which the implementation of the presence of the Permendag for MSME actors and the merger of TikTok Shop with Tokopedia. So in the end, we find the conclusion that the presence of this Permendag has fulfilled the need to protect business actors who carry out their activities through PMSE and the merger between TikTok Shop and Tokopedia which then merged into Shop Tokopedia which is currently managed under Tokopedia is by the contents of Permendag Number 31 of 2023, namely social commerce is not allowed to provide transaction services in it. Social media only functions as a social media service.

Abstract

Administering public affairs and constitutions in China and Russia differ significantly. China operates under a communist-democratic system dominated by the Communist Party, characterized by a centralized administrative structure. In contrast, Russia transitioned from the Soviet regime to a multiparty political system with a market economy led by a presidential system. A literature review method was employed to analyze relevant sources such as books and journals to understand these differing administrative and constitutional systems. The findings reveal that China vertically integrates its political structure under the dominance of the Communist Party, while Russia exhibits a multi-partypolitical dynamic focused on presidential executive power. This comparison provides insights into how governmental structure and constitution influence political stability and administrative effectiveness in both countries, pertinent to complex international governance and public policy frameworks.

Abstract

Contextual teaching is a contextual teaching learning, namely learning that helps lecturers in relating the material being taught to students' real-world situations and encourages students to make connection between their knowledge and its application to their daily lives. This involves seven main components of effective learning, namely; constructivism, questioning, inquiry, learning community, modeling, reflection and authentic assessment n English Education students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This research was carried out at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta in approximately four months from August 2021 to November 2021. The subjects of this study were students of the first semester of Sentence Building. Research data sources are from lecturers and students. The data are texts of the assignments and tests and the results of analysis answers. Data were collected through the collection of tasks and tests, and observations, then validated using triangulation of methods and data sources. The data analysis technique uses a calculation formula. The data of the impact of the implementation are analyzed by describing and presenting. The use of contextual analysis improves students' understanding. The results obtained were as many as 20 students scored above 70 or 76.92% and 6 students achieved standard indicator scores or about 23%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif pada materi Hak dan Kwajiban untuk kelas 3 sekolah dasar. Pengembangan media ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan media berbasis teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta masih diterapkannya metode konvensional yang membuat siswa cepat jenuh dan kurang tertarik untuk belajar. Tahap analisis dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara guru untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan media. Selanjutnya, media dirancang dengan menggabungkan unsur gambar, animasi, audio, dan video pembelajaran yang interaktif. Setelah dikembangkan, media diimplementasikan pada siswa kelas 3 SD, kemudian dievaluasi untuk perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif ini efektif dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Hak dan Kewajiban. Guru dan siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan media ini karena penyajian materi yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif ini dapat dijadikan alternatif bagi guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Hak dan Kewajiban.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melihat dampak dari Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan manufaktur dalam sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Satu perusahaan dipilih sebagai contoh untuk tahun 2012–2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, yang diproses menggunakan program Eviews 9. Seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh temuan penelitian, rasio hutang ke ekuitas tidak mempengaruhi NPM. Menurut penelitian ini, likuiditas berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan perusahaan dengan likuiditas yang lebih besar cenderung menghasilkan laba bersih yang lebih tinggi. Di sisi lain, struktur permodalan yang dikaji tidak berdampak signifikan pada profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of the values of Surah Al-Insyirah in counseling guidance to help individuals overcome life's difficulties. Life's difficulties are an indispensable part of the human journey that requires mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience. In the modern context, the pressures of life are increasingly complex with challenges such as work, social relationships, health, and the economy. Effective counseling guidance can help overcome such difficulties, and approaches that incorporate spiritual values are often more effective in providing inner peace and long-term solutions. Surah Al-Insyirah, which was revealed to give encouragement and motivation to the Prophet Muhammad, contains important messages about optimism, firmness of faith, and trust in Allah SWT. This research uses descriptive method with library research approach, collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature. The results showed that the values in Surah Al-Insyirah can be applied in counseling guidance through techniques such as relaxation, meditation, journaling, group guidance, and spiritual activities. This approach not only helps clients better deal with difficulties but also strengthens their mental and spiritual resilience. The integration of the values of Surah Al-Insyirah in counseling guidance provides a holistic dimension that enriches the counseling process and provides more in-depth support for the client. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan nilai-nilai dari Surah Al-Insyirah dalam bimbingan konseling untuk membantu individu mengatasi kesulitan hidup. Kesulitan hidup adalah bagian tak terpisahkan dari perjalanan manusia yang memerlukan ketahanan mental, emosional, dan spiritual. Dalam konteks modern, tekanan hidup semakin kompleks dengan berbagai tantangan seperti pekerjaan, hubungan sosial, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Bimbingan konseling efektif dapat membantu mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, dan pendekatan yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai spiritual seringkali lebih efektif dalam memberikan ketenangan batin dan solusi jangka panjang. Surah Al-Insyirah, yang diturunkan untuk memberikan semangat dan motivasi kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, mengandung pesan-pesan penting tentang optimisme, keteguhan iman, dan tawakal kepada Allah SWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dalam Surah Al-Insyirah dapat diterapkan dalam bimbingan konseling melalui teknik-teknik seperti relaksasi, meditasi, journaling, bimbingan kelompok, dan aktivitas spiritual. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya membantu klien menghadapi kesulitan dengan lebih baik tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan mental dan spiritual mereka. Integrasi nilai-nilai Surah Al-Insyirah dalam bimbingan konseling memberikan dimensi holistik yang memperkaya proses konseling dan memberikan dukungan yang lebih mendalam bagi klien.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of corporate image, service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of PT Verena Multi Finance Tbk. Quantitative methods were used to analyze data with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. A survey of 311 respondents was selected using random sampling technique. The results of the study showed that company image had no significant effect on satisfaction, while service quality and promotion had a significant effect on satisfaction. Company image and service quality have insignificant influence on loyalty. Promotion and customer satisfaction have a strong influence on loyalty. Customer satisfaction as an intervening variable can fully mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is not the right mediation for image and promotion in increasing customer loyalty. Corporate image is the lowest factor in an effort to increase customer loyalty, companies need to improve marketing communications, especially in social media related to reputation in the community including product differentiation. Service quality has a great effect on customer satisfaction, so it needs to be maintained in meeting customer expectations through training. Customer satisfaction also has a significant effect that must be maintained.

Abstract

The point of this inquire about is to decide the impact of intellectual capital and Islamic corporate governance on the execution of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This sharia keeping money company will be recorded on the Indonesian Stock Trade (IDX Syariah) in 2020-2022. The intellectual capital degree was supplanted by the Islamic Bank-Value added intellectual Coefficient (iB-VAIC) and Islamic corporate governance was supplanted by the administration proprietorship degree. This research is quantitative inquire about. The sample was decided employing a purposive sampling strategy, tests were taken from 14 sharia banks between 2020 - 2022, coming about in 42 observations. The data used is secondary data and the data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression method. This method performs a arrangement of classic assumption tests to check the appropriateness of the information. The data processing used in this research uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The comes about of this research show that intellectual capital includes a negative and significant impact on the execution of Islamic banks, whereas Islamic governance encompasses a positive and significant influence. affected by the operational execution of sharia banking. Based on the comes about of the simultaneous  test (F test), it appears that all independent variables simultaneously or together influence the dependent variable.

Abstract

The biggest death in the world due to hypertension, cases of hypertension increase with age. Treatment of hypertension can be done using nonpharmacological therapies such as progressive muscle relaxation therapy and hypertension exercise which have been proven to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Knowing the difference in effectiveness between progressive muscle relaxation therapy and hypertension exercise in reducing blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Margorejo Gilingan Village, Banjarsari, Surakarta. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design with a pretestposttest design without a control group design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 60 respondents which were divided into two groups, namely 30 respondents in the progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention group and 30 respondents in the hypertension exercise intervention group. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. The results of the Wilcoxon test in the progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention group and the hypertension exercise intervention group showed a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure with a Sig value. (2- tailed) in both groups, namely 0.000 where the p value. Conclusion: There is a significant difference between progressive muscle relaxation therapy and hypertension exercise in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

Abstract

Current educational developments require integration between academic learning and student character formation. One of the characteristics related to global issues is love of the environment, which can be instilled from an early age through a practical activity-based approach. The CILUKBA (Environmental Love Makes Us Happy) program is an initiative to teach the values of environmental love through science learning. This research aims to evaluate the success of the "CILUKBA" program in building environmentally caring character in grade 6 students at SD Negeri 3 Glodogan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects involved 23 students, consisting of 10 male students and 13 female students. The research results show that the "CILUKBA" program has succeeded in increasing students' awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, demonstrated through activities of planting plants, managing plastic waste, and practicing environmentally friendly habits. In addition, students actively demonstrate sustainable environmental love behavior in their daily activities. In conclusion, the "CILUKBA" program is effective as a character-based science learning strategy to foster the value of love for the environment in elementary school students.        Keywords: character education, love of the environment, natural sciences, CILUKBA.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v25i3.pp1593-1603
