Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all sectors of human life, especially the economic sector. The company organization as the main support for the economic sector must quickly respond to this condition. The Human Resources Department (HRD) as the division that manages human resources (HR) in corporate organizations has a very strategic role in efforts to maintain and improve employee competence so that the company can survive. Therefore, this article aims to obtain the necessary knowledge comprehensively related to the role and strategy of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) in an effort to increase employee competence during the COVID-19 pandemic and the new normal era in corporate organizations. Abstract

One of the training methods that can improve employee soft skills is Outbound Management Training (OMT). Outbound management training is a training program that is generally known as an alternative method of similar training using indoor media. The research was conducted on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Pekanbaru City where in every year before the Covid 19 pandemic, almost most of the ASN in Pekanbaru city through Local Government Organizations (OPD) participated in outbound management training activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to phenomenology. Descriptive approach can be interpreted as a problem solving procedure that is investigated by describing or describing the state of the subject or object of research (people, institutions and society) at the present time based on the facts that appear and as they are. The results of this study are the correct and effective implementation of outbound management training will be able to improve the soft skills of participants, especially in the aspects of intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the Analysis of Character, Collaboration, and Competence of Teachers/Facilitators at Ar Ruhama Natural School in Pekanbaru City. The research method employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis in the form of frequency tables. The findings of this study indicate that the teachers/facilitators at Ar Ruhama Natural School in Pekanbaru demonstrate good daily behavioral characteristics, exhibit proficient collaboration skills, and possess a high level of competence.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Relationship Marketing Strategy in the Social Benefit dimension of PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar Regency. With a total of 140 respondents, through descriptive analysis the results of the application of relationship marketing strategies in the social benefit dimension were high with an average score of 4.31 with the highest score being 4.46 with the statement "employees show a friendly attitude, smile and say their name." when serving customers” and the lowest with a score of 3.95 with the statement “employees serve customers well

Abstract

Nutrients in fish waste can cause pollution (eutrophication) when directly discharged into waters. Efforts to minimize this can be done by processing fish waste into POC. Making POC from fish waste can be done by adding ecoenzymes. The purpose of this study was to observe the organoleptic, pH and nutrient content of POC from fish waste with and without the addition of ecoenzymes. The stages of the study were ecoenzyme production, POC products, organileptic tests, pH observations, and analysis of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) content. Based on the results of the study on the observation of organoleptic odor tests before fermentation, Bucket 1 without the addition of ecoenzyme has a slightly rotten and fishy odor, reddish brown in color, pH 6, after fermentation it has a sour and fishy odor, brown in color pH 5. Bucket 2 With the addition of ecoenzyme has a slightly rotten and fishy odor, reddish brown in color, pH 5, after fermentation it has a slightly sour and fishy odor, brown in color, pH 4. The NPK content in bucket 1 without the addition of ecoenzyme is 0.35%, 0.19%, 0.09%, in bucket 2 with the addition of ecoenzyme is 0.57%, 0.32%, 0.12%.

Abstract

Romiana Fashion adalah usaha jasa jahit kebaya yang telah berkembang di Kota X namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun identitas visual yang kuat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk memperkuat brand image usaha ini adalah melalui pelatihan desain logo yang dilaksanakan untuk pemilik usaha dan staf terkait. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam membuat desain logo yang efektif, serta memaksimalkan potensi branding melalui elemen visual yang profesional. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan teori dan praktik langsung menggunakan software desain grafis. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu merancang logo yang sesuai dengan karakter usaha mereka, serta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pentingnya branding untuk keberhasilan usaha. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan Romiana Fashion dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

This study aims to descriptively analyze work motivation, competence, work engagement, and the performance of teachers and supervisors at Insan Cendekia Boarding School (ICBS) Harau Payakumbuh. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a total of 211 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistical techniques, including mean scores and class interval categorization. The results indicate that, in general, work motivation, competence, work engagement, and the performance of teachers and supervisors fall into the good category. However, several indicators related to welfare and professional development remain in the fairly good category, particularly those concerning allowances, future security, and the production of scientific publications. These findings provide managerial implications for educational institution administrators in formulating sustainable human resource management policies.
