Abstract

Masalah pokok penelitian ini adalah manajemen pembelajaran siswa Taman Kanak-kanak. Artikel ini dibangun dengan sub masalah sebagai berikut, Bagaimana program dakwah pada kelompok Usia Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak tentang Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelompok Usia Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak, Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori manajemen. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dengan lima informan (kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua) dan sumber data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Teknik pengolahan analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan Bimbingan dan Pengenalan Dakwah pada Kelompok Usia Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak harus dikelola secara optimal, inovasi baru dalam program kerja tidak hanya berfokus pada kajian Al-Qur'an. Dan pengenalan Dakwah pada Kelompok Usia Sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak harus dilakukan dan disosialisasikan secara maksimal. Berikan motivasi, berikan nasihat, jika ada waktu luang.

Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual structure of research regarding the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) in the development of Islamic finance. This mapping includes bibliographic analysis, keywords, and a network map of research trends. This study uses the bibliometric method by utilizing the Biblioshiny and Vos Viewer analysis tools. The researcher used 315 articles published on the Scopus page from 1988–2023. The results show that in the last 10 years, a topic about SSB has received great attention from researchers with an increase in article production. This topic has been discussed by authors from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Bangladesh. The results of the study also show that there are five clusters consisting of the role of SSB in the implementation of shariah governance; the role of SSB in encouraging the development of Islamic finance; SSB in improving the performance of Islamic banking; the characteristics of SSB; and the leadership and political system. The results of this study guide researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to understand the direction and focus of the Sharia Advisory Council (SSB) research. Its practical implications include strengthening the conceptual foundation of the SSB, supporting the development of the Islamic finance industry, and potentially becoming the basis for the development of a new conceptual framework in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Kaltim Multi Boga Utama (KMBU) Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kemampuan kerja, pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, dan pengaruh stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dimediasi kemampuan kerja. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan di  PT Kaltim Multi Boga Utama (KMBU) Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 121 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner diukur dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dimediasi kemampuan kerja PT Kaltim Multi Boga Utama (KMBU) Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Kemampuan Kerja, (2) Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, (3) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, (4) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan dimediasi Kemampan Kerja PT Kaltim Multi Boga Utama (KMBU) Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Kaltim Multi Boga Utama (KMBU) Bontang, Kalimantan Timur telah mengelola stres kerja dengan baik sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja dan prestasi kerja karyawan.   Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Metro City has a number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) consisting of Muslims and non-Muslims. Muslim consumers are required in their religion to use only halal products, both processed and processed. Therefore, when searching or buying products, Muslim consumers pay attention to halal logos certified by religious authorities in Indonesia. With the need for halal products, business actors who are sensitive to halal business are also needed so as to affect consumer buying interest. With this, it is felt necessary to dedicate myself to my business to educate the understanding and awareness of business actors in Metro City. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods in community service with data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews with Muslim, non-Muslim MSME business actors and the PSMTI (Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia) community in Metro City. The result of this community service is that MSME actors and the PSMTI community are aware and understand something that is prioritized in determining behavior towards what they eat, drink and use. Halal awareness of products is not only limited to understanding the products contained in choosing raw materials, production processes, production cleanliness and knowledge of the products that will be produced by MSME actors are very important. MSME business actors are very aware and understand 45%, aware and understand 48% and 7% are not aware and understand. The level of awareness and understanding of halal certificates for Muslim MSME actors is very dominant, although there are some who do not understand halal certificates because of ignorance from MSME business actors about the importance of halal certificates. Non-Muslim business actors and the PSMTI Community are also aware and understand the existing halal products

Abstract

One of the important things that causes the formation of good character is the parenting style that parents apply to their children. As technology becomes increasingly sophisticated, digital media is widely used by various groups, from children to the elderly. Lack of parental supervision for children who are essentially unable to differentiate between good and bad with all their curiosity. Many parents normalize this without causing any impact in the future. This can be an inappropriate parenting pattern that greatly affects the success of character education in children. This research aims to educate about the importance of parenting patterns in the character education of children and adolescents in Girikerto village in 2024. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the research subjects being parents from kindergarten, elementary and middle school students for the 2024/2025 academic year who collected 30 people. Data was obtained through interviews and observation. The research results show that there are factors that influence the character development of children and adolescents, including: Parents' neglect of their children due to busy work, parents' dependence on children's formal education, a less conducive home environment, and a high level of gadget addiction.   Abstrak : Salah satu hal penting yang menjadi penyebab terbentuknya karakter yang baik yakni pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua terhadap anaknya. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman teknologi semakin canggih, media digital banyak digunakan berbagai kalangan mulai dari anak-anak hingga lansia. Kurangya pengawasan orang tua pada anak yang hakikatnya belum bisa memilah baik dan buruk dengan segala keingintahuannya. Banyak orangtua yang menormalisasikan hal tersebut tanpa mengkhawatirkan akibat di masa yang akan datang. Hal ini dapat menjadi pola asuh yang tidak tepat sehingga sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pendidikan karakter pada anak. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi tentang pentingnya pola asuh orang tua terhadap pendidikan karakter anak dan remaja di desa Girikerto tahun 2024 melalui Seminar Parenting. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian orang tua dari murid TK, SD, dan SMP tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter anak dan remaja antara lain: Kelalaian orang tua terhadap anak karena kesibukan pekerjaan, bergantungnya orang tua terhadap pendidikan formal anak, lingkungan rumah yang kurang kondusif, tingkat kecanduan gadget yang tinggi. Abstract

Introduction: The mosque has many roles and functions, one of which is economic empowerment. As a place for economic empowerment, mosques must play a role in the economic recovery of people who have experienced adversity during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to find out how is the role of mosques in the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Results: The results of the study show that the Jogokariyan Mosque has succeeded in recovering the community's economy during the pandemic with various programs. These programs are given to the poor in the form of basic necessities and given to MSME actors by holding people's markets; mosques help market participants by providing Al-Qardh loans, providing education about entrepreneurship, and providing free shopping vouchers for the poor and mosque congregations to stimulate sales of people's market participants. Conclusion and suggestion: Mosque administrators must work better in managing their mosques so that mosques can maximize their roles and functions and not only be used as places of worship. The role and function of the mosque can solve all the problems of the congregation.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted to enhance the welfare of the residents in Sumber Sawit Village, Sidorejo District, Magetan Regency, through training in livestock management, financial literacy, and the development of Islamic cooperatives. The village faced key challenges, including limited technical knowledge in livestock management, restricted access to capital, and low financial literacy. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed to actively involve the community in problem identification, training sessions, and program evaluation. The results indicated significant improvements in the community’s capabilities, including more efficient livestock management, enhanced financial literacy, and the utilization of Islamic cooperatives as an alternative community-based financing option. This program received high appreciation from the community and village leaders for its success in creating an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable local economic ecosystem. These findings highlight the effectiveness of a holistic approach that integrates technical training, financial literacy, and cooperative development as a model for empowering communities to support sustainable local economic development.

Abstract

The social construction within society reflects issues of gender-based discrimination, one of which is the unequal treatment of men and women in the field of education. This study aims to explore the urgency of higher education from women's perspectives and to understand the social construction of rural communities regarding higher education for women. The research was conducted in Anjir Pasar Lama Village, Barito Kuala Regency. A qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that in Anjir Pasar Lama Village, there are two prevailing perspectives on higher education for women: some members of the community believe that higher education is very important for women, while others consider it less important. Factors contributing to the low level of higher education among women in the village include early marriage, economic conditions, and a lack of awareness about the importance of higher education for women. The most dominant factor is early marriage. The social construction within the community is shaped by three dialectical processes: internalization, objectivation, and externalization. In this context, gender discrimination in Anjir Pasar Lama Village includes the marginalization of women in education, subordination of women, gender stereotypes, and violence. However, the concept of a double burden is not found, as women are primarily confined to domestic roles.

Abstract

Waste management in Bambangin Village, located along the riverbank, has become a major issue. To address this, a Waste Bank program was initiated as a community-based solution. This study aims to analyze the formation and sustainability of the program through the lens of community empowerment. A qualitative, descriptive approach was used, with data analyzed using an interactive model that includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The Waste Bank was launched by the village head in response to the village’s growing waste problem. It functioned effectively in 2023, but ceased operation in 2024 due to several challenges. The program’s collapse followed the death of the village head, the inability of the management team to continue, a lack of funding, minimal external support, and weak community commitment. The failure was also linked to poor community engagement and the absence of enabling conditions for sustainable participation. The community was not adequately equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for independent waste management. Without practical experience in Waste Bank operations, empowerment efforts fell short. Consequently, improper waste disposal resumed, leading to environmental pollution. This research highlights key challenges and reasons behind the program’s failure, offering valuable lessons for similar initiatives in the future. Further studies should focus on developing sustainable strategies involving stakeholders, exploring funding models, and implementing effective education to boost community participation and ensure the long-term success of Waste Bank programs.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of communication and organizational climate on parental engagement within Kinderfield Elementary School's educational provision in Indonesia. The study aims to investigate how effective communication between school stakeholders and a positive organizational environment influence parents' active participation in their children's education. By examining this relationship, we seek to provide valuable insights for enhancing collaborative efforts among all parties involved in fostering student success. Our findings will contribute to the existing body of knowledge regarding factors that promote meaningful involvement from parents in Indonesian schools.
