Abstract

The development of digital media has created innovative changes and opportunities in the field of marketing. If social media is used and used correctly, marketing through social media can clearly reduce marketing costs in the long run. A real example is Instagram advertising, which tends to be cheaper and more effective than other search engine advertising options. Advertisements can be defined as messages that offer a product aimed at the public through an information medium. This research aims to analyze effect of instagram ads on consumer purchase interest in skin care. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this think about is the number of consumer purchase interest in skin care as Instagram users. Sample of tests for this consideration is 50 consumer purchase interest in skin care as Instagram users. The data analysis method used simple linear regression analysis. The results show that Instagram ads has significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the impact and implications of Government Regulation Number 85 of 2021 on the economic sustainability of fishermen in Indonesia by regulating the sustainable management of fish resources. The issue focuses on discussing how this regulation affects the economic sustainability of fishermen, including its impact on income, welfare and The survival of fishermen. In order to approach this problem, references are used. Data was collected through descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely a form of research that aims to provide a general overview of various types of data collected from the field objectively. This study concludes that regarding the size of the PNBP increase rate for fishermen of around 5-10 percent, we can analyze the contents of the regulations, their impact on fishermen and fisheries entrepreneurs, as well as responses and recommendations related to these regulations and so that these regulations can have an impact on economic progress and the welfare of the actors. business in the fisheries sector by looking at fish prices in very different regions. From the results of this study, the author concludes that the burdensome regulations are regarding the size of the PNBP increase rate for fishermen of around 5-10 percent. Apart from that, the existence of this PP is considered a policy that does not involve the public, in this case fishermen and fisheries business actors. For this reason, fishermen and fisheries business actors demand legal certainty and freedom of business that does not burden them.

Abstract

The advancement of time demands educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), to not only focus on religious education but also equip students (santri) with economic skills to enhance their independence. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of economic empowerment through the Al-Kautsar Dendang Cooperative and identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting service quality and student satisfaction. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature studies, the research found that the cooperative plays a strategic role in meeting students' needs, providing academic supplies, and teaching Sharia-based economic principles. The success of the cooperative is supported by good management and active involvement from the pesantren; however, it still faces challenges such as limited resources and low financial literacy among students. Therefore, optimizing management strategies and entrepreneurship education is essential to enable pesantren cooperatives to contribute more significantly to improving students' welfare and fostering independent, competitive individuals in the modern era

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan alternatif solusi atas permasalahan yang terdapat di UMKM Batik Lasem Rembang berupa pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas produksi serta pelatihan pemasaran digital sebagai upaya memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan creativepreneurship. UMKM ini membutuhkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk mengembangkan usaha serta menciptakan saluran penjualan secara digital. Program ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni: tahap persiapan, tahap edukasi dan pelatihan karyawan mengenai creativepreneurship, dan tahap keberlanjutan program. Target yang dicapai meliputi: terlaksananya pelatihan kepada karyawan Batik Hastadana mengenai pemasaran digital dan creativepreneurship; terlaksananya praktek perancangan desain motif batik berdasarkan trend yang diminati pasar digital; dan regenerasi tenaga kerja muda untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang memiliki daya saing untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Luaran yang dicapai yakni: peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra, peningkatan kualitas produksi dengan penciptaan inovasi 5 desain motif batik, dan regenerasi usia muda yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan, produksi, dan pemasaran batik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi e-commerce berbasis web pada Perusahaan Maslow Digital untuk mengotomatisasi proses penjualan. Sistem penjualan online ini diharapkan mempercepat proses pembelian, mengurangi ketergantungan pada proses manual, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan ramah pengguna untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, memungkinkan pelanggan menemukan produk dan melakukan transaksi dengan mudah. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan SDLC: spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi, penyerahan sistem, dan dukungan pasca-implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maslow Digital, yang sebelumnya mengandalkan penjualan offline, menghadapi tantangan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, proses lambat, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan stok. Implementasi sistem penjualan online berhasil mengatasi masalah ini dengan mengotomatisasi proses penjualan dan manajemen stok, serta meningkatkan layanan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional. Aplikasi e-commerce yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing Maslow Digital, memperluas basis pelanggan, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memungkinkan optimalisasi strategi penjualan dan pemasaran berdasarkan analisis data yang akurat.   This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce application for Maslow Digital to automate the sales process. The online sales system is expected to accelerate the purchasing process, reduce reliance on manual processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. The application is designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface to enhance customer experience, allowing customers to easily find products and make seamless transactions. The development method used is the waterfall method, encompassing SDLC stages: user requirement specification, planning, modeling, construction, system delivery, and post-implementation support. The results show that Maslow Digital, previously reliant on offline sales, faced challenges such as recording errors, slow processes, and difficulties in stock monitoring. The implementation of the online sales system successfully addressed these issues by automating sales and stock management processes, and significantly improving customer service and operational efficiency. The developed e-commerce application is expected to enhance Maslow Digital's market competitiveness, expand its customer base, and provide better customer service. Additionally, the application enables the optimization of sales and marketing strategies based on accurate data analysis.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) merupakan sistem yang menghubungkan memproteksi pekerja, perusahaan, lingkungan hidup, dan masyarakat sekitar dari bahaya akibat kecelakaan kerja. PT. Kunango Jantan merupakan perusahaan kontruksi sebagai penyediaan, pemrosesan, dan distribusi material baja dan beton siap pakai untuk industri konstruksi, kelistrikan, pertambangan, telekomunikasi, dan perhubungan. PT. Kunango Jantan telah membentuk Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (P2K3). Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan SMK3 di PT. Kunango Jantan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan SMK3 tersebut. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pihak manajemen dan pekerja di PT. Kunango Jantan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTechnology in the current era of globalization can have a wide impact on economic, cultural and social aspects. Including personal needs such as health and beauty care products can be considered equal to basic needs. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and social media on consumer buying interest of Ms. Glow products at the Ms. Glow by dee store in Palopo city. The type of research used in this study is quantitative and qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The number of samples used was 30 respondents. This study was conducted by incedental sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The results showed that brand ambassadors and social media simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in buying ms glow products in Palopo city. Partially, brand ambassadors have a significant effect on consumer buying interest in MS Glow products. This means that brand ambassadors have an impact on consumer buying interest in ms glow products. The better the brand ambassador used, the more consumer buying interest will increase. In addition, social media also partially affects significantly on consumer buying interest in ms glow products in Palopo city. This means that the more sophisticated the technology used or social media applied, the consumer buying interest in MS Glow products will increase.Keywords: Brand ambassador; Social media; Buying interest.ABSTRAKTeknologi di era globalisasi saat ini dapat memberikan dampak yang luas pada aspek ekonomi, budaya dan sosial. Termasuk kebutuhan pribadi seperti produk perawatan kesehatan dan kecantikan yang dapat dianggap sama dengan kebutuhan pokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh brand ambassador dan media sosial terhadap minat beli konsumen produk Ms Glow pada toko Ms Glow by dee di kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel insedental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador dan media sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk ms glow di kota Palopo. Secara parsial, brand ambassador berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk MS Glow. Hal ini berarti brand ambassador memberikan dampak terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk ms glow. Semakin baik brand ambassador yang digunakan, maka minat beli konsumen akan semakin meningkat. Selain itu, media sosial juga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk ms glow di kota Palopo. Hal ini berarti semakin canggih teknologi yang digunakan atau media sosial yang diterapkan maka minat beli konsumen terhadap produk MS Glow akan semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Duta merek; Media sosial; Minat beli.

Abstract

Community service represents one of the fundamental contributions of academics to social development, particularly in the educational sector. This article elaborates on the implementation of a community engagement program entitled Towards Smart Pesantren through Digital Transformation, conducted on May 28, 2025, at SMA Bi’rul Ulum Cisait, Serang, Banten. The initiative emerged from an inter-university collaboration aimed at enhancing the digital capacities of santri (Islamic boarding school students) to better prepare them for the challenges of the digital age. The program focused on training in graphic design, public speaking, an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), and human resource development (HRD) in the digital context. Methods employed in the program included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice, allowing participants to gain both theoretical understanding and practical skills. The participatory approach fostered active engagement and created an enriching learning environment. Evaluation results indicated a high level of enthusiasm among the participants and a marked improvement in their grasp of fundamental digital competencies. This program exemplifies the strategic potential of inter-institutional academic collaboration in supporting the digital transformation of pesantren-based education in Indonesia. It is expected that the initiative can serve as a replicable and sustainable model for future community service efforts in similar educational contexts, particularly in promoting 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Generation Z students in Takengon City are a generation of active social media users who are more susceptible to addiction than members of other gayo community groups. Social media which provides various conveniences and enjoyable effects for students can cause a tendency and dependence in carrying out daily activities. This research aims to analyze the habits of Generation Z students in choosing social media in Takengon City, as well as the media habits of Generation Z students in using social media in Takengon City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method through a case study approach on six Generation Z students who are highly dependent on social media. Data analysis is carried out by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected as it is without the intention of making generally applicable conclusions. Data collection techniques were carried out through field observation, interviews and documentation which were analyzed descriptively using triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that Generation Z students tend to choose social media platforms that are trendy and popular among teenagers and prefer soft news that is related to their popularity. Generation Z students in Takengon City always provide a special schedule for accessing social media ranging from 3 to 6 hours per day. Generation Z students who actively use social media will be more popular than other students. The presence of social media makes it easier for students to socialize and communicate and build relationships, both from Takengon City and with all students from all universities in Indonesia

Abstract

Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) oil is currently an insect oil that potentially replaces fish oils in animal feed. However, there are limited information on its benefits and nutritional comparison of BSLF oil to fish oil. Present study was to evaluate the benefits of BSFL oil in animal feed and compare the BSFL to Fish oil. Collected data of BSFL oil in the animal feed and its physiological effects was obtained from several articles of  reputable journal and compiled into a table. Meanwhile, BSFL was reared and extract their oil to determine the fatty acid composition and compare to fish oil. The current study indicated that BSFL oil can be used in various animal feeds, such as aquafeed, broiler feed, and pets. The BSFL oil which is included in the feed showed an improvement in growth and other physiological responses of animals. Meanwhile, in comparison to fish oil, BSFL oil has a similar composition of fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5n3) is detected in the BSFL oil, though the quantity is much lower than in fish oil.  Further, the BSFL oil also contains lauric acid. In conclusion, BSFL oil can be an alternative feed ingredient to substitute fish oil and has beneficial to the growth and physiological responses of the animal.
