Abstract

Gen IcsA merupakan salah satu gen yang berperan dalam virulensi pada bakteri Shigella sp yang dapat menyebabkan diare pada manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi gen IcsA  pada feses anak penderita diare dengan metode PCR.  Sebanyak 50 sampel klinis yang   diperoleh dari 4 puskesmas di Kota Makassar, yaitu Barabaraya, Pampang, Antang Perumnas dan Tamangapa dari bulan Mei 2016 - Juli  2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik rektal swab dan dilanjutkan pemeriksaan dengan  PCR menggunakan primer icsA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 50 sampel yang diuji diperoleh 6 sampel (24%) positif mengandung gen IcsA. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu gen icsA efektif digunakan sebagai target gen (primer) untuk mendeteksi bakteri Shigella sp dengan metode PCR.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis paru merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pada dasarnya kuman penyebab TB paru dapat menyerang organ tubuh lain, akan tetapi sebagian besar menyerang paru-paru. Jumlah kasus TB paru di wilayah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow sebanyak 522 kasus. Jumlah kasus di Puskesmas Inobonto pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 25 kasus dan tahun 2019 sebanyak 35 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Inobonto. Jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross sectional study. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 73 orang dengan cara pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan (ρ = 0,000), riwayat kontak (ρ = 0,003), dan kebiasaan merokok (ρ = 0,006), dengan nilai ρ < 0,05 memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian TB paru. Perlunya meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan penyakit TB paru secara mendalam.

Abstract

This study aims to map and analyze the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and collaboration patterns of Digital Sustainability Marketing research through a bibliometric approach. Using data extracted from the Scopus database, the analysis was conducted with VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density mapping, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, and country-level partnerships. The findings reveal that sustainability, marketing, and sustainable development serve as the central pillars of the research field, reflecting a strong integration between environmental discourse and digital marketing strategies. Overlay analysis indicates a temporal shift from technology- and innovation-driven discussions toward more applied themes such as digital tools, consumer behaviour, and strategic marketing implementation. Density visualization highlights the growing concentration of research around digital transformation and electronic commerce, while collaboration analysis shows that although the field is globally distributed, research networks remain relatively fragmented across authors, institutions, and countries. Overall, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the evolution and current landscape of Digital Sustainability Marketing, offering insights into emerging trends and future research directions, particularly in data-driven marketing, SME innovation, and sustainable digital ecosystems.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi lingkungan pada peserta didik masih menjadi tantangan dalam pendidikan. Salah satu pendekatan yang dinilai relevan adalah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai lokal sebagai landasan pembelajaran agar materi lingkungan lebih dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari peserta didik. Studi ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan konsep dan strategi implementasi pendidikan lingkungan berbasis nilai-nilai lokal Budaya Samawa dalam menumbuhkan literasi lingkungan peserta didik. Kajian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan analisis konseptual terhadap sumber-sumber terkait pendidikan lingkungan, literasi lingkungan, serta kearifan lokal Samawa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai local seperti prinsip hidup selaras dengan alam, tanggung jawab sosial, gotong royong, serta etika pemanfaatan sumber daya dapat memperkuat tiga dimensi literasi lingkungan, yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pro-lingkungan. Implementasi dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan masalah yang mengangkat isu lingkungan setempat, kegiatan berbasis komunitas/sekolah (misalnya program kebersihan, konservasi, dan pengelolaan sampah), serta penilaian autentik yang menilai perubahan perilaku. Integrasi nilai-nilai Budaya Samawa tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap isu lingkungan, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kepedulian dan kebiasaan nyata dalam menjaga lingkungan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan lingkungan berbasis nilai-nilai lokal Budaya Samawa berpotensi menjadi model pembelajaran yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi lingkungan peserta didik.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology demands the strengthening of 21st-century skills, particularly computational thinking, including in non-formal education. This article describes the implementation and outcomes of a community service program involving game-based coding learning to enhance digital literacy and computational thinking skills among children of Indonesian migrant workers at Sanggar Belajar Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur. The program was conducted through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages using an interactive, gradual, and collaborative visual learning approach. Evaluation was carried out qualitatively through observation, interviews, and discussions. The results indicate increased learning motivation, active participation, and initial understanding of programming logic. The game-based approach helped reduce the perception that coding is difficult and abstract, while encouraging exploration and collaboration. Furthermore, the program positively contributed to psychosocial aspects, such as self-confidence and social interaction, indicating its potential for long-term benefits for the learners.

Abstract

Argumentation skills are a vital competence in 21st-century learning, playing a crucial role in developing students' critical thinking and communication abilities. However, preliminary observations indicate that students' argumentation skills at the junior high school level, specifically at senior high school 2 Panti, remain low. Although active student engagement during the learning process is critical, empirical studies on the use of metacognitive scaffolding-based worksheets to address this issue in science learning are still limited. This study aims to investigate the effect of metacognitive scaffolding–based student worksheets on students' argumentation skills to contribute to effective science teaching practices. This study employed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 28 seventh-grade students (Class VII E) at senior high school 2 Panti during the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The research instrument utilized an argumentation skills essay test administered during the pretest and posttest phases, assessing three specific indicators: claim, evidence, and reasoning. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant increase in the mean argumentation score from 30.68 (pretest) to 76.64 (posttest). which was statistically supported by a paired sample t-test (p < 0.001). Based on these findings, it is concluded that student worksheets based on metacognitive scaffolding have a significant effect on students' argumentation skills. Consequently, this approach offers a specific contribution to the design of metacognition-based science teaching materials.

Abstract

Communication writing skills are a person's ability to communicate ideas, information, or thoughts through writing in a clear, structured, and effective manner. This study aims to examine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Teachable machine-assisted module in improving junior high school students' communication writing skills. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The techniques used to collect data on validity, practicality, and effectiveness were validation sheets, observation sheets, tests, and student response questionnaires. Expert validation showed that this module was “highly valid” in terms of graphics, language, and content, with an average percentage of 86%. Practicality tests in the classroom showed that this module was very practical, with a score of 88%. The results of the effectiveness analysis showed a significant increase in written communication skills, particularly in the indicators of changing presentation and analyzing tables, with N-gain scores of 0.67 (moderate category) respectively. The student response questionnaire reinforced the effectiveness of this module, with an average positive response of 83%. Overall, this Teachable Machine-based module is effective and suitable for use as science teaching material, despite challenges in adapting the use of technology and written communication skills.

Abstract

Problem-solving skills are an important competency in science learning, but at the junior high school level it is still relatively low, because the learning process has not fully involved students actively. This condition requires the application of a learning model that is able to encourage student involvement and train thinking skills systematically. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model assisted by Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the problem-solving ability of junior high school students in science learning. The study used the quasy experiment method with a posttest-only control group design. The subject of the study was grade VII students of SMPN 2 Maesan, Bondowoso, East Java, who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a description test that is prepared based on indicators of problem-solving ability which includes understanding problems, planning solutions, implementing plans, and re-checking. Data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the average problem-solving ability of students in the experimental class was in the high category, while the control class was in the medium category. The results of the analysis showed a significant difference between the two classes. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model assisted by Student Worksheets (LKPD) has a significant effect on students' problem-solving ability in science learning.

Abstract

The attractiveness of Islamic banking lies in the profit-sharing system, service delivery, satisfaction, and promotion, where these components are interrelated with customers, which can influence customers to continue to choose Islamic banking services. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Islamic banks, analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty of Islamic banks, and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Islamic banks. The sample used in this study took the respondents of Islamic bank customers in Jakarta and then processed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality significantly influenced customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction significantly influenced customer loyalty. This study recommends that there is a need to make products or services that are more in line with customer needs, the need to increase Islamic bank outlets or Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) owned by Islamic banks in locations that are more accessible and close to residential and business areas, and the need to conduct activities with customers periodically.
