Abstract

Perubahan sosial merupakan fenomena kehidupan sosial yang tak bisa dihindari oleh setiap individu maupun kelompok masyarakat. Terjadinya perubahan sosial merupakan gejala wajar yang muncul sebagai akibat dari proses interaksi manusia di dalam dan dari masyarakat. Perubahan sosial sebagai suatu proses perubahan bentuk yang mencakup keseluruhan aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Proses tersebut berlangsung sepanjang sejarah hidup manusia, baik itu dalam lingkup lokal maupun global. Perubahan sosial tersebut dapat terjadi karena pada dasarnya masyarakat itu tidak bersifat statis melainkan dinamis dan heterogen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat para ahli tentang perubahan social, factor-faktor penyebab perubahan social, ciri-ciri perubahan social serta dampak positif dan negative perubahan social. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literasi atau studi kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu mengumpulakan data atau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan hakekat perubahan social. Perubahan sosial dapat digambarkan sebagai perubahan dari gejala sosial yang terjadi dalam masyarakat individu menjadi gejala yang lebih kompleks. Perubahan sosial dapat bergerak menuju kemajuan, dalam hal ini masyarakat berkembang. Di sisi lain, perubahan sosial juga dapat menimbulkan kemunduran dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the need for sustainability in order to awaken and strengthen the awareness and also the belief of the Indonesian people that a better future must be pursued by building and strengthening the character of the Indonesian people. This study also discusses the existence of the Assalaam Islamic Modern Islamic Boarding School in forming an education program that has character and has important spiritual aspects such as memorizing the letters in the Qur'an and also the nature of Amanah which is applied with habit while at the boarding school and that is one of the character education processes that is reflected in the rules of modern Islamic boarding schools Assalaam. The research method used in this study is the Library Research method, which is a series of activities related to the method of gathering library information, reading and writing and processing research material. The data analysis technique that the authors use in this study is content analysis or what is often called content analysis. This content analysis is used to compare one research with other research in accordance with this article. It is a research that uses bibliographical sources from articles and journals to obtain research information.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui proses keputusan inovasi Inovasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Menurut Sugiyono metode penelitian kuantitatif dapat diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi dan sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, dan analisis data bersifat kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dapat menuntun pada kebutuhan dan juga sebaliknya. Proses keputusan inovasi adalah proses di mana seorang individu (atau unit pembuat keputusan lainnya) berpindah dari pengetahuan pertama tentang inovasi ke pembentukan sikap terhadap inovasi, ke keputusan untuk menerima atau menolak, ke implementasi dan penggunaan ide baru, dan untuk konfirmasi keputusan ini. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out how the effectiveness of using a simple manual centrifuge as a laboratory tool and teaching aid in science learning affects student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Bengkulu City. The research method is included in the Quasi Experimental Design in the form of a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the post-test data for the experimental and control classes using the calculation of the t test using the Independent Sample t test formula, the results are known to have a significance value (0.000 <0.05) so that it can be concluded that Hi is accepted. So the average post-test science learning outcomes of students in the experimental class using a simple manual centrifuge as a visual aid is higher than the average learning outcomes of the control class without using visual aids. So it can be concluded that the use of a simple manual centrifuge as a laboratory tool and as a visual aid in science learning is used effectively for class VII student learning outcomes at SMPN 14 Bengkulu CityKeywords: Teaching Aids, Centrifuge, Science Learning OutcomesAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan centrifuge manual sederhana sebagai alat laboratorium dan alat peraga dalam pembelajaran IPA terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian termasuk kedalam Quasi Eksperimental Design dalam bentuk Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis data post-test terhadap kelas eksperimen dan kontrol menggunakan dengan perhitungan uji t menggunakan rumus Independent Sample t test hasil diketahui nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan Hi diterima. Maka rata-rata hasil belajar IPA post-test siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Centrifuge manual sederhana sebagai alat peraga lebih tinggi dari rata-rata hasil belajar kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan alat peraga. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan centrifuge manual sederhana sebagai alat laboratorium dan sebagai alat peraga dalam pembelajaran IPA yang digunakan efektif  terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 14 Kota BengkuluKata kunci : Alat Peraga, Centrifuge, Hasil Belajar IPA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing the professionalism of educators, this research is a qualitative descriptive study that tries to explore the meaning of educator professionalism as a step to develop the quality of madrasas by adjusting educational goals. In this study, the teacher sees the teacher as a key or central figure in the implementation of education or improving the quality of madrasa education, which has a very strategic position for all educational reform efforts that are oriented towards achieving the quality of students and schools. This is because, in this era of increasingly massive and extensive globalization, without the support of quality human resources (HR), a country will be left far behind. The benchmark for the development of Human Resources is a very urgent priority in the formation of personality for each country. In the face of social, economic, technological, and humanitarian competition, which is increasingly escalating massively, the requirements for the ability needed by people to do work are increasing, starting from knowledge, skills, and attitudes. From here, the demand for professionalism in working for an educator is needed to spur the success of their students. No matter how good the curriculum is designed by experts with the availability of adequate equipment and costs in accordance with education, in the end the success of professional education lies in the hands of the teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the tolerance character of students by applying the talking stick MIN model in Bengkulu Selatan district and MIN students in Bengkulu city. This type of research was mixed-method research using an explanatory design. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Collecting data in this study used a tolerance character questionnaire distributed to students from class IV MIN 1 Bengkulu City, class IV MIN 2 Bengkulu City students, grade IV students of MIN 1 South Bengkulu Regency MIN 2 South Bengkulu Regency, which totaled 100 students. Data analysis used the Independent Samples T-test and descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicated that the sig (2-tailed) Independent T-test value is 0.162 ≥0.05, so Ho was accepted, and Ha was rejected, meaning that there was  no significant difference between the average scores of students' tolerance character in MIN Bengkulu Selatan Regency (rural area area) and MIN Kota Bengkulu (Urban area area) where both schools implemented cooperative learning model of talking stick type in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject. Based on the results of interviews, after applying the talking stick model, students felt happy and excited while learning because learning was not dull, so that students also more easily understood the learning materials presented by the teacher.

Abstract

The implementation of professional teacher development in Indonesia has been lacking. Many teachers continue to underperform, as evidenced by their workplace behaviors that violate the ethics of their profession. Workplace culture has contributed significantly to, and been detrimentally affected by, this lack of professionalism. Using a qualitative approach, this study seeks to explore the forms, factors, and implications of these challenges for the management of workplace culture. Teachers are simultaneously the objects and key informants of this research, which was conducted through observation of secondary-level madrasas spread throughout Bengkulu Province, Indonesia, as well as interviews with 15 teachers. This study identifies three main challenges: i) teachers have difficulty accessing professional training; ii) teachers cannot readily continue their educations; and iii) teachers have trouble writing and publishing academic works. These challenges are caused by a multitude of factors, primarily the lack of the funding, facilities, and infrastructure for professional development, as well as teachers limited digital literacy, and result in a workplace culture where initiative goes unrewarded, discipline is lacking, and teachers are unmotivated. As such, this study recommends significant improvements to the structure, culture, and infrastructure of educational institutions, thereby allowing teachers to overcome the challenges that hinder their professional development.

Abstract

The research subject pertains to the attitude of the academic community in the digital era towards addressing the issue of social harmonisation education at a State Islamic University in Bengkulu. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education. Based on this description, it is hoped that recommendations can be compiled related to how to improve the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education. The study was conducted in August-September 2022 at Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University (UIN FAS) Bengkulu with a quantitative type of research using survey methods. Data analysis techniques are used using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques with the help of percentage formulations (P = f / N x 100) and to determine the response categories used TSR formulations (High, Medium, and Low). The population of this study was all lecturers, employees, and students of Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University (UIN FAS) Bengkulu who joined the WhatsApp Group totalling 390 people as well as being respondents to the study. The results showed that the response of the digital era academic community to the issue of social harmonization education was in the low category (25.64%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh media sosial khusunya facebook terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa serta mengetahui kualitas belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media sosial facebook. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adkuantitatif. Observasi, angket, serta dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 219 orang. Dari keseluruhan populasi diambil 16% (53 orang) sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purpose (pertimbangan tertentu). Teknik analis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, validitas dan realibilitas diketahui melalui formula product moment dan alpa cronbach.Berdasarkan uji formula tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa media sosial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Agama Islam siswa, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil regresi sederhana adalah t = -4,106  p = 0,000 untuk dikatakan signifikan apabila t hitung > t tabel atau p < α (0,05). T tabel diperoleh dari tabel t dengan ketentuan df = N-1 (df=52) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Oleh karena penggunaan media sosial memiliki t hitung > t tabel dan nilai p < α (0,05), maka dapat dikatan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Agama Islam Siswa. Nilai negatif pada nilai t menunjukkan arah berlawanan antara penggunaan media sosial terhadap prestasi belajar Agama Islam Siswa. Arah yang berlawanan artinya semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial maka  akan semakin rendah pula hasil belajar Agama Islam (PAI) yang dimiliki siswa, begitu juga sebalikanya semakin rendah penggunaan media sosial maka prestasi belajar PAI yang dimiliki siswa akan semakin tinggi.Kata kunci: Penggunaan Media Sosial, Pengaruh, Prestasi Belajar, Agama Islam, Siswa
