Abstract

General Background: The integration of digital media in early childhood education has become essential to support interactive and visual learning processes aligned with cognitive development stages. Specific Background: In Raudatul Atfal Fathul Ulum Garut, Arabic vocabulary learning is conducted by teachers without specialized linguistic backgrounds, requiring adaptive instructional strategies. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies largely emphasize media outcomes at higher education levels, leaving limited understanding of implementation mechanisms in early childhood contexts with non-specialist teachers. Aims: This study aims to describe the implementation stages of Kahoot-based mufradat learning, focusing on planning, execution, and evaluation processes. Results: Using a qualitative case study approach, findings reveal a structured transformation through three phases: planning via curated audio-visual content, implementation through gamified class orchestration that extends student attention, and evaluation using digital reports for objective cognitive monitoring. The use of Kahoot confirms multimedia learning theory by facilitating dual-channel processing that strengthens memory and sustains engagement. Novelty: The study highlights Kahoot as a pedagogical competence bridge that enables non-specialist teachers to deliver accurate and interactive Arabic vocabulary instruction. Implications: The findings suggest that gamification platforms can serve as strategic solutions for addressing teacher specialization gaps and support policy directions toward technology integration in early childhood education. Abstract

In today's world, the development of digital technology and social media has had a major impact on communication patterns, including the use of language. The language used in digital interactions often pays little attention to politeness norms. Seeing this problem, this study aims to develop politeness in language and communication, especially for students in elementary schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological design through interview techniques with twenty students at the Az-Zahra Character Elementary School. Then get the results in the form of facts of violations of politeness in schools, this can be seen from every utterance or sentence and interaction between teachers and students or students with students that are expressed while in the school environment. Therefore, it is hoped that teachers can become prototypes of politeness in schools as a shaper of national character. This can be done by integrating positive politeness values in learning at school so that it is more optimal and of course useful in building harmonious relationships or establishing closeness between teachers and students which is where the teacher as a motivator and gives attention to students, or students with students  for example, being able to cooperate in academic activities and be active in study group.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of elementary school students' character through the integration of reflective pedagogy and prophetic education based on a literature review. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by examining 17 relevant scientific articles. Data were collected through a systematic search using Google Scholar supported by the Publish or Perish application, while data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques. The findings reveal that student character development is consistently influenced by three main pillars: teacher role modeling, internalization of religious and prophetic values, and reflective pedagogical approaches. Teacher role modeling serves as a dominant factor in shaping students’ character by providing concrete behavioral examples. Meanwhile, value internalization establishes moral and spiritual foundations, and reflective learning deepens students’ understanding through meaningful experiences. Furthermore, prophetic value-based education proves to be a comprehensive approach in fostering holistic character development by integrating moral, social, and spiritual dimensions. However, the study also identifies an imbalance in value implementation, where religious aspects are more dominant than affective values such as empathy and patience. Therefore, the integration of reflective and prophetic pedagogy is considered a relevant and strategic approach to address contemporary educational challenges, particularly in the digital era. This study recommends the implementation of more contextual, reflective, and sustainable learning practices to optimize students’ character development comprehensively.
