The transition from offline to online teaching and learning can be complex, problematic and requires an evolutionary (gradual) effort. Substantial realistic efforts are needed to transform from a face-to-face teaching culture. especially in terms of offering higher education to prospective students, there are many challenges and obstacles that are passed in the higher education marketing process, in this study it is examined how higher education offers should be made during a pandemic, what are the challenges and obstacles and its impact to higher education competitive advantages, through a quantitative approach and data run by PLS-SEM. The result of this study shown education marketing with ideal STP affect Higher Education Competitiveness and recomend that education marketers must be able to distinguish their market between the short-term market, future market and primary market, secondary market in targeting consumers. A short-term target market is a market that’s more suitable for the pandemic term which generates sales in the near future.

Abstract

The acceptance of new technology has become one of the most important areas in information technology. The impact of low consumer interest in using a non-cash payment system (online) is an important problem because it is related to someone's decision to use a non-cash payment system. Currently, consumers have not used the services offered by mobile payment optimally. Efforts to predict a person's interest or consumer behavior in technology acceptance are seen from the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This study aimed to determine the description of behavioral intention, Perceived Usefulness, and perceived ease of use using OVO mobile payment application technology by consumers. The type of research used is descriptive verification, and the method used is an explanatory survey with a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 150 respondents. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, path analysis, multiple correlation analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. They are testing this hypothesis through the F test for simultaneous and partial T test using the SPSS 18.0 for windows program. The results showed that simultaneously Perceived Ease of Use and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavioral intention of 60.8% and partially, Perceived Ease of Use had a greater influence, namely 60.06%, than Perceived Usefulness of 1.44% to behavioral intentions.

Abstract

The objectives of the review were to identify different implementation aspects of the Internet of Things (IoT) in Smart Universities (SU) from diverse studies, amplify the theories behind the IoT utilization and model in SU; as well as offer recommendations for future research in this area. This study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) technique, conducting comprehensive searches of the most relevant articles to the research question published from 2018 to 2022. Following a review of peer-reviewed journals, a total of 69 refereed articles were chosen and analyzed. The findings of this study suggest that the technology model needs to be aligned and integrated with organizational processes. IoT utilization should meet the adoption readiness of a university. The results also revealed that the creation of SU can be divided into three categories: behavior, learning, educational technology, and physical facilities. However, the literature related to IoT utilization and model is still incoherent and lacking in theoretical frameworks that reflect on specific circumstances such as SU. SU research is still in its early stages, with more work to be done in terms of identifying technology model adoption. The review also contributed to serving as inspiration and a point of reference for institutions as they work with the smart university initiative to create a teaching and learning environment that is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor in the management of the hospitality industry because satisfied customers tend to revisit and provide recommendations to others so that in the end it will provide benefits for the hotel. This paper aims to review the literature related to hotel guest satisfaction. To obtain literature data, the Publish or Perish software was used and the Google Scholar and Scopus databases in Publish or Publish were selected. The title word used is "customer satisfaction hotel". The results of the initial data search were then rechecked by removing documents that were considered less relevant to the keywords/titles discussed. The final search results using the Google Scholar and Scopus databases were then stored in the Mendeley reference manager. Using Mendeley and Publish or Perish software, data on the 10 most cited articles and data on the 8 best journals were obtained. Furthermore, VOSviewer software was used to obtain network visualization and cluster data consisting of items that appear in each cluster. This study provides an overview for further research on hotel customer satisfaction related to factors that need to be investigated further. The results of this literature review will also be useful for hotel managers in an effort to increase customer satisfaction by considering factors related to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Indonesia to achieve Zero Emissions and SDG'S by increasing public awareness as consumers of big data-based direct marketing campaign opportunities with a Green Marketing approach. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive design. The data collection technique was carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, and the data analysis was inductive. The data source used in this research is secondary data with documentation from reputable scientific journals, official news, and reports. Data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The observations show that the trend of green marketing in Indonesia has been implemented, both from the production side (corporations) and the consumption side (consumers). However, the results are still far from the zero-emission target. Marketers' understanding and knowledge indicate that consumers' green consumption behavior should focus on increasing appropriate communication about the benefits of green consumption among consumers. It is characterized by the Achievement of Household Waste Management Performance which is the most significant contribution showing that green consumer behavior is still low. Through green communication and promotions, marketers and policymakers will be able to emphasize the benefits of practicing GCB among consumers. Normatively, the government can supervise products that claim to be environmentally friendly in the spirit of achieving sustainable production and consumption activities. In addition, the government can make Population Data linked to cellphone SIM card numbers and connected to other social media applications to become databases in implementing green marketing in the sense of building green consumer behavior through green campaigns.
