Abstract

The aims of this research is to measure the effect of gamification, variety of beverage products and prices on  buying interest of Fore Coffee consumers. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire using a google form link that was distributed in several whatsapp groups. The results of the questionnaire were processed using the Structural Equation Modeling Analysis Technique with the SmartPLS application. The results show that the Gamifications contained in the application have an influence on consumer buying interest, seen from the results of testing the proposed model hypothesis. The T-value for the gamification variable is 2,934, which is greater than 1.96. The variety of beverage products found in the coffee application has an influence on consumer buying interest, seen from the results of hypothesis testing with a Tstatistic value of 3.646 which is greater than 1.96. Hypothesis testing shows that the price is not significant to the buying interest of front coffee consumers with a value of 1.94 which is smaller than 1.96. For further research, it can be developed with other gamification benefits embedded in online shopping applications, so that it can add to the repertoire of knowledge in the world of digital marketing.

Abstract

Kawasan wisata pantai Jawa Barat merupakan kawasan wisata yang akan dikembangkan menjadi kawasan ekowisata berdasarkan RIPPDA 2015-2025. Tetapi pada kenyataanya strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola objek wisata cenderung ke mass tourism. Strategi yang diterapkan ini diharapakan untuk segera meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat karena dianggap akan segera mendatangkan wisatawan tetapi tentu ada sisi negative yang harus juga di antisipasi yang berkaitan dengan kemungkinan terjadinya percepatan terjadinya suatu risiko. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk bisa mengidentifikasi dan menentukkan risiko apa saja yang memiliki potensi tinggi akan memberikan dampak yang besar pada kerugian kawasan wisata. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada Dinas Pariwisata, Pelaku Usaha dan Pemerhati lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil yang diperoleh menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice di dapat risiko-risiko yang memang harus menjadi prioritas untuk segara ditangani berdasarkan persamaan pendapat dari para ahli yang menjadi nara sumber. Informasi yang didapatkan akan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah dan pengelola kawasan wisata sebagai baha pertimbangan dalam membuat strategi pengembangan.

Abstract

This research aimed to obtain (1) an overview of e-logistics on Marketplace Lazada, (2) an overview of customer satisfaction on Marketplace Lazada, (3) the amount of influence of e-logistics towards customer satisfaction on Marketplace Lazada. Research method used is explanatory survey The sample used in this research are 70 respondents. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression by using computer software which is SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The result of this research shows that eulogistic is in a high category, also customer satisfaction in a high category. E-logistics has a positive influence and significant towards customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between consumer-based brand equity, experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee in Karawang. One of the marketing approaches to support the creation of customer loyalty is to market products using experiential marketing. By integrating the elements of emotion, logic, and general thought processes, a relationship with customers can be built which can not only increase customer satisfaction but also foster customer loyalty. The number of samples studied was 110 respondents via the internet, customers who had visited Starbucks Coffee in Karawang using non-probability sampling. The analytical tool used descriptive analysis and multiple regression methods. The results showed that the dimensions of consumer-based brand equity, namely physical quality, ideal self-congruence, and lifestyle congruence are factors that have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, staff behavior does not affect customer satisfaction. The experiential marketing dimension consisting of feelings, thoughts, and actions also has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, although feelings do not affect customer satisfaction. In the evaluation of customer satisfaction, it is proven that customer satisfaction has a significant effect. This shows that the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the loyalty of the Starbucks Coffee Karawang outlet customers

Abstract

The health care industry in Indonesia continues to grow, but the health industry has a low level of resilience. This study aims to elaborate the relationship between digital patient experience, innovation, and patient satisfaction at dental health care facilities and in West Java. Data collection was carried out using a survey of 100 patients spread across West Java. Then, the data were analyzed using path analysis and regression. The results of the study reveal that there is an indirect effect between digital patient experience and patient satisfaction through innovation. Meanwhile, digital patient experience does not directly affect patient satisfaction. Novelty is obtained by testing and analyzing the relationship between innovation, digital patient experience, patient satisfaction in one model, as well as the use of health care facilities in West Java as a unit of research analysis.

Abstract

Shopping online as a new lifestyle is common in the Covid-19 pandemic. The emergence of various e-commerce platforms in Indonesian society has become a new alternative that facilitates the current pattern of people's shopping behavior. Many companies are experimenting with decentralized decision making and software to make new digital work cultures more effective and productive as working in a physical office. The existence of this pandemic can encourage consumers who do not like online shopping to finally switch to online shopping. With a phenomenon like this, the research was conducted with the aim of obtaining findings regarding the description of the application of digital marketing during the COVID-19 period seen through sharia viewpoint. This type of research uses descriptive analysis method, namely by analyzing independent variables without making comparisons and looking for correlations with other variables. From the research that has been done, it is found that every company or producer should pay attention to the condition of the products being marketed, especially in terms of Islamic law (halal and haram) and for online buying and selling transactions there is no element of usury (interest) and maisir (gambling). With the research that has been done, it is expected to increase the profit of the company or producer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust dan celebrity endorse terhadap keputusan pembelian dari konsumen. Saat ini banyak bisnis yang mencoba menerapkan strategi viral marketing, tetapi masih banyak yang tidak mendukung tujuan penerapan strategi itu sendiri. Strategi viral marketing yaitu: trust brand dan celebrity endorsment. bisnis yang membuat strategi viral marketing sebagai cara untuk memasarkan dan memperkenalkan produknya adalah Zhofira. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Viral marketing, keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan merek, dan celebrity endorsement sebagai peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian, untuk membuktikan pengaruh (X1) kepercayaan merek, (X2) celebrity endorsement terhadap (Y) keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari populasi sebanyak 384 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Penulis melakukan analisis regresi berganda dan menguji asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan analisis regresi berganda. Pada hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan hasil “R Square” 0,515 atau 51,5%, yang dapat diartikan sebagai variabel (X1) dan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap (Y) sebesar 51,5%. Sedangkan sisanya 48,5% ada faktor lain. Hal ini dapat dinyatakan tidak relevan lagi karena nilai faktor lebih besar dari (X1) dan (X2).

Abstract

Keberhasilan usaha kecil tergantung pada kemampuan dinamis, karena memberikan peluang untuk tetap kompetitif dan berkinerja baik di lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Menerapkan pandangan kemampuan dinamis, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran kapasitas penyerapan dan kewirausahaan perusahaan. Sejumlah 121 data responden dapat dikumpulkan dari usaha sektor manufaktur skala kecil dengan metode convenience sampling. Hipotesis penelitian telah dianalisis melalui metode persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak AMOS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur teknologi informasi (TI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapasitas penyerapan dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kewirausahaan perusahaan. Sedangkan kapasitas penyerapan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kewirausahaan perusahaan. Usaha kecil skala kecil tidak dapat selalu mengikuti perubahan infrastruktur TI yang cepat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan finansial yang dimiliki. Kapasitas penyerapan pada studi ini tidak dapat menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan untuk kewirausahaan perusahaan, kurangnya inisiatif para pengusaha usaha kecil sektor kecil untuk menciptakan suatu inovasi yang mengakibatkan lemahnya pengetahuan eksternal sebagai input infrastruktur TI yang canggih.

Abstract

Tourist experiences can provide an assessment of a destination by tourists. In the context of island destinations, this study aims to explore deeper the quality of tourist experiences, price perceptions, and tourist satisfaction. The quality of the tourist experience consists of various variables, including escapist, pleasure, relaxation and involvement. A total of 157 samples were obtained through online convenience sampling method for tourists who have visited Belitung Island. Respondents are devoted to tourists who are located outside Belitung Island to avoid biased answers from local residents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied in this study. The results show that only the involvement factor in the quality of tourist experience can influence price perception. Perceptions of prices can indirectly mediate the quality of tourist experiences, except for relaxation. Regardless of the fact that visitors consider the price to be outrageous (expensive or unsuitable), they will still create a positive assessment of the destination if they can involve in the decision-making process. In turn they will be satisfied with their experiences.

Abstract

Tujuan - Untuk menganalisis factor factor brand loves pada pengguna forum jual beli kaskus di Kota Bandung. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional method. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode explanatory survei. Sebanyak 107 responden dipilih dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling. Sebuah kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran faktor berada pada kategori cukup baik terhadap terutama pada dimensi brand attacment. Orisinalitas/nilai – Perbedaan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada objek penelitian, waktu penelitian, alat ukur, literatur yang digunakan, teori yang digunakan dan hasil penelitian.
