Abstract

Sebuah institusi akan mangalami maju mundur yang ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, demikian pula di sekolah. Sekolah akan mengalami kemajuan yang pesat apabila pemimpinnya mempunyai gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat. Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas adalah kepemimpinan visioner. Mutu dan kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan / lembaga sekolah sangatlah sulit jika tidak diiringi dengan peningkatan kinerja guru. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru merupakan komponen yang paling menentukan dalam sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan yang harus mendapatkan perhatian sentral. Kepemimpinan visioner ini dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru karena kepala sekolah dapat memberikan visi yang jelas dan dapat mengimplementasikan visi yang telah dibuatnya untuk masa depan guru tersebut, sehingga dengan peningkatan kinerja guru diharapkan terjadi peningkatan pula terhadap mutu dan kualitas Pendidikan. Penelitian kepemimpinan visioner banyak dilakukan yang hasilnya bahwa pemimpin yang visioner berdampak pada disiplin, peningkatan kinerja dan kreativitas  guru serta berpengaruh terhadap mutu dan kualitas sekolah.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan; Kemajuan Institusi; Gaya Kepemimpinan Visioner; Mutu dan Kualitas Pendidikan; Peningkatan Disiplin Guru; Kreativitas Guru

Abstract

Animasi baik dalam industri hiburan maupun pendidikan, memiliki potensi besar sebagai alat dan sumber belajar. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi di MA Madani Kota Serang, yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional, menyebabkan rendahnya kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran TIK. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis animasi menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas XII pada mata pelajaran TIK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan uji coba instrumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X-XII di MA Madani Kota Serang, dengan sampel sebanyak 15 siswa kelas XII. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran TIK melalui pemanfaatan media berbasis animasi, merangsang kreativitas siswa, dan mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran berbasis animasi dengan menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 telah melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, produksi, dan evaluasi. Kualitas produk media pembelajaran ini pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di MA Madani Kota Serang, berdasarkan penilaian siswa, tergolong baik. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran ini layak dan efektif digunakan oleh siswa kelas XII MA Madani Kota Serang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of brand reputation and hedonic motive on customer satisfaction through the buying decision variable. Using quantitative research methods. Respondents totaled 230 Suzuki brand motorbike users in Serang City. Data analysis tools use Smart PLS and SPSS. The research results show that partially there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and buying decision variables on customer satisfaction, but there is no significant influence between the hedonic motive variable on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously and partially, there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and hedonic motive variables on buying decisions. Indirectly, there is a significant influence between buying decisions through brand reputation and hedonic motives on customer satisfaction with Suzuki Motorbike products in Serang City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand awareness and product design on purchasing decisions through the purchase intention variable. The subjects in this research were 250 community respondents in Serang City. Data analysis tools use SPSS and SmartPLS using a Likert scale. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between the product design variable on the purchase intention variable, but no direct influence was found between brand awareness on the purchase intention variable for AQUA Japan products in Serang City. Then there is a significant influence of the brand awareness, product design, purchase intention variables on the buying decision variable for AQUA Japan products in Serang City. This research also found that the purchase intention variable does not have a mediating effect on the influence of brand awareness on buying decisions, but the purchase intention variable can be used as a mediation on the influence of product design on buying decisions for AQUA Japan products in Serang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan Lego dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia 5–6 tahun di PAUD Al Khairiyah Delingseng Cilegon. Perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini mencakup kemampuan berpikir simbolik dan pemecahan masalah yang perlu diasah melalui media yang menyenangkan dan edukatif. Salah satunya adalah permainan Lego yang mampu merangsang kemampuan berpikir logis, imajinatif, serta koordinasi motorik dan visual anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan anak usia 5–6 tahun yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan bermain Lego di PAUD tersebut. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan permainan Lego memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak, khususnya dalam aspek berpikir simbolik dan pemecahan masalah. Anak mampu mengenali dan menyusun lambang bilangan, mencocokkan bentuk, serta menyusun bangunan sederhana dengan kreativitas dan pemikiran logis.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of educational institutions in producing quality and highly competitive graduates. The main focus of this research is to analyze the strategies and policies implemented by educational institutions to improve the quality and competitiveness of their graduates in the job market. This research method involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis of several higher education institutions and secondary schools. This research is directed at evaluating the curriculum, teaching methods and supporting facilities provided by educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is conducive to the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the demands of the current job market. Apart from that, this research will also assess the effectiveness of internship programs, collaboration with industry, and career support provided by educational institutions to their students. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates who not only have academic competence, but also practical skills and a strong understanding of industry needs. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in order to increase the quality and competitiveness of graduates in this era of globalization.

Abstract

Total quality management (TQM) is a management philosophy adopted by successful organizations to achieve sustainable business performance, and TQM practices demonstrate that high and consistent product quality cannot be achieved and maintained unless quality management is implemented in an integrated manner with other management systems. aims to optimize the role of climate mediation. Collaboration influences directly or indirectly the total quality of management. This type of research is quantitative using a survey method on elementary school teachers in Cilegon City and will be tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) approach. The research results include 1) there is an influence of Shared Responsibility on the climate of cooperation. 2) there is an influence of Joint Commitment on the Cooperation climate. 3) there is no influence of Shared Responsibility on TQM. 4) there is an influence of Shared Commitment on TQM. 5) there is an influence of the cooperation climate on TQM. 6) mediating variables (collaboration climate) can directly and indirectly influence TQM. For future researchers, they can add quality management variables implemented in an integrated manner between teachers and school principals.

Abstract

This community service activity was in the form of an educational seminar aimed at improving the quality of education, particularly teaching quality, in the digital era. The activity sought to enhance educational quality through teachers as the driving force, by implementing strategies and teaching methods adapted to the digital revolution, so that the quality of education in the region could improve sustainably. The method used consisted of preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The seminar was held at SD Lempuyang, Tanara Sub-district, on Monday, August 4, 2025. The activity was attended by 14 teachers from several schools in Bendung Village. The speaker was Kusrinawati, S.Si., who serves as the Coordinator of Curriculum and Assessment for Elementary Schools at the Department of Education and Culture of Serang Regency. The seminar results indicated an increase in teachers’ understanding of using Canva, Quizizz, and various national educational platforms. Teachers also gained insights into the implementation of AI in elementary schools, the introduction of coding, and the development of technology-based extracurricular programs. This activity also strengthened collaboration among teachers, the local Department of Education, and KKM students, thereby contributing to sustainable improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya jiwa kebersihan anak usia 4–5 tahun di PAUD Cikal Kota Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji implementasi pendekatan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam menanamkan kebersihan pada anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan anak-anak kelas A. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu orientasi masalah, investigasi, serta penyampaian solusi. Anak-anak diajak memecahkan permasalahan nyata terkait kebersihan melalui kerja sama, berpikir kritis, dan tanggung jawab. Kegiatan juga melibatkan unsur proyek dan pembentukan karakter. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa PBL efektif menanamkan kebersihan sejak dini sekaligus mengembangkan kemandirian, empati, dan kesadaran terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, PBL terbukti menjadi metode yang tepat dalam pendidikan karakter anak usia dini, khususnya dalam membentuk kebiasaan hidup bersih.
