Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an attempt to maximize competitiveness through continuous improvement process in this case the school is able to recognize the capabilities, advantages and also disadvantages. Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in achieving quality education supported by high quality / quality output at the school is to improve all aspects of both the completeness of infrastructure facilities, the professionalism of teachers, as well as the quality of graduates (output). The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Total Quality Management in achieving quality output through quality control (quality control) school. In the implementation of quality control is required a shared commitment among all components in the school, between school leaders, teachers, students, other school staff, parents also learners. The method used in the writing of this study is literature. Primary data obtained from studies and reading through the books according to subject. The study was conducted at the beginning of September 2014, involving discussions among peers. Based on these discussions concluded that: 1) Build quality so that it becomes a quality output needed a shared commitment among all components in the school, between school leaders, teachers, students, other school staff, parents also learners. 2) To get the quality of quality, to provide education not only give priority to the supply of input factors, but also the process. The quality of education can be fulfilled if there is an increase in the quality of school management with regard elements of input, process and output. 3) Total Quality Management (TQM) through a system of quality control (quality control) is an approach which seeks to improve the quality of education through the process so that it becomes a quality output, quality, and competitiveness. Improvement of the quality of the output is not only a school program, but also a government program.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by moral aspect rather than overlooking learners, particularly learners who are experiencing puberty, when their curiosity raging-nggebu with things that are foreign to them. Technology is the most dominant factor in supporting their curiosity. For example, technology delivers everything instantly, software that enables google search of all knowledge, knowledge that can be both positive and negative. Subsequently, this fact affects the young who employ such technology improperly, especially those who are students. The rise of the porn video that has spread in cyberspace make this negative impact worse to those who are still studying. Thus, this situation requires teachers who are emotionally intelligent and have good morality in order to produce reliable output. Teachers who become educators at both institutions already have experience of EQ tests in collaboration with other universities psychiatrist. Emotional intelligence determines our potential to learn the skills - practical skills based on five elements: self-awareness, motivation, self-regulation, empathy and skills in developing relationships with others. This is associated with emotional intelligence as a teacher educator, who have the ability to recognize emotions, self-control, self-motivation, empathy and fostering hunbungan to provide a forum for students to pay more attention to their behavior. Students will indirectly follow what the teacher do.

Abstract

Leadership is someone who can influence, encourage, invite, guide, move others to accept the influence of something that can help achieve goals certain. Leadership is essentially related to human power or groups that organized, and as a force or potential. One of those guidelines is a human obligation to obey everything that is ordered for a better life and stay away from all prohibitions to keep away from bad deeds. In the course of the dynamics of human life, it turns out that Humans cannot live alone, humans need a leader. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the concept of leadership in Islam, understand what leadership is, leadership in Islam, and what is the urgency of a leader in educational institutions. This research using the library research method, in analyzing the model data this method using a descriptive analysis model. As a source of information, namely; scientific books, reports research, scientific papers and journals. From the results of this study, it can be explained that The concept of leadership in Islam is a point of view that forms the basis of thought in being a leader. The concepts possessed by Islamic teachings in looking at leadership, leadership in Islam includes several aspects, namely; aspect influence, spiritual aspect, and characteristic aspect.

Abstract

Sejarah Kepemimpinan Transformatif telah ada sejak tahun 1970 karya dari Burns, yang menginspirasi lahirnya sebuah paradigma baru kepemimpinan. Dalam suatu organisasi manapun termasuk birokrasi publik, pemimpin memegang peranan yang sangat strategis. Berhasil tidaknya birokrasi publik sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas pemimpinnya dan gaya kepemimpinannya. Pada konteks birokrasi public termasuk didalamnya lembaga pendidikan kita yang sangat paternalistik, dimana para staf atau bawahan bekerja selalu tergantung pimpinan. Jurnal ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hamzah menjelaskan bahwa dalam konteks penelitian kepustakaan, data-data diperoleh melalui eksplorasi terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang dikaji secara holistik, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kerangka berpikir atau teori tertentu/paradigma filosofis yang melandasinya. juga menggunakan pendekatan tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Dan berlokasi di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo yang terletak di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 24 A Jetis Ponorogo. Sedangkan kesimpulannya adalah;1). Pemimpin transformasional adalah agen perubahan yang bertindak sebagai katalisator yang menggiring Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kearah tmbuhnya sensitivitas pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi, pengembangan visi secara bersama, pendistribusian kewenangan kepemimpinan, dan membangun kultur organisasi pendidikan yang menjadi keharusan dalam skema restrukturisasi lembaga Pendidikan. 2). Konsep Kepemimpinan Transformasional di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo bahwa kepala Madrsah dilembaga ini sudah memiliki seorang pemimpin yang bercirikan transformatif. 3). Implementasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional berbasis spiritualisasi di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo telah memenuhi standar kategori kepemimpinan transformasional dalam aspek spiritual.

Abstract

The article aims to find the concept of transformational leadership in the teachings of Islam. This study uses a library research approach by using books as the data source and with a qualitative research approach. The data collected and studied is data taken from data sources in the form of books, journals and articles or writings relating to transformational leadership. This study resulted in the following findings: 1) the concept of transformational leadership from an Islamic perspective as a leadership model that was born out of dissatisfaction/crisis of belief in the existing leadership model due to the death of the Prophet Muhammad. 2) based on the elements of the characteristics of leadership behavior possessed by transformational leadership, it is substantially the same as prophetic leadership.

Abstract

The One of the way to improve the quality of education is to have qualified educators. For this reason, it is necessary for a principal as a supervisor to provide assistance in teacher development so that teacher competence increases. In teacher development itself, there are three approaches that can be used by a supervisor, namely a directive approach, a non-directive approach and a collaborative approach. For a supervisor, the selection of the appropriate approach to be given to teachers in schools has an important role. This is because choosing the appropriate approach will accelerate the improvement of teacher competence and a supervisor will be easier, more effective and efficient in improving the competence of teachers in their schools. Of course, each approach used has its own weakness and strengths that must be considered by a supervisor. In writing this scientific paper, it will focus on the discussion of teacher development with a directive approach. For a more in-depth discussion, this directive approach will be discussed in two areas, namely the understanding of the directive approach and teacher development with the directive approach. Hopefully, through this scientific paper, the readers can find out more about how to improve teacher competence through teacher development with a directive approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesktipsikan implementasi dari kesejahteraan sumber daya manusia di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada lembaga pendidikan di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitin dari implementasi kesejahteraan sumber daya manusia di SD IIS PSM Kediri adalah pencapaian kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, menciptakan kondisi kerja yang harmonis tanpa mengorbankan unsur-unsur manusia yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pendidikan. MSDM dilakukan agar tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan individu, tujuan fungsional, tujuan organisasi, dan tujuan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting bagi kemajuan suatu bangsa. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, bangsa Indonesia memberlakukan sistem pendidikan nasional dengan berdasarkan pada beberapa landasan. Salah satunya landasan atau dasar yuridis Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengertian sistem pendidikan nasional, bentuk dasar-dasar yuridis sistem pendidikan nasional, pendidikan menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, dan pendidikan menurut peraturan pemerintah. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan metode kepustakaan. Data primer diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti makalah, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dengan judul penulisan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi melalui langkah pembacaan, pengkajian, pencatatan, penyuntingan, dan finalisasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) sistem pendidikan nasional adalah seperangkat komponen pendidikan yang saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional serta berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Pancasila dan peraturan perundang-undangan. (2) dasar-dasar yuridis sistem pendidikan nasional terdiri dari UUD 1945 pasal 31 dan 32, UU No. 2 Tahun 1989, UU No. 20 Tahun 2003, dan peraturan pemerintah mengenai pendidikan. (3) dalam UUD 1945 pasal 31 dibahas mengenai hak warga negara dan kewajiban pemerintah mengenai pendidikan sedangkan pasal 32 menyatakan bahwa pendidikan sangat penting dalam pembentukan kebudayaan. Dalam UU No. 2 Tahun 1989 dan No. 20 Tahun 2003 dijelaskan bahwa dalam sistem pendidikan nasional terdapat jenjang, jenis, kurikulum, dan program wajib belajar 12. Dalam peraturan pemerintah dijelaskan bahwa dalam sistem pendidikan nasional terdapat standar pencapaian lulusan pendidikan.
