Abstract

Guru merupakan ujung tombak dari kegiatan pendidikan dan pembelajaran Upaya untuk peningkatan kemampuan guru secara individu telah banyak dilakukan. Pemerintah juga telah berusaha meningkatkan kemampuan dan kelayakan guru. Kompetensi guru meliputi kompetensi pedagogig, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan profesi. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru dapat dilakukan dengan usaha pengembangan profesi yang berkaitan dengan rekrutmen guru dan pemberdayaan guru. Penilaian kinerja guru dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan siswa dengan membantu para guru menyadari potensi mereka dan dapat melaksanakan tugas seefektif mungkin. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pelaksanaan supervisi dalam lembaga pendidikan sangatlah diperlukan. Penilaian terhadap kinerja guru difokuskan pada usaha untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja mereka. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan adanya evaluasi terhadap pembinaan kinerja guru. Dengan adanya evaluasi terhadap pembinaan guru tersebut, seorang guru akan lebih berhati-hati dalam segala hal. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tentang evaluasi terhadap pembinaan kinerja guru. Jurnal ini menggunakan metodeanalisis perpustakaan yang digunakan untuk mencari tahu deskripsi, yang melibatkan aktual danrujukan faktual. Adapun fokus pada jurnal ini adalah (1) langkah evaluasi terhadap pembinaan guru(2) tujuan evaluasi supervisi pengajaran (3) proses evaluasi supervisi pendidikan(4) prinsip-prinsip evaluasi program supervisi pendidikan. dengan diharapkan memahami artikel ini para pembaca mampu menerapkan supervisi dengan pendekatan kolaboratif sehingga tujuan meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme guru dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss how transformational leadership is implemented in Islamic educational institutions. Transformational leadership has recently become a popular topic of discussion for application in Islamic educational institutions. A very large influence on the success or failure of transformational leadership in an educational institution will aid in the institution's advancement and growth, with the function of the principal motivating the institution's members and executing the leadership wheel effectively. Transformational leadership is attainable via idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation. This study makes use of a comprehensive literature review as its methodology (SLR). This study uses library research strategies to acquire data from diverse sources such as books, journals, articles, etc.

Abstract

Leadership increases individual and group trust, generates awareness and interest within groups and organizations and tries to move subordinates' attention to the achievements and growth of educational institutions. The interaction between the leader and subordinates in transformational leadership, characterized by the influence of the leader to change the behavior of his subordinates into someone who feels capable and highly motivated and strives to achieve high and quality work achievements. This research uses library research so that what is used in this research is a literature study. The results of this study show that transformative leadership is a leader who is able to influence or direct subordinates in an effective way to achieve organizational goals that have been set together. In transformative leadership, the leader sets an example for subordinates and motivates them by providing a clear and inspiring vision of the future. Leaders also support individual development and growth, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open and collaborative communication. Transformative leaders also promote innovation and creativity, and enable team members to actively participate in the decision-making process. In this way, transformative leadership creates a positive and productive environment, leading to better outcomes and higher job satisfaction for everyone involved.

Abstract

Effective and efficient leadership will be realized if carried out based on the functions and objectives that have been set. A leader should strive to be part of the situation of the group or organization he leads. This type of research includes library research. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation, which is looking for data about things or variables in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals and others. The research instruments in this study are a check-list of classification of research materials, writing schemes / maps and research record formats. In this study using data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. Content analysis is a scientific analysis of the message content of a data. The result of this study is that leadership determined by a manager in an organization can create harmonious integration and encourage passion in doing work to achieve maximum goals. In leadership there are many styles in it, of course, each style has its own advantages and disadvantages

Abstract

To participate in global academia, expert and novice researchers are strongly encouraged to publish their academic papers in international journals. Hence, a remarkable ability to produce quality academic writing, which includes knowledge of linguistics features, is a necessity. This paper aimed at exploring lexicogrammatical properties focusing on grammatical intricacy and lexical density deployed within the introduction sections of research articles (RA) published in four international journals in the Asian region. The corpus of 40 introduction sections of RAs was analyzed based on the Systemic Functional Linguistics framework. The results of this study highlighted the structural complexity indicated by the use of paratactic and hypotactic clauses which led to lexically dense academic writing. Some pedagogical implications and recommendations related to the findings were discussed further in this article's final part. Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for shaping religious character through the Al-Qur'an Education Park program. The research was conducted at MI Tholabuddin Gandusari Blitar. This study uses a qualitative approach to field research. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary data source taken was the head of the madrasa, the coordinator of the Al-Qur'an Education Park, and the deputy head of curriculum, teachers, and students. Data analysis by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding research results. The focus of the research is on learning, learning methods, and character religious building through the Al-Qur'an Education Garden program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: (1) The learning of the Al-Qur'an educational garden program in forming religious character is reading and writing the Al-Qur'an with adjustments to learning materials according to the level of student abilities; (2) The learning method for the Al-Qur'an educational garden program is the tactile method with the implementation of learning using the drill method and the sorogan method; (3) Instilling religious character through the Al-Qur'an educational garden program with habits such as inculcating the morning creed, congregational prayers, time discipline, and exemplary teachers.

Abstract

This journal discusses with the learning supervision in boosting the spirit of teaching teachers. As for the focus on this journal is 1) the concept of learning supervision 2) the concept of teaching teacher 3) the implementation of supervision learning in raising the teacher's spirit. The purpose of this scientific journal is to describe the learning supervision in raising the teacher's spirit. it uses literature analysis methods that make use of library resources to obtain theories and restrict activities to library items and other factual references.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social capital as an ingredient in human resource management planning to improve the quality of Islamic education. With superior human resource planning, it is hoped that social capital will be created as a form of actualization of improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques with a literature review approach. The results of this study found that social capital as a human resource planning material includes values instilled in Islamic educational institutions that must be applied as role models that guide the behavior of educators and education staff, adhered norms can foster integrity, trust (trust) mutual trust and trust, participation in a network of Islamic educational institutions, and proactive action to be able to help contribute to the advancement of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Academic procrastination can occur among students due to addiction to social media, especially Instagram social media. So that it impact often delays assignments or homework (PR) on a subject, especially on social studies subjects and a lack of maximum results. Procrastination is the postponement of assignments carried out on types of formal assignments related to academic assignments, for example school assignments and course assignments. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of Instagram social media on students' academic procrastination behavior in social studies subjects at SMPN 6 Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative research with associative. The subjects in this study were 40 students in class VIII F–VIII K. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS for Windows 16.0. Based on the data analysis, the regression coefficient value obtained from the simple linear regression test results is 0.544, and the sig = 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) so that it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between the two variables. Judging from the data value (R) = 0.679 and the R Square value is 0.461. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of Instagram social media on student procrastination behavior in social studies subjects of 46.1% while 53.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

The most important part of an organization apart from technology and capital is human resources (HR). This is because humans themselves control other elements. This study aims to examine and determine the Implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy at MI Darul Muta'allimin Patianrowo Nganjuk in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a non-statistical analytical descriptive research with a qualitative approach with a case study design. Information obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be explained that the Implementation of the Human Resource Management Strategy at MI Darul Muta'allimin Patianrowo Nganjuk in an effort to improve the quality of education has quite a positive effect on the achievements and vision and mission of the madrasa program. The positive influence is caused by several factors in the management of human resource management. However, there are also some inhibiting factors, but all of them are solvable.
