Abstract

Abstrak: Jurnal ini menguraikan tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan competitive advantage (keunggulan bersaing) pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Adapun fokus pada jurnal ini adalah 1) Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang didalamnya menggunakan teori Daming yaitu perencanaan (Plan), pelaksanaan (Do), evaluasi (check), tindak lanjut (action), 2) Competitive Advantage (keunggulan bersaing), 3) Manajemen Sumber daya manusia dalam Meningkatkan Competitive Advantage (Keunggulan Bersaing). Tujuan penulisan jurnal ilmiah ini adalah untuk memaparkan tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan competitive advantage (keunggulan bersaing). Jurnal ini menggunakan metode analisis kepustakaan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh teori - teori dan membatasi kegiatan hanya pada bahan-bahan koleksi perpustakaan dan rujukan faktual lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the sociological view of education and social systems that are included in Islamic education. The method used is the library reserearch method. Data obtained from sources of scientific and theoretical studies. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) the perspective of sociology in education is related to four perspectives, namely the perspective of evolutionist, functionalist, interactionist and conflict; 2) it is continuous with the history of education and psychology, where psycology views educational phenomena from the point of personal development and sociology looks at the symptoms of education from the point of view of the social structure of society; 3) society and education become a social system related to social stratification; 4) the education system includes several components and education as a system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the description of the various approaches in the sociology of Islamic education, the study of the sociology of education, how the relationship between Islamic education and family, school, and society, and a portrait of the education bureaucracy in Indonesia. The method in this research is to use the library method. The result of this research is that the sociological approach is divided into 3 types, namely the individual approach, the social approach, and the interaction approach. The study of the sociology of education includes problems in social relations in education. The relationship of Islamic education with family, school, and community is a complementary relationship in educating, managing, and supporting Islamic education. The portrait of the bureaucracy in Indonesia is still blurry with the problems of quality and public services, this requires the government to carry out reforms for a better future of the education bureaucracy.

Abstract

The difficulties in English learning can be caused by the lack of media innovation in the learning. This study aims to develop an English e-module using a multicultural-based contextual teaching, and learning approach for grade V at elementary school, the effectiveness, and the effect of using that media. The method used the Research and Development of the Borg and Gall model that modified by Sugiyono, until the 7th step. The research objects were 42 students in grade V-A and V-B, and the data analysis showed that (1) The design of e-module development by analyzing the needs of learning media that produced in the form of an English E-Module focuses on a contextual approach, and conveys various cultures. In addition, it also provides a place to learn while playing, a colorful display to attract the interest of students to be motivated to learn English. (2) The results of product effectiveness by media experts are 99.5% from the first media expert, and 90.5% from the second media expert. The results of the subject validation analysis by the first subject expert are 93.25% and the second subject expert is 80.5% (3) Based on the data analysis of the pre-test and post-test scores with t-test analysis, it is known that the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05. The data above shows that there is a significant effect on the use of the English E-Module that has been developed to improve learning outcomes for grade V.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, student learning activities concerning learning interests gradually decreased. As a result, various efforts are needed to increase students' motivation in every learning activity. This study aims to describe the application of educators' roles (didactic, reflective, affective roles) and to discover the inhibiting factors educators face to enhance motivation to learn social science. The approach used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this study included primary sources interviewed. Meanwhile, secondary sources were the documents obtained at the research sites. These data were collected by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation. The study results indicate that the educators used learning resources such as textbooks and worksheets. The technique to deliver the materials was summarizing the materials in the form of Word/PDF or explaining the materials through voice notes. The instructional media used by the educators were pictures, WhatsApp, E-learning, and Google Forms. The educators implemented the scientific learning approach in applying for the reflective role. The instructional models adopted by the educators were discovery learning and problem-based learning. In addition, the educators conducted evaluations at the beginning or end of learning to determine the level of success. The educators provided good examples and continuous advice in applying for the affective role. The inhibiting factors faced by the educators include lack of learning interest, difficulty understanding the material and financial constraints, and inadequate school facilities.

Abstract

AbstractBased on the problems that exist in the world of education, there is a need for the role of the principal as a supervisor to foster teachers to become professional educators. However, from within a teacher must also have a strong will to be more professional so that the goals of an education can be easily achieved. Professional teachers are not only required to master the material but the teacher can develop teaching materials, learning methods, can motivate students and have high insight in the world of education. Professional teachers cannot be separated from the role of a principal as a supervisor. A supervisor must be able to foster, provide direction and motivate teachers, this supervisor's behavior can shape the competence of teachers to become more professional teachers. Guru professional tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai materi tetapi guru itu bisa mengembangkan bahan ajar, metode pembelajaran, bisa memotivasi peserta didik dan memiliki wawasan yang tinggi dalam dunia pendidikan. Guru yang profesioal tidak terlepas dari peranan seorang kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor. Seorang supervisor harus bisa membina, memberikan arahan dan memotivasi para guru, perilaku supervisor ini yang dapat membentuk kompetensi guru menjadi guru yang lebih professional. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengertian perubahan sosial, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan sosial, bentuk perubahan sosial dan upaya menjaga kesinambungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur ilmiah (libraryresearch). Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah: pengumpulan data, penyeleksian/penyaringan data, klasifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Perubahan sosial adalah perubahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat terutama dalam unsur kebudayaan baik secara material ataupun immaterial yang kemudian dapat mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan sosial suatu masyarakat. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan sosial yaitu terdiri dari faktor penyebab, faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat. Faktor penyebab terdiri dari faktor internal (bersumber dari masyarakat itu sendiri) dan faktor eksternal (bersumber dari luar masyarakat). (3) Bentuk dari perubahan sosial juga beragam, yaitu terbagi atas perubahan sosial berdasarkan prosesnya, berdasarkan sisi kemajuan arahnya, berdasarkan kecepatan berlangsungnya dan berdasarkan ukuran perubahannya. (4). Kesinambungan adalah suatu kondisi yang saling berkelanjutan, perubahan sosial sangat mengancam kesinambungan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu perlu adapun upaya menjaga kesinambungan masyarakat yaitu: Menjaga masyarakat majemuk, menjaga integrasi sosial dan budaya, memberikan pendidikan yang layak.

Abstract

Roles are behaviors that are expected to explain what to do in certain situations, both formally and informally. While responsibility is the obligation to carry out a role/behavior that is intentional or unintentional in a certain way. The principal who is the leader is a teacher who is given additional duties to lead an aducational institution. The principal has a heavy but noble taks. The purpose of this study is to describe the roles and responsibilities of the principal in providing guidance to teachers. The method used is library research, which is looking for reference materials from books, journals and articles related to the title. The result of this study found that the principal in providing guidance to teachers must comply with existing regulations. The principal must understand the science of management, at least he can plan, organize, lead and control his members. Principals also have responsibilities related to coaching staff, especially teachers, so that later teachers can carry out their respective duties and authoritues.

Abstract

Supervision is an important service provided to teachers with the aim of improving the quality of the teaching staff. The implementation of supervision is very important to be carried out by the principal in order to develop the professionalism of the teacher himself. Teachers who are the spearhead of the success of an education are required to work professionally. Therefore, to make teachers professional, one of the efforts is to carry out supervision, both by the principal and supervisor. In carrying out supervision, supervisors are expected not to act as supervisors who are only looking for teachers in carrying out their duties. On the other hand, supervisors must be able to provide service assistance to overcome problems faced by teachers. Therefore, supervisors must be able and understand and master the objectives, techniques, functions as well as supervision methods, in order to obtain optimal benefits in the form of professional teachers.

Abstract

Siswa yang kesulitan  memahami isi materi unggah-ungguh basa dikarenakan bahasa Jawa adalah pelajaran yang sulit dan kurangnya pemanfaatan media IT dalam proses belajar mengajar. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan inovasi media pembelajaran dalam bentuk IT yang dapat membantu peserta didik memahami materi lebih nyata sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Desain Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif  E-Komik  Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jawa Kelas III MI Baitur Rohman Bantengan Bandung Tulungagung. Metode   penelitian   yang   digunakan   adalah   metode   Research   and Development  (R&D),  dengan  model pengembangan Borg  and  Gall  modifikasi Sugiyono, yang berhenti pada tahap ke 7. Subyek penilaian produk untuk kelayakan media pembelajaran terbatas pada 4 ahli yaitu 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli Media, sasaran uji coba produk yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IIIA MI Baitur Rohman Bantengan yang berjumlah 21 siswa.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) produk berupa multimedia yang dikembangkan layak digunakan di MI Baitur Rohman Bantengan Bandung; (2) Hasil uji efektifitas dengan menggunakan Uji t (Independent Sample T test) thitung 3,634 lebih besar dari ttabel  2.021 dan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05. Sehingga, dapat dikatakan bahwa Multimedia Interaktif Komik Digital (Bisa basa Jawa) dikatakan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (3) Hasil validasi produk oleh ahli media sebesar 91,00% dari ahli media pertama dan 84,38% dari ahli media kedua. Hasil analisis validasi materi oleh ahli materi sebesar 85,00% dan uji lapangan terhadap guru pengampu sebesar 100%. Sementara hasil belajar peserta didik pada pre test memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 57,35 dan pada pelaksanaan post test memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 80,58, adapun perolehan nilai terendah 70 dan nilai tertinggi 95. Dari hasil tersebut, peneliti menyarankan pada pengajar untuk menggunakan E-Komik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jawa materi unggah-ungguh.
